Room was dirty

The room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near several temples, as well as various shops and restaurants, making it a decent place to stay.

However, it lacks some basic facilities and arrangements. The air conditioner is positioned on the far left side of the room, causing the airflow to blow directly onto the single bed located in front of it, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. There is also no rack or mini wardrobe available for hanging clothes or storing personal items. Additionally, the bathroom lacks sufficient hooks or hanging facilities for towels and clothing. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but improvements to the room facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Parking is a nightmare

Good for a short transit stay, but not well located for exploring Penang

The location is poor for visiting Penang, but it is convenient for Langkawi transit. The bathroom is also very smal

1. Lokasi terletak di tengah pekan Butterwoth ( lebih kurang 2km dari KTMB Butterworth / Penang Sentral ) 2. Bilik hotel luas dan selesa. Ada disediakan cerek elektrik , kopi 3 in 1 serta 2 botol air mineral di dalam bilik. 3. Kemudahan private parking untuk tetamu yang menginap di hotel ini disediakan untuk yang bawa kenderaan sendiri. 4. Kepada penggemar nasi kandar hotel ini berdekatan dengan Nasi Kandar Pokok Ketapang ( Jamal Mohamed ). Hanya lintas jalan di seberang jalan sahaja. 5. Berdekatan dengan Padang Butterworth. 6. Kedai Mee Goreng Pokok Cherry juga dekat jalan kaki dalam 200 meter sahaja.

1. Penghawa dingin kurang sejuk. Perlu di servis 2. Toilet yang agak sempit. 3. Bilik kurang kalis bunyi. Boleh dengar suara bising dari bilik sebelah.

Near to places to eat, bank & the scenery is good.

Tiada door stopper utk bilik saya mungkin. Staff bitau akan pasang soon.

I reserve for triple bed.. Love it because each of us got two pillows

The lobby air quiet smell with cigarette smoke.. My family feel uncomfortable but the room was just in good condition

Their ATM isn't working; it's the first time in my life I've encountered a hotel where Visa cards aren't accepted. The air conditioners are not working properly.

Staff especially the NIGHT SHIFT INDIAN LADY super UNFRIENDLY. SNOBBISH. Wont greet you nicely. No smile just snobbish. Want to purchase item over counter dont accept QR although there is QR sign. Only cash at night. Not sure about morning. Bad customer service wont come again due to that. Change staff pls tq.

Stayed for a night here. The windows seems to be very thin. Traffic noises and the chanting from the temple just beside the hotel comes straight into the room as if the window was open. Also, staff does not seem to be sure on the "newly imposed" tourism tax imposed by the government. I only realized i paid for it twice after i checked the invoice - once in expedia, and once by cash at check in.

saya tidak suka jika dari sudut kebersihan..sebab cadar yg digunakan saya rasa tidak dicuci atau diguna ulang tanpa cuci..ada bau pada cadar..dan tv tiada saluran siaran..

Bathroom not comfortable for family stay. To small and couldn't use both side. As the designed door only able to use 1 side. Couldn't close the other side. And the shower not comfortable for family with little kids.

Parking space is a available but limited.

Hotel is extremely very old. Level 1 lobby smell wet dirty sock. Hotel is at main road side, very noisy, can't sleep well. Room is very bad in condition,totally different from the photos published. Toilet is without door! Worst hotel I ever experience..

Room was small but satisfactory and nicely designed for the space. Quite a modern flavour for a budget offering. Easily accessible by lift or stairs.

TV had terrible reception. Guy at reception wasn't the best at service. Not a great location, not really near anything or food or entertainment. Unless you like Bollywood films across the road.
