Holiday Inn Sepang Airport by IHG

Holiday Inn express is always reliable

We stayed for one night as we had to be close to the airport again. The free shuttle is so helpful and useful complimentary to our stay. The bed was super comfy and the space was adequate. Would definitely stay again

Clean room. Kid loved it. Convenient. Breakfast was good.

Perfect for a layover in a lovely hotel

Great comfy stay for a stopover. Shops & restaurants clise by.

Overall excellent

Lots of dining options around the hotel, but breakfast choices are limited even Burger King is open after 9 am.

Property was clean, efficient and well run and was only spoiled due to the airconditioning not functioning properly

Good hotel about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. Super friendly and helpful staff with a nice comfy room. Beds were comfy and room was clean and spacious. Aircon was weak so the room did get really hot. Breakfast was delicious and dinner menu was varied and delicious.

This was the best place that I ever stayed.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, free transfer (shuttle bus) in/out airport hotel. Massive swimming pool

Great room near airport with transportation provided and businesses (shopping, restaurants) in the immediate area.

Very new, nice and quiet!

The hotel was really good, clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

A first rate hotel

Very nice, newer hotel.

Wish I could’ve used the free shuttle but it doesn’t operate for late incoming flights. Lots of inexpensive dining options, including convenience stores, a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing with options for everyone.

Very nice!

Great hotel

Room and bathroom are very clean! Various amenities are also available. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport and outlet mall. The service is very good and nice. I liked it very much. Unfortunately, there were people smoking by the pool. I want you to thoroughly smoke passively.

I have stayed in several Holiday Inns in the United States and a few in other countries but this place was absolutely marvelous and the staff was friendly very helpful and I enjoyed my stay it was a wonderful wonderful Holiday Inn with beauty inside and outside

First Hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Food and drinks unbelievably expensive - ate and drank out in nearby restaurants.

Excellent service/room/breakfast buffet.

Terrific staff-very helpful/friendly; very good breakfast

OK

Lovely room and great front desk personnel. Very kind and caring. The room was great

Excellent hotel, all staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and lounging area. Very comfortable room and great breakfast selection. Very helpful having a free shuttle service from the airport

We will always consider coming back because it was very good quality accommodation Convenient, clean All in all excellent accommodation Loved it

This review is not politically correct: It felt like being back in the West with everything so clean, modern and air-conditioned. The only thing that reminded me I was still in Malaysia was the mold growing in grout in the shower. Closely convenient to the airport. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it runs every hour. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have just gotten a Grab. Gym and pool areas all very nice. Gym overlooks the pool on the 3rd floor.

Easy convenient location to airport. With free shuttle

Had a one night stay with family. Staff were friendly and responsive. Property was clean and well maintained. Thumbs up for the children shower sets and colouring books to keep them occupied.

Great place

Beautiful hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was nice but not a huge selection for western visitors. Lovely pool Overall a lovely spot for a layover in Kuala Lumpur

Convenient different dining options

Hotel staff do not give payee the ability to go to both rooms. Family staying on separate floors and unable to go to the other family room, makes no sense. We should have access to the rooms we purchased at all times. They would not budge on giving us access to both rooms. Bad policy! Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Other than those two issues, hotel was great!

Super Cool stuff and so helpful

Room was nice, room service was good.

Good location

Great shower, okay bed, service was very good. Only suggestion is to include airport to hotel shuttle times in welcome email as I wasted 30 minutes and finally just got a taxi.

Everything is good, the staff, the room, the breakfast and the location

Close to airport. Free shuttle service to airport most of the time

The only comment I have against this hotel was the service in the executive lounge, the staff could have been better in service

Just an overnight stay but must compliment the facilities and staff. Room was excellent, breakfast was a wide variety of lovely food and the staff went above and beyond. The airport pick up and Mitsui Outlet drop off much appreciated. Highly recommend.

No shuttle bus for me. I need to take taxi paid by myself

Y

Stayed here x1 night to be close to the airport, as airport shuttle available and 15 minute transfer Lovely hotel, surrounded by lots of places to eat, plus supermarket and self service launderette. Booked seats on the shuttle bus when we checked in, this is a must as it is very popular and will fill all places quickly.

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Great breakfast buffet options. Convenient airport shuttle service. Clean and spacious room. Large flat screen tv, but wish they had more English station options. Great location, walking distance to many local dining options. Will definitely come back on our next long layover.

Not too bad for hotel near the airport. Airport shuttle starts from 6.45am and interval of 1hr so be sure to plan your timing well. I like that the hotel is also quiet. There is a small starbucks in the hotel for quick caffeine fix.

Very clean

Place is easy to find. Great parking! Lots of food around the corner

Staff was very helpful, especially that we were a group of nine and needed airport transfers. They arranged for 2 extra minibuses to take us with our luggage. Breakfast was excellent!

Clean and spacious

Impeccably clean staff were fantastic and very helpfull would stay again

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and how accommodating the staff was in welcoming us to the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and the ambiance in the restaurant.

Not a good choice to be honest. Just picked it because it’s close to the air-port

Everyone at the hotel was really nice and helpful, the hotel is beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the tremendous amount of flies. Is not hygienic at all having so many flies when you eat, on top of the utensils food… not good so you just have to be careful. Food was good too.

Very convenient clean airport hotel

The cleanliness of the facility and the attentiveness of the entire staff. We most definitely will be staying there when we return.

great place to stay before a flight. Clean, comfortable, with courteous staff.

Everything was great, the service was amazing people is so nice. The room was spacious and nice, bed was comfy and everything was clean. Loved it!

Cleanliness and safety! Kudos!

We arrived from DC almost midnight after around 20 hours of flight and looking forward to a good shower and some rest before our next morning flight. It was disappointing to see the toilet bowl water kept running. Maintenance guy came and fiddled with it for almost an hour. The staff should have just moved us to a different room to begin with but didn’t. It was when we checked in with the facility guy a few times and he wasn’t able to get the job done that we called reception for a room change that it happened. It was not until 1 something in the morning that we had to move to a different room. Did not even managed to rest as we needed to leave early in the morning to catch our flight.

Staff were fabulous

The actual stay at the hotel was acceptable. What was unacceptable was the promised hotel transport by suttle from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotel. The shuttle I was promised was commandeered at the airport for airline staff, while my wife and I were shunted aside and made to wait some time, with all of our luggage, for another shuttle.

All the staffs are helpful and friendly.

Liked the shuttle and stores close by

New hotel. Restaurant food was really good. Family room had bunks and kids furniture. Pool was good size. Shopping centre nearby was ok but area a bit abandoned but perfect for overnight stay

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was awaresome. WiFi in my room 10th floor was not working well. So I ask help from the front desk as I do have a meeting. The manager arrange me to have my meeting in the club lounge with a private room. This arrangement was great and I really appreciated. Definitely will come back again.

The service was excellemt

We loved the place the room was big and beautiful 😻. Breakfast was excellent the weather was too hot for us. We should have chosen a better weather. We would 💯 percent we will stay at this hotel.

Stayed 1 night because this hotel is closer to Sepang Airport where we had to take an early flight. Disappointed that there was no shuttle to airport before 7 AM, we had to pay 150% of the regular taxi rate.

Transfers to and airport was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. Would have been even better if there was more choice in breakfast Happy for one night stay

Great hotel for convenience to KL International airport. Very clean and comfortable and staff helpful.

Well managed property. Everything was wonderful, including the breakfast.

Love the property it was clean and many stores around it.

Nice modern well keep hotel

Goood overall experience

We stayed here during a layover in Kuala Lumpur. The experience was excellent, and we would like to stay there again for future layovers.

Airport shuttle, and great pool

The staff were extremely helpful from the moment that I arrived. Everything was in excellent condition. The pool is large. There is an exercise room and many walks/runs in the area if you need air and exercise. Shopping and restaurants are adjacent. A very good location.

Very comfortable and convenient with an amazing breakfast.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is very nice. Not so easy to find the shuttle bus between the hotel and airport.

I saw several rats scurry across the street at the restaurant where I ate. The hotel was amazing.

Room is big. Swimming pool looks inviting Breakfast buffet waa good and staff were friendly and pleasant too.

I am impressed by the spike cleanliness of the hotel vicinity. Alots of convenience shop 24 hrs, walking distance. Carpark well lighted with security on guard. My no.1 list of hotel if in Sepang. Happy guest of Holiday Inn. 😀

Farther from airport than expected but ok More convenience shops than expected.
