Spacious.

There were baby cockroaches in the room. The tap in the common toilet was loose. The water dispenser is unable to dispense hot water continuously. The wifi was quite weak. The connection kept disconnecting on our devices.

The location is nice as it is near to the town yet away from the noise and pollution

The staff at the counter can’t even understand basic instructions and they don’t communicate among themselves.

The wifi connection to my original room was so poor. I hope this can be improved. The cafe at level 5 was not functioning. We went there around 4.30pm but were informed that the chef was not around.

Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms and bed. Running hot water. Microwave & fridge. Lots of plug points. Coffee shop downstairs is nice. Not too far from jb sentral. Good price point.

No hand soap in the bathroom, which is very weird. Must go to the shower cubicle to get shower gel then back to sink if you want to wash hands. Wyndham management must seriously consider offering hand soap at this property, it will cost less than half a ringgit per room but will really impact customer experience. There was induction Cooktop but no pan or wok provided to use on it so the cook top was useless. No glass door or shower curtain to separate shower area from rest of the bathroom so must be careful while showering else water will get sprayed across whole washroom. Location-wise, no malls within walking distance, nor good restaurants..there are a couple of so-so eateries on the same road. must use a car to reach a shopping area. The property is on a quiet road in a green locality.

Conveniently located near to the city centre. Close to eateries but in a quiet area. Staff was always helpful, and the room is spotless. This is our 7th stay here. Will continue to book rooms here for future trips.

For reasons unknown, the hotel has cut back on providing hand soap in the bath/toilet. We had to bring in the dishwashing dispenser into the toilet. And even then, the soap was so diluted we couldn't work up a lather.

A quiet and homely environment. Covered carpark but no security guard and accessible to rooms without having to scan keycard in lifts.

The stalls were nice and helpful. The helped us load our luggage and provided extra table for our room as I requested. They kept our stuff left in the room after our check out so we could retrieve it two days after checking out. The rooms are quiet.

The parking area was to narrow up the ram.

Basin, bidet and shower was not working with no water flow. Informed front desk and was rectified by the time we returned from dinner.

There were no restaurants in the hotel and no room service available.

I like the peaceful and quiet location. Although few restaurants outside but it is fine for me. Also there is a nearby minimart made all well for me.

There are several times that the wifi has broken down. If you don't respond to them for urgency such as online job related activity, they won't offer you an interim solution. Moreover, there were very few staffs that are smiling to greet you whenever meeting them passing by or in station in any part of the hotel. Not like other hotels that most of their staffs are very eager to smile & greet you thus making you feel most welcome in their premises.

Only downside the WIFI connection can be quite challenging. otherwise, it’s really been a great place to spend time in JB.

Comfortable apartment layout suitable for small families.

The rooms were good but the beeakfast was very basic with very ledd choice

We specifically love the cleanliness of the Hotel and the peaceful environment.

We did not like the breakfast, we thought they can do better. We did'nt even get to swim in the pool because the water is freezing, they shpuld put a water heater or something to make the water warm. Alao, there is mo T.V and Netflix connection in the bedroom.

The property is clean and aircon is working well, shower temperature and pressure also is gd.

Always my go-to place whenever I am in JB. Check-in was fast and accessing to rooms were easy! Rooms and toilets were clean. Nothing not to like!

The sewerage smell from the bathroom, we had to spray the room using air fragrance during our stay. No WIFI. So the smart TV is pretty much useless.

I appreciate that the room was very spacious, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. However, I noticed that with only one sofa, it was a bit difficult for all four guests to sit together and enjoy the TV. Adding extra seating could enhance the overall experience.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I had booked a two-bedroom for two night accommodation, but both air conditioning units were not functioning properly, with blinking lights. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had a non-functional water heater, which caused further inconvenience. Regarding breakfast, I found it to be quite basic and not reflective of the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. The options were very limited, catering mainly to local Malaysian cuisine. On the first day, there was a coffee machine providing great coffee, but by the second day, it was removed, which was quite disappointing. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding these concerns.

The room was clean and comes with nice view, located in a convenient neighbourhood, restaurants can be found in walking distance. Blackout curtains are provided. Front desk staff were nice and polite, no deposit needed. The size of the apartment is large and comfortable.

Everything was great except there’s a rooster down there from the landed house that would start crowing at around 5am till 11am 😂 Sensitive sleepers might be affected but I guess most of the people will be fine with that.

The staff not attentive to serve the guests especially during the breakfast. The coffee was cold and I asked for make hot coffee ( to pay), the white jacket chef said " cannot", until I asked other ladies and she take initiative to make hot coffee for both of us - Thank you to the ladies. The cashier doesn't look attentive to the customers and we are not feel welcome to the restaurant. Please improve your customer service at restaurant. At front desk when we arrived, the receptionist also didn't greet to the guest and sit on the chair like big boss. Please take my comments as customer point of view and not to blame anybody. Please put yourself in the customer shoes.

The pillows were a bit too soft, and the bed was a little bit wobbly.

Felt staff proportion is less compared to the property size.We didn’t opt for the breakfast as we felt the menu is limited and price comparatively high.

Everything except for the carpark as we observed that there is no gantry and security unlike other staycay that we went.....so parking at your own risk there like anyone from the public could access to the carpark...

The carpark needs extra security as anyone could go up to the carpark...

The toilets exuded very smelly smells as if the sewage system was clogged , it caused the whole unit to smell very bad. But because it was just a 1 night stay for us , we beared with it.

Definitely a good too if you coming with family. Easy check in even when extending 1 more night. Daily housekeeping. Always checking on guest. Only breakfast is lack of choice but its still delicious for us & family. So if you are looking for variety range of breakfast then this is not for you. However we love & enjoy our stay. Definitely coming back again soon.
