Loved the staff, absolutely professional manager. Pool, jacuzzi. They have suffient washrooms, sufficient places to sit and chill, good cooling systems inside the capsule and the entire room, sufficient cleaning personnel however some guest took advantage of that and left washroom facilities unpleasantly dirty. Poor cleaning staff. Absolutely great location, loved the restaurant. Also the fact that we were spoilt for dinning choices. Specific smoke zones.

No freezer, refridgeration, kitchenette or even oven stove did force guest to purchase outside daily. Guest ignored the be quite signs in the rooms, spoke on their phones loudly till late. Wooden capsules need to be repaied so that they don't skretch so loud when guest in and out. Not enough sunbeds.

The bar next to hostel open at 9:30... but they start taking orders like 10. For a breakfast this is bad timing. even 9 am is terrible. The waitress offers lunch instead of breakfast. He said he doesn't know where is the menu. I don't know... very strange everything. The free ice tea is... average almost bad. Bathroom mostly broken. Pool ok.staircase a bit small to walk with backpacks. Even kind of risky if it's wet. Rooms.. capsules... was ok the mattress. Pillow very cheap. Awfull and small. Smell not really good but the whole city is like that so. I wouldn't go again to this hostel. For one night is ok.

The hostel dorm was horrifying. Upwards of 20 people sharing space. No space for anything really. The beds were a healthy hazard, from getting onto the capsule (Closer to a coffin) to lying down, any number of things could go wrong if you weren't careful. Sheer volume of guests meant people coming and going all night. Avoid, if you possibly can. Spend a bit more to go elsewhere

Personalet var super søde og meget hjælpsome. Hotelet ligger på en vej der ikke er så meget traffikeret. Hotellet ligger ret centralt for seværdighederne. God restaurant, gode retter på menuen. Lille swimming pool på taget, virkelig lækkert om aftenen og tage en dukkert.

A great budget property! Simple, but everything is a good price. Even the restaurant isn’t too bad. Not like other hotels where they charge European prices. Excellent staff. I did my online meetings in the restaurant. A bit loud, but I have great noise cancellation so it wasn’t an issue.

WiFi wasn’t great, especially in the room. For simple internet it’s ok. Sometimes YouTube worked. The rooms have zero soundproofing. Are you a snoop and curious what’s happening in other rooms? You’ll know!

Worth the money spent. 2 pools, one at the rooftop. Very nice location. They offer a free welcome drink too but I havent tried.

Limited space in the room. And the soundproof is really bad. If you are sensitive to noises while sleeping then you should reconsider. The room also has no slippers, hangers, towels, brushes, etc. So bring your own if you gonna stay.

Easy check in. Hot tub and rooftop pool. Cheap breakfast and daily free ice lemonade tea.

The bathrooms werent very clean but i understand you cant always watch who goes in but honestly they were still great!! I loved how tissue was easily provided :) and the jacuzzi could've been a bit hotter but it was still great I have nothing to say I loved the hotel :) ❤️

L’emplacement est pratique et le personnel est très gentil. L’hôtel en globalité est bien agencé.

L’humidité dans les chambres sans fenêtre est un gros problème… les draps ont été humides tout le séjour avec des traces de moisissures sur les oreillers… je vous épargne l’odeur très désagréable qui m’empêchait de dormir. Vraiment je suis partie au bout de 2 nuits car ce n’était pas possible. On étouffe et l’air n’y est pas bon, je faisais que tousser. C’est très dommage car tout le reste est très convenable.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming, couldn’t fault them one bit!

The door into the capsule is locked with a padlock from the outside and is not the easiest to open and close. The door of the capsule doesn’t open and close easily either. I did not like that it is possible for someone to lock your capsule door from the outside while you’re in it. The floor of the room and the inside of the capsule were not the cleanest and there were some stains on the bedding. Given the capsule doors were not the easiest to open and close people make a lot of noise trying to open and close them, I do believe they are a major fire hazard. A lot of the toilets were out of order and the ones that were available were drenched with water. Overall the place felt grotty and I will not be returning.

One of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Really nice. Super people running it. Nice restaurant right on the premise. Everything about it was just very charming. That’s what I like. Is that it wasn’t your typical boring hotel. It has a vast complexity of staircases and different levels and the beautiful Jacuzzi at the bottom and then different areas to hang out and just relax and couches and chairs reading spaces it’s just a really nice place. I’m very impressed with how they designed it. That’s great. I’d stay there again if I go back.

Other guests are not flushing after poop.. The management should add on the sign flush after use behind the door..

Complimentary ice tea was delicious and refreshing. Location was close to several large shopping centres and a short walk from Hang Tuah Metro station. We felt this property had significant potential as the building was impressive and has an initial wow factor (which quickly dissipates).

After travelling Asia for seven months in similar budget priced rooms, this was our worst value for money/comfort. Our Budget Double room was barely larger than the mattress itself, a challenge for two people to even change at the same time let alone store your luggage (we only have two carry on sized bags). On the positive side the AC cooled the room very quickly as it was tiny. The number of rooms and guests crammed into this property is insane, there are perhaps 8 mattress sized rooms where there should maybe be half of that and this posed a significant problem for sound proofing. We also looked at the dorms out of curiosity and these were similarly jam packed single capsule style sleeping arrangements. Towels were not included in the price of our room and could be ‘rented’ for an additional fee that was not refunded. We have not come across this before and were surprised. The toilets, while well maintained and cleaned fairly frequently, smelt very bad, this was likely linked to the drains but very unpleasant. We do not suggest taking up the guest breakfast offer at the adjoined restaurant, the eggs were okay but both the sausages and flat bread were very strange. We also felt that staff were not the friendliest and seemed fairly disinterested in assisting us on reception when we checked in, enquired about laundry and later checked out. As mentioned, we felt there was a lot of potential for this property but sadly it falls short of what you would expect. If you still want to stay, we strongly advise upgrading your room to have more space and a private bathroom.

Nice place with a pool on the rooftop. The rooms are comfortable. Location is ok, with some restaurants nearby. Better to walk a bit further away for better access. Free water refills. Everything was clean.

The rooms were very small. We upgraded our room and the upgrade was still quite small. Shared bathrooms were very small.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Nasz pokój był bardzo mały, bez okna, ale są inne. Atutem hostelu są 2 baseny. Jeden jest na dachu budynku, z którego widać ten drugi najwyższy wieżowiec na świecie.

I had upgraded my capsule to a private room due to noise from the generator by paying extra. When they upgraded my room, they had an issue with the numbering the keys correctly and at 4.30am in the morning, my room was opened to check in another guest because of internal miscommunication, which had me screaming and panicking. The staff apologized in the morning and offered a drink. But as a female traveller, I had always believed in bookings.com but this time around It was disappointing.
