Sehr freundliche und wirklich hilfsbereite Leute. Die Lage ist optimal, das kleine Hotel ist in der Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem gut mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Reception, Frühstück, zentrale Lage, günstige Preise und...

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Hassan, qui est une personne très gentille, souriante et disponible. Il a su nous guider et nous conseiller avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Merci à lui pour son accueil chaleureux ! Un grand merci également à la dame de chambre, une véritable perle . Elle est très gentille, attentionnée et d’une grande propreté. Elle a vraiment su nous mettre à l’aise, comme si nous étions chez nous. Une dame en or, et cela se voit qu’elle aime réellement son travail. C’est le genre de personne qui contribue énormément à rendre un séjour agréable.

Petit coup de gueule concernant le transfert depuis/vers l’aéroport. Nous avons eu affaire à un monsieur que nous avons trouvé peu professionnel et qui ne semblait pas vraiment avoir le sens de l’accueil ni de la considération envers le client. C’est dommage, car cela contraste avec la qualité de l’accueil que nous avons reçu sur place.

Localização - avaliar a localização nao é ser só dizer que está perto ou longe do centro, neste caso está relativamente perto, mas a localização é Horrível. O Riad está situado num bairro completamente destruído, sem higiene absolutamente nenhuma nas ruas e sem as mínimas condições de habitabilidade - ver as fotos que tirei do terraço. Andar com crianças pelo bairro até se torna perigoso, sem querer dizer que as pessoas sejam perigosas, não parecem e nunca tivemos problemas mesmo quando circulámos de noite, mas que não o fizemos confortáveis, isso não. Estive 4 noites com 2 quartos, um deles nunca mudaram toalhas ou foi limpo.

Kids loved jacuzzi on the rooftop, it freshened us up after travelling. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was big and clean.

I've been in Marrakech several times and on the way to riad few times some guys tried to mislead me by saying there is nothing on the way I'm going. A bit shady area. But not too far from Bahia palace or even from Jmaa el Fna.

Le riad en lui-même, esprit typique du maroc. Le personnel super serviable et accueillant. Petit jaccuzi en rooftop. La chambre est très confortable et la climatisation fait vraiment du bien. Le petit déjeuner est juste comme il faut.

Le quartier, pour ma part, fait un peu peur la nuit avec ses petites ruelles.

L'accueil est vraiment formidable, le personnel fait tout pour bien faire. Le petit déjeuner est simple et bon L'emplacement dans l'ancien quartier juif est vraiment typique, nous avons beaucoup aimé. Le rid se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds de la grande place

Je pense qu'il faudrait enlever les tapis dans les chambres, ils ne sont pas très propres, c'est dommage car la chambre l'est. Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée sans fenêtre. Nous avons été reveillé une fois par le passage d'autres voyageurs.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.

La habitación muy agradable con aire acondicionado y el baño privado, por las mañanas te preparan un desayuno típico en el patio interior y la parte de la terraza de arriba muy guay con el jacuzzi al aire libre.

La ubicación es verdad que estaba un poco alejada del centro y callejeabas mucho, una zona un poco pobre comparada con alrededor de la plaza. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba del todo bien y se veia entre puerta y puerta un poco lo de fuera

Tanto el recepcionista (Hassan) como la cocinera (Samira) muestran una actitud encomiable. De 10!

L’accueil de Hassan, super adorable et arrangeant. Super petit déjeuner. Literie confortable. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien. Proche de la place Mellah et Jama El Fna.

Attention à bien passer côté cimetière juif pour se rendre à la médina car côté souk il y a des individus louches. Doute si le jaccuzi était entretenu de manière journalière.

La localización, es cierto que esta al lado de una estación de policía pero el barrio es bastante malo

O rapaz que nos recebeu era muito atencioso e simpático, com ótimo inglês. O quarto era confortável e grande. As áreas comuns são bonitas e cuidadas. O pequeno almoço simples, mas bom, bom café. A localização é ótima, a uns minutos do palácio Bahia.

O bairro não é de todo perigoso, como dizem algumas pessoas aqui, simplesmente a volta está tudo em ruínas.

Tiszta, felszerelt szoba volt. Igényes, felújított épület, kedves személyzet. Szuper a jakuzzi a tetőn, igaz, kicsit már az utolsókat rúgja, pár dolog nem működik rajta.

Jakuzziba a víz érezhetően nem volt cserélve jóideje, volt egy pikáns emberszaga, de túlélhető.

Accommodating to check in times and the host was pleasant

1. The cleanliness was a big issue. The towels were very dirty, there was a smell of sewage coming through the pipes. There were no windows from our room to outside making it stuffy. 2. The noise. Our room was essentially in the lobby, just separated by a small door and windows that only opened into it. There was either staff or family walking around and cooking in the lobby at 1 am, and then we were woken up at 7:30 by staff moving furniture right outside our room for breakfast. 3. False advertising. The jacuzzi on the roof was non functional.

The whirlpool wasn't fully working. It was a bit loud in the morning with all the people eating breakfast right in front of your door. The shower was also a mystery of its own, but it worked fine, just with some quirks

Le riad n’est pas facile à trouver (sans internet). Nous n’avons pas eu le petit déjeuner car nous avons dû partir tôt le lendemain.

Ne pas y aller pr se baigner, ce n est pas une piscine mais un jacuzzi sous une bâche et il donne pas envie.

Si tuviera que poner una pega sería...NINGUNA. Nos ENCANTÓ todo. De hecho, el día del viaje al desierto teníamos el desayuno listo a las 6.30 de la mañana.

Sucio, el jacuzzi estaba muy sucio la habitación estaba sucia. Finalmente decidimos no quedarnos aquí

Notre séjour dans ce Riad a été parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le personnel est constamment aux petits soins pour que nous nous sentions bien. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et différent chaque jours. La communication, que ce soit en amont ou pour localiser le Riad, a également été très fluide et de grande qualité. Le quartier est particulièrement agréable, car il offre une ambiance différente de la place Jemaa el-Fna, plus touristique et, à nos yeux, moins authentique. Merci encore pour votre accueil et nous vous souhaitons une excellente continuation.

Le quartier peut être parfois mal en soirée, sans que cela soit imputable aux personnes du riad, c’est pourquoi nous n’en avons pas tenu compte dans notre notation. Néanmoins, voyageant en famille avec un enfant de 4 ans, nous préférons le signaler pour informer les futurs visiteurs.

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, w murach starego Marakeszu, jak się dowiedzieliśmy od Hassana, naszego recepcjonisty, jest to tradycyjna dzielnica marokańska, w której mieszkają żydzi, nie jest tak głośna jak samo centrum, ale piechotą dojdziemy tam w zaledwie kilka minut. Obsługa wyśmienita, wielkie brawa dla Hassana, który ugościł nas od wejścia do końca pobytu, pomógł nam z każdym problemem, opowiadał o mieście, dawał propozycje miejsc do zwiedzania, wyjaśniał i odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania, przy tym zawsze będąc uśmiechniętym. Zawsze się upewniał, że wszystko u nas w porzadku i nigdy nie odmówił nam rozmowy. Jedna z ciekawszych i milszych osób jakie poznaliśmy. Pokoje zadbane, czyste, odpowiadające zdjęciom. Ręczniki i pościel wymieniane, pokoje codziennie z grubsza sprzątane. Nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Śniadania super! Codziennie kilka rodzajów chlebków, codziennie inny deser, wszystko przygotowywane na miejscu i podawane w momencie pojawienia się na śniadaniu, więc wszystko przychodzi do stolika świeże i ciepłe. Byliśmy zachwyceni tym. Do tego jeszcze codziennie herbata miętowa, piliśmy ją ze smakiem codziennie i nawet zabraliśmy trochę ze sobą. Wygodne łóżka Fajny taras, ma potencjał chociaż jeszcze nie do końca wykorzystany, a to miejsce, na którym chcielibyśmy spędzić więcej czasu

Lokalizacja niby fajna, ale pierwszy wieczór był lekkim szokiem, kiedy mimo bycia zakrytym, cicho przechodziliśmy uliczkami, a mimo to ludzie dziwnie na nas patrzyli i nie obyło się bez okrzyków w naszą stronę. Kolejne wieczory już wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać i było o wiele spokojniej. Pokoje mimo, że bardzo fajne to nie posiadają okien (a przynajmniej te na parterze) więc w pokoju robi się szybko bardzo duszno, jako, że ze względów bezpieczeństwa zamykaliśmy drzwi pokoju na klucz. Jacuzzi super pomysł, jednak my byliśmy w maju i może ze względu na bycie poza stricte sezonem było ono nieprzygotowane. Woda nie była przygotowana, nie można było jej podgrzać, a temperatura nie pozwalała na szybkie jego nagrzanie, mimo karteczki, że jacuzzi jest otwarte w godzinach 11-19. Przez to nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać bo woda zwyczajnie była lodowata, a było ono jednym z ważnych punktów wyboru miejsca W pokoju brakowało nam trochę jakiegoś stolika, komody, czegokolwiek żebyśmy nke musieli rozkładać swoich rzeczy na podłodze.

La grande gentillesse d'Hassan toujours disponible à n'importe quel moment, le petit déjeuner très copieux, le dîner au riad le soir de notre arrivée... L'emplacement est idéal dans la Médina au cœur des souks, tout près de la place Jemaa el-Fna et la Koutoubia....un lieu simple et authentique vraiment dépaysant.

The friendliest place we stayed in our whole time in Morocco. Hasan is such an amazing host - full of knowledge and information and always ready for a chat. The breakfasts were delicious and having our beds made every day was a real treat.

The location is very handy to everything but a little off the beaten tourist track, which can be confronting at first but we loved our stay and found the neighbourhood to be very safe.

The personnel was really nice. The place is walking distance to the main square. It is really comfortable and the breakfast is good

El riad es súper bonito y cuidado. El desayuno muy rico y completo. Lo mejor, la atención de Hassan, pendiente de todo y disponible para echar una mano. En cuanto a la ubicación, está a unos 20 minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, aunque algunas calles de alrededor son un poco laberinto. Mejor que maps, prestar atención a las indicaciones de Hassan.

The bed was not so clean… did infact change the rooms. Breakfast was similliar every day. But that’s ok. The location is on the edge of poverty. But it was ok. Just maybe not for a solo girl🤷‍♂️

Everything was great during my stay. The location is very convenient. The staff were friendly. I had an airpor pick-up which was really helpful. I had good experience and would definitely recommend this riad.

Our stay here was amazing. The facility is clean and has everything you need. Hassan was an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed included recommendations and even some Morrocan culture. The breakfast was good and they even accommodated the time when we had to leave early due to a tour. We enjoyed our stay here!

The neighborhood outside in the Riad can look dangerous but it is very safe!

El chico nos ayudó y atendió a todo perfectamente, tranquilo, limpio y muy bonito. El desayuno muy bueno, muy bonito y atentos.

El personal és molt acollidor i amable, tant a la recepció com a la cuina. Sens dubte el millor del riad.

Malauradament no estava net. Les tovalloles i els llençols tenien varies taques i això va afectar molt la nostra experiència a Marràqueix.

Le riad est bien situé vers la place mellah, palais de la Bahia, pas loin de la place Jemaa el Fna, Hôte accueillant mais un peu trop discret, endroit très cosy et propre. petit déjeuner copieux, très bon repas.

Cela manque d'équipements et de rangements dans la salle de bain, une petite bouilloire dans la chambre avec des dosettes de cafés seraient bienvenue, pas de cendrier sur la terrasse pour espace fumeur

Do alojamento não tenho grande reparo, excepto não ter o jacuzi a funcionar. O que não recomendo mesmo é o pacote viagem ao deserto de merzouga, 3 dias, foi muito fraco! Não cumprindo muito do que estava no programa, as condições no acampamento foram péssimas, o motorista prejudicou toda a nossa viagem a favor dos seus interesses. O transporte da carrinha para os camelos foi realizado em condições inacreditáveis…

La zona, seppure molto comoda e vicino al cimitero ebraico rimane zona un po' degradata, ma probabilmente in risanamento.

Colazione fantastica e il ragazzo che lavora lì gentilissimo e accogliente, al nostro arrivo al solo costo di 10 euro ci ha fornito una cena marocchina buonissima. Super consigliato!!
