Nothing. It was a joke a bad one.

The biggest issue was the strong mold smell. Although the room looked clean, it had a noticeable mold/musty odor, and the entire floor also smelled of mold. This made the room uncomfortable to stay in. The elevators were another major problem. There were only three available, and one of them was not working during my stay. As a result, I had to wait around 5–10 minutes on average just to get an elevator, which was very frustrating. I eventually decided to cancel my booking and change my accommodation.i paid the penalty and changed it.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und modern. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das absolute Highlight war aber definitiv die Rooftopbar mit einem phänomenalen Blick über KL. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

Zu wenig funktionierende Fahrstühle mit seeeehr langen Wartezeiten. Der westliche Frühstücksanteil vom Buffet hätte etwas ausgiebiger sein können.

スッキリした部屋で快適。スーツケースを置く場所とクローゼットが近くて着替えなどを収納するのに便利でした。 窓側に作り付けのベンチがあるのも良かったです。 チョウキット駅まで徒歩５分ぐらい。

固定式のシャワーは使いにくい。ハンドシャワー併用タイプにして欲しい。 ３基あるエレベーターのうち１基がずっと止まっていて、エレベーターの待ち時間が長かった。止まっている１基、修理する気配が無かったです。 庶民的なエリアなので、路上で寝ている人もちらほら、そういうのに抵抗がある場合、止めた方がいいと思います。

Room very clean. Has every facilities. Good security. Coin laundry available inside hotel. Very comfy bed.

Neighborhood not so good. be careful walking outside. Long wait for the elevator.

i like the friendly receptionist and other staffs too.

During our stay, only 2 lifts are in service for a 25th floor hotel. Long waiting time. Luckily our room is in 9th floor so we went down using the stairs.

Room was in poor condition, discoloured walls, clogged sinks, low light, cigarette smells in non smoking room.

Only 2 out of the 3 lifts were working, and it was slow for what it was a 25 floor hotel, especially when the doors open and closes.

Room service could be a bit better, especially with the utensils and top up of amenities.

Waste too much of time for their lift.Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I would rate 9.5/10. The breakfast selection was decent, but the variety could be improved. I would rate the breakfast food selection 6/10. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, but the elevator waiting time and breakfast variety could be improved.

Spent quite a lot of time waiting for the elevators, which was a little inconvenient, especially during peak hours.

Parking was not convenient. Only valet parking was available & cost RM15 per day. No one to help with our luggages during checkin & check out. Hv to park at the traffic light to load n unload our bags🤦🏻‍♀️ Hard to find food during the nite. Expensive for this low standard.

Room was clean and in-room amenities replenished daily. Loved the fact that you can communicate with front desk via whatsapp and they are very quick to respond. 5 Minute walk to Chow Kit station. Took a chance booking with no refund option but happy to say there were no unexpected surprises. Breakfast was good but, honestly, timing didn't work for us so we only opted to take breakfast once.

Only two elevators servicing the whole property. Over 9 nights there were a few instances where waits were prolonged but otherwise most times it was bearable.

Lo peor es que hay un ascensor malo , por lo cual solo hay 2 disponibles y eso según los comentarios es hace un tiempo al parecer, tiene muchos pisos 25 por lo cual no es tan simple como subir las escaleras , tienes que hacer fila en varias oportunidades. Insólito que aún no lo reparen. Podrían mejorar el aseo de los baños muros y baldosas . Personal del restorán no es tan acogedor mejoraría eso .

The swimming pool was not clean and the area on top of the hotel where the restaurant was basic. The pool area only had a couple of sun loungers, the changing rooms were dirty and broken, and the water in the pool was not clean. The restaurant was not open most of the day and it was not really comfortable place to spend time. We didn’t use the area as a result. I hear that the north tower was better but we stayed in the south tower.

Rooms just about alright, food average (breakfast) distance from nearest metro (within 1 km) cabs easily available. Food outlets nearby, hotel was packed. Staff was very busy with customers, got an early check-in after waiting for an hour or so atleast one room to get fresh. Nothing much exciting on any other front. Rooms are cost at best and so is the hotel.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes, seulement 2 lits simples dans la chambre. On nous a fait payé un supplement pour avoir un lit d appoint. La descriotion stipulait chambre "triple" dans la description pourtant.

Camere spaziose con tutto il necessario...la piscina e il ristorante al 25esimo piano...servizio pulizia della camera molto efficiente

Due ascensori per 25 piani sono davvero pochi..abbiamo fatto attese lunghissime per arrivare all' 11esimo che era il nostro...dovrebbero fare più ascensori...

i had a wonderful breakfast at south. there was a great variety of food, everything was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. special thanks to our waiter, alief, for his excellent service. he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. his professionalism and warm hospitality made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. highly recommended.

I can't fault anything. Mybe the TV not having many channels but I don't travel to watch TV so that was not a issue.

Rooms are very good. Sofia is a very kind lady. And the food here is delicious.

The twin tower view, foods and cabs were on point, shops were very close by the hotel, petrol shed was there so I was able to buy if I needed something.

There was a power cut only for that hotel, was so uneasy, they said local authorities did the power cut, but all the other hotels and even small shops had current. Washing machine are charging high prices but doesn’t clean well and it is dirty, I got rashes. Lifts can function better. Breakfast is not at all tasty, did not meet the standards.

The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately the elevator situation completely ruined the experience. For a 25-story building, having only two elevators is simply unacceptable. Every time we wanted to leave the room or return to it, we had to wait an incredibly long time for an elevator. What should have taken a couple of minutes often took 10–15 minutes because the elevators were constantly full or unavailable. We genuinely felt like we spent a significant part of our trip just waiting for elevators. It became frustrating every single day and seriously affected our overall stay. No matter how comfortable the rooms are, this is a major operational issue. I would not choose this hotel again for this reason alone.

As a seasoned traveller from the UK, I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in hotels all over the world. On this particular adventure, I was embarking on a whirlwind tour of Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. If I’m honest, Kuala Lumpur was the destination I knew the least about and, as a result, I arrived with very few expectations. Sometimes that’s the best way to travel. We landed in the early hours of the morning, and there was something strangely exhilarating about arriving in a city at 3am. It transported me back to my twenties, when the streets would still be alive after a night out. The glow of the streetlights, the quiet hum of traffic, the people finishing their evenings while others were already beginning their day—it gave Kuala Lumpur an energy that immediately drew me in. Rather than taking a taxi, we caught the train from the airport into the city centre before walking through the streets to the Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman South. That walk turned out to be one of my favourite first impressions of any city. It allowed us to experience Kuala Lumpur as it really was—peaceful yet vibrant, calm yet unmistakably alive. Every street seemed to hint at the adventures that lay ahead, and the excitement was impossible to ignore. Despite arriving at an hour when most people are fast asleep, the welcome at the hotel couldn’t have been warmer. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, efficient and professional, immediately recognising our Hilton Diamond status, which made us feel valued from the moment we checked in. After a long journey, that personal touch made all the difference. Our room was exactly what we needed: modern, comfortable and immaculately clean, with views stretching out across the Kuala Lumpur skyline. After grabbing a few hours of much-needed sleep, we headed down for breakfast—and this is where the hotel really surprised me. The breakfast offered all the familiar comforts, from eggs, cereals and cheeses to fresh fruit, but the highlight was undoubtedly the make-your-own ramen station. Being able to prepare your own bowl by heating the noodles and choosing from a selection of broths, sauces and toppings was a brilliant touch. As someone who absolutely loves ramen—it has become one of my favourite meals back home in the UK—I was genuinely in heaven. It was a wonderful introduction to the flavours of Southeast Asia and far more memorable than the average hotel breakfast. After breakfast we walked 2mins away to Chow Kit market, incredible! With breakfast finished, we made our way up to the rooftop swimming pool. Early in the morning it was blissfully quiet, giving us the space to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the views across the city. It felt like the perfect way to pause before diving headfirst into the adventures waiting for us across Southeast Asia. The Hilton Garden Inn isn’t a sprawling luxury resort, nor does it pretend to be. Instead, it delivers exactly what many travellers are looking for: exceptional value, warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, thoughtful touches and an ideal base from which to explore one of Asia’s most fascinating cities. Looking back, this hotel became far more than just somewhere to sleep. It marked the beginning of an unforgettable journey and gave us the perfect introduction to Kuala Lumpur. Sometimes the first chapter of a trip sets the tone for everything that follows, and thanks to the friendly staff, excellent breakfast, rooftop pool and welcoming atmosphere, this hotel did exactly that.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Kuala Lumpur with my family and it was a pretty descent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. A little point of critics: the room was not totally soundproof, I could hear the neighbors. Friendly staf at reception.
