The House Zell am See

Location was perfect near to the lake, restaurants and activities. Spacious appartment well furnished. Has a park, washing machine and ironing facility. Coffee machine, well equipped Kitchenette

Not enough lighting No ventilation in the bathroom, so there was some mold on the wall of bathing area.

The smell of the room was bad, no air conditioning, the rooms wasn’t cleans and the staff weren’t cooperative

Das Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen genau erfüllt. Die Bewertung erfolgte von mir mit 9. Die derzeitige Bewertung von 8,5 erscheint mir genau richtig. Hervorzuheben ist der gute Service des Personals, besonders von Klaudija an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist alles da was man braucht: gute Backwaren, Rührei, Eier zum selber kochen usw. Das Objekt liegt relativ zentral mit kurzen Wegen zur Bahn, zum Zentrum und zum Einkaufen.

Eine Tür unseres Appartements war bei Ankunft völlig aus dem Schloss gerissen sodass ein Schlafzimmer nicht geschlossen werden konnte.

Tágas apartman, jól felszerelt konyha, kedves személyzet, ingyenes mosási lehetőség, ha van saját mosószer. Helyben a kapszula 4€.

Apróságok, de a liftben a szőnyeg nagyon koszos volt. Továbbá a bútorok is az apartmanban foltosak. Ezt leszámítva minden jó volt.

We had paid and booked for 2 nights. It was a non refundable booking but still had to move out after one night as there was no fan also leave alone air conditioning In summer also.So we had to forgo 450 Euros for one night. Couldn’t sit in the apartment in the daytime and also very uncomfortable to sleep at night due to lack of air conditioning and fans . Also the apartment doesn’t match the pics uploaded on booking . Great location, literally 2 minutes from the old town with all the shops and restaurants and promenade. Nice overall location, with fairly big underground garage. Big apartment, with most of the facilities needed. 2-3 minutes walk from one of the cable cars going up the mountain. Nice view of the mountains on the back of Zell am See. Good value for the money we paid. Friendly reception staff. Great to have the Kaprun - Zell am see sommer card, many free activities on it, including the cable car all the way up the Kitzsteinhorn Gletscher and the free ride on the electric boat on the Zell am See lake (but many others too).

Cleanliness of the living room furniture could have been better. Lots of stains on the sofas. Windows were not closing properly. No microwave in the kitchen. No knives in the kitchen. Grass growing wildly between the tiles of the balcony. Bedroom walls had holes in it from previous guests smashing the door on them. We staid on the 3rd floor, apartment 301. Expensive garage (15 euro/day). No AC. One fan per apartment, and was not even working. I am sure in the winter cooling is not important, but in the summer it quite needed, even for a september vacation in this mountain area.

ツェルアムゼーの中心部やエリザベート・パーク直近で、ロケーションが良かった。部屋の施設も整っており、広さも家族で過ごすのに十分だった。ホテルでもらったサマーカードでシュミッテンヘーエやカプルーンのダムも無料訪問できたのは、とても良かった。サマーカードの無料特典は他にもあったが、時間の都合で全部回ることは出来なかった。

８月に利用したが、部屋には冷房がなく、大型扇風機一台であったこと。夜は窓を開け放ち、何とか凌いだ。あと、フロント近くに共同の洗濯機・乾燥機が無料で使えたのは良かったのだが、台数が少なくてすぐに使えず、困った。

I reserved and paid a significant amount for a penthouse based on the information provided on Booking.com, which clearly stated that the accommodation was accessible by elevator. However, after a long journey of around eight hours, I discovered that stairs were required to reach the penthouse. Because of this inaccurate information, I was left with no reasonable choice but to accept a downgrade to a lower-category apartment. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had paid a premium and carefully planned this vacation specifically to relax and enjoy time with my family. The property offered to refund part of the amount, but in my opinion, this does not reflect the real impact of the situation. The issue was not only the difference in accommodation price, but the inconvenience, disappointment, and stress caused by such an unprofessional experience. I invested a lot of money, time, and effort into planning this vacation to relax, but unfortunately, this situation made a significant part of the trip frustrating and unpleasant. I hope the property takes this feedback seriously and ensures that the information provided to future guests is accurate, so others do not have to experience the same situation.

Velmi dobré ubytování téměčř v centru města, ale s naprostám klidem v okolí. Apartmán byl velmi prostorný a bylo zde vše, co jsme potřebovali. Personál byl velmi vstřícný. Parkování v garáží za poplatek.

Location: near the centre and the beach.

No aircondition in the rooms, becouse of the big windows it was extremely hot inside. Furniture dated, made of black steel in the bedrooms. The shower cabine is dated too. Door frame of the bedroom was broken and repaired badly. Driving out from the garage there is very dangerous step on the road, the bottom of our car was scrached.

No water drainage in bathroom

Emplacement très pratique à 5mn à pieds de la gare. Appartement pour 8 avec 3 chambres spacieuses et 1 canapé, très bien équipée pour cuisiner. Le logement comprends le pass Zell Am See qui permet d'avoir de nombreuses activités gratuites, ou réduites (Boat Tour, espace baignade, téléfériques...) Le sauna/hammam est vraiment génial et gratuit. Le personnel à la réception est adorable et disponible. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de réceptionniste entre 20h et 8h du matin.

Tout s'est très bien déroulé ! Pas de sel ni poivre etc... dans la cuisine mais c'est pas un problème, il faut juste prévoir à l'avance.

It was extremely hot, one fan was provided for 3 rooms apartment! Free parkings were limited to 6 slots only! I would still recommend the hotel for the value of money!

القرب من سنتر زيلامسي 4 دقائق مشي وتعامل الموظفين المحترم ونظافة الشقة ووجود شطاف في الشقة .

عدم وجود تكييف . سعر المواقف مرتفع جداً 15 يورو باليوم . علماً بأن أغلب الشقق تكون المواقف مجاناً.

The rooms with no AC and only one fan provided for one bedroom apartment ... I hope that the hotel add portable AC at least because its too hot at summer

Zell am See központjában, fantasztikus környezetben, csodálatosan berendezett szállás. A szállodában megkaptuk a "Sommerkarte"-t, amivel sok, sok programon tudtunk ingyenesen részt venni.

Nincs légkondi az egész épületben, ami a 40 fokos nyári napokon nem teszi kellemessé a nyaralást. Nekünk szerencsénk volt, mert egy hűvös időszakot sikerült kifognunk, de ez elsülhetett volna rosszabbul is.

L'emplacement est super! Proche du centre avec les animations sur la plage. La chambre est spacieux. Nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir la chance en 7em étage dans le point de l'immeuble. Nous avons vu l'éclipse solaire depuis notre chambre 🙂 Super rapport qualité/prix

Je pense que la chambre pourrait faire encore plus propre (encore quelques miettes au sol) Ce sera idéal si on aurait un petit frigo dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est assez simple, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Mais ça reste un bon petit déjeuner

Die Wohnung ist modernisiert, alles da was man braucht, Personal war sehr freundlich, nah am Zentrum.

Die Räume in der Wohnung was wir hatten waren leider zu dunkel, zu wenig Licht, besonders Wohnzimmer/Küche. An Sauberkeit könnte auch ein wenig mehr getan werden.

شقق نظيفه جداً وجديده كان اختياري شقه من غرفتين و تراس ، لا انصح بشقه بدون اطلاله لان الاطلاله مهمه ، يوجد مواقف ب 15 يورو من سنتين كنت ساكنه كانت بالمجاني ، مع الاسف هذا ثاني مره اسكن فيه وتغير علي اشياء منها المواقف اصبحت بمبلغ ، سياسيه اخذ مبلغ 300 يورو من البطاقه مع ان طلبت منه يأخذ كاش انا استغرب رفضهم للكاش لان بالبطاقه عندنا حجوزات اخره خرب علينا الميزانيه لم يكن متعاون الموظف معي فيه هذا الامر

الشقق غير مكيفه ولكن حاطين مروحه واحده فقط في الشقه ، اتمنى ان تكون بالمستقبل مكيفه لان الحر لاااابطاق

Nothing , everything was great

We had a wonderful three-night stay in this lovely apartment. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the lake, railway station, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The reception team were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, particularly when recommending the best places to eat and visit. The complimentary Zell am See Summer Cards were an amazing bonus, giving us free access to boat trips, cable cars and many other local attractions. They added tremendous value to an already excellent stay. We would happily stay here again!

It may be worth considering installing air conditioning or providing more than one fan, as the summers are becoming increasingly hot and, with so many glass windows, the first afternoon and night were a uncomfortable.

Umístění hotelu v centru - všude bylo blízko (zastávka autobusu, centrum města, pláž, bazén atd.), moderní (i když už trochu opotřebovaný) interiér, možnost parkování (i když omezené) u hotelu.

Chyběla nám klimatizace.

The hotel's location is great. The views from penthouse 401 are fantastic.  The €15 daily parking fee is a great deal. The reception team was accommodating by allowing us to check in early around 11:00 AM.

Our experience was heavily impacted by a noticeable lack of property maintenance. We encountered several issues during our stay: Cleanliness: There were spider webs with big apider miving around on the main room ceiling that caused my wife to panic. ​Functional Issues: The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower floor was cracked, and the sliding door to the middle room cannot be closed. Furthermore, some of the window shutters were uncontrollable. ​The Terrace: Parts of the terrace were closed off due to ongoing maintenance. Additionally, during a few hot days, we couldn't even open the functional terrace doors to cool down because there were no insect screens to keep bugs out. ​The penthouse has immense potential, but it badly needs proper upkeep

The place is very Small for 4 people. I slept on the Sofa bed and was very uncomfortable. On the last night very noisy Neighbours above us until 1.30am. Reception closes at 8pm so if u need anything after that you won't get it.

الموقع ممتاز وقريب على كل المواقع والخدمات، الموظفين متعاونين ولطفاء، حصل خطأ في توزيع الشقق وتم تعويضنا بشقة افضل واكبر من التي اخترناها بدون مقابل،، توفر وسائل النقل، يتضمن الحجز بطاقة زيلمسي الصيفية مجانا التي تمنحك بعض التخفيضات، مناسب للعوائل ومنطقة امنة جدا خصوصا العرب.

السكن لا يحتوي على تبريد مركزي وتم اعطاؤنا مراوح غير ثابتة صوتها عالي جدا، غسالات الملابس يجب أن تستعمل الكادبسولات والا اضطر تشتري من الاستعلامات بسر 4 يورو للكبسولة الواحد في حين تذهب للسوق واشتري كيس كامل بنفس السعر تقريبا، الأصوات خارج الشقق عالية والناس تجلس بالخارج لوقت متاخر وبصوت عالي، مواقف السيارات مدفوعة وغاليه جدا اليوم 15 يورو اليوم، في حين إذا توقفت السيارة في مواقف الشارع محتمل من 6 مسااء الى 8 صباحا وبعدها أنت عادة اغادر لزيارة العالم ولاتعود الا في المساء ولايكلف مثل هذا المبلغ الكبير، لايوجد موظفين بعد ساعة 8 مساء للغاية ساعة 7 صباحا.

Nicely decorated apartment with a comfortable and stylish feel. Great location in a quiet street near the shops, bus station and train station. The Summer Card was included which provided free travel and entry to the main tourist attractions, saving us a lot of money.

A couple of practical issues affected our comfort during a heatwave. There was no air conditioning and the provided fan was not sufficient for the high temperatures. The TV aerial was broken and the dishwasher was not working either. The management provided a new cable straight away but were unable to get a dishwasher engineer to fix it during our stay.

Krásný, čistý a velmi dobře vybavený apartmán. Recepční naprosto výborný a velmi nám ve všem poradil. Skvělý výchozí bod pro výlety v Zell am See i Kaprunu. Vše do pár minut

Okna našeho apartmánu v úrovni chodníku. Ale byli jsem celý den na výletech a do apartmánu se chodili jen vyspat. Takže nám to ani nevadilo.

There is enough space in the apartment. Location is central.

Cleaning can be improved- hair in one shower, crumbs on a chair in living room. No AC, ventilation only with windows doesn’t work great. Next to a building site, that started the noise from 7 am. Water in both showers doesn’t go all in the drainage. It could use better towels in bathrooms.

Location and hotel staff were perfect.

I believe that the rooms were not cleaned with a proper attention to details. Also the apartments require some renovation but not much - fixing what is not working and replacing just some of the furniture would make it perfect.

Es war brutal heiß im Zimmer! Wir haben die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugemacht! Sie Fenster waren ganze Nacht offen um die Nacht nur irgendwie erträglich zu machen. Um 5 Uhr in der Früh hatte vom Nachbarhaus dann eine halbe stunde ein Kind geschrien. 1/2 std später kamen dann Bauarbeiter zu einer Baustelle. Somit konnte man auch wieder nicht schlafen. Die Fenster konnten man aufgrund der Hitze im Zimmer aber auch nicht schließen. Einfach nur der Wahnsinn!!!!

Viskas kaip ir buvo gerai. Iš esmės tvarkingi apartamentai. Geras dalykas buvo bendro naudojimo skalbyklės prie registratūros, o turint savo skalbimo priemonę, skalbi nemokamai. Draugiškas personalas.

Apsistojome per karščius, todėl apartamentuose buvo labai karšta, nebuvo kondicionieriaus, o atsidarius langus vėdinimo nebuvo, nes aplink akmenys ir betonas, taip pat ėjo triukšmas nuo aplinkinių kambarių, kadangi visi atsidarę langus. Triukšmas ėjo taip pat nuo iš viešbučio išeinančių ir grįžtančių žmonių vėlai vakarais ir anksti rytais. Virtuvėje trūko rankšluosčio ir šiukšlių maišų. Svetainėje viena kėdė palūžusi.

It was walking distance from bus stop and train station. Very central location with beautiful views. Excellent stay in a very peaceful location. Loved everything about this hotel

Friendly staff... We also got a free summer card with which we went to the top of Kitzsteinhorn, took a boat ride to three beaches that were included in the price, included visits to various sights and museum and free bus transportation. We got more than we expected

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, but it was still ok because we were sitting on the balcony.
