A bit noisy due to traffic outside. Air conditioning difficult to handle

Great location, the room was clean and had everything needed. The balcony is very big and lovely view. The staff were very responsive by message.

Monolocale accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il letto è comodo ed il piccolo angolo cucina è ben accessoriato, completo di macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e mini-frigo inoltre c'è ferro da stiro ed asse. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza dell'host, che ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia d'acqua (graditissima dopo il viaggio!). Il bagno è di giuste dimensioni, molto funzionale, grandissima doccia, completo di phon e prodotti di cortesia. Il punto forte dell'appartamento è senza dubbio la bellissima vista sul Tempio di Zeus, godibile dal grazioso terrazzino attrezzato con tavolo e divanetto. La posizione è fantastica per esplorare Atene: Plaka ed i principali siti archeologici si raggiungono a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Nei pressi dell'appartamento si trovano un supermercato e ristoranti. Molto comodo anche il self check-in, con l'host che ci ha inviato le credenziali di accesso puntualmente alle 15:00. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio!

La tapparella del bagno è bloccata in posizione aperta ed entra la luce che attraversa la porta vetrata del bagno e raggiunge la camera. Avendo l'abitudine di viaggiare con la mascherina per gli occhi per me non è stato un problema, ma è un dettaglio da tenere a mente per chi è molto sensibile alla luce. Come segnalato da altri utenti, confermo che mancano le doghe ai piedi del letto e il materasso sprofonda se ci si siede in quel punto, ma per dormirci il problema non sussiste. Il condizionatore ha un getto d'aria un po' forte, anche con ventilazione al regime minimo, che punta verso il letto.

Appartement bien situé. Emplacement proche de l’Acropole et du Temple de Zeus. Arrivée autonome, donc possibilité d’arriver tard. Literie confortable. Equipements complets. Salle de bain moderne. Grande terrasse.

Terrasse bruyante car située sur un grand axe routier mais l’appartement est bien insonorisé lorsque l’on ferme la fenêtre.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Balkon und die hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Akropolis. Der Inhaber war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da uns die Klimaanlage im ersten Apartment nachts etwas zu laut war, fragten wir nach einem Zimmerwechsel. Wir erhielten sofort eine positive Rückmeldung und konnten problemlos in ein anderes Apartment umziehen, das ebenfalls hervorragend war. Ein toller Service und eine Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.Vielen lieben Dank!!

The location is great!! The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need. And it had a beautiful balcony with a great view!

The ceilings needed a bit of maintenance and the elevator is quite scary because it’s very old (which is kind of fun and beautiful in its way)

Communication difficile. Reçu les instructions pour entrer seulement 10 minutes avant 15h. On est arrivés sur place à 11h. On a dû entreposer nos valises dans un endroit un peu plus loin.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren einfach top. Für ein Paar das Athen erkunden möchte ist die Unterkunft wirklich super. Besonders der schöne Balkon ist ein super Extra um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen

Der Lärm der Hauptstraße war manchmal etwas arg, aber für eine Großstadt noch im Rahmen.

内装がオシャレで清潔、テラスがあり外の空気を吸ってリラックスして過ごせました。 アクロポリス・プラカに近く良いロケーションでした。 真夜中に到着し不安でしたが、問題なく入室できました。

鍵を開けるのが難しかったですが、慣れれば問題ありませんでした。

Das Studio ist im Wesentlichen genau so, wie in der Ankündigung beschrieben, bis auf die Küchenzeile, die in Wahrheit eher eine Kochnische ist, dafür aber tatsächlich mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, auch genug grosser Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten, zudem Kapselmschine mit Kaffeekapseln. Für Kurzaufenthalte, ohne das Bedürfnis was Richtiges zu kochen, völlig ausreichend. Das Bett ist sehr gut und die Matratze super bequem. Leider gibt es einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen nur auf dem Balkon. Will man bei Regenwetter seinen Kaffee im Zimmer nehmen, muss man diese reintragen. Internetverbindung ist gut und schnell, das Bad ist von sinnvoller Grösse, modern und praktisch, der Balkon ist ebenfalls gross und angenehm, der 5.Stock bietet genügend Abstand zur vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse und der Autolärm stört so kaum, die Lage kann zentraler nicht sein: Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Metro in ca. 150 m und die Adresse findet sofort jedes Taxi. Eine Zentralheizung gibt es zwar nicht, die Heissluftferzeugung funktioniert per Klimaanlage, das Zimmer erwärmt sich dabei aber schnell. Insgesamt eine kuschelige Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Auch wenn wenig Platz dafür ist: Kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen im Zimmer wäre sicher hilfreich.

The location was excellent. Everything worked perfectly. There's a 1950s elevator, a real relic, and it worked flawlessly. I intend to book it again on my next visit to Athens.

Diese sehr stilvoll eingerichtete kleine aber feine Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass alles von dort aus gut zu erreichen ist. Es gibt sogar kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Fön oder Bügeleisen und vom Vermieter ein paar Kekse oder Teebeutel.

Nice position. Very near the acropolis metro station so it's easy to reach. Gorgeous view. Wifi and Bloothoot devices really usefull and perfectly working. The presence of a double door make it more secure.

Really crancky to access. I had trouble to open the entry box for the keys. Some doors are a little heavy to open too, so you need to really push hard. The bed is for two but there is only one night table on one side, none on the other. It's still ok if you travel alone.

Singurul mic minus, ar fi salteaua de la pat care cred ca ar trebui înlocuită pentru ca nu mai este foarte confortabilă, în rest minunat.

Super easy communication with owner, good explanation, also by photos, how to get inside the apartment. Close to metro and sights. Big sunny balcony with nice seating areas and plants. The shower/bathroom was very good! There were full kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. And cookies!!!

I found the bed uncomfortable, it was a dip in it and would also preferred one more cushion.

O apartamento está bem estruturado e aparentemente foi reformado. Foi muito funcional para nossa estadia que apesar de ter sido curta. Gostamos de ter a cafeteira com cápsula e uma garrafa de água. A localização ao redor é segura e próxima de tudo. Deixamos as malas em lockers próximo ao hotel , o que nos deixou mais à vontade.

Primeiramente o que nos causou tensão foi que não recebemos orientação de como pegar as chaves do apartamento. E iríamos chegar de madrugada. Precisamos acionar o canal de emergência da booking, pois a comunicação com o proprietário não deu certo. Depois de muito tempo conseguimos o passo a passo, mas nos gerou uma preocupação desnecessária. Normalmente outras acomodações similares já enviam as orientações após reservar ou 1 dia antes da chegada. A cama realmente faz barulho como outros hóspedes já informaram nos comentários.

Great place to stay in Athens! The location is perfect, the room is better than the photos and the check in process was easy, once I REALLY read the instructions :)

Super emplacement et équipements.

Extrêmement bruyant. Si vous avez besoin (comme moi) de calme et d'obscurité pour dormir fuyez !!! L'énorme boulevard juste sous les fenêtres fait un vacarme de folie, la première nuit j'ai réussi à m'endormir vers 2h du matin le temps que le trafic se calme et la deuxième nuit à 3h du matin... Les voisins prennent leur douche jusqu'à 1h du matin, ça résonne dans tout l'appartement. Le deuxième jour, l'ascenseur était en panne, j'ai dû descendre les 5 étages à pied, heureusement que je n'avais pas de valises. Lors de mon départ avec tous mes bagages l'ascenseur s'est bloqué quand j'étais dedans.

Good location in a vibrant part of town, the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. I do recomend this accomodation for the price.

it's just the specifics of this location - nothing to do with the flat itself or the host but the main road right under the flat is loud 24/7. The balcony door is sound proof though so no problem sleeping

The apartment is in a great location and has a spacious area.

The hot water supply was terrible. On the first day, there was no hot water left after just one person showered. On the second day, the water wasn’t hot at all, making it impossible to take a shower.

The location is PERFECT, 5 min to Acropolis and 15 min to Syntagma square. Also, close to bus and metro stations! I needed to call the owner about the heating water and he was very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom could be more clean, as i found some hair.

There wan not enough hot water for taking shower, because of the solar panel limitation during the cloudy weather. But the staff was very kind , and he fixed the problem

The location of the facility is good, 2 minutes walking distance to the metro station. The room generally has everything.

I asked for information about the location of the facility and the general location of the key etc. from the property owner via a message via the booking website before the stay, but he did not answer. I called Whatsapp the number registered on the booking website of the facility and sent a message on whatsapp, but I never got a call back. The response of the property owner regarding this was that I do not answer from a professional phone. Since there was a problem with the booking website on the day I was going to stay, the messages sent to me via the website were not being delivered. The property owner felt the need to inform me 1 hour before my stay, so the message he sent did not reach me due to the problem on the website, and I was left at the door. Despite the fact that I called on Whatsapp the property owner many times, he never answered the phone or responded to the Whatsapp messages. Thanks to the active efforts of the booking officials, they learned the password and location of the key from the property owner and informed me. This situation is not professional. It caused my family and I to be tense at the beginning of our holiday. Despite all this, the property owner did not call even once to ask whether we had checked in or not. The booking officials called me many times. Regarding the room, although the bed seems new, it makes a lot of noise. There is no curtain in the bathroom.

Graffiti outside was a bit scary at first glance. Just paint over it maybe and it will still have a low key look.

Clean, nice apartment! All good regarding the facility wise! The balcony was amazing!

The mattress was too old, it was creaking all the time, could not make a movement on the bed without causing loud creaking sounds. Also, the water pipe to the other room seems through this room, I could hear all sounds from the other room, even a water tap running.

Amazing place in a great location, it's in the center of Athens but the street is not so busy. Close to metro, tram, train and buses and many historical sights. Very comfortable, had all basic equipment we needed, clean, has a big balcony with chairs and table to sit and enjoy the view. Great communication.

the view from the terrace was lovely. the small flat was very clean. it had a full kitchen. It was walking distance to Plaka and Acropolis. I wish i was staying more than overnight. I would be comfortable there for a longer stay.

honestly, the building is older and so is the small elevator. But I was greatful for an elevator after lifting 180 pounds of luggage around the islands. Some people are put off by older things, i was not that put off by it.

Best location ever in the center of Athens. The flat is cosy, modern and clean with new furniture and a very comfortable bed. I especially loved the big balcony with the view towards the Temple of Zeus. I traveled by myself and always felt safe in the area and when entering the flat. Location was amazing- 2 steps and you are right at the Acropolis metro on a lovely pedestrian street with restaurants and the Acropolis view. The host was very friendly, professional and communicative 24/7. Thank you. I will be back!

It has everything we need. Good balcony with the view of The Tempe of Zeus. The design of the room is excellent. We love it.
