The stay was beyond what I expected, I have nothing bad to say about it even if I tried. We had 2 stays over a 3 night period and everybody was so friendly and helpful. Khalid was absolutely great with us, making us some gorgeous tea when we arrived late and made us some beautiful breakfast to keep us going for a long couple of days and being very social. The manager was super friendly and cool with us helping us out however we needed. The rooms were quality, the rooftop was quality.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad in Marrakech. Everything was very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The hosts Ibrahim & Khalid were very kind, attentive and accommodating, and also flexible whenever we needed something. The riad was very clean and centrally located, which made it easy to explore Marrakech. The food was also really good and we enjoyed having meals there. One thing to keep in mind is that the nearest car drop-off point is about a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. If you have luggage, it is worth arranging the arrival with the riad in advance. On our way back, Ibrahim was very kind and carried our luggage all the way to the pick-up point, which was a great help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Le riad est très confortable, joliment aménagé et très bien situé dans la Médina, proche de nombreuses visites que nous avons toutes faites à pieds. Ibrahim se coupe en 4 pour répondre aux moindres besoins des clients. Il est partout et s'occupe de tout. Une vraie perle.

It was clean, well maintained and has all the facilities as listed. The staffs are really hardworking, friendly and helpful. Ibrahim took care of everything. The other guy was also nice and hardworking but i forgot his name. There is always someone present even at night since the staff takes turn for the shifts so everything runs smooth.

We loved everything about our stay, from start to finish the staff couldn't be more attentive. The property is stunning and everywhere is clean and well kept The property is very close to all the main attractions and the property provides a local driver at a cost Abreham and Khalid could not have been more helpful and made our stay very memorable

L’emplacement et le personnel

Both Brahim and Khalid were amazing staff, we were always welcomed with a smile and any issues or queries were responded to instantly. The Riad is amazing but would be empty without the two of them and their excellent hospitality.

Only thing that would be better is a key to the main door for each guest instead of having to ring the doorbell. This avoids potentially disturbing other guests.

We had a great stay here, especially the hotel manager Ibrahim was great! No matter what it was about, Ibrahim always gave his best to give us the most wonderful time. The staff in general was very courteous and everything went smoothly!

Le service de l’équipe qui était toujours très agréable et attentionnée et une mention spéciale pour Brahim qui est donné de très bon conseils pour les différents lieux à visiter et organiser des activités et sorties ( quad dans le désert d’Agafay , balade en dromadaire, dîner avec spectacle etc ) en résumé un véritable professionnel.

Il manque peut- être un mini-bar dans la chambre mais à part ça je ne vois rien d’autre.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ibrahim et son équipe qui sont tous très chaleureux et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour la visite de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le Riad est très beau, la terrasse et le jacuzzi sur le roof top sont très agréables, les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une décoration très raffinée. La piscine en marbre dans le patio est aussi appréciable (l’eau est fraîche !). Le Riad est situé dans la médina, dans une petite ruelle au calme, à 5’ des souks à pieds.

Nice Riad in a good location. Easy to walk in and out the souk. Quiet area/neighborhood. Staff was very helpful, kind and patient. Very accommodating, helpful and always watching out for us - traveled with my daughter. Breakfast was nice esp on the roof terrace, and we loved our one dinner. We had a late flight back home and I had booked an extra night which was perfect so we just had a very early dinner before our flight.

I wouldn't stay in room nr 3 again - 2nd floor overlooking the pool - it smelled pretty bad from time to time and I know there's not much that can be done about it. We spent 5 nights in the RIad and it wasn't bad all times just not very pleasant espl when returning back to the room after a day out exploring. We walked by a few other open rooms who weren't occupied and they also looked a bit newer and brighter. However beds were comfy and air con worked!

Gestion peu professionnelle : attente d une heure pour avoir accès a la chambre, confusion sur la facture des le début jusqu'à la fin, petit dej bon, mais servi très lentement et en retard (donc, on n a pas pu en profiter le 1er jour a cause d une excursion planifiee) En plus, chambre plus petite qu annoncée, clime presque pas fonctionnelle

Cet établissement est vraiment super, le cadre est magnifique et le personnel au petit soin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, Un immense merci à Brahim et Khalid pour leur accueil chaleureux

Un grand merci à Ibrahim et toute l’équipe du Riad ! Ibrahim nous a donné plein de conseils, il était serviable, d’une gentillesse extrême et nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison La cuisine était délicieuse, je ne regrette pas d’avoir pris la demi pension ! Les massages parfait, Cetais un moment de détente absolue ! Un grand merci également à Ali qui a été plein de petites attentions Foncez c’est un Riad exceptionnel et d’une très grande propreté ! Our stay at this riad was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Ben Youssef Madrasa and within easy reach of the Medina, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional mint tea, which was a lovely touch after our journey. The riad itself feels like a peaceful oasis away from the heat and busy streets, with two beautiful swimming pools that guests can enjoy at any time. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was meeting Angello, the resident turtle, who sometimes joins guests during breakfast and adds a unique charm to the experience. A special thank you goes to Brahim, our host, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, and when we had an early start, he thoughtfully packed our breakfast to take away. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again.

Everything was beautiful, the location was perfect, but what made our stay special, memorable and amazing was the staff. Ibrahim was not only friendly and helpful, but truly made us feel like we were his own family visit visiting. We left feeling like we have a new Moroccan friend. The rest of the staff was also lovely, and the breakfast is not to be missed! We will be back again.

There was nothing not to like!

The riad is in the medina so on first arrival I would definitely rely on someone from the riad greeting you at the taxi drop off point, which is 3-4 mins walk away. It is wonderful to step into such a calming and quiet home from the heat and dust of the streets. We were greeted with delicious mint tea and pastries. The staff are all outstanding - nothing was too much trouble. We were offered honest guidance on everything and Ibrahim took care of restaurant bookings and made sure we had a venue that showed the England game at dinner. The hammam on site was brilliant - be sure to have the full body massage which was the best I have ever had. Delicious and plentiful breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads and eggs, proper fresh OJ. I mentioned that I wanted to try fresh peach juice and Ibrahim actually surprised me later that morning and got one for me and would not accept payment for it. Really above and beyond on the customer service. You will not be disappointed staying here. Great value for money and delightful staff. I was travelling with teenagers who loved the rooftop dipping pool late at night and also the autonomy of how they were looked after in their own way, for example they were served breakfast when they wanted it and were not expected to eat with me (I am an early riser). Housekeeping also worth a mention - our rooms were freshened up each day with fresh towels and beds made up. Also big thanks to the night porter who made me hot tea late at night when he found me sitting on the rooftop. Thank you 🙏

It could be noisy with returning guests late at night but I would imagine that is true of any riad stay and is the nature of such properties.

Gostei de tudo principalmente da limpeza em todo o Riad , da simpatia dos funcionários principalmente do Ibrahim que foi incansável sempre a acompanhar nos em tudo . O pequeno almoço foi excelente e o Riad é lindíssimo

Very beautiful place to stay. If you thought Moroccan vibes this is the place to stay. The staff, in particular Ibrahim was amazing. Nothing was too much. His Hospitality and English language was exceptional. The price was amazing. The food provided was unbelievably good, highly recommended. Not a bad location. Just far enough away for it to be a pleasant walk to all the main areas.

It was a little noisy at night. You could hear the managers phone ringing or him working at silly hours of the night. Also it is in the middle of a housing area that looks very run down, but I wouldn’t let that put you off. Once inside the Riad it’s another world.

The location was great. The staff were lovely. Brahim was particularly helpful. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was appreciated as it was so hot. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

The aircon could have been colder. The room was a bit dark but it didn’t matter too much.

The riad was spectacular, the pool, brakfast,beds, all a 10/10. Ibrahim received us so polite, kindful, and he was always aware in case we need anything. We ll come back soon!

Prachtige Riad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker schoon geweldig personeel.

The property was very clean and had a very nice traditional riad look which gave me a wonderful experience. The staff such as Ibrahim and Oumaima were very helpful and nice and they both provided expetional service which made me feel at home. The Hammam experience was also very good, and the hammam staff, Soukaina, ensured that she gave a good experience to the three of us.

The only problem was that the parking was an issue, but other than that it was very good no complaints.

En nydelig oase rett i utkanten av de travleste områdene i medinaen. Flotte rom som stemmer overens med bildene. Nydelig takterrasse hvor man også kan få frokost servert. Nydelig opplevelse med Masasje og hamam.

Det er utrolig stille og ingen trafikkstøy fra gatene, men man må regne med å høre lyder fra hotell-livet inne i gårdsrommet.

Struttura bella e ben tenuta, tipico riad di qualità. Personale molto disponibile anche se un po’ troppo sicuro di sé. La stanza non era esattamente come descritta ma comunque gradevole. Colazione ottima e servita al tavolo, bellissima jacuzzi sul rooftop sempre disponibile h24

Dicono di avere un parcheggio privato, per chi viaggia in moto un criterio di scelta fondamentale. All’arrivo ci si trova in un dedalo di viuzze dove è difficile persino girarsi, dovrebbero avvisare che il parcheggio privato è in realtà un parcheggio pubblico all’aperto a dieci minuti di cammino. Farseli col caldo, i bagagli e vestiti da moto è veramente difficile. Se siete motociclisti evitate

El recibimiento del manager del hotel fue excepcional, con un acto ceremonial de toma de té segun la cultura marroquí. La atencion durante la estancia tambien merece la valoracion maxima.

La ubicacion del hotel hace necesario caminar unos 300 metros desde donde puede llegar el coche hasta la puerta. Pero no es un gran problema salvo que vayas cargando el equipaje

The aesthetic was gorgeous, facilities were great. Loved the breakfast and the service was amazing. In particular the manager Ibrahim was so helpful in giving great advice and helping us get organised. The whole staff was great to be honest.

The only thing that was a bit confusing at first was not being dropped off with taxi out front. We were left at a square. But we soon learned that it was because the roads were too small for cars. I can’t remember if this was stated on the venue listing but if it wasn’t, then it would be great to know for future.

Le riad est placé en plein cœur du centre ce qui facilite les déplacements et les taxis peuvent nous chercher à proximité. L’établissement est magnifique et très bien entretenu par le personnel. Vrai riad marocain. Merci à Brahim qui a été d’une grande disponibilité et d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. Pour nous avoir fait de superbes petits déjeuner et nous avoir guidé dans la Médina.

Il soggiorno al Riad Sofyan è stato uno dei ricordi più belli del nostro viaggio a Marrakech. Dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia: lo staff è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile con ogni nostra esigenza. Il riad è bellissimo, curato, pulitissimo e con un’atmosfera autentica che ti fa vivere davvero la magia di Marrakech. Ogni rientro dopo una giornata in città era un piacere, quasi come tornare a casa. Abbiamo usufruito anche dei massaggi nella spa che sono stati eseguiti molto bene. Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale. Se torneremo a Marrakech, non avremo dubbi: sceglieremo di nuovo voi!” P.s. nel bagno della nostra camera c'era anche il bidet

We had an amazing time at this beautiful riad in Morocco. The staff truly made our stay special — they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to be hospitable. Brahim helped us book trips and arrange taxis, always with a smile and great advice. Khalid was always kind and helpful in any situation. Everything ran smoothly thanks to them. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Super séjour de 4 jours au riad où le cadre et l'équipe sont fantastiques. Mention spéciale pour Brahim qui est exceptionnel par son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme (qui vient même nous chercher si on se perd dans le souk). Nous avons rarement vu quelqu'un d'aussi serviable, toujours à l'écoute et bienveillant. Les repas sont dignes de la réputation de la cuisine marocaine : excellent ! On reviendra avec plaisir !

O Riad é surpreendente, quem vê de fora realmente não imagina o que está lá dentro. Fomos muito bem recebidos com o típico chá, uns bolinhos e água fresca (o que faz toda a diferença num dia de muito calor) O pequeno-almoço foi excelente, muita diversidade e tudo muito fresco. Voltaria novamente para usufruir das instalações e serviços 😀

O Riad já tem alguma sinalização o que ajuda bastante, no entanto à noite pode ser desafiante tentar encontrar o riad sem acesso a internet

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le Riad. D'abord, Khalid nous a réservés un accueil des plus chaleureux et a toujours été d'une grande gentillesse, politesse, armé de son sympathique sourire. Nous nous sommes rapidement sentis comme à la maison et les autres membres du personnel se sont montrés tout aussi attentionnés et agréables. Les petits-déjeuners sont très gourmands, copieux et faits maisons. Petit coup de coeur pour lequel nous nous réjouissions de nous lever le matin pour découvrir les nouvelles petites spécialités. Enfin, un massage gratuit de 30 minutes chacun a soulagé nos jambes endolories et été drôlement apprécié. Si nous devions revenir à Marrakech, il ne fait nul doute que nous reviendrons ici. Merci à toute l'équipe du Riad <3

wir wurden rundum hervorragend betreut und bewirtet, vom Flughafentransfer und Begleitung zum Hotel, über die kleine Tee-Zeremonie zum Empfang. Jeden Morgen gab es ein tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, für jeden Gast individuell frisch zubereitet von Karim mit einheimischen Spezialitäten und der super Zimmerservice. Das Spa und die Massagen haben wir nicht ausprobiert Das Riad liegt versteckt, etwas abseits der Hauptwege, ist dafür aber ruhig und man fühlt sich absolut sicher, auch wenn man abends zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Die Ziele in der Medina sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und man kommt so fast automatisch mal an allen Gassen des Souks vorbei..

Da die Türen alle in den Innenhof gehen und mit einem Riegel verschlossen werden, war es unmöglich ohne Geräusche ein- und auszugehen. Aber dafür passte es sehr gut zum Gesamtkonzept des Objektes.

Loved the hospitable staff, the breakfasts, the overall beauty of the riad. The younger male employee is so helpful, friendly, and overall a star.

A beautiful Riad, inside the medina but in a quiet location, the staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Beautifully decorated and an enjoyable calm space. Great breakfast!

It can be quite noisy in the night with other guests moving around etc, some ear plugs were handy.

The place is very nice! The member of staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. They welcome you with a nice hand wash and a lovely tea. What I liked the most is that member of staff went out of his way and late at night he has walked to pick us up, as we got lost in Medina and did not feel very safe walking on our own. There was no hesitation, we send our live location and the member of staff straight away came and picked us up. It was very nice to feel like they care about our safety and comfort!

There was no fridge in the room and no bin besides the little bin in the bathroom. As well, keep in mind that cars cannot drive in Medina, so you have to walk around 8-15 minutes from where the taxi drops you off. Google maps is misleading as it says that it would drive you right to the hotel.

C’est une caractéristiques des Riads, mais les chambres donnent toutes sur la cour et ne sont pas du tout isolées ! On entend donc depuis les chambres la musique de la terrasse le soir et les bruits de ceux qui se réveillent tôt le matin !

ロケーションも良く快適に過ごせました。初めてのモロッコで全て不安でしたが、スタッフのアブラハムさんの気の利いたサービスで大変助かりました。初日から街並みの紹介を、困らないように、一緒に目的地に案内まで頂きました。また、夜間担当のカージャさんも毎晩親切にお茶の用意もくださいました。このホテルからは快適な旅を過ごせること間違いなしです。

Le Riad est très bien équipé, confortable, avec un très beau rooftop. Nous n’avons fait qu’une seule nuit mais nous avons apprécié.

Le personnel était très sympathique mais nous avons trouvé les explications du personnel un peu confuse ce qui nous a fait perdre un petit peu de temps.

Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et idéalement situé pour découvrir Marrakech tout en profitant d’un endroit calme et reposant. Mention spéciale également pour les repas : délicieux, généreux et préparés avec soin. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Le riad est très confortable. La décoration est soignée. C'est un endroit magique. L'accueil était parfait. Brahim est un hote bienveillant, accueillant et de bon conseil. C'est un lieu propice au repos et a la reverie. Le riad est idéalement situé. On peut se déplacer à pied très facilement. Tout le personnel est à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est sensationnel.

J'aurais aimé y rester deux jours de plus pour flâner et profiter de la tranquillité du riad.

Un merci immense à Ibrahim pour son accueil et son aide lors de mon séjour. Voyageant seule, Ibrahim m’a aidé à plusieurs reprises et a veiller à ma sécurité à différentes reprises. Le reste du personnel est aussi très chaleureux et accueillant. Aussi, je tiens à souligner la beauté du ryad, décoré avec goût mais aussi la propreté; le ryad est parfumé à la fleur d’oranger, ce qui est très agréable. Les petits-déjeuner furent copieux et de qualité. De même, le massage était tout simplement exquis. Un Ryad que je recommande!

Outstanding riad in Marrakech with an amazing experience. The hammam and massage were exceptional, offering true relaxation. The staff were fabulous and really attentive, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. A perfect stay from start to finish. Location great to get everywhere.

L'accueil et toutes les explications fournies par Brahim qui est vraiment adorable et très dévoué ainsi que le hammam et le massage que je recommande chaleureusement. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et très gentiment servi par Khalid qui est très attentionné.

Ibrahim did an amazing job as a host! We took care of us 100%. Everything we needed - we got it.

Beautiful, traditional riad, with everything you need and very close to all the activities around Marrakech. But our favorite thing about our stay was the staff - they really made it feel like a home away from home! From organizing transfers to serving a delicious breakfast every morning at whatever time you need! We had booked a tour and never got our confirmation from the tour company the night before like we were supposed to, and Ibrahim helped us get in touch with the tour company (very late at night I might add), and made sure everything was in order. He even offered to have someone walk us very early in the morning to our pickup spot. Could not have asked for a better stay in Marrakech, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I loved my stay here at SofYan, it was the best decision I made. The room was amazing and the staff were great. I have to say that Ibrahim was extremely helpful, he made my stay even better and helped me with anything I needed - he is such a hard worker and you can tell he loves his job. I cannot wait to book again!x

Absolutely amazing place! Staff was super friendly, they picked us up to show the road to riad. Also loved the tea, what they were serving during check-in! Riad itself was magical- the pool area, rooftop and the room! Breakfast was delicious and abundant. We also got 30 min of free massage each, which was such a lovely gift after a long flight!

The riad was absolutely beautiful. The location was amazing with just a short walk to the souks but without it being too busy. A huge thank you to Ibrahim who was always there when you needed him. He was a great help to us and was always welcoming and friendly. Another huge thank you to Amal, the masseuse, who gave me and my daughter a lovely massage. We loved this riad and would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Riad Sofyan - the facilities were great, lovely rooms, awesome breakfast but what we enjoyed the most was the lovely hospitality and how well we were looked after by Brahim. He was so kind & lovely to chat to too. He had a genuine love for making your stay special & we really appreciated everything he did for us during our stay. We also had one of the best massages we have both ever had, a full body 30 min massage by Soukayna which was absotkely amazing. She was also really lovely and friendly. If we ever stay in Marrakesh wr would definitely come back! Soukayna Brahmin

The riad was very nice, everything was clean and location it’s close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace. The staff members there were extremely kind.

If you choose to take the dinner at the riad, it’s quite expensive. Just FYI.

Exceptional attention to detail from the manager whose name I can’t recall now, he couldn’t have done anything more for us and was a pleasure to deal with.

Le point le plus positif du Riad est Brahim trés gentil, trés serviable et toujours diponible. Il sera se plier en 4 pour vous afin que vous passiez le plus beau et meilleur séjour ! Il s'occupe de vos taxis, de vos sortis, de votre confort !!!!... Une perle ! Au vue de son enthousiasme et de sa bonne volonté on pourrait penser que le Riad lui appartient ! Un garçon exceptionnel, que n'importe quel patron rêverait d'avoir ! Les masseuses du hamam trés gentilles, trés professionelles et trés souriantes !

Les propriétaires sont trés décevants ! Surtout le patron dépourvu de politesse ; pas de bonjour, le sourire est une option pour eux. Pas de télévision . Trés mal insonorisé surtout le bruit des loquets de portes infernanal.

Everything, cosy, classy, and the stuff is really welcoming and awesome specially (Ibrahim was very kind and helpful, also Monia was really caring offered us a lunch, Khalid was accommodating…).

The Riad was very close to the main marker Souk. Our room was larger with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was nice and filled us up for a morning of activities.

The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. We continually asked for it to be looked at, but it didn’t get fixed while we were there for 5 days.

Our stay at this riad was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into the space with mint tea and treats. Every corner of the riad was immaculately maintained, blending traditional charm with modern comfort in a way that made it hard to leave. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The manager, Brahim, went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt cared for. Whether it was offering personalized recommendations, arranging activities, or simply taking the time to check in and make sure everything was perfect, his attention to detail and genuine kindness made all the difference. The onsite hammam was a fantastic, personalized treat with Soukaina providing excellent, caring service. It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the service are equally outstanding, but this riad delivers on both. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and incredibly grateful for such a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special experience.

Our stay at Riad SofYan & Spa was fantastic. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with a real authentic Moroccan charm. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, which made a huge difference. We also took part in the cooking class offered at the riad—it was so much fun and genuinely inspiring. A highlight of our trip! Breakfast was also fantastic with different dishes every day!

There wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, minor improvements in room lighting or a TV could make the experience even better, but overall everything was very enjoyable. Keep in mind Riad can only be reached by foot.

Le Riad est très beau, le petit dej copieux et bon, l’emplacement central, le service est très soigneux (Ibrahim est top et fait tout pour vous aider!)

Le Riad est très mal insonorisé, le hall résonne énormément. La chambre pourrait être + équipée. Enfait les prestations sont correctes, sans +, c’est le rapport/qualité prix qui est mauvais (trop cher pour des prestations basiques)
