Colazione troppo limitata, se non ti piaceva quello che ti proponevano non avevano alternative!! Ovviamente parlo di una colazione solo marocchina che tutte le mattine cambiava ma se eri allergico o non ti piaceva non mangiavi!

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026j’ai adoré mes vacances dans ce riad Marouane Fatiha ont été incroyables avec nous et à notre écoute. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances grâce à eux, le déjeuner était copieux et exceptionnel. Un grand merci pour tout j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir :))
le bruit que certains pouvait faire le matin (autre vacanciers) qui nous réveillait a 8h30 (situation résolu par le personnel😊)

O Staff Masculino da receção disponibilizou-se para trocar € por Dirhams, sempre muito simpático e até português falava. Sempre muito respeitador e com vontade de ajudar! O Staff Feminino simpático e tirou-nos uma foto! ✌️ ☕🥞 Em relação ao Pequeno-Almoço, estava tudo ótimo, e a pessoa que servia às mesas foi sempre muito simpática, amável e atenciosa. Fez realmente a diferença na nossa estadia. Fiquei com pena de não ter ficado com o nome dessa pessoa. 📍 Tem uma excelente localização, mesmo no centro da cidade de Marraquexe.
Apesar de ser sempre bem recebido, sendo um cidadão europeu não me senti muito seguro ao passar para a rua da Riad. A Riad não tem culpa e os funcionários sempre foram muito prestáveis, mas preferi mencionar aqui neste comentário.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Il soggiorno al Riad Allal è stato davvero molto piacevole. La posizione è centrale e comoda per muoversi a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla nel caos del centro ! La struttura è bella, pulita e curata, con un’atmosfera autentica che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La colazione molto buona. Il vero valore aggiunto è il personale, di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare: sempre sorridenti, pronti ad aiutare e a dare consigli utili. Ci siamo sentite accolte e seguite con grande attenzione per tutta la permanenza.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026The location is in the heart of the old Medina in Marrakech. The Riad is special and different to hotels, I totally recommend it for the experience. They serve freshly baked goods for breakfast besides fruits everyday which was delicious. Staff were so friendly and offered us a bigger room upon availability for 3 out of 4 nights at no extra cost. They always offered tips and help and were so friendly to us. The riad was always clean and the interior is so beautiful. There was an AC with working heating and hot water. The location is perfect as cars can't go into the old Medina, so you need to get dropped off on the closest street and walk with your bags and it was a 2 min walk to the main street. Also, the staff gave us tips on how much things cost around us which is very helpful in such a touristy area.
The room we first stayed for one night in had no windows and was too small. Rooms aren't spacious which is the case for most Riads, also there were no toiletries.

Aunque el desayuno no lo pudimos probar porque nuestro avión salía muy temprano, tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos un pedazo de bizcocho para tomarlo en el taxi a las 4,30h de la mañana, incluso a esas horas nos acompañaron con las maletas hasta el taxi.

La ducha no tiene vidrio entonces se moja un poco el baño, pero tiene el suelo a dos alturas distintas asi que no se sale el agua, solo algunas gotas

Staff were very helpful arranging airport transfers and leaving our bags for a bit on our final day. Double rooms were a good size and bathrooms modern and nice. It was a bit of a squeeze having a single child bed in the double room but fine for just sleeping. Communal lounge space was good to have too.

Plapuma pătată si cu miros urat și ea, pe care ne-au luat-o in ultima noapte de cazare, noi fiind plecați in excursii si ajungand seara am sesizat doar foarte târziu...

Abbiamo chiesto di poter far colazione prima dell'orario e i ragazzi sono stati molto disponibili ad accontentarci per poter partire per un'escursione. Su richiesta ci hanno prenotato un taxi che è arrivato molto vicino alla struttura e ci hanno accompagnato a piedi dall'autista. Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla piazza principale e dai souk. Tutto perfetto

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Confort, clean, good smell, good breakfast, good and warm shower, good staff, great location. If i back to marraquexe we probably should go to this Riad again. We like very much.
I suggest to put a shower curtain to avoid water everywhere in the bathroom. Maybe a space inside to eat the breakfast could be a good idea because of the cold by the morning. Unfortunaly the doors does not support to much isolation sound and sometimes the guests does not respect knocking the doors, specially because theres an open space.

La reception molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Le pulizie in camera son state fatte ogni mattina in maniera perfetta, la colazione ogni giorno é diversa e sempre ottima. Se il volo di ritorno é la sera, puoi riposare tranquillamente sui divani nella hall e usufruire del bagno.
