Come with your own batteries if you want a little bit of AC. Caution to the ladyboys harassing you in the lift. Caution to the incredibly steep path leading to the park place.

The room was okay and slightly comfortable, good enough for a short visit.

The room itself was okay, but the overall experience was highly disappointing. First, the staff felt unapproachable and unwelcome. Second, there were a lot of small cockroaches in the room. Inconvenient for my foreign companions. Third, there is zero communication among the staff. We were given conflicting rules about daily bottled water replenishment and had to buy our own outside. ​To make matters worse, after requesting a room cleaning, housekeeping only left 3 towels (1 big, 2 small). During checkout, they charged us 400 PHP for a "lost" towel, claiming the standard is 4. Since we were rushing to catch a plane, we paid it. But when I asked for an acknowledgment receipt, the receptionist shocked me by saying if he gave me the receipt, we wouldn't be eligible for a refund. Following up by phone was useless, as they claimed they didn't know their own housekeeping team's schedule. Very poor management and unprofessional service.

Old, out-dated, not as photos. The smell inside and outside was disgusting. Awoke in the bed very itchy….

The location, the pool is awesome.

The room stank when we got into it, overwhelming chemical cleaning smell, we had to buy air freshener. The towels had stains on them. And you're not told that you have to use the same towels for the room and the pool. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Central location, good view from 18th floor

Next door are dicos and girls bars (brothels??) It's so loud all night even with headphones you feel the bass on the 18th floor, couldn't sleep at all. Photos look much cleaner than it actually is and there is need for renovation (old furniture, loose tiles etc).

The bed was comfortable and we think/hope the sheets were clean. That’s it.

This place was filthy. We could not wait to leave. The interior is old and has not been kept up. Floors were sticky. Bathroom smelled like urine ALL the time in spite of using air spray. Kitchen cabinets looked like they had not been wiped down in a long time. The sofa was gross. Child beggers on the street. Don’t stay here.

Easy walk to Robinsons Mall

It could be cleaner, black mold on the bathroom sink grout and silverfish type bugs in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

Over all except for the elevator is not too good it gives me dizzy

Malheureusement la chambre est assez vétuste. Pas conforme aux photos. Tout est vieux et abîmé. La literie est cependant ok. À mentionner présence importante de cafards.

I loved the location. Everything was soo close to shops, dinning out, clubs.

The bed was way to firm. The shower pressure wasn't great, but it was hot. I was expecting the room to look alot more "up to date" and newer with the paint and upkeeping. Although it was clean.

The location is nice near malls and other tourist spots the view in our rooms is nice

Location...so handy to everything. MALL was right there.transport to go places was very accessible by jeppney,tuk- tuk, taxi or just walk.

The whole bldg itself is old..so rooms needs a bit updated , a touch of paint here and there.Bathroom and toilet need special attention as some corners has moulds or water stains are obvious..

No breakfast. The view is wonderful. The staff were superb.

The rooms were spacious and the city views were beautiful. The staff were all helpful and nice. The kitchen was big and was equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. Good location just adjacent to Robinson's Manila and a short drive to MOA.

Parking was limited. We had booked 6 rooms but only 3 spots were available for us.

L'hôtel est vraiment très ancien, la piscine ne fait pas rêver et ce n'est pas très propre. Rien à voir avec les photos de présentation.

An der Rezeption und das ganze Ambiente war primitiv. Das Zimmer, Küche und das Bad war eine Katastrophe alles runterkommen kurz gesagt das Preis - Leistung - Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

The swimming pool and sauna.

No luxury in the room as advertised, cupboards in kitchen and bedroom falling apart, bathroom smelt of cat pee, constantly scratched my back on the air con unit on the balcony. Sadly I didn't take any photos of the room but will never stay there again.

The location was excellent for exploring Intramuros. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cockroaches! We complained about this and they said they would send someone up to spray the unit, but the cockroach problem never went away. This made it very difficult to relax in the unit as my eyes kept scanning for cockroaches. There were minimal dishes and cutlery for you to use and both the pot and pan were horribly scratched and unusable. So was the rice cooker. Everything was dirty, even the plastic draining rack. Even though you have a kitchenette, there's really no way that you could have cooked anything here. I would not stay here again.

Really enjoyed the deluxe apartment with great view and love the swimming pool near Robinson mall . The storage facility was also a real bonus

I mean its all good but i think they didn’t clean it thoroughly because as we enter our room we saw some empty bottles and cans of beef, soft drink and water. Also the Bathroom has hairs.

A localização é boa e o apartamento agradável e espaçoso. Os funcionários permitiram que deixássemos nossa bagagem na recepção para o nosso voo tardio.

Tinha barata por todos os lados. Dentro do microondas, na pia, no banheiro. Saímos para passear e quando voltamos era tanta barata que nos assustamos. O apartamento precisa ser detetizado com urgência.

Mi è stata assegnata una camera differente da quella prenotata ma visto che dovevo starci solo poche ore per dormire una notte non ho voluto fare storie. La camera non era proprio pulita ed accogliente cosi come la struttura in sé l'ho trovata piuttosto trascurata. Sicuramente avevo altre aspettative dalle foto

No staff at the reception. There must be somebody assigned only at the reception. And not leave the area. The smell inside the room is not good.

They sell you very bright looking apartments and we got very dark and they didnt smell great. We also found a cockroach in the room.
