Le riad est idéalement situé, magnifiquement décoré et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est également un véritable plus. Petit déjeuner au top Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés et avec tout notre ❤️. Un merci tout particulier à Sliman pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Mercii beaucoup à Slimane pour son accueil. L’emplacement au coeur de la médina est superbe. L’ambiance est très chaleureuse. C’est un lieu calme et reposant également.

Il Riad era molto centrale e ed era fornito di tutti i confort necessari. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e pronto a venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza.

La chambre est grande. Le spa est agréable après une journée de visite. Le personnel tres gentil et serviable. On pu laisser nos valises avant de prendre l'avion. Le déjeuner sur la terrasse super et tres bon.

Super séjour : très bon emplacement, propreté impeccable. Le cadre est agréable et reposant, ce qui rend le séjour très plaisant. Le personnel très gentil et agréable. Merci à Lila, la propriétaire, pour ses excellents conseils et sa gentillesse.

Le petit déjeuner est bon et agréable, mais il pourrait être encore amélioré avec un peu plus de variété (par exemple en proposant davantage de choix salés/sucrés ou en variant un peu selon les jours).

Nous avons réservé ce riad un peu au dernier moment, car beaucoup d'établissements étaient déjà complets, et quelle belle surprise ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention. Un immense merci à Slimane, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.Toujours souriant, disponible, généreux et de bon conseil, il fait vraiment tout son possible pour que les voyageurs se sentent bien. La propriétaire a également été adorable, en nous partageant ses bonnes adresses et ses précieux conseils pour découvrir Marrakech. Nous nous sommes senties choyées tout au long du séjour, le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont confortables, le petit-déjeuner est excellent et bien équilibré. La piscine est même plus grande que ce que laissent penser les photos. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le coin salon sur le toit, très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas seulement de la place Jemaa el-Fna tout en restant au calme. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons ce riad sans hésiter. 4 transats c’est insuffisant surtout quand ils sont collés. Pas assez de lumière. La climatisation trop basse. Très mal insonorisé. Vous devriez changer le nom du Riad car où est le spa ? À 150 mètres du Riad. Un peu loin pour se balader en peignoir dans la médina.

Probabilmente un po' troppo caro, rispetto alla media di Marrakech. La colazione buona ma sempre uguale e senza nulla di salato (a parte due olive). Considerato il prezzo ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa in più. Inoltre la stanza è piuttosto umida, avendo finestre che danno solo sull'interno del Riad e che per privacy si tengono sempre chiuse (ma immagino questo sia un problema comune nei riad)

The Riad was absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. Location was fantastic and I will come back to Marrakesh just to stay and the Celema again. The service was exceptional and nothing was ever too much for them, you felt like family!

Das Riad ist sehr schön, jedoch wenn man den Preis zu anderen anschaut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Der Checkin musste selbst ausgefüllt werden, das war in keinem zuvor so kompliziert wie hier. Das Frühstück leider ohne Eier, Joghurt etc was man sonst gewöhnt war. Daher Preis-Leistung leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Ottimo solarium per prendere un po' di sole e rilassarsi con annessa piccola piscina. Buona posizione all'interno della Medina. La scacchiera per una partitina prima di dormire...top!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza chiamata SANA Le stanza é poco insonorizzata , il letto è troppo duro , lo specchio del bagno troppo piccolo e montato in basso mi vedevo la pancia e non il viso. La cassetta di sicurezza era portatile praticamente non era fissata da nessuna parte e per di più non funzionava. ( Devo dire però che la sicurezza all'Interno del Riad è 100% ). L' acqua della piccola piscina sulla terrazza è troppo fredda non siamo riusciti a fare neanche un bagno intero. I prezzi del cibo all'Interno del Riad sono un po' troppo cari anche se di qualità. Il transfert dall'aereoporto che ci ha fornito a pagamento il Riad é stato pessimo. L' autista è arrivato in ritardo con un mezzo vecchio non adeguato al livello del Riad e durante il percorso si è fermato anche a fare rifornimento in una caotica stazione di sevizio. ( PESSIMO ).

The Riad was perfectly located to explore Marrakech, an easy 10 minute walk from the main square and the Bahia Palace. The Riad was in a quiet street which was very peaceful and had lots of cats! The nearby Main Street had lots of shops and restaurants which was very convenient, the Italian restaurant (Cucci) was very good. The rooftop area and pool were perfect to relax on, especially on a hot day. Breakfast was very nice and offered great views over the Médina and Atlas Mountains. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. On our departure day, we were able to leave our luggage, then the staff helped us arrange an airport transfer back to the airport and helped carry some of our luggage. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay with more attentive staff, the riad was lovely and quite overall fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone looking to come to Marrakech.

Heerlijk rustig in een straat verstopt, maar op fijne loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden binnen de Medina. Heel vriendelijk en fijn personeel, stonden altijd voor je klaar. Kamer was zeer ruim en zeer schoon. Let op; je kunt niet met creditcard betalen bij de riad. Contant geld op het einde van je reis om eventueel de taxi en toeristenbelasting te betalen is fijn. 😊

Que algunes habitacions no tenen finestres, pero es normal en el Riad perquè estàs al sotano.

Le Riad est très beau, très propre, idéalement situé dans la médina, pas très loin du Palais Bahia. Nous avons été très bien reçu, et tout était fait pour que nous nous sentions chez nous. La piscine sur le toit est très agréable. Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles et la literie confortable. Nous recommandons ce Riad pour vos escales à Marrakech.

We unexpectedly had to book this Riad due to our Atlas Mountain hike experience being cancelled, so at 8pn we found this Riad on Hotels.com. It was a little expensive compared to other Riads we have stayed at in the past, but this may have been due to our last minute booking. Regardless the communication was excellent, we were warmly greeted in the evening and the room, albeit compact, was lovely. The Riad itself is a beautiful space and we had a great time. The team are very accommodating and I would recommend this Riad

A localização do riad Celema é excelente, a poucos minutos a pé da praça central, mas muito sossegado. As instalações são novas e ótimas, a limpeza excelente e os funcionários de uma simpatia excecional. Recomendo totalmente e será sempre a minha escolha quando voltar a Marraquexe.

Der Riad ist wunderschön eingerichtet – alles neu, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir waren vier Tage dort und wurden jeden Morgen mit anderen köstlichen, hausgemachten Gebäcken zum Frühstück überrascht – einfach schön! Die Besitzerin und das gesamte Personal sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Property is beautiful and pristine. Located in the midst of the Medina but a few streets away so you feel removed from the chaos but close enough to engage when you desire.

A small beautiful oasis in a quiet street a few hundred meters from Djarma el Fna. Everything exceeded our expectations and everything was handled and serviced by a dream team consisting of Samir, Fatta and Lela. Everyone constantly did their best for us and we really felt at home. Would love to return sometime.

Perfekte Lage, man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß mitten in der Medina und sehr nah am Jemaa el-Fna und diversen Restaurants. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Im Bad gab es unter anderem die typische Black Soap, was ein sehr schönes Detail war. Das gesamte Riad hat ein tolles Ambiente und ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ist ein Highlight. Das Frühstück ist wie in bisherigen Riads typisch süß mit Pfannkuchen, Marmelade, Honig, Obst. etc. Die Eigentümerin Lila ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich wollte gern ein Hammam ausprobieren und sie ist mit mir ein paar Straßen gelaufen, um das Hammam erst besichtigen zu können, bevor ich mich zur Buchung entscheide. Auch das restliche Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Een mooi gerenoveerde Riad, die een oase van rust was midden in de Medina. Vriendelijk personeel dat alles verzorgd. Heerlijk ontbijt op het mooie dakterras was de perfecte start van de dag!

Un riad pequeñito de 6 habitaciones, y super tranquilo, no se escucha absolutamente ningún ruido, se siente muchísima paz. Se llega rápido desde la calle principal. La localización no puede ser mejor, a 600 m de la plaza Jemaa el - fna. La cama y las almohadas super cómodas. La ducha con agua muy caliente la presión muy bien en comparación con otros riads en los que he estado. Las habitaciones están super limpias, nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días. Lo que mejor es el staff tan amable y hospitalario.

La “piscina” es bastante pequeña, solo tiene 3 hamacas para tomar el sol. El desayuno es el único inconveniente, es bastante repetitivo todos los días, estaría bien añadir algo de huevos de algún tipo ya que es todo pan y panqueque marroquí.

La sérénités du lieu, la proximité de la place. Et surtout le personnel, Samir est très accueillant et toujours au petit soin.

Wij kwamen voor onze huwelijksreis naar Riad Celema & Spa wat een fijne riad, schoon, romantisch en bovenal het personeel die er alles aan deed om het ons naar ons zin te maken. Het ontbijt was fantastisch! We komen zeker terug als we weer in Marrakech zijn en raden deze riad zeker aan!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits absolument parfaites dans ce Ryad, que nous avons eu la chance d’avoir rien que pour nous. Le lieu est magnifique, calme et très bien entretenu. Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, ce sont surtout les personnes qui s’occupent du Ryad. Un immense merci à Samir, qui parle parfaitement français et qui est sans doute le meilleur guide que l’on puisse rêver à Marrakech. Toujours disponible, d’une gentillesse incroyable et d’une patience remarquable, il nous a aidés dans toutes nos démarches et a rendu notre séjour tellement plus facile et agréable. Samir connaît la ville par cœur, il nous a conseillés sur les visites, dans les souks. C’est une personne en or, vraiment adorable, qui fait toute la différence. Merci encore à lui et à son collègue pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce Ryad les yeux fermés !

Samir, la personne en charge du Riad n'est pas très agréable. Très sec dans sa façon de parler, loin des standards d'accueil Marocains. Nous sommes arrivées dans un week-en ou malheureusement les vols des autres résidents a été annulés et nous avons senti qu'il aurait préféré que le notre le soit aussi, pour plus de repos. Il n'aide à pousser qu'une seule valise. Deux c'est trop pour lui (et je ne parle pas de porter mais bien de pousser pour nous aider car nous en avions plusieurs). Pas très heureux si vous allez et venez (donc qu'il doit ouvrir la porte) la journée. Pas du tout souriant. Peu reposant en raison des appels téléphoniques en visio et haut-parleur de la cuisinière en pleine journée malgré tout le respect que nous lui devons et le sourire trés agréable qu'elle porte toute la journée. Les coffres-fort ne fonctionnent pas malgré la tentative dans deux chambres et aucune solution n'a été trouvée ("tant pis, n'es pas peur t'es comme à la maison ici"). Pas d'imprimante au Riad pour vous aider pour les billets retours (impression obligatoire par l'aéroport). Petit déjeuner moyen. Crêpes sans gouts et fruits pas du tout de saison ni du pays (banane + cerise). Pas de proposition de vente de boisson autorisée de la piscine. C'est dommage pour vos ventes additionnelles. Même la dernière impression est décevante, pas de "au revoir" ni de "à la prochaine" au dépôt au taxi retour. Lila, revoyez votre personnel pour qu'il soit à la hauteur de la beauté du Riad que vous avez entre vos mains.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Celema. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the riad is beautiful, and it is located conveniently close to many points of interest.

Riad Celema was an amazing property located just 5 minutes away from Jemaa El-Fna, the cultural center of Medina. Although the nearby streets were busy the Riad was located on a side road and was very quiet during the night. The room included all the amenities we required. Breakfast was good and we also tried the massage services which were great. The biggest highlight of all was the staff, which were extremely helpful to provide us with everything we needed (special thanks to Semir for all the help and support)! This Riad is definitely recommended

Our bed sheets were really thick, even with A/C on it was very warm during the night. Our Riad was in an alley which somehow felt "deserted" and sometimes dodgy (especially comparing to the neighboring super busy streets). After a few days we got used to it though and we didn't face any problems.

Sam the Riad Manager was Brilliant organised anything we required and gave us loads of good recommendations and advice.

The Riad is amazing. Lila and Samir go out of their way to make you feel at home by providing basically anything you need for a relaxing stay in Marrakech. E.g. they can organise a taxi from the airport, which you will need since the medina does feel like a rabbit warren when you first arrive. The whole place is an oasis inside the (sometimes hectic) medina. The location is perfect for visiting the sights, especially the souks and the main square Jamaa el-Fnaa. The breakfasts on the rooftop are a highlight and a perfect way to start the day. I also highly recommend the hammam and massage

Our stay at Celema was beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived we were treated with so much care. The riad is so beautiful we loved the rooftop. The rooms are so clean, bed big and comfortable and I loved that they provided one soft and one hard pillow. The breakfast was delicious and they went out of their way to make eggs and salad for me as I can’t eat gluten. We tried the hammam at the Riad and it was INCREDIBLE! The location is amazing close to everything but in a quiet street so no noise at night. But what really makes this riad incredibly special is without a doubt the people. Samir the manager is beyond amazing, he did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy at all times. It felt like we were staying at a family members house who just wanted to spoil us.. All of the staff Samir, the security man and the lady who works in the kitchen are some of the kindest and most genuine people we have ever met. We can’t thank them enough. It was the best experience. We will definitely be back again soon.

Our host Samir was amazing! We felt welcomed from second one as we were greeted with tea and cakes and a tour. Nothing was too much and he gave the best advice about Marrakesh making our trip comfortable, enjoyable and fulfilled. He was there to greet us morning and night, didn’t sleep till we were all back safe. Breakfast was freshly made for when we got up, and even super early on our last day so we could eat before getting our flight. The Riad was a calm space - we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with soft drinks. We didn’t use the pool or spa as it was too cold in February but was kept ready as an option during the full stay. The room was super comfy, clean, airy and made up every day with fresh towels. The location was perfect, just 30 second walk from a main busy street, 5 minutes to the main square and near lots of great restaurants. Thank you for having us!

We absolutely loved staying at Riad Celema! It’s beautifully decorated and so peaceful and relaxing considering you are only a minute away from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech. The service was excellent, Samir and team really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and ensure we had everything we needed.

The water pressure wasn’t great and we were hoping the hot tub would be warm but otherwise everything was excellent!

The hosts were brilliant. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful and the service was great; Samir who manages the place was very helpful. The only downside was the location, it was a bit hard to find it as with many of Riads located in the Medina; it was easy to get lost in the little streets. We would overall not stay in that area again as we found it too chaotic, but that’s just a personal preference and the property itself it still great.

We had an incredible stay at Riad Celema. Farah, Samir and Fatteh were so kind and attentive. The room was gorgeous with a nice bathroom and air conditioning. The Riad was so quiet and peaceful despite being a 5 minute walk from the busy main square. Breakfast was served as soon as we woke up and had a great selection. We were also greeted with tea on arrival which was so welcoming. Thanks so much for a lovely stay - will definitely be returning. <3

The property is a true gem close to all the action and sights that you want to see in Marrakech!

You will walk a lot since you can’t drive in the old part of town however that’s also the cool part of the experience and Samir was able to show me exactly how to get to the property from the main square.

Absolutely terrible

First and foremost not a safe area. Between possibly catching a disease and definitely getting hit by motorists would not recommend even considering this location. Very smelly and dirty. Now as for the Riad itself, also terrible. First night there we had no A/C even though it was advertised there was. The owner Lila didn’t do anything about the A/C problem or offer another room. The beds were absolutely rock hard. Between the beds and no air almost considered sleeping on the tile floor for the evening. Breakfast; equally terrible. Bread was stale and rock hard and that’s all breakfast was. Rock hard bread, stale pastries, jelly, and honey with flys flying all around us. After having to book another room at a different Air bnb the owner made us pay daily tax for the total trip even though we checked out on the next day. Refused to offer ANY kind of refund. Then proceeded to raise their voice and argue with us about wanting to leave. She even went as far as to involve other guests that were staying at the riad in her argument with us about leaving. Would not come back in a million years. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location.

Many things, but primarily no AC in the room. Imagine being able to stay in the desert with no AC. The owner did not attempt to offer another room, nor bring an AC specialist the first day. Breakfast was horrible. We decided to leave the 2nd day as we couldn't sleep another night with no AC. The owner refused to refund us any money, on top of that demanded city tax to be paid for 5 nights which is ridiculous. The neighborhood is very very poor, dangerous and smelly. Cannot walk around in peace as hundreds of people drive past you with their little bikes and nearly got hit many times.If you're going to book a riad make sure it's not in the Medina area. -100/10 for the area as well as the owner and property.

Absolutely beautiful Riad. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive staff,couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was delicious and we also had food cooked for us one night which was excellent! The location is in the centre of the medina but away from the hustle and bustle. We will certainly return.
