I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and reach pretty much everything you’d want to see and do. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The surrounding area is more urban than picturesque, and the views from the rooms are fairly simple, but this really didn’t take away from my overall experience. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights! Every morning there was a lovely variety of food, from traditional Asian dishes to continental favourites. There was always plenty to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated having something different to enjoy each day. The staff were wonderful — friendly, attentive and always happy to help. I personally spend most of my time exploring when I travel, so the room views were never a major concern for me. If you’re similar, I definitely wouldn’t let that put you off. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with a great location, wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast. I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.

Just a couple of little things that I think could make an already lovely stay even better. The carpets in the rooms could perhaps use a deeper clean and a little refresh, as they look slightly tired. I also noticed that only one tissue was provided in the room each day. The tissues were quite thin, so I often found myself using several at a time. It would be wonderful if the hotel could provide a little more — perhaps at least two tissues per day — and consider a slightly better-quality option. Not every guest uses a bidet, so having enough good-quality tissues is definitely appreciated. These are only small details, but I think addressing them would add an extra level of comfort for guests. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the effort the hotel puts into making guests feel welcome.

Quelques anomalies dans la chambre et notamment la moquette, la cuvette de WC mal fixée, l'armoire/banquette abîmée, lit petit ( ce n'est pas un Queen size comme indiqué dans l'annonce). Toutefois, cela reste correct en termes de rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel de ce standing et au regard du bon emplacement.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Rooftop has a good view of city and Petronas towers.

It would be great if pool was open till 9-10 pm. We cant use the pool after 7pm but we arrive at the hotel late because we hang around in the city.

Персонал приветливый, довольно быстро зарегистрировались и заселились в номер. Номер в целом неплохой, всего в данной точке отеля 16 этажей, есть еще южная часть отеля где 25 этажей и на самом вверху бассейн который можно посетить.

В один из дней когда была поздняя ночь, мы уже спали как гость сверху начал громко разговаривать по телефону, так как звукоизоляция очень плохая мы сразу же проснулись, пришлось писать на номер регистратуры чтобы персонал поговорил с данным гостем, только с третьей попытки тот прекратил громко разговаривать. Запах хлорки в ванной комнате, очень сильно пахло что невозможно было находиться в этой ванной. Приходилось просить несколько раз персонал чтобы те обновили воду в номере и забирали мусор. Завтрак скудный, выбора не так много чтобы наесться, но в целом съедобно. Чтобы попасть на бассейн, вам придется идти с северного здания в южное через улицу, подняться на последний этаж и там уже можно купаться, бассейн работает с семи утра до семи вечера. Расположение отеля немного расстроило, вокруг неприметные здания, вечером так вообще пугающе выглядит, какие то непонятные магазины, где вялый персонал, толком и не прогуляешься. Скорее всего больше не буду останавливаться в данном отеле.

Обслуживание отличное, персонал оперативно реагирует на просьбы. Когда у нас была проблема с гостем сверху который шумел, то персонал на регистратуре сразу же поговорил с ним и тот перестал шуметь в позднем часу, второй раз когда у нас была проблема с протечкой, персонал на регистратуре буквально сразу отправил мастера который исправил нам данную проблему.

Плохая изоляция, были слышны все разговоры, шумы со стороны других номеров так и с улицы. Завтрак немного скудный, но в целом есть можно. Запах хлорки в ванной комнате. Вид из окна желает лучшего, в нашем номере вид выходил на вентиляционные люки, трубы и какие то облезлые здания.

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our requests. The staff were the real highlight of our stay as they made it easy to manage our requests and were quick to resolve our questions.

The carpets in the rooms are very very tired and dated. There are stains and patches all over them and so is the first time I have used the slippers that were left for us.

Stayed here for my birthday getaway and had such a lovely experience. From check-in until check-out, the staff were warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Reyhan for the smooth and professional check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided and we especially loved the body wash and shampoo. The complimentary birthday cake waiting in the room was such a sweet surprise and really made my day! Breakfast was delicious and a special thanks to Ms. Sofea for stopping by our table to check on us. All the staff were incredibly kind and their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable ☺️✨

The only minor issue was that the sink drained a little slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The location suits me for this particular trip. Food is easy to get around here. Check-in was easy and fast. The hotel was clean in general. The room was okay but just to mention, especially the bedsheets, pillowcases and towels were very clean and made our stay comfortable.

I booked for two adults and a 9 year old child. However, unlike previous experiences here, there was no sofa in the room. Only two towels were provided. The carpet in the room is old and looks unpleasant or should I say quite soiled. What a contrast to the very clean linen. The bed - high time to change the mattress.

施設が古く清潔感はなく、シャワー室に扉がないので水がすごく漏れて洗面室が水浸しになります。 また、壁が薄くエレベーターの音や隣の人の会話など響いて夜もうるさいです。 また日曜日のチェックイン時刻付近でエレベーターの点検で全館停電で暑いし、エレベーターも使えないので困りました。事前の連絡なく不親切です。 もう泊まらないと思います。 夜間の音はとても不快です。

Both North & South wings were great, especially south wing rooftop with excellent view and ambience. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly

There was no ramp at entrance stairs or from lobby to lifts. It was difficult to move the baggage till entrance, though from lobby it was helped by the staff Ravi. Also, there was no in-room dining service at night when we arrived.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. The room was spotless, tidy, and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide range of quality food options to choose from. In addition, the hotel's strategic location made travelling around the area easy and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would gladly return in the future.

One area for improvement is the parking facility, as the hotel does not provide complimentary parking. Only valet parking is available, which may be less convenient for guests who prefer self-parking.

Everything. Location was good and was very walkable. Plenty of transportation options. Had great food available both at the hotel and surrouding resturants. Loved the rooftop bar and pool for relaxing with drinks and food each evening.

We are group of 12 people, checked Inn process was smooth, our rooms are city view of twin tower. Breakfast was very good with many varieties. You can walk to downtown twin tower will take 10-15 minutes. North and South hotel buildings are connected, so we have to go 25th floor for swimming pool and roof top bar.

Toilet spray pipe was very different because the pressure head was removed. Key card only can access room to lobby, we want to meet at our friends room for discussion but must go down to lobby then room owner must bring the key card to lobby then go together.

Location is off and sometimes difficult to get Grab. As others mentioned, water pressure is too high and there are stains on the carpet. Also, there are stairs in front of the lobby and again in front of elevators, so you need to drag your suitcase. Lastly, unfortunately the rooftop is not a smoke-free area - for me it is negative. Altogether with its location it felt like a nice rural US motel, Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn maybe - which is not bad per se but not what you associate with Hilton

I have stayed here for several times and always the crew are super nice and friendly everytime. And always the comfort of the rooms and the beddings are Hilton quality.

I have talked to the reception about the stains on the carpet and they have said they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms with new carpets.

The breakfast is decently good. Hotel location is about 10mins away from city and 10mins walk from chow kit monorail. Hotel and rooms are generally clean and modern.

Broken ironing board maybe past guests didn’t mentioned. Replacement took some time.

Bed is comfortable and big enough bathroom. The room is generally clean.

It is a bit far from the train, but still walkable. Not sure if the wall is thin, but our last night we could hear our next door really loud (speaking and shutting the door so often). I called the receptionist, not sure if they had came up to that room but the staff was very nice on the call and assisted us on the other request very quick.

C’était un séjour très agréable suite à un AirBnB qui nous a fait faux bond. Si vous aimez le café, et thé vous êtes servis. Une envie de sport ? Vous le serai et pour finir, si vous avez prévu de séjourner longtemps il y a un système de laverie. En clair, c’était bien. N’oubliez pas que si vous souhaitez vous baigner c’est à l’hôtel d’à côté dans le Sud.

Le seul bémol que je n’ai pas aimé mais cela ne retire en rien mon expérience. Les croissants, je suis française c’est pour cela. Sinon, c’était reposant.
