The cleaning lady did a horrible job. Old socks under the bed, no towels at all and the room was okish clean. Overall not great.

Situated near public transport, clean, friendly staff, quiet area. Close to the center of Amsterdam without feeling like you are in the city or not too far to commute. 15 min commute to get to the canals.

Pokój po zameldowaniu (pierwsze wejście) nie był do końca wysprzątany (okruszki pod łóżkiem). Sprzątanie pokoju od 3 dnia co dwa dni. Brak suszarki, choć za tę cenę jej nie wymagam.

No hay ventana,solo un cristal,no sé puede ventilar la habitación si vienes de andar todo el día y el calzado huele. No había escobilla en el WC. Las toallas las tuve que pedir en recepción los tres primeros días,al cuarto hicieron las camas,barrieron y pusieron toallas.

It was very close to my cousin’s apartment and the hiking and the tram too.

A little small, but cozy.

Staff extremely helpful with figuring out transportation and bicycle rentals. In addition, I left my wallet in the room, and didn’t realize it until I reached Oslo. They found it and got it back to me.

La struttura dell'albergo è bella, moderna e situata in un quartiere tranquillo. Le camere sono pulite e funzionali, dotate di letti singoli ampi e molto comodi. Ottimo anche il servizio: non avevo portato l'asciugacapelli, ma mi è bastato lasciare 20 euro di cauzione alla reception per averne uno. Se viaggiate in auto, intorno alla struttura ci sono parcheggi gratuiti; noi siamo stati fortunati a trovarne subito uno adiacente. La nostra permanenza è stata davvero piacevole.L'unica nota parzialmente negativa riguarda la posizione e i trasporti. La fermata del tram è vicina, ma per raggiungere il centro è necessario fare un cambio di linea. Inoltre, i biglietti sono piuttosto cari. Si possono acquistare con carta di credito, ma attenzione: ogni carta può pagare un solo biglietto alla volta. Se il vostro compagno di viaggio non ha una carta propria, potrebbe essere un problema. Nel nostro caso, viaggiando con un'altra coppia di amici, abbiamo preferito utilizzare Uber: a conti fatti si è rivelato più economico e comodo.

L'unica pecca della stanza è la dotazione dei teli, dato che viene fornito un solo asciugamano a persona, senza quello per il viso.

Ik vond een haar die niet van mij was in het laken. Er waren rare vlekken op het plafond. De muren in de badkamer waren bevlekt. Te weinig wc papier. Het raam kan niet open, ik kon moeilijk ademen. Daardoor stonk het ook. De matrassen zijn hard. Geen plaats om te stappen.

Nothing, I had to immediately cancel and rebook elsewhere as the room facilities were inferior to an African bush hut. They expected a 70 year old man to spend two time on an 8 inch wide, 15 inch high stool, without out any chair or table to eat or read or write on. Just a bed side stool to "work" from

Lousy room and disability accessibility facilities

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma lo staff è stato gentilissimo sia per il nostro check-in che check-out in quanto ci ha fatto lasciare le valigie senza problemi fuori dall’orario del check-in e check-out, gratuitamente e ovviamente con lucchetto. La stanza che avevamo era giusta, piccola rispetto al solito ma comunque c’era tutto il dispensabile. Tutto moderno e pulito. Il phon è da richiedere o da portare perché non si trova direttamente nelle stanze. Per il resto, la zona è super residenziale e tranquillissima, vicino al tram che è collegato benissimo alla stazione Zuid e qualsiasi cosa. Nella hall dell’hotel ci sono anche delle macchinette per il cibo e la macchinetta per il caffè che pagando se ne può usufruire per la colazione magari.

Lage gut durch nahe Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Personal an Rezeption sehr freundlich. Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung.

Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel. Dusche mit Schimmel und Badwände mit Zahnpasta besprizt. Handtücher mehrfach mit langen schwarzen Haaren (bin blond). Betten nicht akzeptabel. Viel zu weich, Topper verrutschte bei jeder Bewegung. Nachbarzimmer wurde aufgebrochen und Einbruchspuren ( Holzsplitter auf Flurfussboden) wurden tagelang nicht entfernt.

De kamer is megaklein, je kunt net langs het bed en het raam kan niet open voor frisse buitenlucht. Er is mechanische ventilatie, je kunt de temperatuur instellen maar het blijft de hele nacht 25 graden.

Istnieje możliwość zakupu różnego rodzaju przekąsek, napoi czy alkoholu, a nawet tabletek przeciwbólowych. Można też zamówić pizzę. Wszystko działa samoobsługowo. Pokój w miarę przestronny. Ogólnie było bardzo cicho.

Czystość, a raczej jej wątpliwa jakość. Niestety stolik przy łóżku był brudny. Lustro w pokoju miało zacieki, a na ścianie były też jakieś zabrudzenia. Tylko jeden kosz w łazience, to moim zdaniem stanowczo za mało. Szkoda, że w łazience nie było suszarki.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made it the best ibis hotel we've stayed in so far and we stayed in a lot over the last couple of years. The were exceptional.

The AC was broken in the room. Room got disgustingly got with hot air constantly being pumped in. Had to change rooms at 3:30 after 30 mins of messing around. No apology for the mess up or anything. Beds were basically on top of each other with the top layer on mine constantly moving and making me fall off. Everything cost extra - no coffee machine in room and had to pay for it in lobby.

Η καθαριότητα όλων των χώρων, η προθυμία των υπαλλήλων, η πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πολύ βολικές, εύκολες και αρκετά οικονομικές συγκοινωνίες και τέλος το πολύ καλό πρωινό που προσφέρεται στους πελάτες του. Γενικά για αυτά που προσφέρει και τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες είναι μια τίμια και ικανοποιητική επιλογή.

Το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό που θα μπορούσα να σημειώσω είναι το μέγεθος των δωματίων του που σου επιτρέπει μια πιο στενόχωρη διαμονή σε αυτά.

Room was small, I had to change room as the first was quite claustrophobic. my bed was never done during my stay, they only replaced the towel so I guess no cleaning was completed. For the money spent, breakfast should be included. Free internet was subject to subscription to Accor membership program.

For a 2 star hotel i was very impressed. Good breakfast spread and tasted nice. Great location to hop.on tram and metro to city centre. Value for money compared to other hotels was excellent. Good modern room and bathroom facilities.

Breakfast busy and quite small seating area, but a good spread for the money. Warning is on aeroplane route so can be noisy if you dont like the planes. However my kids loved seeing them so close.

Zimmer o.k. ! Man konnte zu Fuß zum Wagener Stadium laufen (Hockey-WM) und mit der Straßenbahn ohne Probleme nach Amsterdam fahren. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

I was trying to reduce from 4-3 nights but the website wouldn’t change the booking, only cancel it and I was worried that I’d lose the three nights if I cancelled, so paid for a 4th night I didn’t use.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly

For the price we paid, we expected a better standard. The sink was blocked, which was unhygienic, and water came back up and splashed everywhere. There wasn’t even a bath mat or anything to dry the floor with. Unfortunately, there appeared to be bed bugs in the bed and I was bitten. We also heard the toilet flushing from the room above throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

・In my experience, you can often get a sense of a hotel's customer service quality even before arrival through written communication. I tried contacting the hotel several times through the Booking.com messaging system to request a specific type of room, but didn't even receive any response. ・The front desk staff on the night shift were super unfriendly, especially one staff member who basically gave off a “stay the hell away from me and get lost” kind of attitude whenever I approached him, even with simple questions. No racial profiling intended here, especially since the staff don't wear name tags, but he was an Indian (as far as I could tell) guy with a beard and no glasses. I asked whether the hotel had a washing machine and dryer because there was no information about the laundry facilities in the room either. He simply answered “yes” and stopped there, as if the conversation was over. I had to ask a follow-up question about where they were located before he gave me any further information. Based on this experience, I honestly don't think he was the right man for a front desk position that involves dealing with customers. ・There is no supermarket nearby. ・A deposit is required to use the hairdryer. ・The washing machine and dryer were relatively expensive to use, costing more than €10. ・There wasn't even a small table in the room. There was only a long but extremely narrow wall-mounted surface, which was not wide enough to place anything comfortably, even 6-inch smartphone. ・The room was extremely dry, and the only window couldn't be opened. I may have happened to visit during one of the driest times of the year, but it would have been nice to have a humidifier in the room.

Clean room and bathroom. Better value for the money than the ones closer to downtown. It's only 30-35 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. Easy and quick.

It's not about the hotel but there's not much around. So, make sure to have dinner in the city before you go back to the hotel.

Dimensioni della stanza e letti appoggiati al muro, le camere non sono state pulite nonostante il cartellino messo fuori dalla porta.

J'ai déjà envoyé un mail pour expliquer. Ul lit était remplie de tâche ( photos pour l'hygiène) A la deuxième nuit ils ont oublié une serviette nous avons du la partager et de plus il y avait une boule de cheveux noirs dessus ! La climatisation de fonctionne pas J'ai donc enlever la couette pour dormir avec le drap et horreur.remplis doreol sur la couette...

siamo arrivati e la camera non era stata pulita avevano cambiato solo lenzuola e asciugamani!!! allora pensavamo che l avrebbero fatto la mattina dopo ma nulla durante tutto il soggiorno . un vero schifo ! all check out mi li ho avvisati e all inizio mi avevano detto che la pulizia della camera non era prevista ( mai sentito in un hotel ) poi quando gli ho detto che all nostro arrivo non era stata pulita si sono presi un appunto !!!
