Spring Apartments

We enjoyed our stay at Spring Apartments. The accommodation was really spacious and clean. Good WI-FI, nicely equipped kitchen. Located close to the city center - in 10 minutes walking distance. A big advantage for us was the reserved parking space as parking in the center of Chania can be kind of challenging one. Quick and pleasant communication with the staff, very informative and clear directions, we have no problems checking in and out.

Appartement très bien équipé, bien placé (pas loin de la vieille ville et de la plage), et très bien insonorisé. Le ménage tous les 3 jours inclus est fort appréciable. De plus, Anna la réceptioniste a toujours été réactive à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

¡Absolutamente perfecto! Completamente equipado como para sentirte como en tu propia casa. Sistema de aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento que mantiene un frescor uniforme durante todo el día. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, todas con su armario empotrado. El salón es grande, con un cómodo sofá y un gran televisor. Dispone de dos terrazas muy amplias con mesa y sillas. Con aparcamiento privado, algo muy de agradecer en Chania. Apenas a 10 minutos andando del centro, en un barrio tranquilo. Hay un supermercado bastante cerca. Disponen de un almacén en el que tienen sombrillas, pelotas, tendederos, barreños, etc. de los que puedes disponer durante tu estancia. Sin duda uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado nunca.

Exactamente igual a las fotos, muy cómodo para 4 personas, personal educado y atento a tus necesidades y sobretodo la plaza de aparcamiento fue fundamental, aparcas el coche y no lo mueves hasta la mañana siguiente, (hay mucho tráfico y es imposible aparcar cerca del centro) en 10 minutos andando llegas a la zona de tiendas, bares y restaurantes y a partir de allí tienes todo el puerto delante de ti.

The apartment was great and the staff were really friendly! Having parking at the back was super convenient. They even let us leave the car there after checkout, so we could spend a bit more time exploring the city without having to worry about the car or our luggage. We really appreciated it!

Wir waren mit vier Personen in dieser Unterkunft in Chania und waren rundum begeistert. Es hat einfach alles gepasst – von der tollen Lage über die schöne und geräumige Unterkunft bis hin zur hervorragenden Betreuung durch die Eigentümer. Besonders praktisch war der private Stellplatz für unser Auto, was unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war wirklich top: Auf jede unserer Fragen wurde sofort eingegangen und wir haben immer sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Unterkunft wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Außerdem konnten wir sogar Strandhandtücher ausleihen, was gerade für einen Aufenthalt in Chania natürlich sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und die Betten unglaublich bequem. Auch die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz besonderes Plus war die Flexibilität am Abreisetag. Da unser Flug erst am Abend ging, durften wir unsere Koffer in einem separaten Raum sicher unterstellen und auch unser Auto noch bis zur Abreise auf dem Stellplatz stehen lassen. So konnten wir den letzten Tag ganz entspannt nutzen und noch ein paar schöne Stunden in der Stadt verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit großartigen Gastgebern – vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

The apartment was much more spacious and comfortable than we expected. Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, and we didn't experience a single inconvenience during our stay. Before visiting Chania, I spent a lot of time comparing different accommodations. If you're looking for a place that is within walking distance of the Old Town, offers a private parking space, and has modern, spotless furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and clean bathrooms, I truly believe this is one of the best choices in Chania. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Ηταν όλα τέλεια! Θα ήταν βολικό να υπήρχε δεύτερο wc όταν διαμένουν 4 άτομα.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, la literie très confortable. Tout se fait à pied : la vieille ville est accessible en 15 minutes, il y a des supermarchés à moins de 10 minutes. Un grand merci au personnel qui a été au petit soin : serviettes de plage, prêt de parasols, notre séjour a été parfait !

Amazing property. The location was great. Everything we needed such as toilet paper, washing detergents etc was provided. The appartment was cleaned by the staff twice in one week. Every time we wrote to ask questions, we were assisted in minutes. It was an amaizing choice for a stay!

Sehr netter Kontakt, tolle moderne Einrichtung, zwei mega große Terrassen, Parkplätze, Klimaanlage, alles super. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Vielleicht ein paar Platzdeckchen und Untersetzer zum Schutz der glänzenden schwarzen Möbel und ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen wären super, aber das ist kein unbedingtes Muss, sondern ein Hinweis.

Esperienza molto positiva, appartamento nuovo e molto pulito a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, in quartiere tranquillo. Nota positiva per l'assitenza, abbiamo avuto un problema con le chiavi ed è stato risolto nel giro di 2 ore.

Consiglio per la struttura: siccome la porta si chiude automaticamente, sarebbe consigliabile mettere un doppione nella safety box, considerando che l'assistenza non è davvero 24/7. Il bar per la colazione della struttura ha chiuso definitivamente.

Everything about this location was great!

Some basics are missing from the kitchen: paper towels, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and more than 4 pods of coffee would have been awesome.

The property was clean, all necessary equipment was available, there was even beach towels and beach umbrellas available, which was very pleasant and convenient for us. The staff were really friendly and outgoing, communication was perfect and smooth. Location was super close to the lovely old city of Chania.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο είμασταν 5 άτομα οικογένεια. Δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα. Το δε ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι ήταν απλά τέλειο!!

Hot water was not very hot

A spacious house close to the old town. We could easily walk there. The cleanliness was good, the beds were comfortable. Parking was very convenient.

The shower cubicle had no door, and the floor got wet. It would be great if the bathroom were renovated.

Très bonne localisation pour visiter la ville historique de la Canée Appartement; propreté, à haut standing, de grande taille, bien équipée. Se garer n'est pas évident dans le quartier, donc le fait d'avoir une place de parking derrière le batiment est un vrai plus!

Clean, spacious and well located for access to all areas of Chania Regular and very efficient housekeeping Very helpful staff and good communication. Near to supermarket and bakery with good selection. Allocated parking space (although we didn’t use as Chania it’s very walkable)

Great communication from the host and welcome. Apartment is spotless and everything you need is there. Good location and parking is such a bonus.

Spacious apartment with a short walk to old town. Anna the manger is very helpful and quick to respond. The parking space is a big plus.

The shower in one of the bathrooms is unusable as water leaks all over the floor. The holder for the shower head in the other bathroom is broken making shower unpractical. The rubbish bin in the bathroom cannot be opened with the foot pedal making it quite painful as we are not suppose to even throw toilet paper in the toilet. It is not much to fix these small things. The owner should take note.

Το μόνο που μου έλειψε είναι ότι στο μπάνιο δεν είχε προϊόντα περιποίησης παρά μόνο ενα υγρό σαπούνι.

One of the best apartments we have rented. Modern, clean, good amenities and comfortable beds. 10 minute walk to the old town / harbour and dedicated parking - which would be a nightmare in Chania if not provided.. All staff are very friendly. Baggage storage and beach towels provided after checkout.

Μας έλειψε μια ακόμα θέση στο σαλόνι, χωρούσαμε στριμωχτά 4 στον καναπέ (2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά 12 και 13 ετών).

Wir hatten fünf wunderbare Tage in Chania, die Wohnung war riesig, top ausgestattet, mitten im Zentrum, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Lage war perfekt, viele lokale Geschäfte, und die Kommunikation mit Anna war hervorragend. Sie hat alles flexibel, freundlich und aufmerksam gestaltet. Und für Familien besonders toll: Direkt hinter dem Haus ein kinderfreundliches Café, wo die Kinder wunderbar spielen konnten. Alles in allem: Keine negativen Punkte, wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Everything was well thought of, and quite clean. We got a tour of the apartment with explanations to how things worked. The host was very nice, offering us umbrella when we needed it!

The heating/cooling system could only be controlled by the host, and it got too hot in the nights, which was a bit annoying as it is nice to be able to control it yourself. Also to have the windows open during the nights would be too loud.

Het was jammer dat er geen instructie was (papieren handleiding) van de kookplaat.

L emplacement est juste exceptionnel. Le port vénitien/ vieille ville est a 5 mns a pied . L aeroport a 20 mns . Il y a des commerces a moins de 2 minutes pour tout ( courses alimentaires ou pour l appart ). Le parking privé c est juste top . Et surtout la concierge Anna est restée dispo en permanence sur whatsapp. Vous avez une question ....elle vous aide... j ai eu un souci d eau chaude... elle etait la dans les 30 mns et a réglé le problème. Vraiment super réactive. L appartement est vraiment bien .....rien ne manque et gros +++ pour la literie .....gros effort fait la dessus et c est important apres les grosses journées excursions .si nous repassons par la canee.....nous sejournerons de nouveau ici a coup sur .

Sehr zentral gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz und trotzdem einigermaßen ruhig nachts, Das Appartement hatte 2 Balkone nach Ost und West ausgerichtet, sehr komplett ausgestattet incl. Spül- und Waschmaschine, Jederzeit support über smartphone zur Hausverwaltung.

Die Zufahrt und Parkplätze sind sehr schmal., aber ausreichend.

The apartment was a short walk to the old town and had 2 parking spots available. It was spacious and had a huge kitchen & large table for family meals. There are 2 TVs to keep everyone happy. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful (we couldn't figure out how to use the stove top and the lady gave us detailed instructions 😀).

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογο. Άνετο , ζεστό, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Όλος ο εξοπλισμός ήταν σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. Η διακόσμηση ήταν πολύ όμορφη και έκανε το χώρο ακόμα πιο φιλικό Η ΑΝΝΑ ήταν πολύ βοηθητική και ευγενική.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσια. Όλα πολύ καθαρά και πολύ προσεγμένα. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.
