Läget var perfekt!

Hemskt smutsigt. Damm precis överallt. Vi kunde inte gå barfota fötterna blev jättesmutsiga.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, ausgesprochen gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants, Malls und natürlich dem Street Market in unmittelbarer Umgebung, und alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nachts gibt es in der Umgebung oft laute Musik, die man auch im Zimmer noch hört. Das ist eben der Preis für die tolle Lage.

The hotel is centrally located, but unfortunately, the street where it is situated is not very pleasant. The rooftop seating areas cannot be used after midnight. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened, as there is a ventilation system instead. Unfortunately, the ventilation system is extremely noisy, and we had a very hard time sleeping at night. There was also a very unpleasant damp and musty smell coming from the ventilation system. I became ill because of the smell, and even after returning to my country, I am still coughing. The smell even permeated the clothes in my suitcase, and I had to wash everything. The room was not very clean either. There was a package of medication left on the floor by the previous guest. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, and there were not enough bath towels. Yes, the hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced, but unfortunately, apart from these two advantages, there was nothing else positive about our stay.

La vue depuis la chambre était superbe, les chambres sont confortables et la douche est avec des jeux de lumière très agréable. Le personnel est réactif.

The position is really great, close by there are a lof of restaurants, convenience stores and walking distance is the famous food street, close but not so much as to hear the noise. The hotel has nice common spaces to enjoy and a very convenient Grab drop on/off right in front. The swimming pool is not very big, but nice to enjoy.

The overall clealiness could be improved. The moquette in the common areas and lift is dirty and ruined. It would be great to have the breakfast service. It would be great to receive more that one towel per person (face&shower) but this is standard rule for Malaysia.

Great location, the staff were amazing. Rooms were nicer. Farhad had been exceptionally polite and very helpful throughout the stay. Would recommend this place for good nightlife around the area. Closer to the Bukit Bintang metro and monorail.

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour profiter du séjour. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et disponible 24h/24. Les chambres étaient faites tous les jours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions également de l’eau chaude, des rideaux très occultants et, malgré l’emplacement, nous n’avons été dérangés par aucun bruit. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 volte. Abbiamo provato sia palestra che piscina che ci sono piaciute molto. Posizione comoda per spostarsi in città. Hotel ben insonorizzato. Ottima la possibilità di usare il distributore per ricaricare le bottiglie di acqua gratuitamente.

La prima volta abbiamo avuto una camera al primo piano e non aveva un buon odore (abbiamo prenotato 2 ore prima). Non era possibile regolare l'aria condizionata. Di notte l'abbiamo spenta.

Very close to the main attractions in Bukit Bintang including Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC and the Pavilion shopping mall. There's many, many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located such that the noise from bars is not heard at night. Great rooftop area. Spacious room, comfy bed, attentive staff. Great value for money! Note that parking and a restaurant are not available at this hotel.

For some reason one of the towels in my room had so much hair in it, it was clean, but had so many hair strands in it. The room was clean but more attention to detail could be implemented - there was mould in the shower tiles as well as build-up in the frame of the bathroom. Overall though, a pleasant stay :)

Good location - easy walk to the Peteonas towers and to see the water fountains at KLCC Park. Convenient shops nearby and some lovely restaurants including an amazing Arabic rest next door.

Our room looked out the back of the hotel which seemed to be a busy nightclub area and partying went on until well in to the early hours and was a little noisy.

- great location - easy reachable by public transport from the airport - nice rooftop area to sit and relax - even though it might need some renovation - free coffee and tea in the morning - welcoming entrance hall - free hot and cold water to refill your water bottle - able to check-in early (paying a surcharge)

- the lady at the reception wasn't very friendly when I checked-in. She even tried to charge me 200 MYR for my early check-in, although I told her I received an email where it says 150 MYR. That she tried to charge me more was very unprofessional. - there was a lot of hair in the pool; it should be cleaned more often or tell guests to use hairbands. - it was pretty noisy during the night: from the streets outside as well as from the room next door.

Posizione comodissima, da cui si può andare a piedi in diverse destinazioni. Arredamento moderno ed esteticamente gradevole, pulizia ottima e bagno confortevole. Ha anche una piscina sul rooftop molto carina con una bella vista!

A nice hotel in the city center and a cordial staff. Easy to reach every point of the city and I think this is the most import aspect when in KL for a few days. Rooms are clean.

One small negative point: no fridge in the rooms, it could be helpful to keep your beverages cold. And the gym is really small (if you care about it)

L'infrastruttura in generale e la piscina. La posizione vicino alle vie dello streetfood e dei locali turistici.

La polvere in stanza sulle testiere a barre e la mancanza di prese e comodino a lato di ogni letto. Amplierei e sposterei la minuscola palestra in uno dei molti spazi di socialità che ho visto spesso inutilizzati durante il mio soggiorno.

The hotel is right in the . middle of all the restaurants and pub area - it is also a short walk to many different shopping centres. The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. It has a cool , funky feel to it. Although, the swimming pool is small it is big enough for a swim or to chill next to. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and the available snack to purchase for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay again.

The room was a little on the small side for more than one person.

The main concern was that there was a smell in our room, not sure if it was damp from previous guests smoking, but the air freshener we were provided didn’t help. The windows don’t open. The hotel is generally more run down and dirty than it seems online. The location wasn’t the best for what we were after as first time visitors to KL.

Good location and value for money, the room was clean and the hotel has a nice area on the roof with a pool and seating overlooking the skyline.

The room was quite small and the lights in the shower were not very bright. The bed was not very comfortable.

Hotel centralissimo e nel cuore di Bukit Bintang. Struttura accogliente e con tutti i servizi che si necessitano. Bello il Rooftop con piscina, zona relax e quiet room per lavorare. Free refill di acqua e piccolo market in receptions. Gratuiti te e caffe. Letto comodo, ampio bagno (soprattutto la doccia).

Da rivedere: pulizia della biancheria (a tratti usurata e con segni di vecchie macchie). In generale anche il Bagno si dovrebbe tenere meglio. Mancanza totale di frigobar nella stanza. Non c’è il servizio laundry, ma di fronte all’hotel è presente un’ottima lavanderia (self e/o serviti).

I just needed one night for a layover and it was perfect. The room was exactly what I wanted and the location good too. Nice rooftop and staff.

The wifi doesn’t reach the rooftop area. The lounge chairs by the pool feel like death traps, made of black metal that gets insanely hot in the sun, and the cushion that you get to put on top is only long enough to cover half of the chair, so sole part of your body will have to touch the metal grate.

Struttura centrale, nel cuore del centro di KL, vicinanza di locali e bar anche internazionali. Ottima vista dal rooftop, possibilità di riempire l’acqua dal distributore.

La camera era senza finestra e non molto grande per accogliere due viaggiatori con 3 valigie. Il bagno è separato dalla camera solo da un pannello di plastica, non è trasparente ma comunque poca privacy. In generare servirebbe un rinnovo dei locali

Appena arrivate, la stanza non era pronta, ma ci hanno dato la possibilità di andare sul rooftop a farci una doccia e cambiarci. Personale molto disponibile e carino. Piscina aperta fino alle 10pm sul rooftop con vista sulle Petronas Tower. Camera semplice e carina con tutti i comfort. Al piano terra offrono caffè. Posizione molto comoda alla stazione della metro e in una zona piena di negozi, centro commerciale e posti per mangiare

Tutto il resto. Poca pulizia, solo due teli da bagno senza altri asciugamani, carta igienica mai rimpiazzata, rumore forte proveniente dai locali sottostanti fino a tarda notte, clacson delle auto come se non ci fosse un domani. Esperienza da dimenticare

L’emplacement est bien, car vous êtes en plein centre de KL, à 20 minutes des Petronas, 5 minutes du réseau de transport, 2 minutes de la street night market la plus connue de KL. Chambre propre sans plus. La piscine sur le rooftop est sympa mais sans plus, assez petite et sans une vue non plus à couper le souffle.

Première nuit assez désagréable car la fenêtre de notre chambre n’était absolument pas insonorisé car mal fermé et joint absent. Vous rajoutez le bruit et la musique des boites de nuit et bars en contrebas, c’est génial. Heureusement, le lendemain on a pu nous donner une autre chambre qui était bien mieux sans soucis de fenêtre. Si possible demander en avance une chambre côté entrée de l’hôtel afin d’avoir moins de bruit, mais prévoyez quand même des boules quies.

El barrio no es lindo. No se por que lo puntúan bien en este aspecto. No estaba súper limpio… la atención muy bien.

Podría estar más limpio. Es muy ruidosa la calle que está atrás del hotel. Costaba dormir.

La ubicacion es buena y la cama es muy cómoda.

No hay armarios ni espacio suficiente para colgar la ropa. Se limita a un palo de madera con dos perchas y dos aros. Las habitaciones son mas bien pequeñas. El hotel no tiene restaurante. La piscina no está del todo limpia, se podía observar mohó negra en las juntas se las baldosas y no olía bien. Está en un estado decadente. Necesita mejor mantenimiento.

Great location - Near to all the cool places in “modern” KL. (incl. possible to use the walking bridge from Pavillion to Petronas towers to avoid the street traffic) The roof top terrasse was great and a nice, little pool to cool of in (and a shower next to the pool). Cool slide into the basement play/ gaming area. Nice rooms and cool showers with chaning lights. Very friendly staff and very clean place. Free purified water. Gym seemed clean etc.

Not many places to store clothing. Only 2 hangers pr room, thats not enough. But it looked cool. Difficult to dry towels bc only to little hooks in the bathroom and then the clothes rack. Air condition system comes without instructions (or lighting in the panels). Our room was supercold the first night and we changed room the next day to a warmer one. The hotel sent a man as soon as we complained to look at the system. So thats great service.

Pulizia pessima, la stanza aveva un odore poco piacevole, abbiamo trovato degli scarafaggi, però lo staff è stato molto premuroso e ha cercato in tutti modi di risolvere il problema. Staff fantastico e disponibile, pulizia no. C’è da dire che c’erano dei lavori per la strada, quindi quello non ha aiutato nello smuovere insetti.

Excellent location and very clean room. I stayed in two Hotels during my time in KL and although Hotel Mov could not boast as good a rooftop pool and views as the previous place I stayed. It did beat the other place on everything you need for a great hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The corridor was quiet at night and the staff were very friendly. The location is superb and it is very good value for money. If I go back to to KL again I will book again to stay here, it is everything you need, done well at a very reasonable price.

What I really appreciated about this hotel was the 24/7 reception and its location in a neighbourhood with very lively nightlife. The rooftop was nice, but I didn't have time to try the swimming pool. Water dispensers were located on two floors.

The room was OK but nothing special, and there is definitely room for improvement in the cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay at MOV Hotel Kuala Lumpur and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic. It’s right in the city center, so you can easily walk to many of Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Even though it’s in such a lively neighborhood, our room was surprisingly quiet, and we weren’t disturbed by street noise at all. We also really appreciated the free water dispensers, which allowed us to refill our bottles every day instead of buying plastic bottles. It’s a small detail that made a big difference. The rooftop pool and terrace are another highlight. The views of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline are amazing, especially with the Petronas Towers in the background. It’s a great place to relax, and you’ll get some incredible photos and videos. The room itself is simple but the mattress was comfortable, allowing us to sleep well after long days exploring the city. Overall, MOV Hotel offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely filthy. None of the sides had been wiped down. On my first day there were still marks on the toilet which I had to ask to get cleaned and I even noticed there was a blood stain on the blanket on my final day but it was too late to do anything. This stay was totally mortifying I would not recommend this place at all.
