太脏了， 像抹布的地毯， 大块污渍的沙发， 没有品牌廉价的沐浴露，更不要说破锈的门， 电梯破败。特别吵， 马路噪声感觉在身边， 跟宣传照片完全不同。 简直是诈骗

Muy limpio, espacioso con buenas visatas. El apartamento tiene absolutamente todo para disfrutar de una excelente estadía en Johor Bahru. El apartamento está bien ubicado en Danga Bay "Amberside". Mucha seguridad y en el barrio se encuentra todo lo necesario: restaurantes, supermercados, mall.... Agradezco a Wilson por su buena atención, su amabilidad y profesionalismo. 100% recomendable!

Nothing, just a simple studio

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. The television was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the internet connection throughout the stay was very slow. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable, as I found cockroaches inside. The bed and pillows also had an unpleasant smell, making the stay uncomfortable. I initially booked the room at RM113, but upon check-out I was charged RM222 without a clear explanation, which was very concerning. In addition, the room did not match the advertised description the view overlooked the highway rather than the sea. The sofa was damaged and worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt more like a 2-star hotel than what was advertised. Overall, this stay did not provide value for the price paid. I hope the management will address these issues seriously, improve room maintenance and cleanliness, and provide greater transparency regarding pricing to avoid disappointing future guests.

Malgré efforts de mon interlocuteur la wifi ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai pris sur mon temps la veille de mon départ pour recevoir les techniciens qui n’ont pas résolu le problème. Les équipements dans l’appartement n’étaient pas satisfaisants : les réchauds gaz ne fonctionnaient pas, et très peu d’ustensiles cuisine étaient présents (un seul récipient pour cuire et contenir les aliments), tous les placards étaient vides et certains en très mauvais état

We were not impressed with the property

1. Poor instruction to locate parking lot 2. Electrical points were not functioning 3. Aircond was not cold enough 4. No bathroom mat in the bathroom 5. The room was dusty causing sinus reaction 6. The towels need to be replaces as the towels have seen better days!

The pillow is so soft difficult to sleep and the bedsheet is itchy. The sofa outside was too hard can feel the meta as the sponge alrdy give way. Things in that house really ruin down

On a very busy road. Motorbikes race all night, unable to sleep. Bathrooms need a deep clean Not properties fault but building work.noisy and ruins the view.

Nothing. But at least they replied on my WhatsApp quite immediately.

I booked the one room apartment. 1. The door lock was ?spoilt, had hard time to open up the door. 2. Went in and the vibe not as the photos shown. With the price, I could actually book a nearer and better place. 3. The sofa was spoilt. 4. The toilet is extremely dirty, this is definitely out of expectation as they charged cleaning fee of RM90. I didn’t even dare to shower. 5. Oh and the most troublesome key collection and return. Literally have to cross roads and walk at least 10min to the stay.

I was very disappointed, sofa is broken and dirty, bed was so gross I can’t sleep on, white towel is old and dark. I have to go get my own new blanket, pillow case and towels to use. Frying pan is totally can not use. The coating is peeled. When washing machine is on the noise like an airplane is landing, the noise is do load I can’t even talk to my family, can’t watch TV. We reach out to them they send someone to take a look and said they will return to fix they never did. They don’t take things seriously. Basically everything really gross me out I am so regretting that is have no choice but to stay this long. I wish I can canceled it.

Good location. Dedicated parking space. Towels were provided.

Place was very run down, appeared much worse than pictures depicted. Shampoo and body soap provided were not very appealing and appeared cheap & Refilled. Parking spot was very high up. Entry to parking was always difficult as the security guard often blocked the card access, and had to open it separately.

Location was reasonable.

Broken couch and it was hard with virtually no padding. Very noisy. Hot water barely got to warm.

Our booking was for 5-7Jan2026 (2 nights) 2 Bathrooms, 1 water heater not working 2 Rooms, 1 room comforter had blood stains at various places Glass sliding door at the Balcony cannot lock Under these circumstances, we decided to leave after staying there only for 1 night (5-6Jan2026)

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren toll. Pool auch großartig. Check in und Check Out unkompliziert. Das Gebäude hätten wir aber trotz Beschreibung ohne Hilfe nicht gefunden.

Die Ausstattung war nicht so schön und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht. Das Sofa war komplett durchgesessen und alles wirkte sehr abgenutzt und nicht sehr liebevoll. Die Pfanne war gar nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Was a nice stay

We stayed here as a family of four, mainly to visit Legoland, and overall had a nice experience. The location is great—very close to Lido Beach—and there are plenty of food options right downstairs, both inside the mall and from nearby street food stalls, which was super convenient. The room was clean and well equipped, and the building itself was well maintained, making our stay comfortable as a family. A couple of small downsides to note: the sea view isn’t fully open as it’s partially blocked by another tower in the middle, as shown in the photos. Also, since the property is located right by the main road, you can sometimes hear passing vehicles late at night. It didn’t bother us too much, but light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.

the lift was a bit noisy and could be heard from the room. The floor also felt slightly sticky

It was in a good location for restaurants and spending the evening on the beach enjoying the atmosphere .

The windows in the apartment were very thin (single glazed?) and the noise from the main road was loud and disturbing throughout the night.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, with a beautiful view.all room have aircond.. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!
