A small and very basic hotel, but clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was very good and done daily. There was no buffet in the breakfast, the same breakfast was served everyday. What impreesed me the most, however, was the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. For the first time in my life, I accidently lost my passport in a public area of the hotel, probably during breakfast. Only a few minutes later, reception called me to say that they found it and they were keeping it for me. I was extremely relieved and sincerely appreciate the honesty of the staff member who found and returned it.

My only negative points was the very dim bathroom lighting, which made shaving in front of the mirror difficult, and the lack of shower curtain or glass partition, which allowed water to spkash around the bathroom.

Hotel bien situé, par rapport au site du client que je visitais. Propre, calme (rue tranquille, pas trop de trafic). Petit déjeuner simple, bonne patisserie marocaine.

Un peu trop de bruit interne à l'hôtel (ascenseur, clim). Bon petit déjeuner, mais répétitif : 3 x exactement la même chose. Mon lit était extrêmement dur, je n'ai pas bien dormi. La clim se coupe qu'on on retire la carte de la chambre : quand on rentre le soir, il y fait fort chaud.

Toujours un réel plaisir de descendre dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est toujours disponible et à l'écoute des demandes des clients. Les chambres sont aussi très agréables. L'hôtel est très bien placé à Casablanca.

Great location and quiet at night. Rooms were as expected, good size, comfortable with lovely breakfast included. Very friendly ambience and very relaxing in the restaurant in the evenings with good food.

Water was shut off over night. Hot water was not available early in the morning or late at night. Wish the hotel was a little closer to the tram network but this really isn't their fault.

Veldig bra hotel, jeg var bare der noen timer da jeg skulle på konsert i byen der, men rent og fint var det og meget bra område også, midt i sentrum.

So clean and welcoming. The staff were all so lovely. Reception helpful with ordering taxis and quickly seeing to any issues. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a welcome respite with warm attentive staff and good food. I wish we had the chance to eat there more often

Not really anything

I liked the hospitality with which the workers welcomed me, as well as their kind and attentive character. The food was also exceptional, the best in the city in my experience. The cleanliness of the lobby and my room during my stay was perfect, and the quality of the wifi connectivity was also remarkable.

It is great location, many bars and shops are nearby, as well as it is walking distance to the Arab League Park.

There was not even one bottle of water in the room, either complementary or to be charged for, and only 2 towels in the bathroom (one large and one small). The person who answered the phone during night when I called from the airport did not speak English.

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Gauthier avec plein de restaurants sympas autour. Il est dans une petite rue relativement calme, ce qui est plutôt rare à Casa. Propre et fonctionnel.

Nous avions une chambre a 2 lits, mais une seule lampe de chevet. On en a demandé une seconde, qui n'était toujours pas arrivée lors de notre départ. Des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre seraient bienvenues.

Malheureusement on a pas eu de chance, pas d’eau chaude en arrivant. On est arrivé très tard dans la nuit mais le matin pas d’eau chaude non plus.

Quarto espaçoso, extremamente limpo, muito bonito e novo. A localização é ótima, muitos restaurante em volta, recomendo o japones em frente é perfeito. Os funcionários eram muito educados!

Elevador era meio agressivo, fechava na gente se não saisse rápido, tv não funcionaou nenhum dia avisei na recepção mas não deram muita importancia, no check-in me cobraram um valor diferente do booking pois no sistema deles estava somente 1 pessoa, eu vi na tela, mas como eu tinha a reserva no email que confirmava 2 pessoas, eles pediram desculpas e mantiveram o preço. O café da manhã era sofrido, tem um restaurante super legal no hotel mas as comidas do café da manhã lá são eestranhas, não tem gosto de nada, nem salgado nem doce.

Habíamos contratado servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto pero la persona nunca estuvo afuera con un cartel con nuestros nombres ni con el nombre del hotel... Al parecer no se dieron cuenta de la hora en que el vuelo llegó ni tuvieron presentes los tiempos para hacer inmigración y salir del aeropuerto

Het was een prima hotel toen we kwamen met een late vlucht aan in casablanca. Best veel op loop afstand maar soms zijn de straten niet altijd even leuk. Prima douche

Erg hard bed!

Excellent location. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and satisfactory.

Soundproofing could be improved. You can hear noises from neighboring rooms, as well as suitcases rolling on the pavement at 5 a.m. The TV offers only a few channels. It would be nice to upgrade it with Netflix and YouTube.

Sa propreté, les équipements, les lits sont confortables, sa situation dans un quartier au calme, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, le petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon, le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La possibilité de garer sa voiture à côté de l’hôtel.

Кондиционер так и не работал, несмотря на нарекания и наши просьбы; слабая шумоизоляция в номерах, - если тревожно спите, будет не комфортно. Не смогли оплатить часть услуг картой - то ли намеренно, то ли случайно платёжный терминал на ресепшн не отправлял запрос на оплату в Банк - вынуждены были оплатить наличными

La habitación es grande y cómoda. La cama lo mismo. Llegamos por la mañana y nos dejaron ingresar a la habitación antes de la hora de check in y adelantar el desayuno que nos correspondía el día siguiente porque no íbamos a poder tomarlo ya que salíamos temprano.

El agua de la ducha no estaba lo suficientemente caliente. El desayuno podría mejorar, comparándolo con los desayunos que tuvimos en otros hoteles y riads de Marruecos.

В нашем номере не было стенок у душевой, весь пол потом мокрый, приходится мыть его полотенцем для ног, и просохнуть оно не успевает, вода горячая с 6 до 7 утра только появляется,

La verdad es que no podría decir nada negativo, tanto el personal como las instalaciones muy buenas.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for sightseeing—it’s only a 10-minute Uber ride to the Hassan II Mosque, and we loved that we could easily walk to Arab League Park, the Sacred Heart Cathedral, and Mohammed V Square. Our room was very spacious and well-equipped with both effective A/C and quality blackout curtains, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight! They served delicious scrambled eggs with a great variety of breads and, of course, fresh mint tea to start the day. Also, on the day we arrived, we had lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, and both the chicken tagine and chicken pastilla were very good. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even helped us arrange a taxi from the hotel directly to the airport, which made our departure stress-free.

There were two downsides to the setup. First, the shower lacked a curtain or sliding door, which unfortunately meant the bathroom got quite messy and wet every time we took a shower. Additionally, you could hear the noise of motorcycles from the street in the afternoon (poor noise isolation in the windows).

Das Hotel war ein gut geführtes Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Leise, die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich . Man hat uns einen der drei verfügbaren Parkplätze umsonst gegeben. Das Restaurant am Hotel war sehr gut, wenn auch recht hochpreisig. Drumherum ist ein sicheres, sauberes Ausgehviertel mit vielen Restaurants. Das ist nicht überall so in Casablanca. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Die Lage ist günstig, etwa 2,5km zur Moschee Hassan II und so 1,5km zum Art-Deco Viertel. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

La TV non funzionava e anche il climatizzatore non era un granchè. La colazione non è all'altezza dell'hotel, servita con un pancake, una specie di tortino immangiabile, pane burro e marmellata. Caffe americano e latte . Un caffè espresso chiesto al cameriere viene fatto pagare come extra 2,5 euro
