Waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber.

Das Frühstück war ok aber für 24€ zu teuer. Wir konnten das Auto direkt am Hotel parken allerdings pro Tag 25€, das wussten wir aber schon vorher.

I thoroughly enjoyed your decor, spacious designs including my room, your old fashioned lift and other features which makes this hotel stand out. Your location with ease of access to trams, taxis, grocery and restaurant was convenient! I praise your reception staff for their hospitality and helpfulness. I liked the location; the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Despite its age, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there's a shop right next door that's open even on Sundays. Breakfast was delicious.

Tiny parking spaces. Furthermore, our room was located on a mezzanine floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to reach it.

L'hotel è.molto grande, posizionato fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Si trova proprio vicino all stazione dei treni. Stile anni 60, la camera era molto spaziosa, un po' meno il bagno. Colazione molto buona, sia dolce che salata con un'ampia scelta.

Il.servizio di pulizia dovrebbe migliorare.

De hade problem att fixa vår toalett i 2 dygn. 2 gånger hade de stängt av vattnet till toan. Vi fick fylla papperskorgen med vatten och ”spola” själva. 1 gång forsade det hela tiden? Sista dagen hade de fixat den då jag blev arg och sa att de måste ta dit en rörmokare.

Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pfannkuchen (Frühstück) sind grauenhaft

Het is een mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een prima ontbijt. Fijn bed en frisse lakens.

De douche is flink verouderd maar functioneert prima. De slaapbank voor onze pubers was niet erg comfortabel. Laag bij de grond en hobbelig. Parkeren € 25,- per dag flink aan de prijs. De locatie is prima maar wel zo’n 20 minuten lopen van het centrum.

Solides, charmantes Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet und guter Lage für alle Unternehmungen in Wien.

Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb der Stadtmitte, die Öffis sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, gute Anbindung an Hauptbahnhof ,Schwedenplatz oder Wien -Mitte ( CAT-Bahn ). Die Zimmer sind geräumig, haben altes Flair , bedürfen vielleicht mal einer Auffrischung. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, für jeden ist etwas dabei.

Das Hotel hat noch viel Potential nach oben. Man spürt, es ist ein altes Haus mit Flair. Es könnte die 4 Sterne echt verdienen, wenn sich Inhaber , das Personal mehr engagieren würden in allen Bereichen. So wirkt alles sehr anonym , unpersönlich. Selbst das Geschirr beim Frühstück entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus. Das Personal wirkt wie unausgebildet, eher wie von Personaldienstleistern eingesetzt. Das Badezimmer in der Junior-Suite ist geräumig , es fehlen jedoch Haken für die Handtücher. Ein kleiner Handtuchhalter von 30cm ist einfach unzureichend. Man könnte noch einige Dinge mehr aufzählen. Für uns ist es definitiv kein 4 Sterne Haus. Wir waren schon mehrfach in Wien und haben etliche 4 Sterne Häuser kennengelernt. Schade.

Die negativen Rezensionen kann man nicht verstehen, bei diesem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, der Lage und der Ausstattung. Unberechtigte Beschwerden. Kleine Anregung: die Polsterung der Sessel im Zimmer würde sicher eine Auffrischung gut vertragen können.

Posizione fuori centro ma vicinissima a una fermata del tram e a 10 minuti da una fermata della metro, comodissime per girare tutta Vienna con i mezzi. Proprio di fronte c'era un supermercato utile per comprare acqua o altre cose.

Abbiamo preso la camera doppia standard, il bagno piccolo rispetto alle foto che ho visto online e anche abbastanza vecchio, sicuramente da ristrutturare. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma abbiamo voluto provarla e la sconsiglio, 25€ per una colazione così non ne vale affatto la pena, meglio andare fuori e provare i dolci tipici viennesi.

Good sized rooms with seating area, and comfy beds. Good air conditioning. Nice to have a small fridge in the room. Excellent location next to supermarket, tram and underground, near city centre. Good cafes and restaurants very near the hotel. Friendly staff and easy check-in, check-out and luggage storage.

No coffee/tea making facility in the room. Not possible to have a long or relaxing sleep in the mornings as the cleaners start cleaning the corridors and rooms at 9:30am, including on Sundays. Also the church bells in Vienna start ringing at 8am on Mon-Sat and 9:24am on Sunday (the bells are very loud). Overall the hotel is old fashioned and some of the furniture is very dated and in need of replacement. The hotel has 2 slow lifts which makes the lifts queues long at busy times such as checking out time. The hotel breakfast was very expensive at €24 per person so we went to a nearby cafe and had a lovely breakfast for €12 per person instead.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were nice a big

The hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, the bathrooms are a bit old. We had an issue with house keeping, they entered our room multiple times without knocking and at strange hours. We told the staff and they were really nice about it. I understand that the previous ownership went bankrupt and took a lot from the hotel when she shouldn't. I think the new owners are trying to get the hotel back up and running in a good state. The staff are really lovely so I hope they can do it!

フランツジョセフ駅に近いので、この駅を利用するならとてもいい。駅にスーパーがあるのも便利。路面電車も便利。地下鉄駅も6、7分なので使える。 滞在中はとても暑かったがエアコンがあったので良かった。

Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Straßenbahn, U Bahn erreichten wir unsere Ziele. Zimmer war gut, Betten bequem, Frühstück vielseitig und gut. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.

Месторасположение. Рядом трамвай Д , который идёт до всех основных достопримечательностей. Напротив гостиницы большой супермаркет Билла. Хорошие завтраки.

Номер старый, обшарпанный. Телевизор очень маленький и очень старый с удачным качеством . Уборка номеров когда попало, а не с утра. На ресепшн одна работница, которая часто не успевает помочь всем. Гостинице нужен ремонт и обновление.

εξαιρετικο πρωινο

El desayuno muy completo y de buena calidad, variado. El personal muy amable y atento y la habitación espaciosa, limpia y las camas muy cómodas. Aunque el centro estaba un poco alejado, las conexiones con el transporte estaban perfectas, con una parada de tranvía en la misma calle y el metro a 5 minutos andando. También hay un supermercado enfrente que tiene de todo.

Las paredes necesitarían ser pintadas, están un poco sucias y la lámpara grande estaba rota. Como sugerencia, solo una de las mesitas de noche tenía enchufe cerca, la otra no, con lo cual para cargar el móvil tenía que ponerlo en otro sitio, pienso que se podría tener en cuenta eso.

Posizione buona per raggiungere il centro in metro/tram

L'hotel è molto datato e le pulizie sono molto approssimative, per non dire inesistenti. La vasca da bagno è pericolosa e andrebbe messa in sicurezza. Il personale è freddo e poco disponibile. La colazione è buona ma le brioche sono secche. *Consiglio alla gestione*: una bella rinfrescata generale e togliere la moquette. Al momento non lo consiglio.

Only two little improvments would make a note of 10/10: One lift is too few and sometimes waiting time was too long. The walls in the room were a bit dirty.

Bene la posizione ,ma la struttura è molto vecchia quando siamo arrivati c’è solo un ascensore per tutto appartamento,quindi un po’ di tempo per attesa , inoltre la lampada del bagno era guasto e lampeggiava , trovato copri piumino scucito Il personale bene , ma c’è da ristrutturare un po il bagno che non è abbastanza pulito

Die Lage war ok.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung und weil es unsere Flitterwochen waren, sehr auf diesen Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider wurden wir auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Negative Punkte: - Die Klimaanlage hat dauerhaft gepfiffen. - Die Klimaanlage war undicht, wodurch der Teppich darunter durchnässt war. - Wände waren schmutzig und die Tapete teilweise stark abgenutzt. - Bett und Bettwäsche waren verschmutzt. - Schimmel in der Dusche. - Das Doppelbett waren zwei Einzelbetten, die sich immer auseinander geschroben haben. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und die Kissen steinhart. Wir sind jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. - Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. - Uns wurde vorab zugesichert, dass das Zimmer anlässlich unserer Flitterwochen dekoriert und ein Obstkorb bereitgestellt wird. Beides wurde nicht umgesetzt. Obwohl das Hotel bestätigte, dass dies im System vermerkt war, wurde auch nach unserer Nachfrage nichts nachgeholt. - Der Fernseher war veraltet. - Mehrere Lampen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht. - Es gab kein “Bitte nicht stören”-Schild. Selbst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption konnte uns keines zur Verfügung gestellt werden. - Da kein Schild vorhanden war, baten wir an der Rezeption ausdrücklich darum, das Zimmer an einem Tag nicht zu reinigen. Uns wurde versichert, dass dies vermerkt und an das Reinigungspersonal weitergegeben werde. Trotzdem klopfte das Personal an die Tür und wollte das Zimmer reinigen. Fazit: Wir reisen viel und haben in zahlreichen Hotels übernachtet – einen derart schlechten Zustand und so viele Mängel haben wir jedoch noch nie erlebt. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass dieser Aufenthalt unsere Flitterwochen sein sollte und selbst zugesagte Aufmerksamkeiten nicht eingehalten wurden. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sind Zustand, Sauberkeit und Service aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht angemessen. Wir können die 4-Sterne-Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen und würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gasten doekjes ( handdoeken / washandjes ) waren OP!!! De kamer was ineens een 4 persoons kamer waar een laag “ extra” bed in stond waardoor er geen lekker relax bankje meer N de grote kamer was.

Te venden un hotel de 4 estrellas y no llega a 2. Las instalaciones antiguas, hotel sucio, 1 sólo ascensor para lo grande que es, mucho tiempo de espera, las camas y almohadas incomodisimas, nunca he salido con tanto dolor de espalda y cuello, la televisión no funcionaba y las toallas ásperas nada gustosas. Habitación 345. Exigir habitación la zona nueva, la vieja es un horror.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, eine Renovierung wäre von Nöten in allen Bereichen! Jedoch kann man bei den günstigen Preisen keine 5Sterne-Suite erwarten

Very clean and modern. Air conditioner works perfectly. Bathroom is neat. Location is a little bit far from the centre (approx. 40 min of walking), but there is a tram station (especially tram D is very convenient because it can take you to Bahnhof or Centre quite quickly). Right in front there is a BILLA. There is no kettle in the room but you can request it from reception with a small deposit. A very good neighborhood, felt very safe as a female solo traveler. The staff is very helpful (front desk is open 24 hours).

Only one thing about shower: the wall of the bathtub was not long enough, so water was splashing on the floor

Много добра локация на хотела с удобна мобилност на транспорта - автобусна спирка в непосредствена близост и метро станция на 3-4 минути, водещи до центъра и част от забележителностите на Виена. Стаята беше просторна и чиста. Имаше всички необходими удобства.

Не изхвърлят кошчетата от стаите редовно и не сменят кърпите. За хотел с четири звезди това е недопустимо.

Très grande chambre avec bureau, canapé, de grands rangements. Très grande salle de bains. Propreté impeccable, très bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Facilité pour se garer. Il y a une pizzeria à proximité pour se restaurer simplement le soir, et un supermarché en face de l'hôtel pour faire des courses alimentaires pour le pique-nique du midi.

Manque une prise de courant autre que pour rasoir (limitée en puissance) dans la salle de bains. Climatisation ancienne et peu performante.

Te 4 gwiazdki to tak na wyrost, choć 3* z pewnością bym dał. Hotel całkiem niezły, w cenie €120 bez śniadań to jednak się opłaca. Pokoj który dostaliśmy był całkiem w porządku, dość duży. Odległość od stacji metra ok 10 minut, a stamtąd to już max 20 minut i jesteśmy pod opera albo na Prater.

Łóżka średnio wygodne ale to kwestia gustu (ja wolę twardsze materace). Cena za śniadanie to bodajże €24, co jest moim zdaniem dużo za dużo, tym bardziej że w okolicy śniadaniownie są dostępne.

L'emplacement: calme tout en étant à côté du tramway et très proche du métro. A 30 minutes de marche du centre et à 10 minutes de marche du canal. Le petit-déjeuner: large choix. La climatisation.

La difficulté de joindre l'hôtel par téléphone. La réception est souvent vide. Les équipements sont anciens et certains mériteraient d'être remplacés.

بعض من موظفين التنظيف ياتون قبل الموعد وكذلك يفتح الباب مباشرتا وهذا جدا جدا مزعج ولكن عندهم واحدة انسانة تحمل ثقافة كبيرة وتحققت منها قالت انا اصلي من سوريا كانت تطرق الباب مرات ولن تفتحها

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό, δεν καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να το ζητήσουμε εμείς την τρίτη μέρα και άλλαξαν μόνο τις πετσέτες.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ήσυχη , το τραμ περνούσε έξω από το ξενοδοχείο και σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά είχε μέτρο. Είχε σούπερ μάρκετ απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο.

Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο.

Viešbutis senas, reikalinga renovacija. Turėjome dviejų kambarių apartamentus. Lubinio šviestuvo nėra. Vienam kambary stovi stalinė lempa kuri neveikia ir vienas šviestuvas kuris minimaliai apšviečia kambarį. Kitam dvi lemputės prie lovos. Vakare norint susidėti daiktus, tai reikėjo daryti prietemoje. Šaldytuvas, primena šildytuvą, nes šaldymo paskirties neatlieka ir t.t.

In nächster Nähe ist die Straßenbahn, 400 m die U-Bahn, die direkt ins Zentrum fahren. Gegenüber ein BILLA Markt, der täglich bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Alojarse en este hotel ha sido muy cómodo para nosotras. Si bien es cierto que no está en el centro de la ciudad es muy fácil llegar a cualquier ubicación porque tienes muy cerca la parada de tranvía y una parada de metro, además de autobuses , los cuales nosotros no llegamos a utilizar. Nuestra habitación era bastante amplia, muy cómoda y tranquila. Unas semanas antes me había puesto en contacto con el hotel para pedirles si podían ponernos en una habitación con ducha en lugar de bañera porque viajaba con mi madre que tiene 74 años y así lo hicieron. El personal es muy amable y resolvió todas nuestras dudas, tanto de la ciudad como del propio hotel. El desayuno es muy completo, con muchas opciones para elegir. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Viena volveré a alojarme en este lugar porque la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable.
