I rented an apartment style and it was spacious enough. I did a surgery close by and Citadines Roces has been accommodating. The pool is great size for kids and adult. I also find the staff very helpful

The menu is a tad pricey for Locals. No buffet options for those who want buffet breakfast. It is also different that their lobby is on the 8th floor.

I've stayed at Citadines in other countries, but this one is my favourite so far. My room was very spacious and felt quite fresh.

we had to ask multiple times for staff support. thrice to resolve issues with the TV (staff took out cable box because hotel was apparently no longer using skycable) and thrice for bath towels. which never arrived.

The staff were very accommodating and polite. Shoutout to Eva in housekeeping. The food menu at Alejo Restaurant has good selections and whatever we ordered was delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

We arrived around 5pm but it took us 45 minutes before we can enter our room. Apparently they were sorting something out and that’s the only room available. Upon entering it stinks of urine, in contrast to the smell along the corridors and lobby which has a fresh & clean aroma. We asked to be moved to another room, however, we had to settle with a different bed set up. Due to the inconveniences mentioned we were told we can check out later than 12nn but at 11am they rang and reminded us to promptly check out at the specified time. Also the building is packed with guests so the 3 elevators are not enough, it was a struggle to go up and down the building. Lastly, the WiFi is slow.

Nice and comfortable suites. Breakfast was nice. Location was okay.

I like the space of every unit.

1. The waiting in line with the one receptionist takes too long, I understand that the client is requesting something that needs to assist but It’s frustrating for us in the lone seeing the other line accommodating faster so the new person in that line is already done than us. I suggest you apply the fork system, one line for the reception then they can call the next in line so the time of the people will not be wasted. 2. No cotton buds as default amenities in the room. Still need to request. 3. Room offered by the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child age 12 years old is not fit in one bed.

The elevators are slow when it’s busy on the weekends.

really don’t recommend staying here, the hotel is old and doesn’t function well, there are much better options around the same price point room was worn out and had seen better days, towels were frayed and stained the location wasn’t great, not very walkable the aircon unit was leaking, clearly an ongoing problem as the paint and wall were warped, an engineer came but wasn’t able to resolve it walls and ceiling were thin so could hear constant noise from other rooms they were blasting multiple films and music in communal areas which made for a chaotic atmosphere the lifts were painfully slow and there was limited aircon in communal areas like the hallway so it was boiling while you waited for them

I’ve stayed at Roces Ave location last May 2025 with my son and we liked your hotel. It’s clean and most of the staff are very friendly. I chose to stayed again here for 10 days from 12/26 to 1/5. I rated the staff as follows: 1-5 as 5 is excellent: The housekeeping team are all excellent (5) especially Loid. He is very hardworking and energetic! The staff at Alejo Restaurant are (5) very courteous, friendly and efficient. The security at the lobby are also (5) very welcoming, and attentive. However, there are a few receptionist that should be more organize, helpful and professional. When I called the receptionist to let them know that there are poops in the front of my door and she said that from 10th to 18th floors they can house pets so I asked her why they put me on the 18th flr and I do not have pets. I did not receive any formal apology. I asked her to let the owner of the dog to apologize to me but nothing happened. There is a CCTV on every floors so they should know who are the owners of the dogs. I am going back to see my mom this coming March and hoping I do not encounter the same problem. Thanks

We had a good experience! Location was good cause easy to access from skyway. Hotel is new so our room had a new furniture smell which is not really the best smell. Staff was top notch. Special thanks to JM (security), Angel (front desk), Lordwin (fd) and Vince (fd). A little pricey but facilities and security was really good. Thank you to the hospitality industry for being available on the holidays.

The location was great and the staff were excellent as was as JM down at the elevator. Goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The room was also great. Very modern and stylish. I loved that it was a 1 bedroom style. With a kitchenette and living room. Private bedroom and attached bathroom. Amenities were well stocked as well. Over all would stay again.

The pillows were a bit to firm for my liking leading to a headache after 1 nights use. I prefer a plush pillow. Were only given 2 pillows for 2 paxs as well. Easily remedy by asking for more, but standard should be 2 pillows per pax. The only other part of my stay that made it not perfect was the spa appointment made and non communication that there service provider could not make it due to an emergency. I had to call twice in 2 hours to find out what was going on after I was told I would be called back. I understand emergencies happen but communication is key.

The room was nice and the room service and front desk assistant is accommodating. The amenities like the gym and the swimming pool is different and enjoyable.

Location is great. Spacious studio room with with kitchen supplies/utensils like dishwashing soap and sponge. Near to a lot of commercial shops and restaurants. Kuya JM is really helpful and accommodating. All the staff in the hotel are really nice. The hotel is so clean and well maintained. The breakfast is so good. We will definitely coming back here.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines while celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. The staff were extremely accommodating, courteous, and friendly. Before we checked in, I kindly asked the reception if a room setup could be arranged as I wanted to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. Despite having many guests to accommodate at that time, they kindly offered a complimentary setup of the room with the help of the OJT staff. Kudos to the staff especially Sir Lordwin and management for giving us such a superb and smooth experience. The place was clean and the service was truly excellent. Overall, it was a memorable stay with outstanding service and great facilities. I will definitely recommend Citadines Roces QC to my colleagues and family.

I stayed at Citadines Roces Quezon City this December 2025 and overall had a really great experience. The only downside was the long wait during check-in, but it was understandable given the number of guests at the time. Once checked in, everything else went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt modern and relaxing. I’d like to give a special mention to JM, the security guard at the ground floor. He was extremely accommodating, always smiling, and consistently welcoming—small gestures that really made a difference and left a positive impression throughout my stay. Despite the busy check-in, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Our stay at Citadines Roces Avenue was last night, December 24, and we truly had a wonderful Christmas Eve experience. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional—special thanks to Steph and Angel, as well as their supervisors, who were all very approachable and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they still managed to accommodate my requests. I booked three rooms and asked to be placed on the same floor, with one room arranged with double twin beds instead of a single bed, and this was handled efficiently. We were able to enjoy Christmas Eve together, even playing games in the room, which made the stay extra special. The amenities were complete and well thought out, including a microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooker, making the rooms very convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable stay with excellent service and facilities. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

It’s my 2nd time here and still in awe on how great the people are. The rooms are amazing, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was filling. Overall, it was such weekend spent well.

The location is near in our church, sacred heart kamuning and at our reception at oasis manila. It is the most sulit and the best decision we made in choosing to be one of our suppliers for our wedding. Thank you for the food, the neat and complete amenities from rooms to gyms, what i like the most is it is near to places we would like to go, it is spacious, our other suppliers did not have problems with the foot traffic because it really can accommodate a lot of people. Perfect for events. Hopefully they can maintain the clealiness and beauty of the place. We really loved the welcome experience they gave us. Thank You so much citadines roces qc. And just one downside, maybe they lack manpower, there’s a little delay in communication with the people at the reception area. We stayed for a night with my family for my mom's birthday last December 11-12, 2025. Satisfied ang pag-stay. sa staff pa lang, sobrang accommodating na nila and sobrang friendly kaya madali kausap. ina-address kaagad nila kapag may mga questions ka tapos binabati ka kapag nagkakasalubong kayo. pagdating naman sa facilities, sobrang ganda. wala kang masspot na kahit anong dumi simula nong pagpasok pa lang. mabango yong room and sobrang comfortable ng mga beds, chairs and even yong drawers/cabinets, other appliances like clothes iron, heater, refrigerator, hair dryer is functional and na-serve yong purpose niya. 5 star sa hair dryer kasi natutuyo kaagad yong buhok and yong pinaka favorite ko is may internet yong TV so kahit na sa loob lang kami ng room, di nakaka boring kasi we get to watch anime and play music on YouTube. Super bilis ng internet hindi lahat ng hotel me ganon... hindi ka talaga mabobored kahit buong araw ka pa nasa loob. pagdating naman sa pool, sobrang ganda ng view—sakto yong ambiance niya for picture taking and hindi ganon ka obvious yong chlorine kaya hindi siya masakit sa ilong. techy nga lang yong iba nilang mga gamit like yong system nila sa parking lot kaya kapag meron talaga na hindi gaano ka-aware sa mga ganong technology, medyo mangangapa lalo kapag walang mag-eexplain/mag-guide sakanila. pagdating sa food, 100/100. super nakakabusog & hindi nakaka overwhelm yong lasa ng mga pagkain. maganda rin yong place kaya mas nakakagana kumain, kahit maraming tao, hindi mo ganon mararamdaman kasi malawak and namiminimize naman yong noise. overall, super satisfied. ito yong klase ng hotel na babalik-balikan mo.

The staff was so acvommodating, polite and responsive. Your hotel needs more like him. His name is Vincent. He works at the lobby beside the resto, Alejo. He was very patient with all the querries thrown at him by so many guests. He answered them one by one with delight.

Asked for the faulty air conditioner to be fixed early on, they said they would send someone, then they never did. I was the one who booked the hotel, and the staff wouldn't even give me the time of day about the room problems because I looked too young. I had to make one of my cousins talk to the staff for them to listen; they obliged again, but never followed through. Now the other air conditioner isn't working at all, and my old parents are complaining it's too hot to even sleep. I implore you to read reviews from different sites, as well as from this hotel, because they might be skimming the bad ones. The elevator takes ages to go from floor to floor. So when we got up to the room, just to find out the card didn't work, we had to use the slow elevator again from our floor to the lobby. As I attempted to just take the stairs, I gave up on waiting. The staff informed me that the stairs were off-limits, amazing. I'm now resorting to just sleeping on the damn couch since the AC near the bedroom doesn't work anymore, and booking this hotel just defeats its purpose of comfort. The place looks nice, but everything else is subpar. From maintenance issues and staff. Stay away!

Citadines provided exceptional service during my stay. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

We recently availed of the wedding preparation package at Citadines Roces QC and overall had a wonderful experience. The Three-Bedroom Premier unit was spacious and perfectly suited our needs, featuring a wide layout with one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we were particularly impressed by the level of service provided by the receptionist, Trish, who ensured all our requests were quickly accommodated. However, the responsiveness of our designated contact person for the package, Clare Quierez, was inconsistent. While she was highly responsive during the initial booking stages, her communication became difficult right as our wedding day approached, which was a source of unnecessary stress. Overall, a positive stay, but we suggest improving communication consistency for package coordinators.

Mr. Vincent was so accommodating and the other staff too. The hotel staff and amenities were superb. Looking forward to get back here.

My room was neat and clean. Complete toiletries. I appreciate the generous space,Love my view in my room in the 22nd flr and drinking water. I love the modern design, and I like that the hotel values in taking care of our environment by using reusable containers. Food is delightful. Services are good. Medyo matagal lang ang pag check in.

Inattentive service at Alejo - service is great until you can't call someone's attention to pay bill; waiting time for elevators; service staff use the same elevators as guests.

It has a great location and in the heart of restaurants and bars which is perfect for a little staycation in the city. Spacious and clean rooms - has a higher ceiling compared to the other Citadines.

A better breakfast spread would be nice. Elevator is way too slow and internet connection is pretty slow even if you’re an ASR member. Also, there’s always something wrong with the wooden keycards.

Poor room service, 2 out of 10. Don’t bother requesting for In-room services since they won’t bring your request(s) even if you have already call them several times.

Service was nearly perfect except during breakfast where things got pretty chaotic. Special mention to Vince and Steph from Guest Services. They went above and beyond their station to address my special requests.

We stayed on November for a night. Shout out to JM-security he was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a superior room, it has kitchen (fridge,microwave,induction and mineral water) not sure though why they dont have utensils. Breakfast was good, just a few selection though, kiddie pool is okay, mejo malamig lang ang water, same with the 4ft. No charge for 4 and 5 y/o kids, downside is they dont have lifeguard on duty. And mejo mainit ang room given na nka 18 na sya, at nka locked 😅. walang door rug, spacious and maraming paglalagyan ang luggage mo. And you can dine inside, dahil may sofa and round table. Nice view pala sa pool area. Staff were approachable and friendly. We ill surely go back.

We loved the staff first and foremost. They’re well dressed, helpful, and well mannered. JM always greet us with a smile with his right hand over his heart - Mabuhay! Andrei & Mitch were very courteous at the dining room. The hotel is just over a year old so everything looked modern and attractive. Our room was nice and quiet for sleeping so we really had a comfortable stay. It’s walking distance to 711 so that was pretty convenient.

My family had a great experience in Citadines QC. The room is cozy, very relaxing with premium materials and furnitures. A very homy place for staycation. The staff are great from the restaurant, reception, maintainance and security. The pool is very clean with good ambience. Food is great as well. I even lost my wallet and it was delivered back to me with no hassle. I will definitely recommend this hotel and be back soon. Thank you Citadines for the living the high standards. We did the budget room, the studio, for a family with small kids. Above average. It would be excellent but a few things stood out to make it not so. Not sure why but was impossible to call and get someone on the phone after multiple attempts. The children policy for the studio is kinda weak - for small kids, are counted as adults. Housekeeping for some reason takes hours to respond such as bringing extra towels, and the room didn't come with any hand or face towels, just two body towels. There was a bee hiding in our room-it took them an hour to send someone up to remove it. That's nice they did that but offered no other accommodation for this inconvenience, we were basically frozen in the room while the bee was around, we had small kids with us too. Hotel staff (not including the restaurant staff) were so so. The pool also isn't heated, which isn't terrible, and also the complimentary espresso drink for ASR members, had no milk, so only the americano was available. And I got slightly electrocuted while holding the elevator doors, which I reported to one of the hotel staff, not sure what was done he kinda just acknowledged it. These aren't terrible but that's what made the experience to 3.5 stars, instead of a 4 or 5. Everything else asides these, the hotel was nice.
