The room, hospitality, and the cleanliness of the place is superb.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. They had a variety of food options.

There was no microwave in the room. The filtered water didn’t taste very well.

The staff was attentive and professional. The food is phenomenal.

Our experience at B Hotel was a memorable one. We spent our anniversary here and everyone was so nice. Our Double Superior King Room was really spacious and cozy at the same time. We had our anniversary dinner at Johnny’s Steak and Grill and we absolutely fell in love with the Ishiyaki and their other steak offers. The staff there were also very nice and generous. We will definitely come back again!

Our stay was awesome though we were not able to use the pool due to bad weather. Breakfast was the best. Good buffet spread and dishes keep on changing daily. Fluffy pancakes were prepared by the Chef, I forgot to get his name, my daughter loved it. Leona was the best. She always check back on us and make sure we are happy with our breakfast. Kudos to Leona! Requested for crispy bacon and lo and behold.. She serves it daily before we ask for it. Ephraim was also there to always clear our table. Though I hope there will be other choices for the tea instead of just having Lipton. Nikko, the room attendant, was A okay! He made sure towels and linen were changed. Will definitely come back.

I stayed at B Hotel Quezon City from August 17 to 20, during the heavy rains brought by the habagat. Despite the challenging weather, the hotel provided a safe, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. My room was consistently clean, well-maintained, and attended to with great care. I would especially like to commend Jencell, our room attendant on the 5th floor, for the excellent service and thoughtful attention to detail. The personalized note was a lovely gesture that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel staff were courteous, accommodating, and professional throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly recommend B Hotel Quezon City. I look forward to staying here again.

I liked everything, it's conducive for working class. There's a LAN port in the room so I was able to seamlessly conduct my online events. The bed is comfy, the bathroom exhaust is strong, there's a bidet, the windows are big so you have natural light from mornings to afternoons.

The door in the shower area isn't sealed well, so the water leaks out every time you take a shower. The lobby is in the 2nd floor, and the entrance facing Scout Rallos is ground floor - you'll have to take the stairs to go to the lobby. Though there's a ramp going up to the 2nd floor, most people will not easily find it because the sign says Parking - first-time visitors who didn't bring their cars will most likely ignore it.

The ambience is at the right amount, crew were nice and polite and the food buffet is great.

Location is nearby any places in Manila and Quezon City. Easy access too. We always prefer staying here whenever we are in Philippines. The Staffs are always very friendly, helpful, accommodating and they will make sure that your needs are accommodated. Would like to commend the reception Team, Sir Jam, Ms. Aida and Ms. Angel. The Buffet Team Sir Ephraim, who always knows what we need and no need to ask. Ms. Lyrienne too. And everyone even the guards are highly commendable. We’d always choose to stay in this hotel and it’s always worth it.

De kamer was super fijn. Groot, goede bedden en de badkamer was prima. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en iedere ochtend was er iets anders te krijgen. Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Eigenlijk niks, maar peper en zout bij het ontbijt zou wel heel fijn zijn.ook is het soms lang wachten op de lift (zeker als je parkeert, er is dan maar 1 lift beschikbaar)

We had a wonderful experience at B Hotel! We would like to commend the entire staff for their excellent service and professionalism. Special thanks to Ms. Aubrey, who made our booking transactions smooth and hassle-free. Her assistance was a huge help and made our work much easier. We also sincerely appreciate Sir Marlon and Sir Jemwel for their immediate assistance when our printer wasn't working. They were very accommodating and quick to help resolve the issue. A big thank you as well to Mark from the Food/Kitchen team. He was very easy to talk to and was always helpful with our meal requests, including our to-go food orders. We would also like to recognize the security guards assigned on the 3rd floor, who kindly helped us open the door whenever we were carrying many things. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. Kudos to all the staff of B Hotel for your outstanding customer service. I booked the room as a birthday gift to my brother. I requested that he be greeted a happy birthday and I was delighted to know the hotel even gave a slice of cake with the birthday greeting. That alone is very sweet and generous of the staff at the hotel.

I asked my niece to buy the dinner from the hotel's restaurant, Johnny's and mentioned it was for a birthday treat. Unfortunately, the staff who brought the food up, also brought the receipt with it. Why would we want the celebrant to know how much we paid for his dinner. I find it a bit rude.

We arrived at 4;30 AM, the receptionist was very kind. I requested a late check out time and it was a relieved he accomodated the request.

B Hotel has been our go to venue for our seminars and events. The food is great, staff is polite and approachable and the space for our seminars is conducive for learning. Special shout out to Sir Marlon AV Tech/IT for assisting us and for making sure we get to use the best sound system.

I know it was built with great plans & architecure but maybe it’s the steep, challenging access to the main entrance. Extra challenging for long/big cars to access.

Surprisingly, Johnny Steak & Grill exceeded my expectations. The food was excellentthe baby back ribs were tender and flavorful, and the lamb chops were top quality. Chef's kiss! One standout for me was the mac & cheese. Even though it's just a side dish, it was incredibly rich, creamy, and delicious. The service was impeccable. Chef Chris and Danny were both amazing, friendly, and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be coming back.

My whole family (20 pax in total) has been celebrating Mother's Day lunch in bhotel for the past 3 years and Father's Day lunch this year and we enjoy the buffet spread everytime. Service is always excellent and i personally thank Ms. Lyrienne and Ms. Marilyn.

It was an amazing experience to be back here again and again in BHotel. The service of Mr. Emerson and Mr. Bryan was excellent. We would like to commend especially Mr. Emerson; he did so well in his job. He was very sensitive with the needs of the customers and gave a really excellent service 🙌🏼 He gave us complementary bread, water, updated us with our orders, and served with a pleasing attitude. I am very impressed with Room 1113, the city view is superb, the utilitarian colors of the room makes it very cozy and spacious. The industrial design really maximized the spaces to be highly functional. Room is clean and complete with amenities. Linens, sheets and pillows (with extra pillows) are premium so my sleep was comfortable and luxurious. To top it all, Front Office especially Ms. Pat was very pleasant and the rest of the staff housekeeping, F&B, security were all accomodating, very hospitable. B Hotel feels like second home.

I found The B Hotel to be a cosy and comfortable accommodation for an economical rate. My dinner at the adjoining Johnny’s Steakhouse was grand—a filet mignon perfectly grilled with vegetables by Chef Chris and elegantly served by Dani. I had a chance to chat with Dani about her native Romblon in the Visayas, which sounds like beautiful place to visit. I appreciated Dani’s attentiveness and hospitality on this rainy night in Quezon City.

Very welcoming staff and always greeting when coming in and out of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and is tucked away in a nice neighborhood of QC. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty to choose from. I will definitely consider staying at the B Hotel again when in QC.

The venue was a good choice for our event. The staff were very accommodating, the food was good, and the ballroom was clean and spacious enough for our group of 47 participants. We also liked the industrial-inspired ambiance, which gave the venue a unique and modern feel.
