The entire apartment was wonderful and very clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to the metro and near to restaurants and stores. Staff were pleasant and efficient. It was nice that they let us check in early. The property has lockers for those who arrive earlier that check in time and washers in the basement. I was impressed with the size and comfort of the unit. I think this will be my basis for future rankings of what a rating of 10 should be.

The electrical panel in the room has blinking lights which I think were from the router that could be bothersome for other guests. Changing the panel cover would do the trick.

Было хорошо, расположение в 7минутах на авто от центра и всех достопримечательностей. Рядом много кафешек и ресторанов. Отель делает все что б вам понравилось и было комфортно, уборка номеров каждый день, персонал приветливый. Думаю если я буду здесь еще то остановлюсь в этом отеле.

После регистрации оказалось нет места в паркинге, пришлось искать где поставить авто в итоге припарковался просто на улице, но через день освободился паркинг и я переехал.Так что если вы на авто то резервируйте паркинг заранее.

Unfortunately we only had an afternoon and stayed overnight before a morning flight, so we didn't get to enjoy the room fully. But it has everything one needs, coffee machine, the beds were set for both kids, everything was super comfy and inviting. My daughter loved her little sleepers.

The location has a good rating and it isn't bad at all, there are many restaurants and Cafes in the area. But the metro is a bit too far when travelling with luggage and kids, we found.

Location is perfect, in a walking street right at the city center, but be aware that you can not Park anywhere nearby and that private parking is very expensive and rare.

We had issues with the water, the staff helped but my Kids couldn’t shower as the problem was solved late at night. Plus the shower only have hot water for 2 people to shower. The check-out is immediately at 10am. No negotiation. So if your ferry is late at night you must pay a locker for your bags, as they do not have any luggage storage Option.

The apartment is excellent, in an excellent location. It is clean, the maid visits it every day, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The metro station is nearby, but you can also walk to the center if you like to walk and visit the sights along the way. For every recommendation

Amazing apartment with great location. The place was perfectly air-condinioned for our arrival. The neighbourhood is beautiful. Next to the building are located great brunch place and a pharmacy. The are several parking garages in the area, but we were allowed to use a parking place in the building which was beyond convinient. You can reach Sintagma square by foot, bus or metro. Do not miss the rooftop terrasse of the building!

There is nothing not to like. The apartment is perfect.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Athens. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the city and is perfect for breakfast or a late-night drink. The apartment is close to the metro station and within easy reach of everything you may need. Walking distance to Syntagma Square.

バス停や地下鉄に近く、中心にもすぐ行けました。空港行きのバスや電車も出ています。とてもモダンで清潔な施設です。受付は無人ですが、連絡するとすぐに親切な返事をくれました。必要なものはほとんど揃っています。部屋によるかもしれませんが、洗濯＆乾燥機もありました。地下にもあります。

大変満足ですが、強いていうならシャワーの水圧が弱かったことぐらいです。あとは、タオル交換は2日に1回、シーツ交換は４日に1回とのことだったので、もっと頻繁に変えて欲しい方は追加料金が必要です。

We were a group of 8 family members so we rented 2 2-bedroom units and were assigned 301 and 502. the address was easy to find and access per instructions, (although the wheelchair access was confusing as the control was at the bottom of the stairs). The rooms were modern, clean, fully furnished. Communication was pretty good with response time and requests, including a drying rack. 502 was a corner room so a different layout than 301. both had good and bad. We liked the rooftop and it would have been nice to use but we didn't. The meeting room downstairs was a wonderful bonus where would gather in the evenings and discuss plans as well as play card games together before bed. Access to transportation was pretty easy. If you are european and know how to work appliances and traveling with children it would work better than 4 americans in their 70's who have lived in europe but never seen a washer/dryer unit before. This is one of the main reasons we choose this place, to do laundry for 8 of us on the road so long.

a 2 bed / 2 bath does not mean both are private. Each had 1 private bedroom but not a bath to go with it. It was too small to open up our luggage so the luggage was in the common sitting area. The center bedroom had a glass wall to the main area and a sheer curtain. Not private at all. the bathroom was tiny and if I recall had a dangerous ledge. When someone woke early and turned on the lights in the kitchen or sitting area to read they shined right into the glass room. The second bathroom was on the other side of the glass room, so those in that room had to walk thru the common area turning on lights. In 301 the bathroom may have been smaller floor space wise, and shower /tub. The reason being that 502 had a cabinet inside the door wih the laundry machine in it. this created a few issues. People had do wait to use the washer if someone was in the bathroom, AND the outlet for a hairdryer was outside the bathroom door. The cord had to reach past the cabinet and one could barely style one side with the mirror so far away. There was a serious shortage of plugs and mirrors. phones and battery packs charged in common areas. the washer in 301 was in the kitchen which made it far easier for those in that room to do laundry at all hours. Being americans who stayed in many apartments thru europe, we never did figure out how to use the various machines. I was gratefull for 'instructions' in an app, but in reality, there weren't any. Also for the microwave and stove. We all spent a lot of time trying to figure them out, afraid to leave the stove on unknowingly. One room was furnished with more personal items, dishwasher and laundry soap. Ours wasn't and we didn't know to ask so we bought it. When mentioned later they put some of each in the kitchen drawer). We also had trouble regulating the room temperature. it was either really hot or really cold and reset itself. I couldn't sit on the 'couch' because the cold air blasted down my...

Beautiful apartment. Dog friendly. Cleaning staff onsite were very helpful for anything we needed.

The parking was a bit of an issue but we got sorted in the end. Just to note anyone booking this you need to reserve parking right away. I thought we had but the messages through booking.com are not very reliable. Maybe email or call the hotel. We were told there were no spots available but we got one in the end after emailing the hotel directly.

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around Athens. The accommodation itself was modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. What stood out the most was the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the property. Everything felt fresh, organized, and carefully prepared. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, which made the whole experience stress-free. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the common areas were also kept in excellent condition. It is clear that the management pays attention to details and guest experience. Whenever I return to Athens, I already know where I will stay. Highly recommended.

The property was as pictured on the website, clean, and walking distance to restaurants, etc. There was great and quick communication with the host.

Apartment, facilities, bedding

Personnel were very pushy to through me out of the apartment by 1100 calling very determindly 5min to 1100 to start cleaning. Even the day before they asked if I intend to check out at 1100 or earlier.:) They are very noisy as from the morning vacoomcleaning, talking and shutting doors. Pointed on the sign in the elevator with mention rules: as from 0730 noise is allowed as per local rules. With poor soundproof this was disturbing in the morning

We loved the location and proximity to transport to top sites. The apartment is spacious and contemporary in style, very secure and close to a supermarket. Loved the coffee machine and access to free washer/dryer. Bathroom is fabulous. Easy check in. Terrific lighting throughout. Best accommodation of our month in Greece.

We would lhave oved to have a toaster in the kitchen.

Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε μπαλκόνι. Επίσης θα πρέπει να διευκρινιστεί καλύτερα ότι για το parking χρειάζεται κράτηση και πληρωμή επιπλέον.

The size of our apartment was perfect. The finishes of the unit are very upscale. The whole building is immaculate. The staff onsite and on call were competent and very helpful.

The temperature in the bedroom during the evening was too warm. The central a/c was not turned during our visit April 10- 19. Apparently the a/c is turned on at a later date.

The apartment was exactly as in pictures. Wide space, very clean, comfy bed, a lot of kitcen suppliances. Nespresso coffee maker was a cherry on top. I used the luggage area because my flight was late in the evening, and I left the properties in the morning. Communication with the employes was perfect.

One of the best accommodations I ever had. Definitely recommend it. It is close to the metro station and near nice restaurants and bars. Would definitely come back.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. Perhaps that the door was problematic for one day but then the owners made sure that an expert was there the next day morning to fix the door.

So the room was very modern, very well appointed with great fixtures. It was very clean and had just about everything you would need. The rooms are very spacious. Excellent.

I stayed in two different rooms -- the first one was for handicapped people, which meant the bathroom was a bit strange for a non handicapped person. Also, there was a handheld shower, but no way to hang it to be able to use both of my hands when showering. Finally, I think it would be nice to provide some snacks in the fridge, or a snack room. Essentially, this is a room you rent -- there are no people and no facilities so to speak. Just to set your expectations.

Το δωμάτιο ηταν σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσία, κοντά σε στάση Μετρό που ήταν σημαντικό. Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η θέρμανση λειτουργούσε σωστά. Παρέχει επίσης και ολα τα σκεύη κουζίνας αν κάποιος επιθυμεί να μαγειρέψει κλπ. Η είσοδος με τους κωδικούς ηταν απλή κ εύκολη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Kostenlose Parkplätze sind fast unmöglich zu finden, deshalb empfehle ich einen Parkplatz in der Unterkunft zu buchen wenn möglich.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική πολύ κοντά σε όλα ότι χρειαζόμασταν και σε στάση μετρό . Μέναμε στον 6ο όροφο και ήταν πολύ ήσυχα πράγμα που μου έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση.

Το ζεστό νερό στο ντους ήταν πρόβλημα. Πάνω που νόμιζες ότι είχες ρυθμίσει τη σωστή θερμοκρασία άλλαζε και γινόταν παγωμένο χωρίς προφανή λόγο και ήταν αδύνατο να κάνεις ντους.

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι και μέρος! Πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

The apartment was very clean and decorated in a modern style. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great as well. The option of ordering parking if you have a car is very helpful, and I suggest to do so as early as you can because there is no parking whatsoever on the street. Our flight was pushed back a day and we ended up booking another night here, on which there was no parking available for us so we had to park in the closest parking and the fee for one night was almost double than what they charge in the hotel.

It's not a walking distance to the more historical areas, but it's still a nice neighborhood with many restaurants, and there is close publick transportation options.
