Not a fault of owners, but neighborhood is a mess, whole night people arguing, screaming, seems it’s some migrant neighborhood, was literally not possible to sleep

Das Apartment befand sich im Erdgeschoss, neben dem Eingang. Das war ab und an mit Lärm verbunden. Das nächste Mal gerne Innenhof und in den höheren Etagen.

λίγο μακριά από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος εάν έχεις παιδιά , 20-25 λεπτά μέχρι την πλατεία του Αγίου Στεφάνου,ο καναπές στο σαλόνι είναι άβολος.

The location is in the perfect place for my needs when visiting Vienna. This is always a trip to visit family and have used it many times over the past three yests plus.

There were some disappointing issues on this occasion which were not dealt with when I made contact with Limehome during my visit. E.G. No lamp working in the sitting room; Toilet door was out of alignment and difficult to close and open (very unsafe and fear of bring locked in); the two side tables were unsteady and unsafe to place a cup on. My written complaint on leaving received a bland, what looked like a standard response, which did not deal with the issues I raised. First problem in 3+years but selected a different location for my present visit to Vienna which I am currently on.

Wij waren met 5 personen en daarvoor vonden we dat er te weinig borden/wijnglazen/kopjes etcetera aanwezig was.

The apartment was very welcoming and beautiful, right next to it was a park that we really enjoyed.

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the apartment, but apart from that it was really lovely.

Lovely apartment, very well connected to public transport.

The only minor note is that the couch bed is a little uncomfortable, and quite squeaky, so best suited to deep sleepers with good backs.

This is a nice, clean, spacious apartment, well presented and within easy access of the city centre. It is in a quiet street 2 minutes walk from a small square with pleasant restaurants and cafes. The main street into the city is served by buses and trams or alternatively you can walk over the bridge to the nearest Ubahn. The beds were comfy, the courtyard is a very nice addition if a little overlooked. Access was easy once we got the door code which came through on time for check in with full instructions on how to access the building and apartment.

The main criticism would be the lack of cleaning items, we accidentally broke a glass and had only a small dustpan and brush to clear it up with. We did report this and asked that the cleaner come in with a vacuum as there were shards of glass lying hidden around the kitchen area. Disappointingly, this did not happen and we were still finding odd pieces of glass 2 days later. Ths could have resulted in a nasty accident to any one of us and should have been taken much more seriously. We had asked for an early check in at 1pm and were told that this should be available and we would be notified on the day. We did eventually get notified this had been granted but not until 3pm when our codes came through. The toilet roll holder was broken as was the flush button. The addition of extra fans would have been useful in the summer months as the building holds the heat well. Although we did ask for another, I had to ask the cleaning lady who gave us one which did not have a stand, it did, however, work when propped up agains a chair.

Erdgeschoss keine Klimaanlage

We were traveling as a family of three, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Yes, the sofa did squeak, but we felt this was a minor drawback compared to all the other advantages. The location was excellent — only 20 minutes by tram to the city center. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Il congelatore va sbrinato e pulito il frigo .Stratto di ghiaccio di 3 cm. Dentro la stanza matrimoniale è meglio un letto matrimoniale,invece del divano letto

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten. Große, hohe, und gut isolierte Räume. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da.

Nice location.

No parking solution. I know its mentioned but having a solution for that is feasible, with a little bit of effort. And visitors would appreciate the mony you save them.

Die Lage war super! Sehr ruhig. Mit der s- und u- Bahn war man in 20 min im 1 Bezirk.

Wir waren zu viert und zwei mussten auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen. Leider war dieses sehr laut sodass wir die Matratze auf den Boden legen mussten.

Era muy amplio y cómodo. Está cerca del Prater y la zona es muy tranquila.

No tiene aire acondicionado. Solo tenía 1 ventilador para 3 habitaciones. El segundo día nos dieron un segundo ventilador. La cama de matrimonio es un sofá cama y hace mucho ruido en cuanto te mueves. Está bien comunicado pero un poco lejos del centro. Tienes que coger tranvía/bus y metro. Los medios de transporte funcionan muy bien.

La amabilidad del personal, puesto que hicieron todo lo posible para que pudiéramos hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista. El diseño del apartamento, todo muy cuidado y nuevo.

Aunque los propietarios nos pusieron ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, la falta de aire acondicionado es algo que resulta necesario.

We were there during extreme heat and the fan helped a lot. Parking much easier than I expected in Vienna. Public transport and park are close.

Really did not like the sofa bed, every time you turn, it sounds as if a metal spring factory collapsed. Not enough cutlery for 4 people.

La palazzina in cui si trova non è bellissima ma la pecca più grande per me è stato il comfort o meglio la mancanza del comfort interno. Il nostro appartamento era a piano terra, affacciato su un cortiletto interno stretto e circondato da palazzi alti, risultato: l'appuntamento era abbastanza buoi e privo di privacy e in più non circolava aria. Nel cortile non c'è una vera separazione fra gli spazi dei vari appartamenti e anche rispetto alla palazzina di fronte la separazione è una rete alta poco più di un metro. Impossibile lasciare aperte le porte finestre perché chiunque poteva entrare. L'aria condizionata non c'è e la notte faceva molto caldo. C'erano due ventilatori appoggiati a terra, uno dei quali anche rotto che faceva moltissimo rumore.

Die Unterkunft lag in einem ruhigen Viertel mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und fußläufig zum Augarten (Park).

The apartment is great, as is the location.

The only thing we weren't happy with is the sofa we slept on; it isn't comfortable, and it is even less suitable for two people.

Would have been nice with an AC or more fans

The property was very practical for all our needs, my kids called it their other home. It was a very calming space and felt like home away from home. From the design of the property to the finer details of furniture it was perfect. Location was also great as it was a short walk to all the public transport.

I would like the option of locking the door from the inside as I can be a bit paranoid but that’s very minor as I still felt safe.

Bel appartement spacieux. Nous étions trois et avions chacune notre espace. Il est un peu excentré, mais bien desservi par les transports. Le quartier est très calme, mais vivant (nous sommes rentrées tard certains soirs et il y avait du monde aux terrasses). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

L'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure. Très calme lorsque les autres résidents le sont, mais amplifie les bruits et discussions parfois tard la nuit si les fenêtres restent ouvertes.

The room was very comfortable. It felt like home.

The dish washing machine lasted too long, had to turn it off by myself.

Modern renovation

Двуспальной кроватью оказался раскладной диван, который был неудобный: ноги были ниже тела, потому что раскладная часть неровная. Лампа в спальне не работала. О чем было сообщено, и приходил даже представитель компании, но просто выслушал и ушел не решив проблему. Отдельно хочется оставить негативный комментарий касаемо забытых вещей. После того как об этом было уведомлено компанию, прошло более суток как они ответили. То есть они не могли уделить пол минуты чтобы пойти посмотреть. Вещи остались в шкафу, но они сказали что вещей нет. Это очень разочаровало, потому что вещи остались именно там.

Very good apartment with 2 rooms, it was clean and comfortable. We ordered from the host van they give us later.

It was hot weather need AC in the apartment, no parking near the apartment. We leave our car in public parking which was so far from the apartment.

Sitedeki fotoğraflara göre satınalma yaptık. Ama oda farklıydı . Görsellerin de tıpa tıp aynı olması gerekir. Müşteri her zaman buna bakarak alır. Günlük 10 Euro fark ile Upgrade edelim dediler. Önce kabul etmedim ama ailem olduğu için kabul edip 2 gün için 20 Euro ödedim. Odayı değiştirdiler ama 2 gün boyunca uğraşmaktan yoruldum tatilimiz tatsız başladı . Odada kıl vardı, elektrikliocak çalışmıyordu. Müşteri memnuniyeti sağlanmadı diyebilirim .

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lokation finde ich auch sehr gut, mit vielen Cafes und Geschäften in der Nachbarschaft. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel funktionieren einwandfrei.

Die WLAN-Verbindung im Apartment bricht oft zusammen. Der Fernseher kann überhaupt keine Verbindung mit dem WLAN erstellen.

Все необхідне для комфортного проживання та уважність персоналу - ми приїхали у спеку +39, нам при цьому ввімкнули вентилятор і поставили графін води а холодильник. Ніби нічого такого особлиаого, а приємно :)) окремий респект затишному балкону!

Мало паперових рушників на 5 діб :) а ми не встигали купити дорогою додому )))

Sin aire acondicionado y sin ventiladores para compensar el calor intenso. Se nota que no existió previsión para temporada de verano. Limpieza de la terraza inexistente. Con restos de hojas y ramas antiguos así como desechos de aves. EL CALOR FUE LO PEOR. El sofá cama extremadamente incómodo, amplio si pero muy muy muy incómodo no creo sea apto para 6 noches

Alles ganz modern, wenn auch ein bisschen zu „cool“ für unseren Geschmack. Die Lage war auch gut und das Codesystem ebenfalls. Man kann sich nie ausschließen

Everything was nice at the hotel, but the double bed was actually a sofa bed. It was surprisingly comfy to sleep on, but we were scared it would fold up or break during the night.It was okay for us as two small-sized girls, but if anyone bigger had to use it, I think there’d be a problem. And the Wi-Fi was awful; honestly, it was practically non-existent.

Casa nuova e pulita e grande davvero fantastica. La posizione tranquilla e residenziale vicino a tanti ristoranti. Non vicinissima al centro ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con 10mn di uber ad appena 10€. La consiglio caldamente

Non c'era aria condizionata. Quando siamo andati noi vienna ha raggiunto temperature molto alte sui 40°. Immaginavamo che non ci fosse considerando che Vienna è in teoria una città fredda non abituata a queste temperature. Ci hanno comunque fatto trovare un ventilatore davvero apprezzato.

Il fatto che fosse abbastanza grande e la presenza della macchina caffè a disposizione.

Era lontano dal centro,si erano dimenticati di mettere gli asciugamani nella stanza e dopo l'orario di check-in non c'è personale nella struttura.

Except the location, there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this property or the experience I had here.

Where do I begin. This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. No WiFi for the entire 3-day stay despite reporting it within the first hour of check-in on 21 June. The toilet seat was dirty and unhygienic upon arrival and was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay. No toilet paper was provided despite multiple requests and a written promise from their team. The TV had no network connection throughout. Not a single staff member visited the property in 3 days. I received nothing but copy-paste WhatsApp messages, broken promises of technician visits, and empty apologies from multiple agents — Nahya, Madhur, Daniela, Eva — none of whom resolved anything. I missed a critical professional call due to no WiFi. When I asked for compensation I was completely ignored. Their excuse — they manage remotely. Avoid this property at all costs. You will be left alone with zero support and zero accountability.

Det er vanskelig å kombinere sovesofa med comfort. Hellet en god sofa og lenestoler enn ekstra soveplass i stuen. For ekstra varme dager vil det være et pluss om stedet hadde AC og/eller vifte i taket.

WiFi didn’t work and the cooling system didn’t work

Super geräumig, WC und Dusche getrennt, alles gemütlich eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen, schöner Park in der Nähe, super Verkehrsanbindung.

Schon als wir in die Unterkunft rein sind, kam uns eine Hitze entgegen, nachts konnte man kaum schlafen. Der Ventilator taugt in dem Fall dann auch nicht mehr viel. Eine Klimaanlage wäre empfehlenswert.

The beds are very unconfortable. Please change, if you can. Air-condition is missing.

Beautiful. The place is spacious enough to feel at home. Once you enter you will be met by beautiful well placed modern apartment. Has few clean good utensils and iron box which i recommend them for that thought. Good place for a family like i was with my kids and husband. I couldn’t extend the day and ended up booking like new and they allocated the same apartment. Kind of them. There is no direct calls or human conversation only like a robot auto response. Easy to locate, easy to check in, near supermarket,near food street, near public means, far from city centre, huge park with a lot of play grounds quite place to sleep and relax. There is kettle, coffee machine, fridge and no microwave.

The fact that the white looking beddings were smelling old head sweat especially the pillows. There is no cleaning services even after second third day. No change of beddings or towels. Entrance was dirty as we arrived and as we left . A huge stain bloody or chocolate i don know stayed there for days. Yet there were cleaners around. I requested for clean towels they did not bother after my extension. The tv does not connect to the WiFi. Limited

Die Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung waren sehr gut. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Quatierstrasse.

Es gab einige Dinge, die nicht richtig montiert waren z.B Wasserhahnen im Bad.

وفروا لنا مروحة ، الشقه نظيفه وجميله ، طابق اول ، يوجد محطة باصات بجانب الشقه .

房间非常的安静且干净，房东回复也很快，附近坐电车跟地铁走路5-10分钟都可以。我很喜欢维也纳的街道，非常的漂亮跟干净

Die beiden Sofa-Ausziehbetten waren jedoch eine Katastrophe. In jedem Feldbett schläft es sich besser. Nur geringe Abstellmöglichkeiten in Zimmer und Bad.

Много уютен апартамент с прекрасна голяма тераса със маса и пейки . На 2 минути от метростанция и три спирки от центъра на града. Гарата е на 5 минути от там можеш да стигнеш до летището за 15мин. Много комуникативно локация.

Района е една идея по емигрантски населен , но не сме имали никакви проблеми .

Huge apartment in a quiet area. Green park on the next street. Public transport and Billa/Lidl in less than 5 minutes walk. Big bathroom and a lot of balconies. Easy to check in after the info sent by the owner. No complaints at all. Thank you.

Maybe a microwave, but we knew it's missing.

A very comfortable and stylishly designed apartment, extremely comfortable for a family with two children, the apartment amenities are very well thought out, a large television and comfortable living room sofa.

While situated slightly outside the main tourist hub, the apartment offers easy access to the city center and historic districts via public transportation.
