Excellent stay! The hotel is well located next to the metro station. The room is very spacious , and the kitchen is fully equipped. Also, the staff were always available to help with any questions.

The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite basic and lacked variety. Note that room cleaning is not done every day.

Ενα πλήρες και εξαιρετικό στούντιο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πρόκειται για ένα αρκετά ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με κουζίνα, πάγκο και γραφείο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο που σε προδιαθέτει να θέλεις να μείνεις παραπάνω. Το επιλέξαμε γιατί θέλαμε parking αλλά τελικά μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Το πρωινό ίδιο κάθε μέρα με τις βασικές επιλογές - είναι ok. Θετικό στοιχείο ότι στα 50 περίπου μέτρα είναι το μετρό - γραμμή U3 - και σε 10 λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο στην Πλατεία του Αγίου Στεφάνου

Το parking θα έπρεπε να ήταν πιο οικονομικό :-)

Schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage in der Nähe U3 Erdberg. War top um die City zu erkunden und zum Ernst Happel Stadion zu gelangen. Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Frühstücksbereich ist etwas zu klein ausgefallen. Man hat nicht immer einen Platz bekommen, bzw. nur auf Tischen auf denen das Geschirr noch nicht abgeräumt war.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gute Lage für Öffis, Parkgelegenheit ums Eck(Hybrid Auto darf nicht in die Hotelgarage)

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer Bequemes Doppelbett, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel Perfekte Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe

Kein Getränkeautomat, keine Bar-keine Möglichkeit, Abends noch zu Getränken/Snacks zu kommen. Barpersonal im Nebenhotel war überfordert und schlecht organisiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für die Gästeanzahl unterdimensioniert (ständig alles leer, kein Geschirr, Nachschub nur auf Nachfrage. Z.B kein Brot mehr um 9.30)

Расположение гостиницы прекрасное .Рядом метро и быстро можно доехать в любое место. В номере есть все необходимое для приготовления ужина, уборка номера была каждый день .Рядом с гостиницей есть продуктовый магазин .Мы проживали семь дней , все было хорошо, спасибо людям, которые создавали для нас уют. С удовольствием вернемся еще.

La situation géographique, à 100 m d'une station de métro, elle même à 5 stations du centre ville historique. Le calme de la rue. Le service à l'accueil : recommandation restaurants, réservation taxi... Les petits déjeuners, le studio très bien équipé.

Le quartier n'est pas très agréable.

We liked everything. This was an excellent choice: a very comfortable apartment, with everything we needed; a couple of minutes' walk from the metro; very friendly staff; limited but good vegan options for breakfast; unlimited tea, coffee and snacks. And very importantly for us, it was very clean and noise free, so we managed to sleep very well.

My only complaint - and the only reason I don't give a 10 - is regarding the breakfast labelling. I am a vegan and, although I had been informed beforehand that the options were limited, the labels were not clear on what is vegan and what is not. It didn't display ingredients nor allergens. But the worse part was regarding the milk - instead of labelling the milk jars themselves, they used cards - which made impossible to distinguish the two identical jars. On one morning, the labels were mismatched and I nearly drank the lactose milk instead (hopefully someone tried it before me to make sure it wasn't soy milk). Should I had been lactose intolerant, this could have caused me real trouble. So I suggest improving this aspect.

Conforto e limpeza

Ein wirklich sehr schönes stimmiges Hotel! Das Zimmer war jetzt nicht das größte aber vollkommen ausreichend Es war angenehm ruhig, Ohropax habe ich nicht benötigt mein Mann schon. Zimmer gut zum Abdunkeln ich habe meine Schlafmaske ebenfalls nicht benötigt Gute Matratze, wir haben gut geschlafen. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt alle Standards waren verfügbar und frisch. Sehr freundliches Personal vom Empfang bis zu den Reinigungskräften haben alle gelächelt Parkgarage ausreichend groß, das ist in Wien nicht immer so. Wir waren sehr zufrieden kommen gerne wieder!

Die kleine Küche war wirklich schön und sauber aber leider kein Besteck im Zimmer. Jammern auf hohem Niveau. ;)

Pokój był czysty i ładny. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, było w nim wszytsko co potrzebne przy krótkim i dłuższym pobycie. Parking podziemny jest bardzo komfortowym rozwiązaniem choć nieco kosztownym.

Das Zimmer war super sauber und sehr komfortabel. Sogar eine kleine Kochinsel hatten wir dabei. Bett sehr bequem und sehr leise. Zwei Minuten zur U3. Kaffee, Tee und Kuchen stehen zur freien Entnahme den ganzen Tag.

Für ein 4-Stern-Hotel ist das Frühstück sehr abgespeckt. In der Lobby finden sich gerade mal fünf Tische und es war nicht mal ein Gedeck am Tisch. Die Auswahl war sehr gering. Ich würde das Hotel nächstes Mal ohne Frühstück buchen. Das Geld kann man sich sparen.

Kleine Minuspunkte: - Keine Standard-Reinigung des Zimmers während dem Aufenthalt (war durch eine Karte auf dem Bett angekündigt) - Platzverhältnisse beim Frühstück teilweise beengt. Tische könnten ein wenig schneller abgeräumt werden.

Das Hotel hatte einen schönen Eingangsbereich, und man konnte sich als Gast an der Theke bei Kaffee und kleinen Snacks bedienen. Das Zimmer war angenehm, und Kaffee, Tee und sogar Popcorn standen gratis zur Verfügung (es gab eine Mikrowelle). Das Frühstück war reichlich und der Frühstücksbereich hatte eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Abend kann man noch die Bar besuchen, die direkt im Hotel liegt und ein sehr schönes Ambiente hat. Das Hotel ist somit sehr zu empfehlen.

The room was actually a studio apartment with a kitchenette, very spacious and a super comfortable bed. The nearest metro station is just minutes from the hotel.

No-one was on the reception desk when I arrived, I had to go and hunt the staff down in the adjoining bar. The area is uninspiring and a bit ugly, but it's certainly convenient if you're headed to Erdberg bus station.

Sehr gut gelegen, ein ausreichendes Frühstück, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine eigene Tiefgarage. Sehr sauber. Kostenfreies Internet.

Excellent place! Clean, well-equipped rooms in a perfect location. The staff was professional and super friendly. Highly recommended for a stay!

Nothing to complain about.

Die Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Schritte bis zur U-Bahn. Das Appartement ist geräumig. Die Pflegeprodukte im Bad sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend Steckdosen und USB-Stecker. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gibt rund um die Uhr gratis Kaffee und Snacks in der Lobby. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut.

Eigentlich nur sehr kleine "Beanstandungen": der Kasten im Zimmer ist sehr klein, bei längerem Aufenthalt von 2 Personen wird das eng. Das Doppelbett hat eine gemeinsame Decke. Die Fenster sind zwar sehr gut isoliert, aber nicht wirklich schalldicht. Es gibt keine Infomappe im Zimmer (z.B. mit Einstiegsinfo für WLAN). Es gibt nur einen Lift und keine Stiege, die in die Lobby führt (etwas eigenartig). Es gibt recht wenige Sitzplätze fürs Frühstück.

Gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, U3 Anbindung, Parkplätze Rund ums Hotel vorhanden (gebührenfrei nur am Wochenende), nettes Personal, Kaffee bekommt man den ganzen Tag über neben der Rezeption

Holel was excellent. It is just a bit out from the centre and it takes 10 mins in the tube which is 100 yds away at 3.2 euroes per journey.

Großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett

Sehr einfaches und eingeschränktes Frühstück. Über etwas Abwechslung hätten wir uns gefreut.

L'appartement est grand, cosy et calme. On s'y sent bien. Le Petit-déjeuner est superbe. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Il est à l'écoute et propose des conseils et solutions. Bravo à la team. Allez y en toute confiance, c'est une belle expérience.

Rien. Petite suggestion : mettre a disposition un micro onde serait apprécié.

Frühstücksbereich relativ klein, könnte bei starker Belegung schnell eng werden.

Tényleg lenyűgöző, rendkívüli hotel, modern, ízléses, szép, stílusos, minőségi, a lobbytól kezdve a fürdőszobáig. A szobák nagyon szépek, kényelmesek, teljesen felszerelt a konyha a szobában, kényelmes az ágy, van egy kis nappali is a stúdiókban, mindennel is el vannak látva a szobák. Minden tiszta, illatos, nincsenek kopott dolgok, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli nagyon jó. Van egy bár, közösségi tér, ami nagyon hangulatos, itt pizzázni is lehet 11:30 és 16:30 között. Aki mégis maga akar főzni a stúdiójában, annak akár be is vásárol a hotel, ha leadja a recepción a bevásárlólistát. De kb. 4 perc sétára van egy BILLA, ott be is lehet vásárolni. Nagyon jó a közlekedés, az U3 metró állomása 2 perc sétára van a hoteltől, innen pillanatok alatt be lehet jutni a belvárosba. Voltam már néhány hotelben Bécsben, de ár érték arányban ez a legjobb. Máskor is itt fogok megszállni, amikor Bécsbe jövök.

Nem volt olyan, ami nem tetszett. De egy javaslat: Nespresso kávégép lehetne a stúdiókban.

We both loved the hotel , it is a very high standard from the staff who went out thier way to advise & help when needed,to the facilities we were impressed, the bedroom was lovely & classy,the breakfast was plentiful & fresh

The good clean room with small kitchen by reasonable price in Vienna. The hotel is located nearby U-Ban station, about 15 min to get to city center . The breakfast is simple but nice. There is free of charge coffee in lobby. The kitchen in the room was very useful for us because sometimes we had no time to visit restaurants in the evening. We are completely satisfied by visiting this hotel.

Bogata oferta śniadaniowa, czysty i ładnie urządzony pokój. Wróciłam do tego hotelu już po raz czwarty, bliskość stacji metra Erdberg sprawia, że błyskawicznie można dostać się do centrum i na dworzec kolejowy, a w zasięgu 5 minut znajduje się dworzec autobusowy. W pokoju z aneksem pełna zastawa kuchenna, toster, mikrofalówka, garnki oraz herbaty, cukier, wszystko co potrzebne.

Es war alles perfekt

Sehr großzügiges Appartement mit kleiner Küche, alles in neuwertigen Zustand. Super Betten, sehr leises Hotel. Unsere Fahrräder, sehr empfehlenswert in Wien, konnten wir problemlos in der Kelleegarage, die über den Fahrstuhl erreichbar war, abstellen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, aber vollkommen ausreichend und sättigend. Toll, dass auch abends noch kostenlos der Getränkeautomat und kleine Gebäckstücke zur freien Verkostung zur Verfügung standen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Beim WISO Parkplatz lässt sich super günstig parken.

Das Zimmer mit Küchenzeile ist neu und sehr schön eingerichtet und das Badezimmer geräumig. Das Frühstück ist ganz ok. Die Tiefgarage ist auch ok, wird mit dem Hotel nebenan geteilt und ist nicht besonders groß. Die Nähe zur U-Bahnstation ist perfekt, um sehr schnell in alle Stadtteile Wiens zu gelangen. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist für Wien recht gut, wenn man die Qualität der Räumlichkeiten berücksichtigt.

Keine Beanstandung. Etwas lustig war es, dass man in Wien an der Rezeption in Englisch Konversation betreiben muss. Ich als Vielreisender bin das gewohnt, aber für meine Begleitung war es etwas verunsichernd.
