Amazing stay at this property. The staff are so lovely and accommodating it was beautiful seeing and chatting to the everyday. Breakfast was incredible as well!

We had a great stay! The location is very convenient — close to the Majorelle Gardens and the souks, but not too deep in the Medina, so taxis and transfers are easily accessible. The neighbourhood feels safe and local rather than overly touristy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, with excellent communication and great recommendations. They even arranged our airport transfer in the middle of the night. The pool was perfect after hot days in the city, and there’s also a rooftop terrace with sunbeds. Beautiful, photogenic interiors and lovely cosmetics — we liked them so much we bought the same ones in Marrakech 😄

Das Frühstück und das einmal bestellte Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Da die Unterkunft nur weniger Zimmer hatte, war alles sehr persönlich und familiär. Die Lage war ideal um schnell mitten in der Stadt zu seien, aber dennoch ruhig genug um am Pool zu entspannen. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zuvor und auch während des Aufenthalts per Whatapp hat auch super funktioniert und wir konnte so am Tag vor der Anreise das Abendessen bestellen. Bei Ankunft wurde uns anhand einer Stadtkarte gezeigt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten interessant sind und es gab auch Restauranttipps, welche ausgezeichnet waren. Man kann absolut nichts Negatives berichtet :)

We loved everything about this place! The room was cozy, the building was clean and beautiful and serene, and the breakfast was lovely!

Nothing really. They had to do a bit of work while we were there but it wasn't a big deal. They also said they had to do it because their riad was open to the outdoors all year around while others aren't. The wirk didn't bother us at all!

Милый , уютный риад. У нас был маленький , но уютный номер в розовом цвете (как раз для девочек , так как мы отдыхали с подругой), однажды нам в номер даже поставили свежие цветы . Внутри очень стильно и современно. Утром мы просыпались под пение птиц. Завтраки лучшие , что мы ели за время в Марокко. Выпечка каждый день была новая!

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Botanica and truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautiful, very authentic, and full of charm — exactly the kind of Moroccan experience I was hoping for. What made this place especially memorable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated how they would even meet me when I returned late in the evening to make sure I got back safely. They also helped arrange a hammam and massage at their second riad, and honestly, it was one of the best hammam experiences I’ve had. The team went above and beyond throughout my stay, even walking me to the tour transfer meeting point to make sure I found it without stress. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. I would absolutely recommend Riad Botanica to anyone visiting Marrakech — especially if you’re looking for an authentic, beautiful, and genuinely caring experience.

Beautiful riad, only 5 bedrooms. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for a better retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were greeted at our drop off by a member of the team who had organised all our transfers and taxis during our stay and luggage carried for our return home journey,any of our requests were fulfilled,convenient location for all our activities we had booked,rooms had everything we needed,staff were friendly and polite and always had a smile,we would stay here again,it was a wonderful stay.

Het was een hele mooie plek om te verblijven en ik zou zeker terug komen. Rustgevend in een drukke stad. Hamza was heel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijtje was ook heel fijn.

Sommige plekken in de riad waren toe aan renovatie, dat was niet storend. Los daarvan was er niks op aan te merken.

Wunderschönes Riad mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Gute und praktische Lage, wir haben uns auch nachts sehr sicher gefühlt. Hamza hat uns einen detaillierten Überblick über die Stadt mit seinen Erklärungen und Tipps geboten. Das Frühstück wurde auf dem Dach serviert und war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, dafür um so schöner. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Top Betreuung und Organisation.

The generosity and care provided by the staff, particularly Hamza, was first class. As a solo female traveller I was careful about choosing where to stay for my first visit to Marrakech. Riad Botanica were so reassuring and responsive with everything, from their initial emails discussing my stay to the WhatsApp check ins they provided during my trip. They kindly organised my efficient and safe transport from the airport. They also even helped me organise emergency healthcare treatment. I felt so safe and supported. The riad itself is gorgeous and serene, just minutes away from the bustling Souks. I also dined at the riad for breakfast and one evening meal. The food was delicious and the staff so attentive. I would without hesitation book to stay here again if return to Marrakech.

Great location - walking distance to all sites. Staff were all lovely and welcoming, especially Hamza.

The rooms were not soundproof and we woke up a few times during the night to outside noise.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The Riad is beautiful, like a tranquil little piece of heaven. The room was comfortable and decorated so tastefully, the courtyard and the roof terrace both wonderful places to sit and relax with a cup of mint tea! Hamza looked after us so well and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too.

Gorgeous property, clean and well maintained, and just far enough from the crowds of the central souks - easy enough to walk to the main sights north of Jemaa el-Fnaa. The very best staff - so helpful before arrival and throughout our stay.

Hermoso, coincide totalmente con las fotografías. No pudimos meternos a la alberca porque fuimos en diciembre, pero seguro en verano se disfruta bien, el te de bienvenida, las galletas, el desayuno, todo delicioso, la atención del personal nos hicieron sentir como unas princesas. Cada vez que mandaba wapp me contestaban al segundo y estaban al pendiente de nosotras por si nos "perdíamos" en la medina. Incluso nos acompañaron a las 6:00am con maletas a la calle vehicular más cercana a esperar que nos recogieran los de una excursión del día siguiente. El precio es elevado en comparación a otros riad pero nos hicieron sentir tan protegidas y consentidas que valió cada centavo. El camino hacia el riad puede parecer solitario la primera vez que lo recorres, pero yo me di cuenta que mis miedos eran infundados, entendí que la belleza está en el interior. Volveremos.

We visited early december and the room was very cold. The AC had a heating function but it didn’t work and so there was 17 degrees in the room.

Fantastic property, great location

Overall our stay was great! The place is beautifully decorated and everyone was really friendly and helpful. The location was great. We like to walk, so having several major attractions a 15 to 30 minute walk away was perfect for us. It was nice being in the less busy part of town, but still close to everything. We also had delicious coffee on the rooftop, which was very relaxing.

We were in a room right off the pool and noise above a low volume from the courtyard could be heard pretty clearly in our room, (and I am assuming the other way around as well) so it's not very private. Overall, not a huge deal as it was generally pretty quiet.

The Riad is amazing, created with a lots of love. Armin, the entire team, and Red1 were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great. No matter what you needed, they were always there to help. Highly recommended!

Mieliśmy okazję wziąć udział we wspólnej kolacji połączonej ze storytellingiem (Latifa, co za wspaniała osoba!), co było jednym z naszych najfajniejszych doświadczeń w Marakeszu. Obiekt i sam pokój spełnią wszelkie wymagania i są prawdziwą oazą w centrum medyny. Jak spróbujecie słodkich wypieków ich kuchni to przepadniecie!

Beautiful setting created a quiet calm oasis in the bustle of Marrakesh - family run by Mohamed and Amin, the whole team are super attentive and willing to help. Rooms are great, pool is lovely and cool, rooftop terrace for freshly made breakfast is a lovely start to the day.

This was a very, very good stay. The decor of the riad was lovely, the whole place felt serene and secluded despite the bustle of the city, the pool was cool and refreshing, the breakfast was plentiful and really good, the gents who worked there were so accommodating, constantly available on whatsapp or around the riad-- they gave us juices and waters without asking every day, they even packed our breakfast for us last second when we booked a tour despite the fact I literally whatsapped about it at midnight the night before. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated. Overall a really luxurious stay!

The AC did not work 100%. We were there in the hottest months, so I suppose the AC is strong enough for the temperatures of most months, but it did not work well enough against the 100 degree July heat to get the temperature below 80 Fahrenheit at night.

We enjoyed our whole stay here in Riad Botanica. Everything felt luxurious while also being homely. I’m quite particular with hotel sheets, pillows, and mattresses and the ones they provide here are top notch! Also, I’d like to point out that their airconditioner here works and really cools the room. I’m just saying this to help other people looking for a riad here in Marrakech because unfortunately, I find that although plenty of establishments have aircon, not all blast enough cool air. The location is also great as it’s in good walking distance to the main sights. Whenever we felt tired and hot after shopping - it’s easy - we’d just walk back around 10-15 minutes to the hotel and rest before going out again. You can also get taxis 3-5 mins away from the hotel - as tourists we’re usually charged around 50 dirhams. The free breakfast provided are so generous and we’re always full each time. Many thanks also to Amine and the team for being so kind - they went above and beyond just to make our whole stay comfortable.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful , pristine , sparkling clean and smells absolutely gorgeous the moment you walk in the door . We loved that it is a stones throw away from the bustling souks but is so quiet inside you would never know . The breakfast was lovely , staff lovely . We had a lovely welcome and were made to feel right at home. It really is a lovely little peaceful haven to come back to after a busy day in the souks and square . Ameen was the most friendly , knowledgable host and nothing was too much trouble for him. We also felt really safe and secure throughout our stay. The decor is so tasteful and a great mix of modern and traditional and the roof terrace is perfect to catch a few rays with a good book. We cant wait to come back.

The location to the riad ,coming home alone in the night is quite scary....Breakfast was very poor, cheap, and not worth the high price i paid for the accommodation....The staff weren't helpful, and I had to get help from staff of a riad next door..(For English speaking visitors to this riad, you are going to find it hard communicating)..I just did not feel welcomed, loved, or well attended to.. I just felt alone..not a good place for.solo travellers...as there is no staff willing to assist or attend to your needs...

Riad was very clean and was ascetically designed. It was really nice but not sure it was worth the extra money.

Email correspondence was a little laboured beforehand, with a number of my emails unanswered. The Riad lacked any sort of atmosphere and there was only 1 member of staff around which you couldn't always find. We were in the room by the birds, which were covered at 10.30pm, but still were quite loud through the night. Our room was small and very dark (suggest a lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom). I accept they have bigger rooms. One morning we had an early start so went up for breakfast at 8am but no staff turned up until 8.30am, so we had to leave early without finishing. Location was OK - felt safe walking back at night. Rooftop area was nice but very small.

The aesthetic of the property is perfect! In a great location to explore central Marrakesh but far enough out of the centre to feel calm and very safe. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and always happy to help. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious!

We stayed for two nights and we really enjoyed it! The design is stunning, the location is super convenient for exploring, and the ambiance of the home is serene and relaxing. The porter met us and helped carry our bags when we checked in and when we checked out. The breakfast was always fresh and so delicious. The owners were incredibly kind, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.

The property was fantastic, would recommend to book airport transfer with the hotel. They have someone with a sign to greet and bring you to the property without a hassle. Mohammad met us at the drop off point and escorted us to the hotel. He was very informative with the hotel and surrounding area and provided recommendations. The orange blossom scent in the Riad and rooms was delightful and refreshing. The breakfast traditional, fresh and tasty. We had a great experience there and Mohammed &Angela are committed to the Riad and the overall guest experience. Would recommend for a true local immersion and great value.

The most beautiful Riad - it combines the scent of orange blossom, the sound of birdsong, stunning interiors designed with artistic flair and the most wonderful, helpful owners and staff. Excellent location too - the perfect oasis of calm to retreat to after a busy day exploring Marrakech.

We chose riad botanica for the first leg of our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier. The staff were attentive and very responsive. Location wise, it is perfect for us as it’s in a quieter part of the medina, far from the hustle bustle; and we felt more at ease and relaxed. Breakfast was good and we loved the treats they offered us upon our arrival!
