Room is clean n spacious. Bed and pillow are comfortable and love that they have soft n hard pillow for us to choose in our room for our comfort. Easy to find food near hotel.

RAS

Lovely room, well equipped. Excellent breakfast. Very handy for small restaurants close by.

Location

Nothing at all

Location and very helpful staff Very very clean

Food options Those in local language not explained

Definitely everything is great organised! Staff is always ready if you need some help, room's are very clean and food in restaurant is great.

Superbe Hôtel neuf. Personnel très accueillant. Belle chambre spacieuse propre, literie confortable.

Great rooms and service. Very comfortable and friendly staff. We had a few hours to wait until we could access our room (we arrived at 8am), but we enjoyed breakfast, the Serenity room and pool all before checkin. Easy up access from airport (shuttle bus to hotel, was easy to find).

It's the perfect stopover if you have an early flight the next day. Very comfy and convenient, and quite a good gym and pool! Definitely the best around the area! The airport shuttle makes it especially convenient

Clean and next to a few restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel is only 30 MR per person which is affordable. Staff are really nice. 0

Far from the airport. The shuttle service is not frequent enough especially after 9:00 p.m. Breakfast was okay but it can still improve .. for example there was no fresh orange and cheese was limited.

Sehr schlechter Service!

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to/from the airport.

pulizia della struttura. colazione abbondante. posizione stategica rispetto all'aeroporto

The location is very close to the airport and they have free shuttle to the airport on daily basisNd at specific times. You need to book. It is also close to the cove water park and the. Outlet mall and around the hotel there plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were mostly nice and the facilities were also nice. We booked family room with one king bed and two bunker type of bed. The wifi was fast

The guy at the reception was a bit harsh but he did his job perfectly. The AC at the room was not very cold it definitely not as cold as it needs but for us was ok however I am certain many guests will complain hence better to check it out. While the hotel is close to airport and outlet mall the access and exit to the airport is not as easy and therefore it adds some time to your travel plan but not a lot

Great facility

Too soon check-out 12pm

Great family room stay for our family of 4

Not too much directly around the hotel for passing time

Close to the airport without being so close you hear the planes. There are shops and a mall withing walking distance and a market Friday evening.

Breakfast was a disappointment, food was OK but when it is busy they struggle to keep up, also the aircon vents tend to drip water, got dripped on at breakfast and then later at dinner in a different location got dripped on again.

Lovely hotel near the airport

Nothing

Comfortable

Breakfast average

Excellent hotel and definitely one of the best beds I've ever slept on. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport was good. Breakfast buffet had a large range of options

Easy access for foods and malls, shops and convenience store

None

Direct access to your room if u parked at lower ground. You don’t have to go to the lobby first then take another lift. The place is also strategically as there are a lot of places to eat etc.

Internet not that stable. Sometimes quite slow as well when I’m doing some work.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Bedroom was ckean and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. The breakfast was pretty good, great coffee and pastries. We particularly liked the Serenity room with massage chairs, free for use and the airport transfer bus was perfect!

Location is near the airport and is within reach for a short stay. within the surrounding vicinity there were loads of food options and convenient stores available and a small mall.

Good location - near the airport and school, clean

The sofa bed could be better.

TUDO!!!

Good location. Near to airport with free shuttle bus.

I have a excellent time staying at Holiday Inn. From Pick back and fourth in the Airport such an stress free. The hotel was amazing. The room, the bathroom is great. The staff are friendly. They always attentive and help with your needs. I totally like to stay back on HolidayInn sepang and for recommendations to others.

Sad is i stay only for one night

The menu for breakfast The service shuttle

Nothing

The hotel is near the airport, around 15-20 minutes from KLIA terminal 1, depending on traffic. We left around 6:45 in the morning and were at terminal 1 at 7:05. They provide a free shuttle. Best to make a reservation when you go to the airport. Very clean room. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was quite big. In the lounge there are plenty of beverages and small dishes. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Holiday Inn never fail to impress. Staffs were friendly, room and clean and there is also a massage chair near the reception. The location is strategically close to the sepang track and i would highly recommend to those participating or attending events there. Lots of shops nearby including food trucks and night market.

It may be because it is a big hotel but room service in the evening? They did it on my 3rd day though but i really needed room service on the 2nd day. Breakfast is ok i guess. Been to other holiday inns, and they have better breakfast options.

Excellent location, especially if you are on an overnight transit in KL. Clean and spacious beds, very friendly staff, and the airport shuttle was extremely useful.

Facilities

Nice customer service

There weren’t hand towels when checked in and then we have to called for tissue paper and body lotion

Nice, modern, convenient.

Proximity to street market and local eateries. Good pool and gym. Shuttle bus from hotel back to airport ran on time and was easy to arrange.

Shuttle bus was hard to find on arrival, only ran on the hour so a long and uncomfortable wait if you arrive just after one has left and it took a good 35 -40 mins to get to hotel in late afternoon.

location, cleanliness and modern interior

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Malaysia. The experience was truly comfortable and enjoyable in every detail. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the rooms were cozy and perfectly maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff for their warm welcome and professional service. The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request, which reflects a high standard of hospitality. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. Thank you again for such outstanding hospitality.

Petit déjeuner tres complet

Ontbijt was heerlijk. Douche is goed.

Clean and well maintained

Location to reach

We didn’t think much about ur breakfast Staff was not able to make egg ( sunny egg) broke the yellow York and not done properly.. not much choice for Indian Muslim guests, only catering for Malaysian guests …

The far parking is a disadvantage
