Jediné malé mínus jsou malá místa pro parkování, z auta nelze téměř ani vystoupit.

Świetna lokalizacja. Przepiękne miejsce z dostępem do jeziora i widokiem na gory.

Wszystko super. Dla mnie jedynie siłownia mogłaby być otwarta od 6.00 zamiast 8.00 i mieć trochę więcej sprzętu. Ale biorąc pod uwagę cała resztę, jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem i tym miejscem.

اعتقد هدا هو الفندق الوحيد في زلامسي مباشر على البحيرة حيث تستطيع ان تنزل من الغرفه على البحيرة مباشرة من الغرفه مريح نحن ثلاثه سرير نفرين وسرير سوفه اخذت مع وجبتين العشاء راقي وكذلك الافطار راقي طاقم المطعم ودودين جدا من اصل يوناني طاقم الاستقبال ايضاً متعاونين اتت سيدة من الاستقبال تخبرني ان شنطة سيارة مفتوحه اشكر لها اهتمامها المواقف موجود يجب الحجز عند العوده لازلامسي بتاكيد سيكون خياري الاول

البعد قليل عن السنتر تقريبا 8 دقائق مشي على الاقدام لكن الطريق جميل السير على البحيرة حتى تصل السنتر مناظر جميلة يتخللها حديقة ومركز العاب مسبح والغاب مائية في طريق بين سنتر والقندق

This was my second stay at Seevilla Freiberg, and for me it is still one of the best hotels in Zell am See. The biggest highlight is the direct access to the lake and the beautiful view right outside the room. Our room was on the lower level close to reception, with no stairs to deal with, which was especially helpful because I was traveling with elderly family members with mobility difficulties. Although a few trees partly blocked the full lake view compared with my previous stay, it was still beautiful and peaceful. The room had a fridge, hairdryer, bathrobes, TV, a sofa bed nicely prepared for sleeping, and a fan, and there was a screen on the door/window to help keep insects and spiders out. The hotel provides both the Zell am See-Kaprun Mobility Card and the Sommerkarte, which is a huge advantage and can save a lot on transportation, cable cars, boat trips, and other attractions. The biggest compliment goes to Renata at reception. She was exceptionally welcoming, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring toward my family. She showed us the room, made sure we had what we needed, and was very helpful with local information and practical matters. She really made the stay feel personal and memorable. I only wish we had been able to stay longer, because with a few more days we could have enjoyed the Sommerkarte much more. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a little small for all of us (3 adults) and the hotel is slightly farther from the center. There is no swimming pool, so swimming depends on the lake, which can be cold. Since we checked in on my family member’s birthday, a small complimentary birthday gesture or cake would also have been a lovely extra touch. Overall, though, this was still a 10/10 stay for me.

der seeanstoss. das personal (reception und restaurant) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit (auch wegen parkplaetzen - auch wenn erfolglos ;-) )

man bezahlt pro tag 20 euro fuer einen parkplatz... die plaetze sind jedoch so klein bemessen, dass man kaum aus dem auto ein- und aussteigen kann. am 2. abend hatte es nicht mal mehr einen freien parkplatz... die groesse der parkplaetze sind eher fuer ein mofa oder motorrad bemessen. fuer 20 euro pro tag haette ich entweder einen entsprechend grossen parkplatz oder spgar einen garagenplatz erwartet - ganz mies!

كانت تجربتنا في هذا الفندق مخيبة للآمال للغاية. الفندق لم يكن نظيفًا إطلاقًا، وكانت حالته العامة سيئة وغير مريحة، كما أن الغرفة بدت متسخة ومهملة، مما جعل إقامتنا غير مريحة على الإطلاق. للأسف، واجهنا أيضًا معاملة سيئة وغير محترمة من الموظفين. كان أسلوب التعامل غير ودود وغير مهني، ولم نشعر بأننا ضيوف مرحب بهم. كما شعرنا بأننا تعرضنا لمعاملة غير عادلة، وكان هناك تصرفات بدت لنا عنصرية وتمييزية.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was not clean at all and the overall condition was poor and unpleasant. The room felt dirty and neglected, which made us very uncomfortable during our stay. Unfortunately, we also experienced very poor and disrespectful treatment from the staff. The communication was unfriendly and unprofessional, and we did not feel welcomed as guests. We also felt that we were treated unfairly and experienced behavior that came across as discriminatory. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and respect. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again.

ضيق الغرفة وازعجتني الموجوده على الرسبشن تجاهلت وقوفنا بانتظار مفاتيح الغرفة وانشغلت مع سائحه تشرح لها كل كتيب المنطقة قلة ذوق وعدم إحترام لنا كان بإمكانها تأجل الشرح وتعطينا مفاتيحنا فيه عدم أحتراف من موظفي الفندق والملاحظ الفندق لايوجد به موظفين فقط رسبشن واحد و جرسون

Nádherná lokalita, vynikající snídaně a naprosto nepopsatelně skvělé večeře. Jídlo bylo zkrátka výborné.

The location. Right on the lake, a wonderful view with plenty of room to lie or sit by the lake and relax or swim. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very spacious with a wonderful balcony which we enjoyed. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels and items. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced with plenty of choice and a good amount of time to have breakfast without feeling rushed. The restaurant staff were pleasant and hard working, ensuring everyone had what they needed and replenishing items. Check in and out processes were easy and the staff provided plenty of information and suggestions.

Fiirmer pillows would have been helpful, and trying to get in and out of the bath to use the shower was difficult as it was so slippy. Also, some additional English TV channels would have been welcome as we only had access to 2 news channels.

Alles war großartig, die Lage direkt am See und der Badebereich, tolles Zimmer mit Balkon zum See, Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war wirklich gut und lecker!

Frühstücksbuffet grundsätzlich ok, aber leider keine frisch zubereiteten Eier, das vorfabrizierte Rührei war echt nicht toll

عدم وجود تكييف خصوصاً وانك تحتاجه في الطقس الحار .. ولكن يوفرون لك مروحه تؤدي الغرض

The location is good and the room is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast and dinner are good.

The only complaint we have is the internet connection is non existent. We couldn‘t get WiFi connection at all in the room and had to either go down to the reception area or the lounge. We would expect a 4 star hotel to provide good internet connection.

Perfect location, lovely private beach with lounge chairs, large rooms all over looking the lake. Great breakfast and really enjoyed the 5 course dinners, very beautiful presentations and delicious.

We had to carry out suitcases up two flights of stairs, they did offer To carry a tray of food for me to my room!

Problem Zufahrt in Verbindung mit Radfahrer und Fußgänger. Es wäre angebracht, bis zur Zufahrt zur Seevilla ein Fahrverbot für Radfahrer anzubringen, d.h. dass dort das Rad geschoben werden muss

Sadržaj objekta je odličan,vaučeri za razne aktivnosti,blizina mjesta i nezaboravan pogled.

Parking tj.izlaz s parkinga je malo nezgodan,prolaznici i biciklisti teškom mukom propuštaju auto da izađe. Jastuci bi mogli biti malo deblji ali je osoblje odmah reagiralo i dalo dodatne jastuke.

Die Lage direkt am See war einfach wunderschön, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem See Zugang, einfach toll.

Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig, wird durch die tolle Lage, aber absolut entschädigt.

Beautiful views, spacious room and balcony great breakfast and fabulous evening dining (we booked half board). Very good housekeeping. Wonderful lake swimming with easy access from garden.

I would have liked comfortable balcony furniture, only older chairs and a scruffy table provided. The beefs need a mattresses topper as they are very, very firm. A fan was provided for hot weather.

The location by the lake with mountainview is awesome. Also there's quite short walk to the center of Zell Am See. Room with lake view and balcony was great.

There's no air condition/cooling in the room. We were there at hot weather and the room was quite hot. Fortunately there was a fan in the room. Parking in front of the hotel was tricky because of passing cyclists and walkers.

Servicepersonal war sichtlich überfordert, habe mich nicht besonders beachtet gefühlt. (Alleinreisende.) Es nervt mich, dass ich im Pinzgau mit dem Servicepersonal Englisch reden muss. 20,— Euro pro Tag Parkplatzgebührfür einen sehr engen Parkplatz ist sehr viel.

We had the most wonderful stay at Seevilla Freiberg. The rooms had gorgeous views which mean just being in the room felt so calm and relaxing. The beach area was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming and paddle boarding. The lake of stunning! The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The room cleaning was spotless and the availability of clean beach towels was great. The half board with dinner included made our stay so enjoyable and we loved finding out was was prepared for us every evening. It never disappointed. The food was just amazing and we left so full every evening. I would come back here time and time again!

Das Essen Ist sehr orientalisch ausgerichtet und hat nichts österreichisches was man in Zell am See erwarten würde!?

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht in einem Zimmer mit Seezugang und haben jeden Morgen ein schönes Frühstück auf der Terrasse genossen. Das Abendmenue war auch jeden Abend sehr gut, Kompliment an das Team. Alle dort sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls schön und hat einen Zugang zum See. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir würden demnächst ein größeres Zimmer buchen.

A szálloda tényleg közvetlen a Zell am see partján helyezkedik el. Szobából közvetlen a partra lehet kijutni. Nyugágyak, napernyők vannak. A szoba tágas. Fürdő és WC külön van. Reggeli széles választékú svédasztal. Vacsora menü választásos. Gourmet stílusú ételekkel. Az étterem a tóra néz. Személyzet az étteremben kedves.

Parkolás szállóda előtt nagyon nehézkes. Előre kell foglalni helyet, mert kevés van és igen szűk maga a parkoló hely is. A szálloda utcája zsákutca, nehéz megfordulni és 1 autó szélességnyi az út maga, ami egyben bicikli út is. A városban a parkolók nagy többsége nem 24 órás, csak 3 órás. Amit mi találtunk 32 euro lett volna 1 napra. A part melletti kivezető út mellett van pár ingyenes parkoló hely, feltéve ha van. Parkolás ügyben a személyzet nem volt valami segítőkész.

الفندق تغير بشكل جدا جميل مقارنة بالاعوام السابقة . الغرفة مجددة الي سكنت فيها . الاطلالة ولا غلطة على البحيرة مباشرة. الفطور جدا مقبول .

رسوم المواقف وضيق المواقف .بالكاد تسطيع ان تنزل من سيارتك . بعض الاحيان في الصباح تكون هناك سيارة تنزيل بضائع واكل الى الفندق ويكون الطريق الوحيد الى الفندق مغلق وتضطر الى انتظار السيارة الى انتهاء التحميل والتنزيل .
