Smells aweful, if you stay for 48 hours they don’t house keep for you…all surfaces are sticky it’s dark and really just obscure and dingy and old school and full of dusty knickknacks

Dommage que c'est pas précisé dans un quartier populaire mais au milieu est proche de toute commodité pour un séjour court c'est bien réussi et ça vaut le coup je garde un bon souvenir et je conseille l'établissement à tous ceux qui sont comme nous pour deux ou trois jours maximum

La télé était en permanence entre coupée à cause du wifi certainement trop faible et le bruit était malheureusement pour moi assez difficile. On entant les voitures et moto en permanence comme si nous étions dehors même dans l’appart le moins bruyant. Si vous n’êtes sensible au bruit c bon mais sinon c’est impossible.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026J'ai aimé l'emplacement, la propreté de l'hôtel irréprochable, l'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôtel à l'accueil. Le bar en dessous de l'hôtel. Le quartier est très bien et tout est à proximité c'est vraiment agréable. La corniche et la mosquée d'Hassan 2 faisables à pied, c'est vraiment top pour une balade le soir pour se rafraîchir.
Je n'ai pas apprécié la literie, le matelas très inconfortable, c'est vraiment le point négatif. Le petit déjeuner moyen, nous avons passé un long séjour et tous les matins nous avons eu droit à la même formule, nous étions parfois amenés à acheter autre chose. Les ustensiles très peu pour un long séjour c'est pas top.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Orlando Casablanca. J’ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et j’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. L’hôtel est propre, agréable et le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je tiens surtout à remercier Ibrahima à la réception, qui a été exceptionnel : très accueillant, souriant, serviable et toujours avec une attitude positive. Il a vraiment le sens de l’accueil et met les clients à l’aise dès leur arrivée. Je remercie également le serveur du café situé en bas de l’hôtel, qui a été très sympathique et professionnel pendant les petits déjeuners. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le quartier : il est propre, agréable et on y trouve vraiment tout ce qu’il faut à proximité magasins, boucheries et commerces. Les habitants du quartier sont également très sympathiques et accueillants. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise. Une équipe agréable, un bon hôtel et un quartier pratique. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Allein die Klimaanlage war für meine Verhältnisse zu laut, ein Zimmerwechsel war aber auf Wunsch möglich, so dass ein Teil der Geräusche wegfiel nachts.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a sofa, and fridge. It was clean and had plenty of natural light. The location was also quite good, being relatively close to the seafront and convenient for getting around Casablanca.
Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my stay, 3 days even though I requested it. I also asked the reception to fix the TV; they promised someone would come, but nobody showed up before I checked out. In addition, the breakfast options were limited. I requested an egg-free breakfast, but it was not well arranged and there were very few suitable alternatives.

Both of them were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to make the guests happy :) When needed, the manger was supportiveand attentive. The housekeeping take place every second day and it was good. After the first two breakfasts, the supportive manger and staff was very kind to provide us with a very nice breakfast at the hotel's café, it was very good both the food and service at the café.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Not the most central location for exploring on foot, but it has its own private parking which is a genuine plus if you're travelling by car. We arrived during Eid al-Adha when almost every restaurant and café in the city was closed. The staff not only helped us check in smoothly but also tracked down one of the very few places still serving food that evening. The room itself was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

After arriving after exhausting trip to get here, we go up to our room and instead of the queen size bed as advertised that we paid for it was a double. The receptionist says all they’re all that way and I asked why do you advertise it and why they paid for a queen size bed he didn’t have an answer. He caused the manager because it was unacceptable for us and they gave us a room with two single beds, obviously not as comfortable as a queen we are very disappointed, and it took an hour after our rival to straighten it all out other minor things like noisy till two in the morning motorcycles people are arguing outside requested a quiet room we got the opposite

La rue est un peu bruyante le soir.il faut équiper un peu plus la cuisine.

Personale gentile , ci hanno tenuto anche le valige per poter girare prima di andare via . Colazione buona con vero caffè espresso italiano . Grazie Barbara , Giulio e Tommi .

Connexion Wi-Fi marche mal problème avec la télé pendant 2 jours pas de machine à café ☕️ micro-ondes J'étais obligé de changer de chambre trop de bruit le soir Il faut un peu de rafraîchissement dans la salle de bain est la cuisine

2泊しましたが2日とも夜シャワーのお湯が5分も経たずに水に変わった。夕方突然停電した。ローカルなエリアにあるので治安はあまり良くない気がした。

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Clean and proper rooms. Amazing location with friendly and accommodating staff. Thanks again Ismail for all arrangements! Breakfast is also quite good here. The ocean is just 10-12 minutes walk with the Hassan mosque (+3-5 min walk) nearby. Really good street food and markets just 2-4 minutes walk.
Nothing to mention here.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026La tranquilidad y ubicación eran muy buenas.Excelente trato personal y por parte de los recepcionistas Isamil e Ibrahima.Habitacion limpia,cómoda,accesible y con menaje suficiente por si se prefiere comer en casa.Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez.

做饭就是没有佐料，短时间入住也不可能去买，所以影响自己做饭！希望能简单配置一些！
