The apartment was clean and pleasant, with comfortable enough bedrooms for our family of six. Overall, we had a good stay. There were just a few small things that could have made our stay more comfortable: the toilets were quite small, and we missed having a microwave, which would have been very convenient for a family. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our family stay.

We expected the cleaning service to be included in the price of the stay, but it was available at an additional cost. It might be helpful to make this information more clearly visible at the time of booking.

The apartment was so spacious and luxurious! The front desk lade Khaoula was so warm and made us feel like home! Her treatment really made a great difference! The team online follow-up through whatsapp was really appreciated!

Everything was amazing!

Propreté et qualité des équipements

Rien à signaler

Clean facilities. Helpful staff.

The bed was too soft. Gave me back aches every night. No gym.

The studio was really comfortable and I just felt at home. Lots of cafe and restaurants around, clinic, bank

There's no taxi around but it's close by to busy streets. I regret I couldn't spend more time as the weekend was very busy and the property sold out

The staff was helpful and kind, although communication in English could be improved.

My stay would have been much better if there hadn't been unexpected noise from a gathering/celebration on the 2nd day of my stay. They were laughing and singing until 2:00 am. The next day, I presented at an international congress, and I had inadequate sleep.

Comfortable and secure. Convenient location

The apartment is quite big

Strange welcome and a poorly maintained property

There was no breakfast. I only wrote those becIae there was a question "How was your breakfast?" Khaola was very friendly, helpful and kind.

Couldn't find ice cream or alcohol.

Location and spacious

Kitchen was not stocked with any pots or utensils. Apartment seemed very tired.

Man musste dann warten.

Amazing place Peaceful!!

The property is huge. Great for large families. Dining options in the kitchen and the living area. Everything was provided for, it had everything you needed for a home away from home. I loved the sofa in the living room, so comfy and accommodated the whole family for movie and games night.

Both the bathrooms were extremely tiny considering the size of the property, it was rather disappointing.

Emplacement idéal, grand appartement spacieux, et bel déco.

We were upgraded free of charge to a better room, the room was unbelievably nice. The apartment was super spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The kitchen was super modern, the boiler made showering in hot water no problem and the wifi was great. A perfect stay!

No complaints!

Appart Hotel tres clean, personnel attentif. Tres propre, rien a dire !

rien

It’s a good location and you can walk all the stuff were great and helpful.

El personal muy agradable. Repetiría sin duda

I liked the price point, cheap and cheerful. But you do get what you pay for. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It could be a brilliant place to stay, but the standards are lacking. Shelves and doors hanging off hinges, the room smelt of cigarette even though we requested a non smoking room. Cleaning not up to standard, dust and general dirt around the apartment didn’t make it feel clean. Bed not made with valance sheet…

The location of the hotel was excellent and brilliant value for money. At night the area is quiet but the hotel was still Close enough to all the major shops and food places In Gueliz. The Apartment was spotless and came with excellent TV service for all international channels and the AC was brilliant. The cleanliness was to be admired and service was brilliant.

The only draw back to the place was the cramped parking garage but it still fit our SUV

Quiet residential neighbourhood, spacious living room. The things that were missing in the apt, according to the description on the website, were added immediately the next day . The receptionist Khawla was very helpfull and super nice. Once we knew our way around, most things were walking distance. The Majorelle gardens and YSL museum was 20 min walk. Food was awesome and very reasonable priced, people very friendly. The tour to the atlas mountains,4 Valleys and waterfall, including a dromedare ride, definitely recommendable to do !

The €100 deposit was paid in advance together with the reservation. After checking out Booking.com refused to refund the deposit. First Booking told us the property has to refund the deposit, which was not paid to the property. The reception stated they never ask the guest for the deposit. In case there 's damage to the room, they settle that directly with the guest

We had a very short stay beautiful apartment very clean and comfortable. The lovely girl at the desk let us check in early which was very kind of her.

Great staff. Good location easy & free parking.

Apartment & kitchen poorly equipped.

Construction noise nearby
