Reviewed Jul 8, 2026One of the better value rooms for road trips, fair value, relatively clean and comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Secure parking is available, which is always a plus.
Better facilities would be great, maybe a spa, gym and included breakfast spread would make this place a superb place to be when in Butterworth.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Room is clean but size is different from one room to another. Some of us get spacious but others got too small. Anyway it is comfortable for short stay. Ev charger available which is an added convenience for us.
Limited parking available. Hard to find parking especially if u arrived late in the evening. Luckily we hv ev car and the charger always available. So we can park and charge the car overnight. No idle charges.

Reviewed May 26, 2026We stayed at the Family Suite 3 years ago and liked the room layout (with 3 queen beds), which is very convenient for family travelling together. The mini kitchen corner in the room and free parking (with a night security guard) added some bonus points. We've decided to return to this hotel, but met with a little disappointment regarding the upkeep of this place after 3 years.
The furniture in the rooms is a little run-down, especially the bedhead with scotch tearing down and mould on the tray containing the cups. The bathroom door is also not properly cleaned, with stains.

Parking is offered inside the building as well as within the hotel premises. However, availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served model. Otherwise, guests will need to park their vehicles in nearby public areas.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Location, spacious room and bathroom, clean and EV charger by jomcharge. The charger make it very convenience for those travel with wv cars. There are 3 charges and all are working fine. It is an AC charger so u can charge while u sleep at night and ready to go anywhere next morning. Book this hotel for short trip to Padang Besar, pekan Rabu amd enjoying pasembor at Padang Kota. Very recommended and we definitely book this hotel again whenever we want to take short brake at our Northern states.
The entrance to the bathroom a bit challenging as it has slope. But kids like it since they can play as slide. Understand this maybe for wheelchair purposes but it is good to have a a rajl or handle to avoid unnecessary accident. Anyway we manage without any incident. Thank God! Also bidet leaking a but. Please fix that.
