Chambre pas très lumineuse mais ça ne nous a pas derangés, nous avons tout apprécié dans ce riad

Everything was just perfect! Younes received us very well with tea and a big smile. We felt welcome, safe and confortable all the time. He gave us many tips of the city. The rooms were clean and smelled very good. Linen and towell are smooth. The decoration of the riad is typical and makes you dive into the Moroccan world. Location is great because it is close enough to the main square by foot, but it's in a quiet street, tranquil to sleep.

La chambre était très belle est grande. Le lit était très confortable. Le personnel du Riad est super gentil. L’emplacement est top, pas loin des endroits a visiter. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Convenient location, as the taxi parking is near and the central medina is short walk away. The personnel was welcoming and provided all necessary information for Medina exploration. Room was basic, but all you need for short stay. Breakfast was very good.

Keep in mind that the bathroom is not attached to the room but next door (to access it you have to step in to common space).

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Imndi war in jeder Hinsicht besonders, vor allem wegen Younes und Zacaria. Die beiden sind nicht nur unglaublich hilfsbereit, sondern vor allem außergewöhnlich tolle Menschen mit einer Herzlichkeit, die man selten erlebt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns nicht wie Gäste gefühlt, sondern wie ein Teil der Familie. Sie haben sich um wirklich alles gekümmert – von Restaurantreservierungen bis hin zur Organisation der besten und günstigsten Transportmöglichkeiten. Dabei war immer alles perfekt abgestimmt und völlig stressfrei für uns. Ein großes Thema war die Glutenunverträglichkeit meiner Partnerin, doch auch hier haben Younes und Zacaria das scheinbar Unmögliche möglich gemacht. Mit viel Einsatz und Aufmerksamkeit haben sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir jeden Morgen ohne Sorgen frühstücken konnten. Das war für uns alles andere als selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie besonders ihr Engagement ist. Was diesen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich macht, sind nicht nur der Service oder die Organisation, sondern die beiden selbst. So viel Wärme, Aufmerksamkeit und echte Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten. Dafür sind wir unglaublich dankbar und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Piccolo riad in posizione centrale (10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale). Consigliamo di usare map.me e non google maps in quanto la prima è decisamente precisa con le vie di Marrakech e non ti fa perdere. Staff molto gentile, ci hanno assecondato per ogni esigenza (colazione da asporto per escursioni e deposito bagagli) e per ogni problematica. Camera calda (c'è il climatizzatore), bagno con finestra. Il phon non è presente in bagno, va chiesto in reception. Colazione ottima.

Il bagno era fuori dalla stanza (porta accanto), ma era a nostro uso esclusivo. Purtroppo non era riscaldato ma a marzo non è stato un problema.

Ein Hahn befand sich direkt gegenüber der sehr laut war vor allem nachts, ohrstöpsel ein muss Insgesamt hellhörig, aber damit haben wir gerechnet weil es bei Riads wohl normal ist

Kamer had airco met warme lucht. Maar dit was niet voldoende voor lage tempersturen in de nacht.

Lo mejor, su ubicación. Muy céntrico, a solo 10 minutos de la plaza Jemaa El-Fna. El personal muy amable y atento. El patio donde se sirve el desayuno, espectacular.

Lo que me sorprendió fue que a pesar de tener baño privado, éste no estaba en la habitación, sino q había q salir de la habitación y acceder a través de un pasillo común a todo el Riad. Esto es incómodo y resta intimidad.

Mooie Riad met aardig personeel die met je meedenkt. De riad was netjes verzorgd. Bed was goed, douche was fijn. Ontbijt was prima. We kregen om de dag ongeveer nieuwe handdoeken, bed werd dagelijks opgemaakt. Iedereen heeft een eigen badkamer. Dakterras was gezellig en hier kon je ontspannen even zitten. De locatie is perfect, alles in de oude stad is op loopafstand. We voelden ons veilig, bij aankomst werden we bij de parking opgehaald en zodra je de weg een beetje kent loop je zo naar de Riad. Lees je in hoe je met straat trucjes om geld bij je lost te maken moet omgaan, zodra je dit weet voel je je overal veilig op straat. Excursies en taxi is via riad te regelen, ze zorgen dat je goed terecht komt bij juiste chauffeur. Dank voor de goede zorgen!

Je moet er rekening mee houden dat je in een riad iets minder privacy hebt, het is gehorig. Even wennen, maar geen probleem. De kamerdeur kon niet van binnenuit op slot. Voelden ons wel gewoon veilig. Bij onze kamer moest je via de gang naar de badkamer. Ze hebben dat netjes opgelost door er een gordijn voor de hangen zodat niemand je ziet lopen van je kamer naar de badkamer. In de binnenplaats van de riad waar we ontbeten was het koud toen wij er waren. Naast de riad lopen een aantal hanen die ‘s nachts beginnen met kraaien, met oordoppen in had ik er geen last meer van.

The Riad is amazing. Located in the centre of the Medina, Riad Imndi is near to all the main attractions. The breakfast is super, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is amazing. Younes and Kalid are truly the best guys in the world, they are so professional, kind and welcoming. They helped us discovering the city and the Moroccan culture. We spent a lot of time together , they are truly the friends that you would like to have. I will be back for sure❤️ Love Morocco and Riad Imndi🇲🇦❤️

Beautiful riad with traditional decor, very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Great location – close to the medina but quiet at night. Highly recommended!

De loin le meilleur riad où nous avons été pendant nos vacances au Maroc, même si ce n’était que pour une courte soirée avant de prendre l’avion. Younes est vraiment extrêmement gentil et nous a accueilli mieux qu’on aurait pu l’espérer. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Great host (Younis), very friendly helpful, offering suggestions for activities, dining, shopping etc available around the clock. Great location in Medina, although initially hard to locate, but Younis received us from the parking lot/taxi stand upon arrival. He was so kind to offer us takeaway breakfasts for our early morning departure.

Really good staff, great location, and a comfortable room. We had an issue with the AC on the first night, and they upgraded our room the following day. They also prepared a takeaway breakfast when we needed to leave the hotel before breakfast time.

Le Riad est très joli. C’est aussi très calme. La literie est très confortable. Youssef et la jeune femme le matin sont très accueillants et serviables. Le Riad est très placé , à 5/10 minutes de la place Jema El Fna.

All was ok, even though it was cold outside, the room was ok. it is in a central location, close to everything :) it is really difficult to write a review, things are so different in Marakesh that nothing looks similar, that i can associate. in general, I can say manager was so kind that offered us to stay as a compensation to the other day that we couldnt stay due to unfortunate series of events. Also, they have helped us to find good restaurants etc. all was good, we were satisfied.

El desayuno y la amabilidad del personal. Flexibilidad en las horas de la llegada y salida. Nos guardaron el equipaje porque nuestro vuelo salía tarde. Sin duda, un lugar donde alojarse para descubrir Marrakech.

Fuimos en diciembre y la temperatura por las noches es baja. Aunque hay calefacción a veces pasamos un poco de frio alguna noche.

Very comfortable and clean Riad with a delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Younes and Kenza were both very helpful and helped us settle in! The Riad is also in a great location- we basically walked everywhere :)

Staff extremamente gentil e acolhedor. Quarto limpo e confortável, exatamente como consta nas fotos. Banheiro limpo, roupas de cama passadas e cheirosas. Excelente custo-benefício. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Não há algo ruim. Mesmo. Sentimos como em casa. Recomendo fortemente.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was our first time to stay in a Riad so it’s hard to compare but we did have an external window in the bedroom.

The bed was very hard and the bathroom was old and in poor condition. It’s was expensive and I had hoped for more.

Die Lage war gut, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, netter Empfang vom Rezeptionisten.

Bett war viel zu klein für zwei große Menschen. Zimmer ohne Fenster, muffig. Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, sehr hellhörig und laut dadurch. Frühstück nicht ausgelegt auf Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten wie Laktoseintoleranz. Kein Schrank im Zimmer, man lebt aus dem Koffer.

L’hospitalité a été incroyable ! Merci pour l’accueil, les conseils et le petit déjeuner. Si nous revenons à Marrakech nous reviendrons dans ce riad.

Outstanding hospitality! We felt very welcome from the very beginning. They helped with the airport pickup, and with everything. So accommodating, nice and helpful - cannot thank staff enough. We had a fantastic time! Room was very authentic. Beds were comfortable and we loved the local soaps. Breakfast was exceptional

Riad simple et efficace, propre et bien placé. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, copieux, varié. Bien meilleur que dans d'autres riads avec plus de prétentions et des prix biens plus élevés. Une mention très spéciale pour Younes, qui nous a accueillis avec tant de douceur et de gentillesse.

Petit déjeuner bien avec beurre de cacahouète très bon. Nous avons eu des bonnes informations et références pour le magasinage dans la médina et choses à visiter.

Accès avec gps difficile, on s’est fait interpelé avec des escrocs pour le stationnement, soyez prudent. Notre salle de bain avait besoin un peu d’amour.

L’accoglienza è stata eccellente, Younes e Kalid sono stati super gentili e disponibili per qualunque nostra richiesta, davvero bravi. Parlano benissimo sia francese che inglese quindi è stato facile conversare con loro. Ci hanno anche dato consigli sulla Medina aiutandoci anche a prenotare delle esperienze come ad esempio l’hammam. Ottima la colazione, sempre abbondante e buonissima. Le camere sono pulite e c’è l’aria condizionata. Ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiunge la grande piazza in 5 min. Lo consiglio tantissimo.

Il primo giorno è stato difficile raggiungere la struttura perché le indicazioni di Google Maps non erano chiare ma una volta che si capisce la strada da fare, è una passeggiata.

Os funcionários são de uma simpatia enorme, sempre prontos para ajudar com tudo. Disponibilizaram-nos um mapa da cidade, indicando-nos os pontos importantes a visitar. Imprimiram-nos os bilhetes de avião por um custo simbólico. Toda a experiência com o transfer correu lindamente. O pequeno almoço era bastante agradável e composto e os quartos limpos diariamente. A localização é excelente, ficando localizada perto das principais zonas, a uma caminhada de 15 minutos.

Super beautiful riad that was very comfortable and the terrace was also very beautiful. The breakfast was nice. Wifi worked well. Staff was incredible in particular Younes. He was very warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Nuestra habitación, (la cuádruple con baño privado), era bastante modesta, pero limpia y auténtica; el personal del Hotel muy amable, el desayuno muy rico y abundante;

cuando te dicen que la tasa turística no es una cantidad fija, en dírhams, sino que depende del día y del cambio bancario del momento. Tampoco te dan un recibo cuando pagas en metálico… Aunque en este Riad, lo que más me llamó la atención es que no tuvieran un mínimo botiquín. Cuando digo mínimo, me refiero a las dos cosas más básicas que se pueden pedir en un hospedaje cuando te haces una herida como la que se hizo mi hija de 16 años sin tener forma de curarla.

Il riad Imndi è un luogo molto tranquillo anche se è a soli 10 min a piedi dalla piazza Jemaa El Fna. Il vantaggio è anche che i taxi possono arrivare molto vicini al riad. Ci siamo stati due notti, famiglia di quattro persone, e tutto è andato bene, il gestore Younes è un ragazzo gentilissimo, una persona sempre molto disponibile. Le colazioni ottime ed abbondanti preparate direttamente dalla cuoca ogni mattina. Grazie Younes per l'ospitalità. Ci rivedremo.

El personal fue muy amable y atentos en todo. Se portaron muy bien y fueron muy profesionales y educados. Estuve dos días alojado y los dos días me sirvieron un té de bienvenida. El desayuno fue muy completo y el primer día como madrugue para hacer una excursión,me dejaron un desayuno preparado take away. Por lo general buena relación calidad/precio.

Por poner algo negativo, pero es normal dentro de medina,es un poco laberinto para encontrar. Pero ya digo que es normal sobre todo si vas la primera vez, luego ya se llega mejor. Para más información alguna vez que fui con el GPS me llevo a la puerta trasera.Pero tiene timbre así que sin problema.

Pulizia della struttura molto alta, cordialità e gentilezza dei ragazzi e molto disponibili. La stanza era climatizzata e la posizione abbastanza centrale , 10 min di camminata e si raggiungeva già la Medina . La colazione era abbondante e fresca .

Bagno fuori dalla camera (almeno nella mia camera) e bagno bollente perché non era climatizzato . Assenza di pattumiera in camera.

I was overcharged for days I did not stay and they refused a refund. The owner (Khaleem(?)) became defensive and yelled and argued with me. I arrived and the room was not as described online. There is no window in the room, it is dark and airless, and the bathroom is open to the main lobby so there is no privacy and the entire riad can hear every sound coming from the bathroom. They were nice enough to exchange my room for 2 days and told me I’d need to find another solution afterward bc the 2nd room was booked then (the 2nd room wasn’t much better, small window with darkened glass, very low lights, odd smell, bathroom outside the room). When I checked out, they were overcharging me for 3 extra days that I did not stay & stated there is a no refund & cancellation policy. This is when I spoke with the owner who got extremely defensive and argued and yelled, he even said I "must like to feel superior coming to a poor country and refusing to stay in his hotel”, and refused to correct the charge. After encountering the owner, it felt unsafe. (I actually still feel concerned bc he has my personal passport info.) The booking agent even called them and they refused to cooperate with the booking agent. I would highly NOT recommend this riad. They overcharge, have behaved unprofessionally, and don't honestly describe rooms. (One positive -Younes, the employee, was remarkable, kind, & helpful! The male owner is the one who behaved inappropriately...)

Staff molto gentile e accogliente! Riad vicinissimo alla piazza principale.

Hospitalidad, buen desayuno, buenas toallas, limpieza, buena ubicación. Recomendable.

La amabilidad de las personas que nos han alojado y trabajan allí. El alojamiento está muy bien, camas cómodas, baño amplio, en general todo está muy bien. Hemos estado dos adultos y dos adolescentes en la habitación de la planta baja y resulta amplia y suficiente. La terraza del tejado tiene hamacas, sombra y una pequeña ducha para refrescarse. El desayuno es fenomenal con todo lo necesario para empezar el día: fruta, yogourt, te, café, bollos, pan marroquí, mantequilla, mermelada, crema de cacahuete y huevos. Te lo sirven con cariño y amabilidad, da gusto! La distancia a la plaza Jemaa el Fna es corta, 5 o 10 minutos la mayoría con calle sombreada. Los vehículos no llegan hasta el Riad pero queda muy cerca de la plaza Douar Graoua y aunque en principio de un poquito de respeto el camino por su estrechez, no olvidemos que es Marrakech, es completamente seguro. Es un Riad completamente recomendable si quieres alojarte en su esencia. No tengo fotos pero es tal cual como en su anuncio. Sus fotos son fiel reflejo de la realidad.

Très beau riad, chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant et à l’écoute, localisé au cœur de Marrakech. Cependant faire attention à ne pas sortir la nuit dans le quartier, particulièrement pour les filles

Es un Riad muy acogedor y nos ha encantado el trato del personal, tanto la chica y el chico de por la mañana como el chico del turno de tarde-noche Yunef que nos ha aconsejado y nos ha tratado genial. El desayuno es increíble en cuanto a variedad y cantidad para empezar el día a tope. Si vas de excursión te dejan un desayuno picnic para llevar. Un consejo, si llegáis tenéis que poner la dirección de como llegar en coche y no a pie, te pierdes

El último tramo para llegar, que dura 3 min puede desconcertar si eres un poco miedoso

Location was great and the hosts were amazing! They were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really nice and the hosts very kindly put together a takeaway breakfast for us on our departure day.

We had an issue with the air con but it was sorted quickly the same day. Unfortunately it did break down again the next evening in the middle of the night.
