The rooms are indeed excellent. Not only that all our needs were provided by the staff. I even forgot an item and they secured it for me until I had time to get it. The staff are incredible-one call with our room needs and they are outside the room. They even packed our breakfast because we had to check out early. the service is excellent and the rooms are worth the price.

The only thing to improve I guess are the hotel slippers-they are too thin and difficult to walk and not really slip proof. Also, we were initially double charged with the extra bed we requested (this was already included in the initial charges) but this was easily rectified by the kind staff and got refunded before all the guests got checked in. They were incredibly patient too.

The staff were extremely attentive, the pool and garden area is very nice and the suite I was in was large and very comfortable with a large shower. Netflix was to have. The hotel minibus and driver are a great addition to the hotel and my transfer back the airport was a nice experience and competitively priced. The attached restaurant was exceptional, a great choice of local and world dishes and a great breakfast. I ate here every evening, except one, during my stay.... amazing value for money too. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would! Location worked well for my business trip on the Pro's of staying here more than outweighed the Con's.

The suite was a little tired and some areas were lacking in attention with cleanliness. It wasn't dirty but just lacked those final touches, although there are rooms that are being updated so I guess mine was on the schedule for it. Busy road outside and a noisy area opposite with loud music and some kind of bingo type game on a loud speaker. Luckily I always travel with earplugs. This isn't the fault of the hotel but just be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Ingen skjerming mot veien. Motorsykler akselererte rett utenfor hele natten. Rommet var lite og trangt. Badet uten håndsåpe og dusjen flommet utover badet ved bruk. Vi måtte bare sjekke ut og dra etter første natten. Omtalene på booking.com gav feil inntrykk av dette hotellet og bør endres.

Was a great stay for 3 days even during a typhoon very helpful staff and delicious food for breakfast

The beds usually have a bed sheet linens and this caught me by surprise as there was none. Just a bed sheet cover and a blanket. I was totally tired to call and ask, so I did without. Other than that, this place was excellent. I would recommend 3 peaks to anyone. I did stay 2 nights and the staff did resolve the bed sheet linens. Everyone was excellent as well as security.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is absolutely amazing! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We definitely recommend! We will be back.

Property is a bit far from city centre and crosses a lot of roads that are commonly jammed with traffic

The staff was very welcoming and did the best to support the chaotic situation. There were free slippers for use (not to take home). The bed was reasonable comfortable. The food market right across the road is genuine and food was amazing (try Kenneth's Sisig - hot and spicy, but very tasty). Jeff was very service minded and accomodating.

They say that pictures say more than a thousand words - in this context however only if the pictures actually depict reality. The pictures are taken when the hotel was recently constructed 15 years ago - and the hotel does not look anything like that anymore. Everywhere the building is worn down. The hotel is under reconstruction - not to make it look like it did - but to make it habitable. We had booked 10 nights - we arrived late in the night, and already on the first day the nightmare started - constant extreme noise from angle grinders, tile cutters, drills and hammering. Luckily the hotel is located right next to a huge road with extreme noise from the traffic approximately 22 hours per day - and the combination of the noises makes the experience almost symbiotic. We obviously approached both Booking.com and the hotel - and the hotel approached us and promised that they would remove the power tools to a different location. That promise lasted all but a couple of hours - when we announced that we would have to cut a stay short - that was when the real noise level started. It is not 100% clear whether the construction workers were just given carte blanche to make any kind of noise or whether they were instructed to make as much noise as possible - but we have some recordings of the entire noise opera if you should have any interest in experiencing this. Finally on the fourth day we gave up and booked another hotel one day before we were supposed to leave - when we presented this information, we were immediately offered a room away from the construction noise. First of all we could not imagine that any of the rooms would make the noise any less - but the timing seemed completely ridiculous - if such a room existed, then I would assume that we would be offered it upon arrival or when we made our first complaint - especially as it seemed as we were the only guests as the hotel at the time!

This is not a resort. No modern amenities (soap/shampoo, etc) in room. There is a TV with netflix, otherwise super outdated and VERY noisy. System are very old school (takes deposit cash only). Breakfast is decent. Low rating based on “resort” description, but depending the king of traveler you are, if you are well traveled around the world, don’t expect too much.

Most of the Reception staff in charged are lacked in information. They need to be trained more by their Superiors in order to give an efficient quality of service. Although overall, staffs we encountered are courteous enough. That ‘s the only good thing in them.

The rooms were clean and have a nice design beds were comfortable. Aircon was working well. Good food as well. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. Very good location.

The place was being renovated when we went there. It is sorely needed because the tiles in the bathroom were falling off. I asked the staff in the restaurant if the breakfast was complimentary and they told me that it was. I double checked with front desk and they confirmed that it was. We were then charged for breakfast that wasn't even that good. Oh, and the food in the menu did not match what was served to us. We had to checkout earlier than expected. Horrible experience!

Ambience and service

Staff friendliness and attentiveness was superb, room was very clean and spacious. The place had limited food options but the hotel restaurant served adequate tasty food. The amenities were also very limited to swim and karaoke. The room amenities were also very limited to a small guest kit, would have liked to have more shampoo and conditioner and body soap given that there is a pool. The breakfast plated meal was well appreciated for the price. Really appreciated how thoughtful and nice the staff were to young children, they even offered life vests for them. Just their service alone is 5 star and will make me go back.

Nice venue for parties due to location and garden. The reception staff was very friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Standard Queen room, of which on 2 nights a party was held until midnight. (music went off midnight but people stayed at venue) We were not informed of this fact when we checked in, it made the stay not relaxing in the evening, as all rooms are around the garden where parties are held. The resort is on the main road and especially in the evening very loud with traffic. The standard room lacks basic facilities e.g. 2nd night stand, proper table/chairs (the table in the room was a party table with dirty table covering and too high for chair), only one socket to charge phone under TV. Our room wasn't cleaned the entire stay (1st day only the bed was done, but they did not clean the tea cups/bathroom), this includes emptying the 1 trash toilet bin in the room when we returned in the evening. In PH toilet paper is not flushed so bin should be emptied regularly. Only when we complained they made the excuse they call every morning to ask for consent to enter the room, not once did they call before 10am before we left to go sightseeing. This was also not communicated at check-in about giving consent, especially since they did enter the 1st day to do the bed. They came late in the evening of our 2nd day (when a party was going on in the resort) when we complained in the evening, but we only had the bin emptied as it was late. Outside of the rooms are table/chairs for breakfast, we saw one of the other resort guests taking our table & chairs on the 1st day, however the resort staff never moved table/chairs back. The venue is nice for parties but we would not recommend staying here as hotel guest.

The staff are all-smiles, very polite and helpful. We had a fun and comfortable time there.

The only downside is the room my parents-in-law stayed at is the corner room, they can hear the vehicles from the street – made it hard for them to sleep tightly.

The executive suite was really spacious and comfortable. There are even 2 bathrooms which is good since we are traveling as a family.

It would be good if there was a microwave in the room, since it came with a dining area anyway.

The room was very comfortable, adjustable aircon, tv, tea and coffee facilities provided. The staff were very friendly and provided very good service, particularly the whole body massage. Breakfast was also included in what we paid for and it was nice. Room service and the food provided was lovely as well.

We would have preferred more spa treatments to have been available, but granted we booked very short notice. They did arrange quick treatments within one hour of us arriving.

was not located where the map showed. we chose by the map because it looked secluded but finally found it located on the corner of a major intersection. the traffic noise woke us at 4am. good place for a conference or party but not to stay.

the junior suite was new-ish and nice; small place meant quiet and relaxing not crowded despite being full; easy drive from Manila and view of the mountains; food for lunch and dinner ok; smores and marshmallows at campfire a very nice touch

the smaller room's bathroom was quite dated; right next to high and one can hear trucks (not high traffic volume but some); one of options for breakfast - american - could have been better cooked (surprised at how this simple option was disappointing)

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back. The suite we have stayed and the place - really comfortable and relaxing. We have the whole pool to ourselves.

Lots of choices for breakfast and you even accommodated us even though we were a little late. Great food, friendly staff.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater in the shower but the staff was in the room to fix it in less than 5 minutes.

Location, close to Malarayat Golf club. Very friendly staff. Good for family with children as there is a nice little garden and swimming pool.

People bringing their pets into the restaurant and placing them with their dirty legs on the chair. It was raining. Management should not allow pets inside the restaurant.
