Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The stay at this hotel was not a good experience at all. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are very small, and what is shown on Booking.com is quite different from the reality. The bathrooms also have an unpleasant smell that comes into the rooms because the bathroom doors are not properly sealed or maintained. The cleanliness and hygiene were also not up to an acceptable standard. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations created by the Booking.com listing.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Compared to the price of a regular 3 or 4 star hotel room, this provided a cheaper adequate alternative. The location is less than an hour from the city centre and an easy bus ride. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets.
The shower was adequate but the water pressure was very weak. As most units do not have windows, getting a regular circulation of fresh air is difficult so after a hot shower in a small space the steam fills the entire room, so there seems to be a background smell of damp in the morning after many people have showered.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026After a cancelled flight, this room was a godsend - there was enough space above the bed for comfort, and the mattress and pillows were comfy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, and I loved being able to make my own ramen.
The bathroom design was a little annoying - the water pressure was quite low and the rainfall shower head is not a good design. The water was nice and hot, and I appreciated the fog-free mirror area, but the water got everywhere in the bathroom including on the fresh towels.

De parkeerplaats is voor iedereen toegankelijk en maakt geen veilige indruk.

Room won't be cleaned, it's really small, no minibar in the room itself. The airco also didn't really smell nice.

Das Zimmer, vor allem die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren sehr dreckig und es gab Bettwanzen. Außerdem ist das Badezimmer sehr unvorteilhaft aufgebaut da das gesamte Bad beim Duschen überschwemmt wird. Außerdem war die Schiebetüre zum Badezimmer kaputt und durchsichtig. Überall waren Haare. Das Hotel war zusätzlich auch sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt.Das Hotel sieht aus wie ein Gefängnis und auch die anderen Gäste wirken dementsprechend.

Hygiene..veel stof op het wandrek...veel vuil rondom en achter het bed daar was niet schoon...plinten bij het raam kozijn waren ronduit vies!!!...er zat een grote teennagel aan het matras eewwwhhh... !!!...het laken op matras was niet ingestopt (dubbel opgelegd) zodat we de vlekken op de matras topper zagen en dus veel vlekken zagen 😱 Zoooo jammer voor zo'n leuk hotel dat de kamer zó vuil was bah bah

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Prima locatie voor vlieg reizigers en korte tussenstops. Ook voor een bezoek aan de stad Amsterdam prima locatie als je aan het einde van de dag weer even tot rust wilt komen. Gebouw is schoon en fris evenals de "capsules". Ruimte goed verlichte parkeerplaats voor ingang van het gebouw. Winkelcentrum en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Prima buurt die levendig ( niet vervelend) kan zijn door studenten.
Door sloopwerkzaamheden aanliggend gebouw overlast door geluid en stof neerslag. Toegang tot de kamers met hotelpasje waarvan vanaf de ingang tot de kamer (capsule) door 3 of 4 deuren moet. De capsule heeft GEEN raam, af te raden voor mensen met claustrofobie.

Leider hat die Dusche zum Ablauf zu wenig Gefälle / in die falsche Richtung, weshalb man direkt das ganze Badezimmer flutet. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn ein Wasserschieber noch ins Badezimmer gestellt werden würde.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Es una ventaja poder encontrar un lugar en Ámsterdam donde puedes dormir en una habitación individual con total privacidad sin tener que pagar los exorbitantes precios por la acomodación en esta ciudad. Lógicamente está bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad, así que hay que planear si vas a salir por la noche, etc. El check-in y el check-out es autónomo, puedes llegar a la hora que quieras y hacer el check-in sin preocupación. Sin embargo, si hay algún problema, es difícil encontrar al personal para que te ayude. Sin embargo, he visto al personal en algunos momentos en la recepción o a los de la limpieza. Por otro lado, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario: un lugar para poner la ropa, baño y ducha dentro de la habitación, una cama relativamente cómoda y aire acondicionado. También, hay una pequeña nevera en el área común donde puedes poner tus alimentos.
Como las habitaciones son pequeñas y están muy aglomeradas, es evidente que vas a escuchar a los demás huéspedes. Las puertas se cierran bastante fuerte y, a veces, escuchas cuando hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones. Así que si tienes un sueño liviano o no te cubres los oídos, será difícil dormir. Por último y lo que más molesta es usar la ducha y luego el baño. Si te duchas, el agua está en todo el suelo y por ende es difícil volver a entrar al baño sin mojarte los pies. Además, el drenaje no funciona muy rápido así que el agua puede estar en el piso del baño por varios minutos. Eso también genera olores y por eso el piso del baño se ve poco limpio. Si mejoraran el drenaje, sería más fácil. También podrían agregar algo para que el huésped pueda secar el piso más rápidamente.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Nice place, got everything you need. The place is built around being as efficient with its space as possible, and not in a bad way. Great room for value, easy check in and check out, good amenities available.
- The location is not bad, but not horrible either - you can take a tram line that commutes across amsterdam, from which its 20 minute walk across a university campus. - I know this is outside of hotels control but there was a demolition taking place right next door which really damaged the outside impressions and generated some noise.

Между ванной и комнатой не было двери. Моешься и вода брызгает в комнату . Про то, что нужно сходить в туалет при ком то в таких условиях я вообще молчу. В остальном все хорошо. Отсутствие окна не мешало. В номере только ночевали.

Η περιοχή από ότι είδαμε δεν ήταν τόσο καλή ειδικά το βράδυ ήταν καπως απόμερα και η μόνωση επίσης όχι καλή.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Mi è piaciuto che ci fosse tutto quello che serve, un buon letto, un bagno, una doccia, un tavolino con due sedie, seppure in spazi minimi, ad un prezzo davvero economico per Amsterdam. E last but not least il parcheggio gratuito tanta roba.
La poca vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici. Occorreva una camminata di 15 minuti per raggiungere una fermata. Ma abbiamo comunque camminato volentieri, attraversando un campus universitario.

Ho soggiornato 5 giorni e durante questi giorni avrò dormito massimo 3 ore a notte. La maggior parte degli ospiti sono giovani e incivili di notte parlano forte ridono forte parlano al telefono fino alle 3 di mattina anche se ci sono regole che devono fare silenzio dalle ore 22. Per me che mi devo alzare alle 6 per andare al lavoro era una cosa impossibile dormire. Un consiglio, visto che l’hotel è diviso da sezioni si dovrebbe riservare delle sezioni per i clienti che devono andare al lavoro e per le persone non più giovani. Mi sa che è stata l’ultima volta che andrò in questo hotel

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Ich war schon sehr oft dort. Die Lage und der Preis sind recht gut. CheckIn und COut sind nun auch vor Ort mit einem Terminal möglich.
Diesmal hatte ich ein Hochbettzimmer,, alles eng nur ein Stuhl zum setzen. Leichter Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, bevor es benutzt wurde.Die Wasserhähne wirken seit Jahren unhygienisch, weil sie oben offen sind und man nie weiß, was andere da reinkippen.. Früher konnte man sich ein frisches Handtuch aus dem Vorraum nehmen, jetzt nicht mehr. Eine Wasserflitsche für das kleine Badezimmer wäre gut, weil man es schnell unter Wasser setzt.Derzeit wird überall in der Umgebung gebaut und es finden Abrissarbeiten statt. Draussen ist es laut und unangenehm, drinnen hört man nichts. Allerdings die anderen Gäste im Flur etc.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Raggiunto il centro città tranquillamente in bicicletta in 20 min e usufruito del comodo parcheggio gratuito per l'auto anche per qualche ora dopo il check out. L'hotel ha avuto l'accortezza di avvisare in anticipo di un cantiere di lavoro adiacente alla struttura (informazione gradita visto che indicata prima dell'arrivo) e comunque le camere sono molto ben isolate dai rumori esterni quindi non è stato di alcun disturbo.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Außergewöhnliches Konzept mit den Schlafkapseln. Sehr saubere Zimmer, zwar klein, aber sehr funktional und komfortabel. Das Bett in der unteren Kapsel war super bequem und geräumig. Obwohl es draußen sehr heiß war, hat die Klimaanlage gut funktioniert. Die Schalldämmung ist nicht optimal, man kann die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören, in der Nacht war es jedoch ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Nichts für 14 Tage, aber für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert.
Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel befindet sich derzeit ein Abrissgebäude, wir haben jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts keinen Lärm gehört.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026A huge advantage was the free parking, which saved us from extra costs and hassle. Also, the reception staff was extremely kind, nice, and welcoming.
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on Booking, which were probably taken when it first opened, and they do not update their information. The room door did not close properly, leaving a gap the size of a finger between the door and the frame, so we could hear everything from the hallway. The shower was full of limescale, and the bathroom fan ran all night long. Furthermore, room cleaning is only done if you explicitly request it; otherwise, you get absolutely nothing. To make things worse, the parking lot looked terribly unkempt and full of weeds. There was even a car in the parking lot with people playing loud music and throwing a barbecue, and no action was taken. On top of the parking party, a building is being demolished very close to the hotel, and the construction workers start at 4:00 AM. If you want a relaxing holiday, avoid this hotel!

Prima voor 1 nacht, langer niet prettig als je een kamer zonder raam hebt. Ondanks veel vermeldingen dat de stiltetijd om 22:00 uur begint omdat het erg gehorig is, vlzijn er veel luidruchtige mensen in de nacht. Ook bouwvakkers maken gebruik van het hotel. Armoedige omgeving.

No tiene ventanas, el aire acondicionado se prende solo por ende no funciona todo el tiempo, se escuchan MUCHOS ruidos, si o si debes llevar tapones para dormir y la zona no es tan linda, es una zona universitaria y estás alejado del centro.

Die Lage ist halt außerhalb von Amsterdam, aber mit dem Auto, Uber oder einer Tram, kann man gut und relativ schnell Amsterdam City Center erreichen

Quarto pequeno, as obras ao lado começavam muito cedo, o que não foi de todo confortável, é pouco insonorizado. O hotel fica longe do centro.
