The property is very beautiful with a mix of traditional and modern design. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and rooftop pool.

J’ai passée un séjour de rêve dans ce Riad où j’étais déjà venue. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Marrakech. Le Riad est magnifique, entièrement meublé d’antiquités. L’accueil est toujours aussi agréable, et le petit déjeuner typiquement marocain est délicieux et servit dans le magnifique grand salon. J’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir à chaque séjour à Marrakech.

Bellissimo riad esclusivo con poche camere e grandi spazi con una grande corte alberata ed un magnifico salone che ha mantenuto lo stile e le decorazioni originali dell’antico palazzo orientale pur offrendo tutti i comforts con una piscina riservata sulla terrazza e camere con antichi arredi e quadri orientalisti.

Such a beautiful Riad. Such gorgeous antiques in my room and decorated with such elegant taste. The patio and terrace was very relaxing for me to read and drink tea everyday. The breakfast was delicious i had freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and crepes and fresh bread everyday. I highly recommend staying here.

The owner omg the checkout she insisted to leave 11 am sharp I told her I didn’t sleep I can pay she was like we are full today people coming in a bit and the workers and I witness it’s empty she took to the roof to sleep under the sun I slept because I was tired when I the worker had a mercy on me brought me water Then I ask her can I take shower she said all room busy omg the I left the Hoover still inside and the workers having lunch so no one coming she told me god have shower in worker bath so mean so I book a room in the Riyadh next dooor rest and shower then to the airport

A truly unforgettable stay and the perfect way to experience Marrakech. We highly recommend staying in a traditional riad it was a peaceful oasis away from the busy medina. The riad was even more beautiful in person, with stunning traditional architecture, gorgeous orange trees, and spotless, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredible, helping us organise tours, transport, and anything else we needed. We loved relaxing by the rooftop pool, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat.

The only things to note are that you'll need to walk a short distance from the taxi drop off to the riad, and breakfast could be improved. A complimentary bottle of water each day would also be a nice touch.

Увидела этот отель в социальной сети у одного из блогеров, но ожидания и реальность не совпали. Спасибо сотруднику Mohamad за прекрасный сервис. Нам нужен был лёд для вина (у меня был день рождения), он его привозил 2 раза. Всегда подсказывал и помогал. Рядом находятся хорошие заведения - Otto и La Famille. Красивая риада, но полузаброшенная. На завтрак были вкусные яйца, фрукты и свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок - это было супер, но...

Хотя мы были одни во всём отеле, нас поселили в самый маленький номер из двух, которые находятся на 1-м этаже, а во втором отдыхали уборщицы. За все 3 дня ни разу не видели, чтобы они убирались или поливали растения на территории: полы везде были в пыли и листьях, бассейн никто не чистил, цветы и деревья сохли на жаре, диваны пахли кошачьими экскрементами. Завтраки были скудными. Нам подогревали ЗАМОРОЖЕННЫЕ булки каждое утро, и это в стране, где пекут свежий хлеб! Мы их не ели, нам те же булки приносили на следующее утро, как свиньям, вместе с теми же недоеденными вареньем и маслом. Район, где расположена риада, крайне неудачный. Из достопримечательностей поблизости находится только дворец Бахия (и он того не стоит, там идёт ремонт). Переулки узкие и грязные, по ним бесконца ездят мотоциклы. Бассейн был маленький, мелкий и грязный. Меня никто не поздравил с днём рождения, даже маленьким комплиментом, хотя я об этом и писала заранее, и говорила по приезде. Это мелочи, но тоже часть сервиса. Ванна красивая, на ножках, но совершенно нефункциональная и неудобная, если пользоваться ей как душевой кабиной, особенно для крупного мужчины (в соседнем номере, который оккупировали уборщицы, к слову, была просторная ванная с нормальным душем). Фонтан был выключен (экономили электричество). Если бы это была наша единственная риада в жизни, наверное, нам бы понравилось, но мы знаем, что в Мараккеше может быть иначе за гораздо меньшие деньги. Данный отель переоценен в 2 раза точно.

We LOVED EVERYTHING! From the moment we stepped in to the second we left! This enchanting 19th century hidden gem was immaculately clean, perfectly designed with superb attention to detail providing the most relaxing, peaceful environment that is lead by the unparalleled humbling, genuine and kind beautiful staff. The rooftop was pure perfection — an emerald green tiled pool surrounded by elegant lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beautiful white linen sofas thoughtfully placed for ultimate relaxation. The Goodall suite where we stayed was out of this world stunning. From Original Egyptian artwork, layered rugs, a romantic fireplace, the most comfortable canopy bed, and carefully curated handmade furniture sourced from around the world. It truly felt like staying inside a luxurious old-world castle with air condition. But the true showstopper was the bathroom. Opening the intricately carved double wooden doors revealed a breathtaking oversized double shower unlike anything I’ve ever seen, complete with elegant columns, a stunning gold-framed mirror, and the most exquisite architectural details. Each morning, we enjoyed a homemade breakfast prepared with fresh local fruits, pastries, eggs, juice, and coffee in one of the most serene and beautiful dining rooms imaginable. Every detail felt intentional and lovingly prepared. What amazed me most was how this magnificent place makes you completely disconnect from the outside world and surrender to pure peace and relaxation. During conversations with the owner, we learned it took nearly three years to lovingly restore and recreate this riad as closely as possible to its original beauty while adding carefully selected touches to delight every guest. You can truly feel that this place is their pride and joy in every single detail.

We had a very warm welcome and the place was beautifully designed 😄. We had gotten a lot of recommendations from the staff of where to go. It was a very quiet and easy location and gave a luxurious vibe. The staff furthermore was very nice, the kitchen staff were able to help me with a couple of small things. There are plenty of places to sit and lounge. Furthermore the temperature in the hotel is very nice, I didn't need the airconditioning at all. There was also always warm water for me.

The pillows gave us a bit of neck pain, they were too big or hard for me. There were lots of mosquitoes because housekeeping opens the windows, personally I usually can not sleep with mosquitoes, but despite them I felt asleep anyways🦟🦟. I saw some reviews about not having a mini fridge. I did not think this was going to be a problem, but it would have been nice, if I were to nitpick.

Sehr ansprechendes und klassisches Riad-Hotel. Wer das sucht, wird hier fündig. Alles passt und ist sehr durchdacht. Bei gutem Wetter ist der kleine Dachpool, eher ein großes Tauchbecken, wundervoll. Die reiche Flora im Innenhof sorgt für Kühle und nicht so staubige Luft.

Eigentlich gefiel es uns rundherum; das WLAN genügte für ein Streamen nur mit Einschränkungen, das Frühstück ließe sich etwa mit Oliven, Aufstrichen und einem guten Vollautomaten leicht noch verbessern.

The spaces in this riad are straight from a dream. So much thought and attention has gone into creating a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were helpful, kind and attentive.

Die zentrale Lage, das wunderschöne Gebäude mit seiner stilvollen Einrichtung und die Dachterrasse mit Pool auf dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann haben uns besonders gut gefallen.

Prachtig in originele staat gerenoveerde Riad in het hart van de Medina, mooier dan het vrijwel naastgelegen paleis! Superschoon ook. Het personeel is onwaarschijnlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De eigenaar heeft heel goede tips voor zowat alles wat je kunt verzinnen en is deelt ze met plezier. Ontbijt is Marokkaans.

De handdoeken worden buiten gedroogd, waardoor je soms klamme handdoeken hebt.

The riad is in a good location, only 3 minutes on foot to the parking area, and is easy to find. The medina is fairly small so the walk to the main square, the mosque, and other sites is never too long. The bed is big and very comfortable. Our bathroom and shower are spacious. The heater in the room works very well. Breakfast is served in an enclosed beautiful dining room which does not disturb sleeping guests (if they have slept through the motorcycles and prayer calls).

The buffet breakfast is continental type and average. However, the cappuccinos are very enjoyable. The rooftop consists of several small lounging areas, although there isn't a view.

The place looked better than the nearby Palace. It is the prettiest place I have ever stayed at.

The Wifi doesn't have enough coverage, sometimes it was either down or too slow. Please upgrade it.

Speechless and in awe at the room and decor! Honestly wonderful surprise, walking into a fully renovated yet traditional riad nestled in the Medina. The room was large and charming with a beautiful bathroom and typical ornaments and furniture. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the views from the rooftop and pool were stunning. Thank you to the whole team for making our time so pleasureful!

One of the most beautiful hotel bedrooms I have ever stayed in! Location was perfect for us we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and loved sitting on the rooftop. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Genuinely nothing

We loved our stay at the beautiful El Morocco Hotel, it was the perfect oasis for our first time visiting Marrakech. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was centrally located and was walking distance to everything in the Medina, as well as all of the restaurants and souks you could ask for - a huge bonus was our delicious breakfast served at the Riad every morning! Amongst the hustle and bustle of the Medina, we loved returning to our Riad for some relaxation and quiet time, truly felt like coming home to an oasis. Would recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech - we will definitely be returning!

Le lieu proche de tout. Top! Le petit déjeuner copieux, bon et simple. La flexibilité pour partir un peu plus tard. Un riad de taille réduite.

Peut être la chambre du haut aurait besoin de stores exterieurs en bois pour cacher un peu plus la lumière.. dommagz que la piscine n’est pas été chauffée.

The atmosphere of the riad was very authentic. The rooms were spacious, spotless and very beautiful. We had an amazing stay. Zakaria was very welcoming and attentive throughout our entire stay. Hanane served a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The riad is very well located in a small street close to main attraction and a taxi stand. It felt like a home away from home. We definitely will be back.

En virkelig flott gjeng som jobber her! Alle var utrolig snille og hjelpsomme. Riad’en er veldig stille og rolig, samtidig som den ligger svært sentralt og nær mange butikker. Man blir møtt av Zakaria, som rett og slett er gull – veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Frokosten på hotellet var svært god, sunn og næringsrik, og ble servert av en veldig hyggelig dame som gjorde opplevelsen enda bedre. Dette stedet fortjener virkelig fem stjerner. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold! Håper jeg kommer tilbake snart. Tusen hjertelig takk 😊

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was good. The Riad is truly beautiful and you can tell that there was an attention to great detail in the decor and style of the Riad that transported you into another world. The location was great in the heart of the medina.

The wifi was not reliable. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom but we were also in the middle of the medina so this may be a bit expected. On our last night though, there was a power outage and our adapters that were plugged in were all over surged and could no longer be utilized causing major inconvenience during the remainder of our trip.

Il manquait dans la chambre une bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café. Dernier matin pour prendre l’avion départ à 8h, pas de petit dej possible si ce n’est un thé ou café…

The facilities and rooms are great. The pool and breakfast are a good addition. The owners try to keep good care of the place. Staff is great: Yazid helped us to get around Marrakesh. The location is excellent to walk around and visit the Bahia palace.

Unfortunately, they were refurbishing the room above ours which generated noises and we got a leak since they perforated some pipes. Because of that, the owners moved us to another suite which was even better than ours. This was great, I just had wish they had moved us (to any other suite) earlier, to avoid the trouble. Even after this we would recommend this place since we understand it was a one off and we saw their effort in keeping the place top notch.

Риад очень чистый и ухоженный. Совершенно прекрасное наполнение деталями в комнатах, общих зонах. Приятный бассейн, шезлонги, полотенца. Мы жили в люксе на втором этаже, он был светлым, просторным, уютным и, как уже отметила, чистым.

Завтраки ужасные. На них можно не рассчитывать. Помещение, где сервируют завтрак, ледяное. Мы были в ноябре. Выбора практически нет. Всё с учетом колоссальной экономии на туристах. Невкусный кофе, выпечка не свежая, сыр заветренный. Совсем без любви к людям и их эмоциям.

The décor of the riad was beautiful and had a lovely authentic touch. The housekeeping and reception staff were professional, kind, and multilingual, which made communication easy.

However, the service overall was disappointing. Breakfast had very limited options, and the owners were not as professional as expected — they tried, but their communication was weak and not helpful. There were also ongoing repairs happening day and night, which created constant noise and made the stay uncomfortable.

The hosts were very welcoming, the riad was exceptionally clean, and the interior details were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool, though small, was charming.

We stayed in mid-November, and the ground-floor room felt a bit damp, but the hosts offered a heater right away, so it wasn’t an issue and didn’t affect our stay.

Frukosten var ok men lite tråkig. Bra med att kunna välja bland olika typer av kaffe och tillagat ägg. Mycket fint att vi fick äta en timme tidigare en dag då vi skulle iväg redan kl 8. Innergården var jättefin och på taket fanns solstolar och en liten pool där man kunde svalka sig. Ägaren var full av tips på saker att göra och restauranger att äta på och sa att han kunde hjälpa till med guide om vi behövde (det hade vi redan ordnat). Inne på medinan hördes knappt allt oväsen utanför. Rummet var en bra storlek och sängarna mycket sköna.

På rummet vi bodde i (en trappa upp närmast utgången) fanns det en stor glipa till toalettdörren så det gäller att man är villig att dela ALLT med sin eventuella rumskamrat. Endast ett glas för tandborste fanns i badrummet, inga dricksglas i rummet. I vårt rum fanns inget kassaskåp för värdesaker. Vårt ressällskap hade ett litet kassaskåp (som lätt hade kunnat bäras iväg). Då det är mycket varmt skulle det varit trevligt med ett kylskåp så man kunde förvara sitt vatten kallt. En vattenkokare med möjlighet att göra eget kaffe/te hade också varit toppen då frukosten öppnade först 8.30. Då många attraktioner öppnar 9 och vi ville komma iväg innan det blev allt för hett så skulle vi gärna sett att frukosten serverades tidigare, Nu blev det stress varje dag. Det är också krav på total tystnad fram till 8.30. Då jag och min rumskamrat bytte ett par ord (ca 10 sek) kl 7.30 utanför vår dörr fick vi en åthutning av kökspersonalen att folk låg och sov och vi var tvungna att vara tysta. Lite snålt också att de ville ha 20 dirham för en flaska vatten som kostar 5 dirham. Då detta hotell är en av de dyrare så hade vi förväntat oss mer.
