STAYS HOTEL

Clean.

This hotel was unresponsive when I asked question online. I tried to call after that but the hotel number was unreachable. It was very inconvenient and infuriating. I checked-in around 10pm+ on 2/9/26. I noticed that the staff at the counter was very unpleasant. He is a plump black guy with curly hair, wearing glasses. The way he talked was rude and the intonation he was using was snobbish. I don't think he should be working in customer service sector.

Staff were very cordial and helpful.

Food was pricey.

No hotel

Scammer . No such hotel

Near the monorail, MRT, and convenience stores.

No kettle or complimentary coffee/tea provided. The staircase to Level 1 was too steep and narrow.

Very excellent

Just the parking is annoying

Bilik selesa dan bersih....tapi masalah parking tak ada

Berdekatan dgn hospital

Good proximity to hkl, clean

The bathing area, can have partition with better drainage.

Good

everything nice and clean. a bit small room

parking space problem

I liked the beds, super comfortable which is very important to me when I travel. The wifi was also working just fine, no issues there at all. There is also a smart tv with youtube etc in the room. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. Nearby you can find a small minimart nearby that is open 24/7 which is a big plus.

It is a bit of a walk to the skytrain, around 10 minutes. The room is pretty tiny, and unfortunately it had some sort of smell that just made the whole stay more difficult than it had to be. I think it is from the carpet, since the whole floor is carpeted. We also found a spot of old blood on one of the towels, but got it exchanged.

住宿整體非常整潔

房內沒有椅設備，必須坐在床上

Loving the location as it's just in front of HKL entrance. My main purpose of staying was to attend a sick relative at the hospital. It's just a walking distance as u can cross the road by using the flyover. There's a cafe at the lobby that serves pastries and coffee too. Btw, there's a Putrajaya line MRT within HKL vicinity. btw which I think it'll be really helpful if you need to travel anywhere around the Putrajaya line or to the airport.

We had a room on the second floor and had to use the stairs. The hotel is not elevator assessible. It was fine but for people coming with elders, you need to consider your options. The room is a but small and cramped.

Clean on arrival /security seemed good and Manager was helpful

No chair or table in the room that is v v small. No coffee or tea making facilities. This lack of basic amenities is not highlighted in the web site. Not suitable for business travellers. Poor housekeeping. My room was not cleaned on the 2nd day. Dirty towels were not replaced and the bathroom and room were not cleaned.

very small room.

It was a quiet and pleasant stay. It is also very close to HKL and restaurants nearby. The staffs were very friendly .

Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous.

Le calme ,la propreté la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel.

Rien

New

No parking lot

Walkable distance to HKL and not too far from central attractions. And room is clean.

I was staying at 1st room. It was very close to the entrance door. I can hear every single steps and voices of the customers in and out, and everytime when the door close/open, even in the middle of the night, it was quite disturbing. Noise from the roads is still acceptable to me.

Very close distance to hospital kuala lumpur Friendly staff Easy check in procedure Its in the city center, so the noises from the hustle bustle are expected

The room has no indoor doorlock. I suggest to add one for extra security for the guest inside. Otherwise all ok.

facilities enviroment

no

repeat to stay here

Near Chow Kit, but no kettle / fridge.

The staff were friendly

Cockroaches found and no toilet paper in the room. Room was near to the road and we could hear vehicles zooming past the whole night. Booked for 2 nights but in the end, we check-out the next day to another hotel.

Facilities are worth the money, very clean

Noisy traffic at night

Great place near the center. The room was new, clean nad looked modern. There are transport stops nearby, lots of shops and restaurants, money exchange, pharmacy and even a hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Can be noisy. It was quiet overall, but sometimes you can hear other guests leaving their room, or someone driving a noisy car/motorcycle from the road.

Friendly staff Comfyy bed Nice shower Coffee soo goodd btw Walking distance to HKL

Limited parking, but able to have one with staff help👍

PARKING

Very nice and helpful staff

Room clean, staff just nice and politely.

Shower room floor slippery, not suitable for pregnant women or elderly person.

New place. Tastefully done up and decorated. Bright n cheery cafe at the front.

There is some smell in the room, which I think came from the carpeted floor. My T shirt still had smell when I returned home. Room’s sound proof can be better as I can see slits of lights between the door n frame after I turn off the lights.

Location was very good (opposite hkl). Bed was super comfortable. Room smelt musky but was otherwise clean. Quiet.

The toiletries were insufficient. Had to ask the staff to give me toilet paper. The doors were locked at 12 midnight. Also, the staff checking us in took a 200 ringgit deposit from us but when we told them we were checking out early, they told us that they had no staff around and will charge rm10 to bank in the deposit refund. Kindly look into this please as it is not acceptable.

I admire the sleek contemporary aesthetic, which exudes cleanliness. Despite arriving late at around 1AM, the staff graciously facilitated our check-in process. They even arranged a parking spot, which was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, just a five-minute drive from the hospital we needed to visit. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we missed experiencing their breakfast at the café. Hopefully, during our next visit, we can leisurely enjoy some coffee and dessert there.

I have no complaints.

The facilities are fairly new since the hotel was opened quite recently. The staff there is friendly and helpful. There is a convenient store nearby and a few eateries. The hotel is near to the LRT station.

Although there's a cafe downstairs, I wish that the hotel could also add complimentary coffee/tea in each hotel room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is within city centre and it's convenient.

It was very clean and nice. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I asked about getting around and was given very detailed instructions and a map!

It would be great to have hand soap in the room.

The staff meets all needs i asked for even before i came for check in.

The room presented in modern and minimalist style with simple furniture and black and white color matching. The room is small but sufficient enough for 2 people. Surprisingly the room is quiet and peaceful although it is close to the main road. We can sleep well in the night. The only shortcoming is the car parking. If you are good luck enough then you should able to get a parking not too far away. Last but not lease, the guesthouse location is convenient as it is close to train and monitrail station. The room is clean and the reception is helpful as he walk with us until our room.

I like the bed so much, definetely a to go hotel for us

Free Netflix, quiet comfortanle bad (cannot say that pillows are the best). Bright room. Cute toiletries, they have curtain on the bath, and bide.

Rooms are definitely not 40 m^2, it was quiet small box (15~, maybe). Each room doesn't have personal fan, iron, so you need to ask and give it back, all the time. Window very small, and if you want to open curtain - everyone will see you, from the outside. They also have "nessasary" deposit for 200 MYR, which you cannot avpid, even if you're not a smoker and stay for few days. We also discuseed with receptionist that it might be returned to your credit card, as it paid originally, but in the last day they say "oh no, we don't want to pay commissions, here's the cash". Be careful if it's your last day, because after you need to take care of cash.

very clean

no lift need to use stair.. not convenient for me because carry so many luggage

It’s clean, has netflix, and got basic things like toiletries and 1 big bottle of mineral water.

The front desk is not 24h services. Only at 8am until 9pm. So difficult for early check out and late check in. And when facing problem after 9pm there is no one to call. No hot water dispenser.

Cleanliness

The bathroom floor is slippery if wet

There was a staff who entertained and treat me nicely, guides me terms and condition of stay at the hotel. I forgot his name but he's a malay guy, bit hunky with nice smile. Nice stay!✨🙏🏻

Location (close to city), clean room, friendly staff, nice coffee

All was great

Staff was very cooperative.

Room size and location. Little bit traffic noisy.

Parking space is very limited ..need to park sideways road

Very clean

No lift. Have to go up stairs which is shared with neighbour
