The staff, especially Jouseff, was great and really helpful We loved the breakfast too , every morning fresh made and plenty of food and drinks

Everything was pretty good especially for what we paid for the stay We tried their hammam, wasn’t the best of our life but still okey, a fun experience

Excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, and a beautifully designed interior.

We were a group that had reserved all the rooms in this riad. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in two of the rooms, which made staying in Marrakech at this time of year very uncomfortable. The owner of the riad was very unfriendly and did nothing to have the air conditioning repaired during our three-day stay. This was particularly disappointing given the high temperatures and significantly affected the comfort of our visit.

Sehr schönes Riad, dass super in einem ruhigeren Teil der Altstadt liegt. Das außergewöhnlichste ist aber das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Allen voran Youssef, der uns immer weiter helfen konnte. Vielen Dank dafür.

i proprietari sono persone davvero squisite e gentilissime, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta e sono stati pronti ad aiutarci in ogni occasione. colazione tipica marocchina abbondante e buona, ci hanno accolti con il classico tè alla menta marocchino. posizione molto tranquilla, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'inizio del suq e a 10 minuti dalla Madrasa. abbiamo anche lasciato lì le nostre valige durante l'escursione nel deserto durata due giorni. al ritorno, ci siamo fatti chiamare il trasporto per l'aeroporto, anche quello molto comodo. vicino a posti dove mangiare la sera. tornerò molto volentieri!

camere un po' piccole, ma c'è tutto quello che serve. in compenso, c'è molto spazio nel riad, ci sono divano e tavoli, per cui non ci sono problemi di spazio!

Malheureusement il y avait des travaux qui nous réveillaient le matin et pour lesquels nous n’étions pas au courant le rooftop n’était donc pas accessible ce qui est dommage

What a warm welcome! Best mint tea we had in Morocco. Breakfast was great. The service was exceptional. There was a cute bird that came into the courtyard, singing beautifully! Loved him in there! :)

The room was a little too small and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

El Riad está a 20 minutos andando de los puntos turísticos y es un paseo muy entretenido lleno de tiendas. El Riad se sitúa en buen sitio, en una calle segura. Nuestro recepcionista fue encantador. Nos gestionó el taxi para llegar y volver al aeropuerto. Muy atento siempre con nosotros. El desayuno muy bueno y el servicio de habitaciones también. Gracias a todos por hacernos pasar tan buena estancia. Os recomendaremos.

Beautiful traditional decor, staff members were very nice and welcoming. We also enjoyed the small but good breakfast that was included in our stay.

It was a bit noisy due to some nearby construction works and the pillow provided in the room was hard and uncomfortable.

È un tipico riad molto carino, è la seconda volta che vado a Marrakech e scelgo questo riad per soggiornare. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, davvero bravissimi. Inoltre la posizione per noi è stata ottima, perché per arrivare alla piazza principale si attraversano tutti i souk (circa 20 minuti) mentre se la sera si vuole prendere il taxi ti posso lasciare lì vicino, e si tratta di una strada sempre animata e molto tranquilla. Stanze piccoline, ma accoglienti e con tutto il necessario.

Riad très bien situé dans la médina . L’accueil exceptionnel de Youssef , très attentionné et aux petits soins pour nous. La possibilité de réserver une séance de hamman ( on a apprécié après un treck dans le haut atlas)

Chaoqi & sein Personal sind sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Sie hatten auf alle Fragen eine Antwort & haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt, am Rande der Medina. Einfache, saubere Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen!

Le personnel. Youssef est très à l écoute et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle .

Das Personal war super nett, sehr familiär und sie haben uns bei allem geholfen. Wir konnten uns ein Zimmer aussuchen und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gute Lage!

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen klein, aber trotzdem schön eingerichtet.

Super friendly staff. They helped us a lot. The location is perfect. Close to the main bus station and to the bazaar. The breakfast was excellent! The last day we had to go to the airport super early and they made us some cold snacks.

Il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura è stato eccezionale! La gentilezza, la disponibilità di tutto lo staff è da 10 e lode. Un bel riad appena dentro le mura della Medina, fuori dalla confusione dei souk e comodo per ogni spostamento. La camera e tutto l'ambiente era pulito e la colazione buonissima e abbondante. La nostra camera era un pochino piccola ma confortevole.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, pyszne śniadania, dobra lokalizacja, a sam hotel czysty i klimatyczny. Byłyśmy z koleżanką na dwie noce i zdecydowanie polecamy! 😊

Bardzo podobał nam się Riad, zwłaszcza pomoc Jousefa i bardzo miła atmosfera obsługi.

Personale gentilissimo, per qualsiasi richiesta sono stati disponibili. Colazioni buonissime. Una buona posiziona, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali ma comunque riservata e tranquilla. Consigliatissimo da me e la mia compagna, torneremo sicuramente.

L'ambiance familiale qui règne dans ce riad où nous avons eu l'impression de faire vraiment partie de leur famille....un personnel aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse extrême et un riad hyper beau surtout le soir avec ttes les jolies lampes... Un petit déjeuner copieux avec les bons pancakes, crêpes, viennoiseries et... sans oublier le thé à la menthe !!!!! Et le bon couscous hyper copieux !!!!!

The location was great as in the medina but as soon as you enter the Riad, this peaceful and welcoming. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The staff are really helpful and you feel so welcoming as soon as you enter. Delicious breakfast.

Note that the taxi will not take you to the hotel as the streets are too small to access it, but it was only 2 mns walk from where we got drop off

Muy lindo,instalaciones comunes muy lindas y cómodas, estilo marroquí, personal muy amable y servicial. Nos guardaron las maletas 2 días mientras fuimos a otra ciudad. Bien ubicado,aunque alrededores inmediatos no son muy agradables.

Habitaciones pequeñas, nos cancelaron partede la reserva el día anterior por problemas en sus instalaciones,y no nos pudieron reacomodar ellos.

- La ubicación del Riad no es la mejor... no podría decir que es una zona peligrosa pero si puede dar respeto especialmente al volver de noche - El desayuno, comparado con otros Riads, es muy sencillo y repetitivo - Las camas son muy incómodas. Colchón excesivamente duro y tamaño muy pequeño. No se descansa bien - El baño es muy pequeño. Prácticamente no se cabe - Aunque hay zonas comunes, están siempre a oscuras y no invitan a ser utilizadas. En resumen... es un Riad para dormir únicamente y muy sencillo

L’accueil et la disponibilité

Struttura molto graziosa, situata nella medina a poca distanza dalla stazione dei taxi e vicina alle principali attrazioni, raggiungibili a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata nei suk. Colazione molto buona e abbondante e cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e biancheria. Una menzione speciale per Youssef, che è stato disponibile per ogni richiesta e ha mostrato grande cordialità e professionalità.

The hammam is very good! Definetely recommend! But you will need to book it at least 5 hours in advance.

The beds seem not very stable... and you will need to ring the bell to enter the front entrance when you go back to the riad very late.

Buona la colazione servita, un pò misera ma giusta per iniziare la giornata. Ottima la posizione. Youssef è un bravissimo host sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, ci ha fornito indicazioni per visitare la città

Stanza piccolissima ma ci si adatta

La habitación era muy cómoda, estuvimos en la "suit", no comparable a una europea pero con mucha comodidad y amplitud. El desayuno era abundante y delicioso, dos días tuvimos que irnos antes y se ofrecieron a tenernos algo preparado, por lo que genial. Los dueños del Riad nos ofrecieron trucos, recomendaciones, excursiones... por lo que muy muy bien. Probablemente repitamos el viaje a Marrakech y sin duda volveremos al mismo Riad. La ubicación también era muy cómoda, no hay el ruido de otras calles. Se agradece que la habitación no tenga ventana exterior para que no entren humos. También hicimos el servicio de Hamman (primera experiencia) y muy bien.

Hay una breve dificultad de idioma, especialmente en el Hamman que la chica no hablaba inglés ni español y apenas pudimos comunicarnos. Quitando eso todo perfecto.

Il Riad Mahjouba è una scoperta deliziosa. La struttura è impeccabile ma è l'accoglienza straordinaria a elevarne lo standard. Youssef è un ospite di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, la sua disponibilità è stata encomiabile, dalla premura di prepararci la colazione alle prime luci dell'alba fino al prestito degli ombrelli in un pomeriggio di pioggia. Il rooftop, inoltre, offre un rifugio di assoluta quiete: il luogo ideale per un momento di riflessione o una lettura serena, per decomprimere dopo il caos magnetico della Medina, sospesi tra i tetti di Marrakech. Un'esperienza di ospitalità autentica e premurosa che consiglio vivamente.

Location was perfect (Medina). Staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Youssef and Chauki. Breakfast was good and tasty. Daily cleaning. Additionally, if you want, you can order a massage and hammam in the Riad. We enjoyed it.

El trato del personal. Encantadores, muy serviciales. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Por ellos merece la pena ir allí. También el recibimiento que nos dieron, con té moruno y unas pastitas.

La habitación en sí, pero ser una doble superior, era bastante mejorable.

Accoglienza e disponibilità. La possibilità di cenare al Riad (buonissimo!)è stato un plus. Avevamo 2 stanze, una delle 2 era un po' piccola e meno nuova, ma alla fine in camera ci stavamo solo per dormire. Anche la posizione ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze, in 20 minuti di camminata tranquilla si raggiunge la piazza principale, altre cose sono anche più vicine. Lo consiglio.

Towels are very poor, deffinately needs upgrading Wifi is on and off many times, maybe did not reach our room well. Location is nice, walking distance to all the attractions. However, in a very local and busy area, with a lot of local butchers and shops, but was not bothered.
