They were helpful with deliveries, check-in, planning my stay; The location is perfect - close to public transport and a few good supermarkets and restaurants; You can easily enjoy both Amsterdam and Asmtelveen; Parking was very convenient and there were always spots to park underground;
As I checked -in very early, the room was not that clean and it was not properly vacoomeed during the first cleaning, but it was cleaned very well during the second round of cleaning; There was an issue with the shower drainage - the staff said that they knew about it and plans had been made to be fixed;

In the room, some lights didn't work at times, and I recommend that if you're someone who wants a clean room every day, don't choose this hotel. If you're not staying more than a week, don't bother, because cleaning service is only provided once a week if you stay for 7 nights! In my case, I stayed for 7 days but 6 nights, so my room wasn't cleaned, something I didn't know until I asked about cleaning at reception. As for the laundry, they stain your clothes, and the dryers don't work very well (unfortunately, other guests shared the same experience).

Scarsa pulizia. Frigorifero e accessori cucina sporchi e anche tavolo e comodini. Sarebbero necessari spugna e detergente superfici e strofinacci. Dopo aver cucinato avrei desiderato pulire. È anche un modo per permettere agli ospiti di tenere pulito l'appartamento. Bisogna stare attenti perchè il bagno si allaga. Peccato perchè è un ottimo albergo ma la pulizia è molto importante!

Our two bedroom apartment smelt like strong spices and was not pleasant. The cleaning was terrible, there was still toothpaste in the sink and the floors made our feet black. The light beside the bed continually turned on so we had to remove the bulb to get some sleep. There are two bathrooms but only one toilet. The furniture was peeling and lounge was dirty.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Petits déjeuner très bien. Chambre et cuisine confortable et bien équipé pour 4 jours. Très grand parking couvert attenant à l'hôtel à 17 € les 24 heures. Le quartier est calme surtout au mois d'août. Nous avons garé la voiture dans la rue devant l'hôtel. Un supermarché à 2 mn en voiture. Par temps de canicule et quand on a une voiture, un bain de mer à 45 mn a été apprécié. Mais difficile de se garer à Zandvoort Beach.
Trop loin du centre d'Amsterdam même en vélo. Il vaut se rapprocher en voiture. Mais les tarifs de stationnement sont excessivement cher (6€ de l'heure)

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Alles ist modern und sauber. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgerüstet. Das Bad ist hell und geräumig, das Wasser fließt gut ab. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Man kann für 0,25 € pro Stunde auf der Straße parken (maximal 2 Stunden, außer man benutzt die Park-App und verlängert die Parkzeit).
Ziemlich weit weg von der Stadt – mit der Straßenbahn sind es 30 Minuten. Am besten kauft man online ein Tagesticket, wenn man mehrmals fahren möchte.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Die zwei Badezimmer waren sehr praktisch, ebenso die Nähe zu den Öffis.
Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich abgeranzt. Die Beschichtung der Kunstlederbetten ist an den Kopfteile massiv abgeblättert, ebenso an den Sockeln. Der Tisch im Esszimmer konnte nicht mehr vollständig gereinigt werden, weil er mit Kleberesten befleckt war. Die eine Nachttischlampe ging nachts ständig von alleine an. Der TV im Wohnbereich hat nur gelegentlich funktioniert, weil ein Kabel einen Wackelkontakt hatte und der Receiver nicht immer lief. Es war leider nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war am anfangen ein schlechter Witz und wurde mit den Tagen etwas besser. Würde ich nicht nochmal dazu bestellen. Leider war das Frühstück nicht mehr zu canceln. Da der Airport nicht weit entfernt liegt, befindet sich das Hotel direkt in der Einflugschneise.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Die Lage für den Preis ist super und die Größe der Zimmer ebenfalls. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer für vier Erwachsene gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dieses aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehe. Stattdessen erhielten wir zwei Doppelzimmer. Als Entgegenkommen wurde uns die Parkgebühr für das Auto erlassen. Leider funktionierte in einem der Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht. Außerdem waren zunächst nur Handtücher für eine Person vorhanden. Nach kurzer Suche fanden wir jedoch jeweils ein zweites Set in den Zimmern. In einem Zimmer war das Gefrierfach undicht. Zudem befand sich in beiden Badezimmern Schimmel an den Bodenfugen der Dusche. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Am ersten Morgen war das Buffet gegen 9:30 Uhr nahezu leer und wurde erst nach und nach wieder aufgefüllt. Auch Geschirr und Besteck waren zeitweise nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Am zweiten Morgen war die Organisation zur gleichen Uhrzeit etwas besser, dennoch fehlte weiterhin etwa die Hälfte des Angebots.

Per raggiungere il centro città ci vogliono circa 30 / 40 minuti utilizzando il tram e la metro. Comodo l’utilizzo del solo tram 5 per raggiungere direttamente la zona dei musei.

בחדר ההורים היה רק מקלחת ללא שירותים. אין שירות חדרים כל יום. שהינו 10 ימים וניקו רק פעם אחת את הדירה.ביקשנו קומה נמוכה ונתנו לנו קומה 5 אז היה לנו קשה בשבת.אין בריכה במלון וזה ממש חיסרון.

Apartment had a lot of storage for you stuff. Coocking fasilities were bit outdated but we managed to coock breakfeast and one meal

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Het hotel licht op een prima locatie, vlakbij de tram waarmee je zo in Amsterdam bent. De kamers zijn ruim opgezet. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken.
De kitranden in de badkamer zaten vol met schimmel. De regendouche zat vol met kalk waardoor de helft van de douche het niet deed of de straal een verkeerde kant op ging. Ook lag er veel stof op de tafeltjes. Het ontbijt had beter georganiseerd kunnen worden. Er lagen pistoletjes die keihard waren, dit leek wel van de dag daarvoor. Weinig werd zelf aangevuld maar moest eerst gevraagd worden, net als servies.

Everything was pretty good. There was some damage to the headboard in the bedroom that was acknowledged but should be addressed. A toaster would have been nice to have and the living room tv didn’t really work but none of this was a huge deal.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026This hotel has very big rooms with a big bed, sofa, TV, kitchenette. Very comrotable and cozy even for family or group. The hotel is 3 minute walk from tram stop, there are nice restaurants in walking distance. The cleaning is only available once per week.
Some of the equipment was visibly old, but still functional.

We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't clean in the morning, they didn't change/add towels, we asked for extra pillows and didn't get them, the amenities in the room were lacking! The breakfast was very minimalist.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Prima locatie, je bent met tram en metro (station Zuid) snel in Amsterdam. Goede matrassen, fijne kamer: studio, van alle gemakken voorzien, dus het ontbijt in dit mini appartement zelf verzorgd. Airconditioning iets warmer gezet, de kamer was goed voor gekoeld! We mochten op de dag van aankomst zo’n 1,5 uur eerder inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was, perfect! Vlakbij de parkbee garage Adiago, veilige plek om onze nieuwe auto te parkeren.
Geen opmerkingen, maar om toch iets te noemen: Voor ons helemaal niet storend (mooi om te zien): landende vliegtuigen richting Schiphol vliegen over het hotel.

אנחנו מקפידים על כשרות, נאמר לנו שהמלון מספק ארוחה כשירה. על הפנים.... קיבלנו קופסה עם 2 לחמניות , ביצה קלופה, מעט גבינה וריבה , פשוט מאכזב קר ולא טעים כלל. לא ממליץ בכלל. דרשו מאתנו תשלום לארוחת בוקר על 3 לילות ולאחר דין ודברים הם ויתרו. בחדר היה עובש ופטרת במקלחת , שירותים עם כתמים על הקיר , חדר לא שאוב. הזמנו את המנהל לראות והמפגעים לא טופלו. 2 נורות לא עבדו , נראה שאין ביקורת אחר צוות העובדים .

Gym very limited- much better at Radisson nearby. sadly experience let down by surly receptionist. My wife became ill and slept badly thus needing her sleep I came downstairs to stop making noise in the room. Coffee is free in the room but the receptionist showed zero empathy saying I had to pay for my morning coffee. Other staff had said of course. I got the impression the surly individual was more senior. In today’s competitive environment when customer service is so critical, this seems nonsensical.

The location was very safe and quiet but it was difficult to find any accessible restaurants at the times that we wanted to eat so we had to travel for meals.

The aircon / ventilation was broken and you could either run it, creating noise and little aiflow, or not use it. . The 1 bedroom had no windows. Both bed's headboards were tattered and torn. The oven was dirty and even when cleaned, it was terribly stained The safe was locked with a dirty tissue inside. There was a mismatch of cups, glasses and cutlery. The lady who checked us in was rude and abrupt.
