De kamer was aan de kleine kant. Zeker genoeg voor 1 persoon, voor 2 personen zou de ruimte krap zijn.

Sommige medewerkers, je hoeft niet te glimlachen de hele tijd maar wel een uitdrukking dat welkomend is, en als je me vraagt om iets terug te brengen niet eisend maar gewoon netjes vragen.

Uitstekend hotel. Kamers zijn niet groot maar voldoen verder aan alles. Goed bed, goede doucheruimte en vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende locatie en parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel.

Ambiente muito limpo, confortável e agradável. Chuveiro muito bom e banheiro bem iluminado. Funcionários gentis. Café da manhã com ótimas opções.

El hotel es cómodo, limpio y está muy bien ubicado para desplazarse tanto por Zaandam como hacia Ámsterdam. En general, estuvimos muy a gusto y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin problema.

Como aspectos a mejorar, ambos relacionados con el baño: al ducharnos se escapaba agua hacia el exterior, mojando la alfombrilla/toalla situada a la salida de la ducha, y además echamos en falta más lugares o ganchos donde poder colgar las toallas.

We liked everything about this hotel

Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Clean room, great self serve cafe’ available in Hotel all day until 10pm. Checkout available up to 11am. Reception Looked after our luggage until our checkin at next location. Only stayed here one night during the Netherlands Train strike. Would have been happy to stay longer.

It was well located, just 10 min walk form Zaandam Station and 5 from the shops. With young staff but very helpful and kind. Nice lounge area and breakfast.

The room was only the size of the bed (king size), and the mattress had like a topper that made it too soft, like you’re sinking on the bed. The bathroom was small and had no windows (as usual), but the extractor fan didn’t work. So it felt like the air didn’t circulate in the room. There was AC but only on and off, you couldn’t control the fan or temperature. Plus I had mosquitoes biting me all night (how they even come in, no clue).

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich kostenlos an der Kaffeebar bedienen.

Purtroppo la prima delle due notti è stata caratterizzata dalla presenza di zanzare che hanno reso difficile il sonno. Problema risolto la seconda notte grazie all'intervento del personale che ha messo a disposizione i prodotti per eliminare il problema.

Een heel efficiënt ingericht kamertje (kleine tweepersoonskamer) met een lekker groot bed, bureautje en koffie- en theefaciliteiten en moderne badkamer. Perfect voor 1 persoon. Supervriendelijk personeel, sfeervolle lobby/ontbijtruimte, rustige ligging en toch vlak bij het centrum. Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

J’ai tout aimé dans cet établissement. Le personnel est vraiment au top, très sympathique, réactif et toujours disponible pour aider à tous les niveaux. L’emplacement est également idéal, rien à redire. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin, je n’ai absolument rien à reprocher. Une très belle expérience !

L’hotel è molto comodo da raggiungere in auto o in treno (la stazione è a 10 minuti a piedi). È molto bello e moderno, nella hall si può sostare e prendere una bevanda calda 24h su 24. La colazione è ottima, offre abbastanza scelta. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Noi avevamo preso la camera piccola che è davvero molto piccola ma non manca nulla. Anche il bagno è piccolissimo. Noi siamo persone minute e quindi siamo stati bene anche perché alla fine ci si deve solo dormire. Comunque è tenuto molto bene e pulito. Rifanno la camera solo su richiesta quindi bisogna ricordarsi di mettere fuori il cartello. Noi l’abbiamo trovato comodo.

Tutto. Lo staff molto cordiale e ospitale, ci hanno dato tantissime indicazioni e consigli, anche oltre il loro orario di lavoro. Struttura pulita, nuova. Caffè gratis a qualsiasi ora. Ci hanno fornito tè e bollitore in stanza gratis. La camera era piccola ma pulita e confortevole. Ci hanno dato asciugacapelli, asciugamani doppie, bagnoschiuma e shampoo in doccia. Reception h24. Silenziosa anche se su strada. È un hotel a piani ma le scale sono molto ampie.

Niente. Se devo trovare una pecca è la doccia perché quando l’acqua è aperta il pavimento si bagna. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per una notte quindi non è stato un problema.

Breakfast is basic - eggs, fruits, toast, milk & cereal.. but the hotel is comfortable and the hosts /receptionists were very hospitable... It's pretty secure - you get a key card to enter the hotel and your room but there's 24 hr reception service so even if you misplace your card or forget it in the room it's okay. Coffee/Tea service is also open most of the day and there's a nice lounge to relax or read ( which is also where we had breakfast)

Would have loved to have additional options like spa/gym , in room dining , smart tv ( Netflix)

Hotel nuovo ben curato. Staff super cordiale e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Spazi comuni ampi e ben illuminati. Consigliato anche per la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Zaamdam e 15 da Amsterdam Centrale collegata tramite treno. Nella zona ci sono molti supermercati come Albert Heijn. Qualche ristorante etnico nelle vicinance e un buonissimo sushi a 2 min a piedi. Colazione buona, i cornetti erano veramente ottimi e anche il cappuccino.

La colazione da migliorare ,un po' più varia di prodotti soprattutto la parte dolce, qualche dolce fatto in casa e tagliato a fette, fette biscottate, biscotti misti, varietà di yogurt a vari gusti. Mancanza delle tazze c'erano solo bicchieri di varia forma.

Inserire un frigo bar all' interno della camera.

Mooie ruime kamer met heerlijke bedden. En de locatie is perfect. Gewoon midden in het centrum. Leuke eettentjes dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijke douche.

Er miste een koelkastje op de kamer. Ik was met mijn 2 dochters en dan is het toch wel lekker om een koud drankje in de avond te drinken zonder dat je daar meteen extra geld voor moet uitgeven. Tv was fijn, maar jammer dat we er geen Netflix of Disney op konden kijken.

O quarto é básico, excelente para dois adultos, tudo funciona bem e estava limpo.

O quarto não tem frigobar nem microondas, embora os funcionários sejam solícitos para aquecer alimento se necessário.

Excellent hôtel, moderne et très propre, bien desservi par les transports et non loin du centre d’Amsterdam. Une fontaine d’eau à disposition avec café gratuit à volonté. Personnel très agréable, accueillant et au service des clients ! Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację, niezbyt daleko od stacji kolejowej, ale nie jest przy głównej ulicy. Mieliśmy pokój na parterze z oknami od tyłu budynku i było cicho i spokojnie. Korzystaliśmy też z odpłatnego parkingu obok hotelu i nie mam do co niego zastrzeżeń. Jest czysto, obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój był komfortowy. Nie wypowiem się na temat śniadań, bo nie korzystaliśmy, ale wszyscy goście hotelowi mogą korzystać z bezpłatnej kawy czy herbaty w lobby hotelowym i kawę polecam :) Miły i udany pobyt.

We had a wonderful stay at Distrikt Hotels Amsterdam Zaandam! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Zaandam. The main shopping street, restaurants, and cafés are all just a short walk away, and getting to the train station is very easy, making it convenient to explore Amsterdam and the surrounding areas. Although our room was small, it was very well designed, clean, and made great use of the space. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone at the reception, both during the day and in the evening, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and even served delicious coffee, which made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel ,zeer proper , uitstekende ligging,op 5 minutes in het centrum, en prive parking.

De kleinste kamer die ik ooit gehad heb, eigenlijk niet voor 2 personen, de tweedy staat steeds in de weg. En het ontbijt was niet overvloedig,maar wel vers en goed.

الفندق نظيف جدا ، رسيبشن 24 ساعه وهذا يعطي امان وسهوله الدخول والخروج ، بالقرب منه مطعم الضيافه على يسارك وانت خارج من الفندق شامي عنده فطاير لذيذه وعندهم حلا شامي ويمينه مطعم سبا اليمني لذيذ ويقفل متاخر ع 11 كذلك الفندق يتميز بالطعام الحلال كامل والفندق خالي من الكحول ،، اشكر جميع الرسيبشن على حسن الاستقبال والابتسامه وكذلك اشكر الشيف التونسيه ، يوجد مواقف خلف الفندق مقابل رسوم ،، 20 يورو مكيف بارد ، سرير مريح ، بالطبع ساأعود للفندق اذا زرت زاندام، قريب من الفندق الشهير والمطاعم والكافيهات وكل ماتحتاج الامان عالي جدا الدخول بالبطاقه

El personal fue sumamente amable, y la habitación se encontraba increíblemente limpia. En la habitación hay secador, hervidor y tazas, además de productos de higiene. En el lobby hay café y té ilimitado incluído con la reserva. Queda a tan sólo 10 minutos caminando de la estación del tren. Consideré que la calidad era muchísimo mejor que otras opcionas a similar o mayor precio. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Todo cumplió mis expectativas. A la próxima pagaría por la habitación de mayor tamaño, pues mi maleta era gigantesca y no la pude alojar debajo de la cama (pero esto es culpa mía, jaja)

Não experimentamos o café da manhã pelo alto preço cobrado, mas o entorno tem várias excelentes opções. Nada de reclamações.

There were bed-bugs in the room. Though we indicated the problem the hotel management didn't react. After showing the typical bite pattern of bed-bugs and asked for a partial reimbursement, they claimed that they were mosquitos. After showing even more typical bite patterns they stopped any further communication. Very un-professional and costly. One had to dry clean everything twice and the trip lost its joy function. (Cherry on the top of the cake was the "coffee-tax" communicated by the receptionist for about 45 Euro for 3 days.)

Guys on reception were very friendly. Room is modern and clean, we liked view on the roofs. Free tea and coffee and we had opportunity to leave our bags in a hotel in last day.

The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. It is a 10 minute walk from Zandaam train station and really close to to shops and cafes. The hotel is beautifully clean and has everything you need. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

Un excellent séjour ! Le personnel est très accueillant et super sympathique, et porte une attention particulière à chaque client. Les lieux sont d'une propreté irréprochable et l'endroit est très calme. L'accès est aisé, et pas très loin de la gare ferroviaire. De plus, le parking à proximité et réservable est un vrai point fort. Un très bon rapport qualité prix, quand on connait les tarifs des hôtels à Amsterdam et dans ces alentours.

Je tiens simplement à préciser que les chambres doubles sont essentiellement destinées au couchage. Si vous prévoyez un séjour de plusieurs jours et comptez y passer du temps, l'espace peut s'avérer restreint. Les photos fournies sur la page de présentation permettent néanmoins de s'en rendre compte à l'avance.
