L'accueil du responsable du site immonde et désagréable, surtout qu'on a été déclasses par apport à notre réservation sur Booking et on a pris une amende de parking soit disant gratuit... Pour rajouter, le petit déjeuner était infecte... Lieu à déconseiller pour vos clients si vous voulez être correct...

Le service massage aurait été parfait si la prestation n'avait pas été interrompu . Nous étions un couple avec 2 personnes en même temps et au bout de 10 minutes lune des personnes est partie sans rien dire en me laissant en plan. L'autre à continuer la présentation avec monsieur et pris le relais de sa collègue . Laissé une personne nue et humide sans explication n'est pas une expérience que je recommande . C'est dommage car le lieux et le reste de la prestation était très bien . Merci à la personne qui est restée .

The place was well located, lots of restaurants around and close to a main road, the Arab League Park at about 15 minutes walking, and 20 minutes to the beach and 25 to the main mosque which is a must see. I was just passing through for the night though before flying out, so didn't see much or make the most of my stay there.

The hotel felt a bit seedy, but otherwise was comfortable. The staff was not as knowledgable about the airport bus that exists, telling me that there's no bus option when in fact there is for 50 MAD, and a stop that was only 15 minutes walking from the hotel.

Good location, clean room, excellent water pressure, fast Internet.

Tout d'abord l'accueil de Sarah, souriante, serviable et à l'écoute. La chambre est grande, avec frigo, ce qui est un plus ! Le lit est grand et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux :the/café,jus d'orange pressé frais, pain/beurre/miel, confiture et fromage, omelette très bonne + msemen et Harcha

- Bruit insupportable depuis la salle de bain dès que quelqu’un ouvre un robinet depuis une autre chambre. - la climatisation qui s’allume depuis la réception et c’est connecté avec toutes les chambres. On a du appeler à plusieurs reprises pour l’éteindre à 1h du matin. - douche qui fonctionne mal

There was a problem with the AC the shower was not working well and i was asked to pay additional charges which i could understand for what reason, it was around 86DH more or less as i've been using booking.com for a long time this is the first time I've been asked to pay anything extra out of the price that reflect on booking.com

Ich war nur für fünf Stunden in dem Hotel, da ich wegen eines Anschlussfluges einen kurzen Zwischenstopp einlegen und mich etwas ausruhen wollte. Das Hotel ist eigentlich schön eingerichtet, und eine Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war relativ freundlich.

Der „Hotelmanager“ war inkompetent, arrogant und unfreundlich – vollkommen fehlbesetzt in dieser Position. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren selbst in der Hotellerie, und aus meiner Sicht wäre dieser Mitarbeiter höchstens für das Back Office geeignet, jedoch in keinem Fall für den direkten Gästekontakt. Offenbar wurde ihm sein unangemessenes Auftreten später selbst bewusst, denn er bot mir einen kostenlosen Saunabesuch an, den ich jedoch abgelehnt habe. Im Badezimmer herrschten zudem gesundheitsgefährdende Zustände: Etwa 50 × 50 cm große Schimmelflecken mit deutlich sichtbarem Schimmelschaum. Das ist erstens extrem abstoßend und zweitens eindeutig gesundheitsschädlich.

L'hôtel est bien placé dans Casablanca. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Le personnel était très aimable et arrangeant.

La salle de bain de notre chambre paraissait encore "en travaux" et cela dénotait du reste de la chambre qui était impeccable. Dommage. Ce n'est sûrement pas le cas des autres suites.

Le wifi n’ai pas marché pendant 3 jours. De plus, une femme des personnels était trop lontement quend j’ai lui demandé à donner un séche-cheveux qu’il fallait lui donner deux fois.

1)Missing items that are listed with the room like hair dryer and there is only one that all the rooms take turns to take from the service desk. 2) they turn off the AC off as theh have main switch on there part (i had to ask them two times in two occasion) 3) the second day the wifi in floor 4 is dead and i consumed all my data by sharing a hotspot with the tv ... 4) there is a glass doors for the shower that leaks water from underneath so the floor was wet most of the time after taking showers. 5) found a condom pack hidden near the roof (probably an other client left them i dono )

À FUIR ! NON CONFORME AUX PHOTOS J’ai été très déçu par l’état général de la chambre. La salle de bain manquait clairement de propreté, avec des murs et un sol sales. Le papier peint était très abîmé et l’ensemble donnait une impression de manque d’entretien. L’odeur présente dans la chambre était particulièrement désagréable et rendait le séjour inconfortable. La nuits été également été très difficiles. On entendait tout. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé. C’était un cauchemar. Le ménage semble être réalisé de manière insuffisante. Ils auraient besoin d’une rénovation complète afin d’offrir des conditions d’hébergement conformes aux attentes des clients. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le personnel, quant à lui, s’est montré irréprochable.

Roupas de cama e banho limpas, cheirosas, quarto confortável e espaçoso. Os funcionários são muito solícitos, educados e agradáveis! O café da manhã é farto e bem preparado com ovos, pães diversos, suco natural, chá e café. Dá pra ir a pé para a Mesquita Hassan II.

Le ménage malheureusement n’était pas bien fait dans notre chambre (il restait des cheveux et des poils dans le lavabo), la climatisation n’était pas réglable dans la chambre mais uniquement via la réception. Concernant le petit déjeuner le beurre et fromage avaient l’air d’avoir pris un coup de chaud… et le pain était assez sec… Enfin à notre dernier jour au petit dej, ce qui semble être le gérant, s’est énervé au téléphone et a visiblement « tapé » dans la porte d’entrée… malgré ses excuses nous avons trouvé que c’était un manque de professionnalisme… Malgré tout on remercie les employés adorables !

Ranní budíček zajištěn přímým sousedstvím s modlitebním místem. Snídaně byly nic moc (v době Ramadánu). Koupelna byla pod vodou z boileru i po dotazu na recepci.

The room looked pleasant, breakfast was good, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

It was a bit of a far walk from some of the local attractions / good restaurants. We had a leak in the bathroom that got water all over the floor, but the staff quickly cleaned it up.

De kamer was zeer ruim

De airco en de minibar werkten niet. Ik kreeg te weinig uitleg bij het inchecken over het poetsen van de kamer. Blijkbaar moest ik dat vragen wanneer nodig en mijn sleutel dan achterlaten, maar dat werd niet gezegd bij het inchecken.

Sehr guter Check in nach Mitternacht. Äußerst freundlicher, englischsprachiger Mitarbeiter! Auch das Zimmer war ok und somit dem Preis Leistung Verhältnis für 1 Nacht gut. Auch die Bestellung eines Taxis am Morgen hat durch die freundliche, junge Frau an der Rezeption gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ok! Für mich ein guter Zwischenstopp!

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein. Alles recht einfach!

L'accueil au top. Hôtel bien situé, nombreux restaurants présents dans la quartier. Prix très appréciable pour une ville comme Casablanca.

Comfortable bed, Clean spacious room with coffee utility.

Distant from sight seeing places like the old Medina and ALHassan Mosque. Toilet squeezed in a corner that makes it uncomfortable for setting. Don’t be surprised if the plumber is serving you the breakfast.

L'hygiène, nous avons retrouvé un cafard, des fuites dans la salle de bain. Et le petit déjeuner n'a rien n'avoir avec le descriptif, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et... tellement déçu, c'est dommage car l'établissement a du potentiel.

A great little hotel with friendly staff. A relaxing and comfortable room with a tasty breakfast - all the things we needed after a full day and night in transit.

We like to use the stairs for exercise and my only complaint is the stairwell isn’t lit at night. The sensor light comes on near the lifts but doesn’t stay on long enough as you move from one floor to the next when using the stairs.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, la propreté des chambres ainsi que le confort général de l’hôtel. L’ambiance était agréable et l’emplacement est pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et varié.
