Modern and clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable. You have everything you need in place like towels, pillows, forks and knives, etc. plenty of space outside for parking. Very close(5-10 min driving from center). I would recommend this for sure and I would definitely come here again when I come back to Chania.

Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. It is tastefully furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The location worked well for us, as we were able to park our rental car on the street right by the building. There was a grocery store, an organic food shop, and a restaurant nearby.

The apartment windows were not soundproof. There was quite a lot of traffic late in the evening, and the mopeds were noisy. However, after midnight it became quieter, and we were able to fall asleep.

Całkiem spore mieszkanie, wymaga lekkiego odmalowania, jednak jest ok.

Ulica wydawała się spokojna, jednak jest bardzo ruchliwa. Wieczorne przesiadywanie na tarasie jest kłopotliwe.

El diseño del apartamento. Las camas con muy cómodas y las almohadas también.

El menaje es muy escaso, como para pasar una noche, es una pena que no amplíe algunas cosas para que la estancia sea más cómoda.Ensaladeras, más cuchillos, alguna fuente...Faltaba jabón para el lavavajillas. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien en dos de las habitaciones. La ubicación no es céntrica, en la calle hay bastante polvo y las ventanas no aíslan del todo el ruido, por la noche se escuchan los coches .

Ampiezza dell'appartamento, comodità, posizione comoda per raggiungere sia a piedi il centro /porto vecchio di Chania, sia perché accanto a un supermercato per qualsiasi esigenza. Vicina per prendere la new National Road per andare alla scoperta dell'isola , assistenza ed attenzioni di Vanessa che ci ha accolto e assistito sempre durante il soggiorno

Tutto ok, forse l'aria condizionata se fossimo stati clienti americani, non sarebbe stata sufficiente ma per noi italiani i 26 gradi raggiunti andavano bene

Sehr schönes Apartment in Südchania. 30 min zu Fuß von der Altstadt. Supermarkt und Parkplatz direkt dort.

I rarely write bad reviews, but in this case my experience went far beyond anything I could have imagined. There are many positive things about this place, but all of them are overshadowed by one major issue: the rooms are located right on a crossroads, where cars, motorbikes and pedestrians are constantly passing by. We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, and there is simply no soundproofing from the street. It feels as if you are lying in the middle of the road on a very good bed. Sleeping is almost impossible, and I honestly don’t understand how people who come to Crete for a holiday choose this place to stay. It’s a mystery to me. It’s a real pity, because it’s clear that someone tried to create good‑standard accommodation here, but all that effort is cancelled out by the noise issue. It would be much fairer to warn guests about this in advance.

Rien, si ce n’est qu’il est un tout petit peu éloigné du centre mais il est très facile de trouver des places en centre ville près du port de Chania.

Apartament był czysty i bardzo wygodny. Łazienka dość mala , ale funkcjonalna . Miłym akcentem ze strony gospodarza był zostawiony mały poczęstunek . Dobra lokalizacja - Obok duży market i super tawerna z przepysznym greckim jedzeniem

Brakowało większej ilości talerzy , szklanek , kubków . Wszystko wyliczone na styk , czyli po 2-3 szt

Comme sur les photos! Très beau, très moderne, bien équipé. Le quartier est très bien et proche de tout ce dont on a besoin. L’immeuble est top. La propreté est incroyable. Les draps sentent bon et les serviettes sont mises à disposition comme neuves. Lit confortable et un grand bravo pour la décoration et la modernité de l’appartement 😊

Duże, przestronne mieszkanie, blisko do sklepów (200m). Miejsce parkingowe, czystość, dobry kontakt z opiekunem lokalu, klimatyzacja, duża lodówka, zmywarka, PRALKA (super!)

Wyposażenie kuchni zbyt skromne. Brak misek aby zrobić salatkę (musieliśmy robić w garnku do gotowania), brak pojemników aby po ugotowaniu przełożyć do lodowki, za mały zestaw talerzy, misek, sztućct (po 6) a przy 7 osobowej rodzinie trzeba było po każdym posiłku zmywać

Het regende en het was lastig om plassen voor de ingang te ontwijken. Daar kan niemand iets aan doen natuurlijk, maar een betere deurmat zou fijn zijn.

Ένας εξαιρετικός χώρος, καθαρός, άνετος και με ότι μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί για τη διαμονή του. Τα πάντα μέσα ήταν καινούρια και άνετα και η κοπέλα με την οποία μιλήσαμε για το check in ήταν ευγενέστατη και άκρως εξυπηρετική. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located close to the town. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the host was kind, helpful, and responsive to every message. We especially loved the small details that made our stay feel personal and comfortable.

Falten utensilis de cuina, noacces a rentadora i utensilis de nateja. La mampara no ajusta be i finalment la porta costa d'obrir.

It was very comfortable and convenient with all what you need int he appartment

The only thing I would like to mention(and this does not take away from our amazing stay there) was that the couch /sofa in the middle could be replaced or cleaned properly and the window behind the couch couldn’t be properly closed together with the fact that there weren’t many functioning knives. Otherwise everything was spot on! Highly recommend the place.

El olor del baño (había mal olor permanentemente sobre todo después de las duchas ). La cama y las sábanas no eran cómodas. Muchísimo ruido durante toda la noche ( coches / motos / autobuses /camiones ) y por desgracia la habitación daba hacia la calle .

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ ήσυχη και βολική περιοχή. Ανετο parking μπροστά στο διαμέρισμα. Σε δέκα λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο είσαι στην Παλιά Πόλη των Χανίων και σε 10 λεπτά βγαίνεις στην Ε65 χωρίς ταλαιπωρία και κίνηση. Στα 200μ είχε σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνο.

Appartement très spacieux avec lits confortables et volets électriques (un vrai +). La grande terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre et la présence d’un supermarché à proximité est très pratique pour faire ses courses. Le stationnement est simple, juste devant la location. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec des petites attentions (raki et collations) à notre arrivée. Un grand merci à Vanessa, l’hôte, toujours disponible et réactive pour répondre à nos questions ou besoins.

La connexion wifi était assez instable, elle ne fonctionnait pas très bien. L’appartement est un peu éloigné du centre (≈ 30 mins à pied), même si le quartier est très calme. Les équipements sont basiques et quelques essentiels manquent (par exemple une passoire). La douche ouverte, quant à elle, laisse passer de l’eau à l’extérieur, ce qui en met un peu partout.

The apartment was ready for us and we were allowed early check-in. Vanessa, the host, was readily available and checked in on us to make sure we were well settled. The apartment was well equipped and the sofa beds were surprisingly comfortable. Instructions on check-out were clear.

The windows were not soundproofed. We could hear vehicles and noise from outside.

A cosy and modern apartment. The host is quite attentive. A bus station and a grocery store are nearby. We liked everything :-) The only thing which we would suggest to improve is a baby cot. The cot bottom was too soft and didn’t keep shape well.

The apartment is very nice, modern design, fully equipped. The location is a bit far from the center of Chania and on the road so it is a bit noisy at night when cars pass by. However, if you are a good sleeper, it is okay. Anyway, I really like this apartment

My stay here was amazing! The apartment is very modern and located a short drive from the Old Town. All essential amenities (supermarkets, good restaurants, fuel stations) were all walking distance! The host was lovely, and always reachable. Would definitely recommend!

The 3-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, clean, located on the ground floor with an open space living room and a terrace where you can drink coffee (but in the noise of the cars because it is right on the street). The bedrooms, however, are located at the back, away from the main street, which gives it peace. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one with a shower (which is not specified in the description). Vanessa, the lady who takes care of the apartment, is very responsive to complaints and even though our flight was at a late hour, after midnight, she gave us all the instructions for check-in and waited for us in the morning with some small products breakfast. There is also the possibility of parking next to the property (we parked right in front of our terrace).

The 2 bathrooms have only one shower, which can be an inconvenience for a 3-bedroom apartment.

Cosy, clean, very modern place with a good intenet and parking! Highly recommend for long or short stay. Definitely gonna be back!

I love the place! It feels like home. You have everything you need. The place is clean and the location is perfect. Not too near and too far from the center. And Vanessa, the housekeeper, is so friendly and so nice. We arrived very early morning,and she did everything for us to check in asap. She cleaned the whole place in no time! We are so thankful for that. I highly recommend this place!

Stairs were a bit of a challenge to the 2nd floor for the 1st time with luggage.

Our stay in Crete during July was exceeded our expectations. The accommodation had new, stylish, and clean facilities, even better than home. The owner felt like family, offering help with beach, restaurant, and activity recommendations, and even a language solution for our late flight. This will be our go-to place for future visits due to its location—close to the center, with supermarket, restaurant, and cafe within a 2-minute walk. It also had free parking, easy check-in/check-out, and comfortable bed, shower, and kitchen.

The WiFi was a bit unstable due to nearby construction during our stay.

The apartment is clean, spacious and in a great location. It’s a 6 min drive out of the main centre, Chania Old Town, which is perfect to escape the loudness of the centre, but still close enough to be amongst the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located on a street with lots of street parking, a huge super market, a bakery and a traditional Greek taverna which is always packed with customers. It’s probably the best location that we have stayed in on our Greece trip so far.

The only reason that I am giving a 9 out of 10 and not a 10 out of 10 is because one of the bathrooms is quite small, but it’s definitely not a deterrent and I would definitely book again.

I recently stayed at Casa D'Irene Apartments, and it was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient, if you have a car, and the apartment was clean, there were several issues that affected our stay. The apartment was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was tiny and not very comfortable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. A major concern was the host's intrusiveness. They entered the apartment while we were not there without informing us beforehand, which felt like an invasion of privacy, later saying it was because of the issue we had with the lock, previously, which was sorted the day before, so that seemed a bit off. On the positive side, the apartment was new, and the initial check-in process was smooth. However, given the size, the uncomfortable pillows, and the intrusive behavior of the host, I would hesitate to recommend it for those seeking a relaxing and private stay.

Kitchen was not well equipped with dishes and utensils, but as we were not planning to cook major meals, that wasn't an issue for us much. Parking provided was on the street, so it was not guaranteed that you'll find a spot.

Design and cleanliness was perfect actually exceeded expectations.

Size, it is little tide however everything was in place. Nothing missed out.

Very comfortable property for a family, the owners provide everything from towels to clothing racks and beach umbrellas.
