Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Très bon emplacement, pratique pour profiter de Casablanca et de ses alentours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse qui nous a été accordée, un vrai plus pour le séjour et très agréable pour profiter de l’extérieur. Mention spéciale à Monsieur Youssef et Monsieur Mehdi à l’accueil, qui ont été très gentils, disponibles et accueillants. Leur sympathie a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci à eux pour leur accueil !
Le studio est globalement fonctionnel, mais plusieurs points mériteraient d’être améliorés. Le ménage n’était pas suffisamment approfondi à notre arrivée. La salle de bain manquait également d’intimité, avec une porte en verre dont le film occultant était dégradé et ne descendait pas jusqu’en bas. Nous avons aussi constaté une fuite au niveau du plafond de la salle de bain. Enfin, l’appartement manque de fraîcheur et présente une usure assez visible liée au temps. Un rafraîchissement et un entretien plus approfondi seraient vraiment appréciables.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Nous étions 4, nous avons aimé notre chambre avec une grande terrasse, les literies confortables, la chambre dispose de l indispensable, il y a même l iptv! Le ménage est fait à la demande ce qui est top! Le quartier très bien avec restos, petit souk, boulangeries et un marjane en face vraiment pratique. Tram à proximité mais nous nous sommes déplacés en Uber. Merci à Youssef qui nous a accueilli et qui a veillé à ce que nous manquions de rien! 15 jours dans cet établissement nous étions comme à la maison! Nous reviendrons !
Juste le wifi un peu capricieux parfois mais pour 5 euros 11go avec inwi pour remédier à ça !

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Celkově se nám ubytování moc líbilo. Lokalita byla klidná a cítili jsme se zde bezpečně. Parkování v garážích také fajn, jenom si musíte dát pozor - vjezd je velmi strmý a strop nízký, ale tak tak jsme se vešli i se stanem na střeše. Personál byl naprosto perfektní. Byl milý, poradil a pomohl s čím jsme potřebovali a anglicky uměl skvěle. Ubytování bylo víceméně čisté (nábytek přirozeně opotřebovaný, ale pohovkám na terase bych dala více péče), postel pohodlná.
Na našem pokoji byla velmi slabá wifi, na terase prakticky žádná. Pobyt nám bohužel značně znepříjemnily hosté z vedlejších pokojů - denně se nám na terase vyskytovaly hračky od velmi hlučných dětí, bez omluvy, bez čehokoliv, ale rozumíme, že to personál neovlivní.

The area has developed rapidly - there is an excellent cafe downstairs now, a Pilates place, an electro planet, a burger place, and of course the Marjane that was always there. The room was SPOTLESS. cool, and so well equipped. Best of all, Youssef was a true host: he is kind, funny, very responsible, and so accommodating. People make places, and he makes this place what it is :)
Absolutely nothing at all this time around. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

There was a weird smell in the corridor. It was a very small apartment at best for 2 people. The extra blankets are not with white cover.

Lit bébé était proposé pour mon fils. Studio très propre. Merci également aux personnels d'entretien. Diverses superettes à proximité. Le tramway est à 10 minutes à pieds, le bus est à proximité. Le quartier est calme. Je recommande vivement StayHere auprès de ma famille et mon entourage.

The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Youssef who was always available and helpful whenever needed. His kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. I highly recommend this studio and would definitely come back again!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place, mais il y a juste en face de la résidence un petit Marjanne où l'on trouve tout pour cela, ainsi qu'une nouvelle boulangerie. La résidence répond bien à nos besoins quand nous venons chez nos enfants. Elle est très bien située près du CIL. Nous avons été agréablement accueillis le 3 mai et les contacts avec tous les professionnels ont été très positifs. Nous avons pu également réserver un taxi qui a pu nous emmener à l'aéroport très, très tôt le jour du départ le 9. Merci à tous.
Nous avons tout apprécié.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Really nice apartment! We slept so good, the beds were so comfy! Check-in was really easy, since it is like an apart-hotel. Location was okay for us, rather modern part of town.
The kitchen was missing a few things (e.g. a pan)

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything about the stay was great. Aya, who checked me in, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with things she did not have to do, which I really appreciated. Youssef was also very professional and friendly. The overall service was excellent.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The host was nice. Location was good too, it was right next to some fast food chain that opens late (until 11PM). So I was able to grab some food nearby. When we had issue with a room, the host was so nice to switch us to another room.
We booked two room, one of the room had a horrible stench but we were given another room. But that room did have some issue with the sink being clogged but that's OK because we were forewarned by the host. I didn't love the size of the room but it was good enough for the one night we needed to stay.
