El alojamiento tenía una ubicación cómoda para moverte a pie o transporte. La piscina en la azotea es su mayor atractivo.

El alojamiento solo nos dejó 1 toalla por persona para todo el aseo personal y estaban sucias. Las almohadas y sábanas estaban sucias también. No contaba con enchufes en el baño. La estancia fue de seis días y tres de ellos no tuvimos agua caliente en el baño.

location was great. I stayed for one night hence i did not explore much, just the pool

so many people on the pool

the room was very big, it was the only thing good in the property. Facilities were seem good, but I did not use. and there was a supermarket in the building, you can find some urgent things in there.

cleaning was very bad. once we arrive, we found many hairs on the bed, on the ground. some smell were coming from the sink. there is no towel change and so on, once you arrive if you get 1 towel, you should keep it till the end of your stay. lifts are not comfortable especially during the national holidays. I'm not exaggerating but once we have waited for 15 mins to get into the lift, and it took 10 mins to arrive to the ground floor, and we wasted almost half an hour only to arrive to the main entrance. In addition to all those, they took deposit payment before arrive to the property, and they informed me to return back it within 1-2 days if payment done by credit card, however after 1 week I still could not get any payment. Also, I was getting contact with a agency for the rental of property, after 2 days from my leave, I could not reach them to learn the status of refund of deposit. The agency name "Plush Services", floor 30th .

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir laisser nos valises si nous arrivons avant le check in (15h assez tard). Les horaires de piscine : ferme à 22h seulement et n’ouvre pas avant 10h, beaucoup de monde. Pas d’étendage (alors qu’il y a une machine à laver).

Buenas vistas, amplio, cómodo y bien ubicado para moverse por Kuala Lumpur. Piscina infinita con vistas espectaculares a las Torres Petronas.

Estaría genial si hubiera algo más de menaje de cocina y papel de cocina o paños de manos.

La proximité avec le centre, c’est agréable de tout faire à pied.

Il y’a une chambre sans fenêtre que j’aurai du voir lors de la réservation, de plus elle est trop petite et pas de rangement. Une salle de bain pour 4 c’est trop juste. Pour un long séjour pas assez de vaisselles.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement était très propre, confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé. La vue était magnifique et la résidence très agréable. Les instructions pour l’arrivée étaient claires et la communication avec l’hôte était rapide et efficace. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour.

L’emplacement, la qualité des équipements, cependant le logement était moins propre que lors du 1 er séjour et la vaisselle et moins présente, elle est au compte goutte. La piscine avec la vue sur les tours petronas.

L’attende ascenseur, la salle de bain lors de notre arrivée le pommeau de douche était défectueux mais j’ai contacté le personnel qui a fait le changement, lors de l’envoi de la vidéo, ils ont envoyé un technicien et il est revenu, avec un nouveau pommeau de douche, mais un contrôle au préalable lors de la remise des clefs aurai été nécessaire surtout après un long voyage, où la seule chose c’est l’envie de se doucher. Enfin la deuxième chambre aveugle petite et sans fenêtre. Lors de la réservation, je n’ai pas fait attention à ce détail.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé à seulement 10 minutes des tours Petronas et juste à côté du métro. La résidence est très agréable, avec une magnifique piscine et une très belle vue. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable, notamment le salon et la chambre principale. Un grand merci également à l’équipe sur place, très réactive et disponible, qui a gentiment gardé nos bagages le dernier jour. Globalement, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Il manquait vraiment peu de choses pour une note exceptionnelle !

L'appartement est au 46ème étage, la vue est magnifique, le logement est parfait La piscine permet d'avoir une vue magnifique sur les tours Petronas et sur la ville

La vue était incroyable depuis la piscine mais c'est un spot de photoshoot pour les gens et au final on peut pas profiter de la piscine car obligé de bouger a chaque fois pour ne pas etre dans l'angle de la caméra. Au final modestie n'est pas respectée.

Nous avions pris deux appartements pour notre familiale. Mais a l'arrivée, nous voyons que les chambres sont poussiéreuses, dans l'un des appartements la chambre etait remplis d'insectes, de poussières. Nous avons meme trouvé des poils et cheveux sur le linge de lit et a proximité du lit. Les serviettes de bain et le tapis de bain étaient sale et pas changé entre deux locations ca se voyait bien que c'était un peu a la chaine. Bien que l'hôte etait réceptif a nos demande cema n'était pas suffisant. Énormément de monde dans la residence, nous avons passé trop de temps a attendre l'ascenseur a chaque fois. C'était une expérience stressante et pas du du tour reposante. Je déconseille.

Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to stay at the property because my booking was cancelled before check-in despite my willingness to proceed.

I never received the check-in instructions despite contacting the host several times. I called and was told someone would call me back, but no one did. The host then asked me to send my booking confirmation PDF, which I sent immediately, yet I received no response for over 3 hours. With only one hour left before the 3:00 pm check-in, my family had to wait in the car in the hot weather because we had no idea where to go. Despite repeatedly confirming that we still wanted the accommodation, the booking was cancelled without our permission. The communication and customer service were extremely poor and caused unnecessary stress at the start of our trip.

It was in a good location and the host was very responsive and helpful in terms of places to get staff. House was clean

Its location, the level of the appnt was 46th floor which full views of twin towers and other klcc skyline. The roof top pool was amazing specially at night with lovely views. The support services are extraordinary and all queries very promptly addressed.

The appnt is spacious but only comes with one washroom that too not connected with either of the rooms. Washroom muslim shower needs replacement while toilet seat was broken. Except for the washroom, there was no other mirror inside the appnt and when a group of ppl or family is staying all dependency comes to just one washroom for getting ready. The kitchen appliances should be enhanced to make the stay more comfortable and feel like home. There is no daily servicing of the appnt, i think it should be introduced or if it cannot be done, extra linens and towels should be provided specially for longer stays. Aircons in rooms also require some servicing as cooling at night time does gets affected.

Nothing at all

I booked the property earlier. but i received a WhatsApp message from the property just an hour before the check-in time that the aircon in the property is not working and asked me to cancel the booking and find another place. At this time, I'm already about to reach the property with my family. I asked the property to help me to find a replacement room, they said okay but didn't respond to me at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating to me. To fellow users, please do not book this property if you're travelling with family as their response is worst i ever seen!

The pool area is absolutely mind blowing. Value for the price of the apartment was great.

The location

I was required to pay a mandatory MYR 300 deposit by card, with the promise that it would be refunded within 15 days. The payment was made on 07/04/2026, and today it is 27/05/2026 — I still have not received any refund. The owner refuses to help and keeps blaming my bank, even though I already checked with them and they confirmed the issue is not on their side at all. Be careful, this is not worth getting scammed like this. I would not recommend this place because of the lack of honesty and customer support.

Apparemment très grand avec deux chambre individuel, grande cuisine mais pas équipé pour cuisiner. Vu sur les tour Petronas au niveau de l’appartement et également au niveau de la piscine. Petit rooftop sur le toit sympa. La chambre était quand même propre mais on a vu un cafard.

L’organisation pour l’entrée en chambre est trop compliqué! Interdiction de passer avec les valise par l’entrée principal il faut passer par derrière. Personnel hyper désagréable. Après un retour de Langkawi à 3h du matin on c’est retrouvé enfermé à l’extérieur car impossible d’entré dans la chambre le code ne fonctionnais pas, l’alarme c’est déclenché après plusieurs tentative, personne pour nous aider.. la chambre c’est finalement ouverte par magie seul mais impossible de la fermer on est donc resté à dormir avec la chambre ouverte toute la nuit ( donc 0 sécurité ) après avoir envoyé un message à la réception ( tout ce fait par message ) personne n’as sur nous dire pourquoi ou même s’excuser pour la désagrément. Ça manque clairement de sécurité n’importe qui aurait pu rentre dans la chambre finalement.

Sky view on the 30th floor and Infinity pool on 50th floor were awesome.

Property is an apartment and rooms/flats held by various agents. There is no such concept like a reception in hotels. So no early check in is not possible. If u r booking in this accommodation be ready to wait till afternoon or plan to arrival according to check in time.

Leider Bettwäsche war mit Flecken. Badetücher waren sehr alte. Küchenzubehör war zu wenig für 5 Leute, war eine kleine Löffel für 5 Leute und keine Buttermesser.

厕所的马桶非常恶心因为在冲水时里面的水会喷到马桶圈上和地上 所以必须要穿拖鞋站在旁边才能冲水而且也不能坐在马桶圈上上厕所所以非常地不方便

10 saat uçuş yorgunluğundan sonra dinlenmek için tesise Check in yaptığımdaki kirliliği tahmin edemezsiniz, kir içindeydi. Yatak örtüsü, çarşaf, sehpalar.. hiçbir şey temizlenmemişti. Lavaboda dahi kıllar duruyordu. Hepsini fotoğraflayarak ilgiliye gönderdim. Bir süre sonra temizlikçi gönderdiler ancak olan benim günüme, zamanıma oldu. Bu yaşananlardan dolayı konaklamamı daha kısa tutmak istediğimi belirttim ancak iade konusunda olumsuz davrandılar. Havuz yağmurlu günlerde kapalı ve genelde yağmur var, kullanım alanların kısıtlı. Fiyat performans açısından da son derece olumsuz.

Le manque d’équipements dans la cuisine. Pas de chiffons pour la vaisselle, seulement quelques couverts et assiettes. Beaucoup de mobilier avec une prise européenne sans adaptateur donc inutilisable (lampes par exemple)

Все хорошо но бассейн очень холодно там купаться не можешь мы 3 дня были но не купались но мы хотели кажется они сами специально делаю там люби много не были тот раз когда я 2024 был тогда теплый хороший бассейн был и люди много был а сейчас просто людям не удобно Про квартиру ремонт нужен и уборка дома Старый мебель и стены ужасно выглядит по фото все хорошо выглядел

聽說有19個房東，我們的房東是Plush，當他要求轉帳保證金時我遲遲沒給，因為我擔心是詐騙。後來入住時我才付押金RM300，退租時staff也立刻歸還，沒有刁難。

The Apartment hotel is good. But the rooms are a bit too small. The only thing that is good is the infinity pool and the view. But some staff there are kind of rude to my brother so please respect disability people. One of the staff tried to steal our money by trying to get my brother in trouble in the pool. That is very unacceptable 😑.
