El hotel es una maravilla y las habitaciones estan genial. Tambien el spa es super guay.

El trato de la recepcionista al hacer el check in. Nos tuvo mas de 1h esperando para poder entrar en nuestras habitaciones. Primero porque decia que no le valía mi tarjeta de residencia en Rabat (trabajo y vivo aquí) habiendola utilizado en otras ocasiones sin ningun problema. Despues porque no eran capaces de ponernos las habitaciones en el.mismo pasillo a pesar de que previamente por Whatsapp les habia dicho el tipo de cama que queria y les habia expresado que queria cercanía en las habitaciones. Es una pena que a este tipo de hoteles le falle el personal.

Staff were very uninviting, and disappointed by the poor service from a luxury hotel chain. Some staff members were nice once approached but generally cold and off putting

Lovely and kind staff! Super comfortable rooms and the most wonderful beds. Beautiful pool area. Great breakfast buffet. (The restaurant service has much improved since our last stay here in May.)

1/ The view from our room was looking out to the six lane highway and then the ocean was on the other side. But it did have a great sunset view. 2/Room service needs some help.

The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely warm and friendly. The reception team was welcoming, and the hotel manager Mohammed Magdi deserves special recognition. Our first room did not meet our expectations, but he handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and kindness. He was always approachable, regularly checked whether everything was to our satisfaction and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture we received before departure. His outstanding hospitality truly made a difference and was the highlights of our vacation. The Italian restaurant offered excellent food, and the service was professional and attentive. The lobby team was equally outstanding and exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel. We also enjoyed the spa treatments. The therapists were highly skilled and the treatments themselves were of excellent quality. Watching the World Cup matches at Bar Atlantique was another enjoyable experience, and the staff member in the fashion boutique was incredibly friendly and perfectly represented the Four Seasons brand. The interior was also very modern and clean. We loved the traditional art

Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of what we expected from a Four Seasons property. While the Italian restaurant served excellent food, the attention to detail was disappointing. In a restaurant of this standard and price level, plates and especially wine glasses should always be perfectly polished. On several occasions our wine glasses were visibly dirty, and we had to ask for them to be polished before they could be used. At the ritz Carlton and even Conrad hotel the glasses were clean Although the spa treatments were excellent, communication was often difficult because some of the staff providing beauty and cosmetic treatments did not speak English fluently. As these services usually require detailed consultations, the language barrier led to several misunderstandings. We believe that a luxury hotel should ensure English-speaking staff are available in the whole spa. Our biggest disappointment was the pool service. As many previous reviews have already mentioned, it simply did not reflect the Four Seasons standard. We had planned to spend most of our holiday relaxing by the pool, but instead it became the weakest part of our stay. Despite there being plenty of staff, they were often inattentive, it was difficult to get anyone’s attention, and we frequently had to repeat our orders to different employees. The tableware was also not always as clean as expected. Instead of relaxing, we found ourselves constantly trying to get service. Because of this, we decided not to spend any more time at the pool and instead visited other luxury hotels, including the Ritz-Carlton, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria and Fairmont. The service there was consistently outstanding, which made us realize what had been missing at Four Seasons. We also decided not to dine at Flamme because it is closely connected to the pool area, and our experience there had already left a negative impression.

The service of the staff, especially the breakfast restaurant, is lacking. There was no one in charge, at least we did not see any manager on the floor, and the staff seemed very lost. It was so odd that there were many empty tables available on the patio for breakfast, but they would only seat about 6 of them. On a personal note, I did not like the interior decoration of the rooms. The hotel is housed in such a beautiful old building, but they made the room style contemporary, not classic at all.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’architecture et la décoration, qui mettent parfaitement en valeur l’élégance de la tradition marocaine tout en y associant une touche de modernité raffinée. Un grand merci à Mohamed Magdy, responsable de la réception, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Très professionnel, réactif, à l’écoute et toujours disponible, il répondait rapidement à nos demandes et s’est assuré que tout se déroule parfaitement. Son sens du service et son attention aux détails ont fait toute la différence. Nous souhaitons également remercier du plus profond de notre cœur, Redouane, membre de l’équipe de la piscine, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse extrême et son sourire constant. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Absolument rien, tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes, voire au-delà. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel luxueux, que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : le service, les installations, la propreté et l’attention portée aux clients. Une expérience 10/10. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Rabat.

The hotel itself is beautiful in an old Palace, with an incredible pool area. The staff were impeccable. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, it was just a shame that we were the only ones in there. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. It’s situated a little out of the way from centre but we walked a few minutes and used the tram . I would definitely recommend the hotel and the attention to detail was wonderful

We ordered drinks at the pool one afternoon and after they hadn’t arrived in around 30 minutes we were then told, it was shut and we had to go into the cocktail bar which seemed a little odd for a hotel of that calibre. The following day, we were given an apology and a complimentary drink.

J’ai été dure dans ma notation car nous parlons d’un 4 seasons quand même . J’avais demandé un lit pour ma fille on lui a mis un parc , elle a dormi 2 nuits sans matelas ! Ce n’est pas parce que nous n’avions pas 36 demandes dans notre réservation que nous ne sommes pas exigeants pour autant … Bémol aussi pour le restaurant La flamme , dîner où nous avons dû solliciter à plusieurs reprises le personnel ( pour notre repas et celui de notre bébé ) et pour le brunch du lendemain même constat 4 demandes de café pour qu’au final ce soit mon mari qui aille les chercher ! Pour finir bémol au niveau du ménage aussi , un macaron retrouvé par terre après le passage … Bref peut être que j’avais mis la barre trop haut considérant que c’était un Four Seasons .

When I got back, I had to request the invoice three times by email because it wasn’t sent to me. And they aren’t prepared for gluten-free guests; they should offer more options, especially at breakfast. I had clearly mentioned my intolerance in an email to the hotel before I left, and the only thing they offered me was gluten-free bread. At 45 euros per person for breakfast, I honestly expect more—and better quality food.

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities. Rooms were spacious with superb bathrooms and comfy beds. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The location is poor - it’s by a main road so when you’re by the pool you hear traffic all day. And the part of Rabat where it is located is not very nice - the coastal road is ok but not particularly nice and you can’t walk to decent restaurants or historic sites from the hotel. As a result we took taxis everywhere and the hotel uses a preferred taxi driver who I felt ripped us off every time. Also the service was generally very slow. Even checking in took ages and I had to go and ask if it was done.

Não ficamos hospedados pois tivemos que adiar a vigem por conta de uma emergência medica com um dos familiares. O hotel foi intransigente e não aceitou a alteração de datas sem custos. Ressalto que todos os outros hotéis previstos em nosso roteiro de 20 dias ao Marrocos concordaram na alteração, inclusive os hoteis Four Seasons de Marrakesh e Casablanca. Já tive oportunidade de utilizar a rede Four Seasons em outras ocasiões, mas o tratamento oferecido durante as tratativas foi deselegante. Transferimos nossa hospedagem para o Ritz-Carlton.

Unhelpful staff at reception. Long Check-in time and weird way of communicating. Definitely not like Four Seasons at other countries. Unprofessional staff at breakfast. AC at room was disaster. And many other unpleasant details. I did not enjoy my stay. My stay at Conrad was far much better than here. I don’t recommend it. I will diffidently stay at Conrad at my next visit.

La colazione alla carta, in totale assenza di buffet, molto cara e davvero di pessima qualità. Un vero peccato. Un hotel con una cattiva colazione è un cattivo hotel, per quanto lussuoso possa essere il resto.

There only 1 restaurant ( Italian ) the brasserie was close
