El personal fue super amable, en especial Hafsa. Muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar siempre. Nos prepararon desayuno take away. La piscina y el patio interno eran un oasis a las horas de mas calor en la ciudad.

il Riad è situato nel quartiere ebraico, in una piccola via dove non è possibile arrivare in auto. E' molto ben curato e pulitissimo . Il personale (non parla italiano) è gentilissimo e sempre presente. La colazioni marocchina un pò ripetitiva ma ottima, viene servita al tavolo a bordo piscina. Wifi attiva e funzionante

La camera forse è un pò piccola, ma rispecchia la qualità_ prezzo del riad. Per il resto non altre osservazione da fare

Lovely Riad and exceptional helpful and friendly staff. Typical local breakfast served which was delicious and plentiful. Rooms cleaned every day. Rooftop terrace was great where you could use sun loungers and a beautiful sitting area to relax. Riad is very central to various attractions and points of interest. Riad staff Hafsa was very knowledgeable and arranged travel to/from the airport and day trips at our request. Hatim served us our breakfast daily and was helpful on our return to the Riad in the evening.

There was nothing we can say we didn't like. Would highly recommend this riad.

From the courteous,friendly welcome through to the impressive and tranquil courtyard to the impressive and filling local breakfast everything about this place was a treat. There is even a splendid and comfortable rooftop terrace to relax on in the afternoon heat. The location is hard to fault. Easy access (on foot) and only a short walk away from the main square yet so quiet , and that word again, tranquil.

Recomendamos este hotel al 100%. Todo estuvo de excelente nivel, desde la limpieza impecable hasta el delicioso desayuno. Pero sin duda, nuestro recuerdo más bonito es el trato recibido. Queremos destacar a Bader por su enorme hospitalidad, su ayuda constante y su increíble amabilidad. Da gusto viajar y encontrar a personas tan serviciales. Con su manera de ser y su actitud podria perfectamente desempeñar cualquier trabajo.

Also, the proximity of the roads is a 5-minute walk so that a taxi is easily available if needed. Jemma el Fna is only a 10-minute walk. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, with many details and taste, the rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the terrace on the top offers the possibility of relaxing, for example, in the evening before going to bed in silence and in the air with a cup of tea. I give special praise to the young man who is always available there (and unfortunately I don't know his exact name), who is kind, extremely polite, as if he worked in a 7-star hotel, and the rest of the staff is at an extremely high level. Lo único a destacar es la localización estaba un poco escondida. No es nada malo pero si eres mujer y vas sola tal vez no es lo más recomendable, aunque la ciudad es muy segura.

Una experiencia mágica e inolvidable Si buscas la verdadera esencia de Marrakech con un trato humano inigualable, este es el lugar. La belleza del patio interior, el silencio que se respira y la calidez de todo el equipo hacen que no quieras marcharte nunca. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, con aire acondicionado y limpian cada día sin falta. La ubicación es excelente para recorrer la ciudad a pie, aunque puede ausustar un poco al principio el camino al Riad debo decir que es extremadamente seguro, incluso de madrugada. El desayuno exquisito, muy variado. Sirven té, zumos naturales, frutas, tortillas, comidas locales, café, etc. El servicio insuperable, Bader fue increíble con nosotros, además respondió a todas nuestras dudas y preguntas de la ciudad y su cultura, siempre con una sonrisa y muy profesional, nos sentimos como en casa. Un 10 absoluto en todos los sentidos. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje algo inolvidable!

Ce Riad est exceptionnel de par sa propreté dans les chambres mais également dans tout le Riad et notamment la piscine. Le ménage est fait tout les jours dans les chambres avec serviettes propres à chaque fois. Le personnel est très sympathique et super discret. On est servi comme des princes. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de la médina mais au calme.

L’accoglienza di Badar, la cura dei dettagli, il salottino, la terrazza, la colazione.. tutto stupendo! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e coccolati in tutto. La piscina ci ha permesso di rinfrescarci nei pomeriggi più caldi. La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi la Medina senza essere nel caos. La colazione tocca tutte le mattine con spremuta, the, caffè, latte, msemmen con marmellata, miele e amlou: 10 e lode!

The Riad is immaculate and the staff work hard to keep it that way. Bedding and towels are changed daily.

The Riad was advertised as having a hot tub and spa bath. It has neither so that was disappointing. I have added a picture of the description of the room I booked. It was advertised as a deluxe double room. In reality it was just big enough for a bed and small wardrobe. I had to change room at extra cost. The room description is very misleading as it says the room has a terrace with garden views. It does not. The view is of the cold plunge pool that you see in the pictures. It also says you can see mountains and town views from the roof garden. You can't as the walls are too high. . All that being said, the staff are very attentive and helpful, booking trips and taxis etc. Meals are limited and for dinner it is advisable to book it early in the day so it can be prepared for you.

Great breakfast, similar to other properties, but generous and all freshly cooked and good quality.

La struttura è davvero pulita (il personale pulisce più volte al dì) e curata: è un piacere vivere gli spazi comuni, così come rifugiarsi nella propria stanza o fare una doccia rinfrescante dopo una giornata passata in giro. L'architettura e l'arredamento degli interni sono splendidi. Potrei continuare, ma concludo dicendo che lo consiglio e tornerò a soggiornarvi quando visiterò di nuovo la città.

Nos gustó todo desde el encanto de la arquitectura , el desayuno servido con mucha profesionalidad y cariño . Siempre atentos y serviciales para nosotros y nuestro hijo fue como estar en casa , en especial queremos agradecer a Bader por todos los detalles ( que no fueron pocos ) y su atención, chico maravilloso ‼️ mi hijo no quería volverse con nosotros solo con el 😍😂 la limpieza la realizan todos los días meticulosamente,en serio que recomiendo este Riad si quieres sentirte cómodo , seguro y cerca de todo ! Le doy un 20 porque hemos viajado mucho y muchos hoteles y nunca sentí esa atención ! Esperamos poder volver pronto un abrazo 🤗

Nothing could have been better! The driver, Ayoub, punctual and helpful, picked us up from the Marrak train station. dropped us off near the Riad, because no cars were allowed in the narrow street. But the chef Khadizia (fabulous cook!) walked from the Riad to escort us to the Hotel, a five-minute stroll. From the moment we walked through the gorgeous hand-carved door, we were greeted by Hafsa, and her wonderful warm staff. Badr, the waiter was so elegant, could be working at at Michleifin 5 star! Hefsa was very attentive to our every need. I am 80 years old, and traveling with my niece. Hafsa and the staff were so kind to us. The menage ladies always had a smile! Our room was very comfortable, and there was a mini fridge.

Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin : très attentionné, toujours disponible et à l’écoute pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Todo estuvo genial, pero sobre todo la amabilidad y atención del personal. La chica de la recepción maravillosa y muy servicial y el chico del desayuno y noches, todo un encanto (no recuerdo los nombres...) La ubicación está muy bien y el desayuno es maravilloso. Todo recién hecho. Quizás eché de menos algo más de salado como pavo y/o queso, o aguacate, o tomate y aceite....Me impresionó lo limpio que estaba todo. Sin duda repetiría con los ojos cerrados.

Por poner un pero, diría que la habitación se queda un poco justita para tres personas (poco espacio para moverse). Poca ventilación y poca luz.

La struttura è molto molto bella e il personale è particolarmente accogliente e attento ai dettagli. Al mio arrivo mi hanno servito il thè alla menta e mi hanno fatto visitare tutta la struttura assegnandomi una stanza addirittura più grande di quella che avevo prenotato. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile. Anche il dettaglio di spruzzare del profumo sul copriletto al mio ingresso in camera è stato un dettaglio particolarmente gradito.

Tivemos uma experiência simplesmente incrível neste riad em Marrakech. Sinceramente, superou qualquer expectativa. Desde o momento da chegada, o atendimento foi impecável. Isso faz muita diferença na experiência. O riad em si é absurdo de bonito. A arquitetura, os detalhes, a decoração… tudo muito bem cuidado. O pátio interno com piscina cria um ambiente relaxante, quase um refúgio depois de um dia andando pela cidade. E a área no terraço é simplesmente sensacional — perfeita pra descansar, tirar fotos ou só curtir o clima. Agora, o café da manhã merece destaque à parte. Fácil um dos melhores que já tive. Tudo fresco, bem preparado, com variedade e aquele toque local que faz você realmente sentir que está em Marrocos. Não é básico, é experiência. Se tem algo pra resumir: é o tipo de lugar que não só entrega o que promete, mas passa disso. Você sai com a sensação de que escolheu exatamente o lugar certo. Sem dúvida nenhuma, voltaria — e recomendaria sem pensar duas vezes.

My stay was disappointing due to poor service and uncomfortable facilities. The airport pickup was delayed despite full charge, the bathroom design was impractical and unsanitary, and the room was extremely small with unpleasant odors. Additionally, staff provided minimal explanations and even gave incorrect information about food without apologizing, which raised serious concerns.

It's beautiful to behold and has a 'wow' factor when you enter. The rooms and courtyard are clean, and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, the standard Moroccan / Riad style.

This was the more touristy end of the medina than where we stayed for the majority (Riad Lyla) and I prefer the Lyla location. Our family had to split into two rooms: the second floor room was atop the exterior entry and was fresh and didn't smell slightly dank as did the main floor room adjacent the pool. There were no exterior windows in that room, and it felt claustrophobic. As I understand the definition "Riad" is a misnomer for Touhfa as its courtyard holds a pool but isn't open to the outside, it has a roof but no courtyard garden. It's a bit dark and enclosed, I would choose a different style for my preferences if I were to return to Marrakech.

Designed and built by Yousef, the owner, it is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture with a serene inner garden complete with a pool and a stunning roof terrace. The welcome was unforgettable. Yousef and his team immediately sat me down to relax after my journey, offering complimentary tea and traditional pastries. It was both cultural and deeply thoughtful, setting the tone for the entire stay. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. The table was beautifully laid just for me, and the staff brought an array of delicious treats that left me feel energised and ready for the day. I also chose to dine in the evenings, where lovingly prepared Moroccan dishes like vegetarian tagine and couscous tagine were served with care and authenticity. What truly elevated the experience was the attention to detail in organising activities. Hafsa, full of life and warmth, reached out right after booking to arrange options like a traditional spa. Thanks to her seamless planning, I enjoyed a rejuvenating hammam without any effort on my part, just pure pampering. Every interaction with the staff was marked by genuine hospitality and attentiveness. I felt not just welcomed, but truly cared for throughout my stay. I would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend this Riad to anyone seeking an authentic, luxurious, and heartwarming Marrakesh experience. It is a real treat not to be missed.
