My room was completely dusty, no food on property despite saying it on the welcome in text and the walls of the hotel. Self check in, do key cards yourself and self check out.

Close to the station and easy to get in and out of Amsterdam. The room was comfortable and clean

The downstairs shared facilities were under renovation, I think. Not sure whether they could be used or not. It was like a school camp

Locatie was goed te bereiken met auto en aanhanger. Parkeren was prima, wel prijzig (16 euro). Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nette kamer en nette badkamer. Prima bedden.

Location was awesome. Supermarket across the road and short walk to train station. Very comfortable beds.

Fridge could have been a little larger. Bathroom is off the bedroom and other bed was in the other area so had to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Fine with a family but for others to be aware.

El desayuno y tamaño de habitación correctos.

El check in y check out son "autoservicio" pero finalmente tuvieron que ayudarnos porque las pantallas daban problemas. El comedor se quedó pequeño una mañana a la hora del desayuno.

La situation a proximité directe de la gare pour accès Amsterdam et Zandvoort. Le parking. Le wifi. L'acceuil.

Notre chambre (familiale) était en mauvais état : papier peint décollé, miroir fendu, des supports aux murs sans les accessoires qu'ils supportaient jadis. Sol pas très propres, draps lavés mais présence de tâches. Paroie de douche qui ne ferme pas. Réfrigérateur non fonctionnel. Bornes de charge électrique non fonctionnelles.

De rommel op de parkeerterreinen richting centrum. De pizza machine om de hoek die het niet doet, maar de supermarkt is vlakbij :-)

ruime parkeerplaats, ruime kamer met een kingsize bed en prima badkamer, kunnen inchecken vanaf 1400 uur, loopafstand trein, zelf inchecken maar er is altijd iemand bezig om te helpen, aardig personeel.

Parkeerkosten worden gerekend per 24 uur; dus als je iets langer blijft op de dag van uitchecken betaal je 2x16 eur. Bagage opslag in een open ruimte waar iedereen in en uit kan lopen.

Fijne locatie dichtbij het station en de winkelstraat. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op de parking voor €16. Fijne bedden in de kamer, die tevens ook ook ruim was.

Ik denk dat zelf inchecken / online een keuze moet zijn en geen verplichting. Ik ben al in veel hotels geweest en heb er ook in gewerkt, maar geen front office is gewoon raar. Het kleine beetje personeel dat er is, is vriendelijk. In de kamer was helaas een lamp kapot, werkte de airco slecht en kan de douche ook wel een betere poetsbeurt gebruiken. De thermostaatkraan van de douche was ook niet helemaal lekker meer. Dit heb ik helaas nergens (online) kunnen doorgeven en ook geen personeel gezien bij de sleutel inleveren.

Ótima localização. Há poucos metros da estação de trem. Cozinha compacta e banheiro amplo. Supermercado próximo (5 minutos a pé) e restaurantes. Pudemos economizar comprando café da manhã e jantar pois havia micro ondas e pia de cozinha, talheres, pratos e xícaras. Havia aparelho de TV nos dois quartos. A recepcionista do hotel foi muito simpática e nos deu muitas dicas de passeio!

um dos quartos não possuia janela alguma, contando apenas com o ar condionado que acabava ficando frio demais em ambiente menor comparado ao outro cômodo onde ficava a mini-cozinha; além disso, não também não tinha nenhum tipo de armário para roupas; quem dormia no quarto/cozinha ao lado precisava passar por este quarto para acessar o banheiro, incomodando os demais familiares que dormiam. A geladeira era muito pequena. Não permitia armazenar quase nada.

Didn't like the self check in machines

Hele goede locatie, mooie kamer, alles netjes en proper, goede bedden en kussens. Heel rustig. Heerlijk geslapen. Zou er zo weer verblijven. Pooltafel in de recreatieruimte was een leuke extra.

Niet alle faciliteiten waren er : bar was nog niet aangesloten, nog geen drankautomaat. Moesten zelf digitaal inchecken en het personeel stond er bij op afstand. Heb liever een persoonlijke ontvangst.

Ens vam allotjar 4 persones en la suite familiar, molt còmoda i amplia, estances i lavabo. La cuineta senzilla és molt pràctica tenint en compte que hi ha un supermercat a 50 metres (té nevera menudeta i no té forn, microones i cafetera sí). Cada dia ens feien els llits, treien el fem i canviaven tovalloles. Estava molt net i hi havia aire condicionat. Silenci absolut de nit malgrat la proximitat a l'estació. Molt ben situat perquè l'estació d'autobusos i tren està a uns 100 metres i el carrer principal de Zaandam també. A Amsterdam Central s'hi arriba en 12 minuts en tren i Zanse Sachs i pobles com Edam i Volendam estan molt prop amb bus o tren.

El lloc per a deixar les maletes no sembla massa segur per això no el vam fer servir i vam optar per pagar early check-in.

La ubicación

Q no tenia cocina, solo microondas, y no tenia productos para lavar la vajilla.

Ótimo hotel fora do Amsterdam mas ao mesmo tempo perto (2 estações de trem) a 5 minutos andando da plataforma de trem, perto de um mercado. Quarto grande com microondas e frigobar, perfeito para fazer refeições.

La chambre familiale est top! 2 belles chambres avec 2 grands lits confortables, une kitchenette avec machine à café, frigo, table et 4 chaises. On peut y manger facilement. Supérette juste à côté. Accès très facile et proche de la gare. Parking proche.

Pas de resto ni de bar car en rénovation.

The room was lovely. Well set up. Having a fridge in the room on such a hot day was brilliant

We paid quite a lot for tourists tax however the area wasn't clean. The outside areas of the hotel are very dirty and unkempt. Getting from the station means using a very dirty lift. Such a shame. We didn't really have staff to interact with apart from the lady who took our bags for storage and the lady who helped with self check in.

A localização é um ponto favorável, a poucos passos da estação de Zaandan que fica 15/20 min da estação central de Amsterdã. Equipe de funcionários bem solicita e preparada. O quarto fiquei tem um bom tamanho, contudo, os utensílios de cozinha são escasso. A cozinha se resume a um microondas, um frigobar pequeno e uma pia. Há um mercado bem próximo para quem deseje comprar alimentos que possam ser feitos no microondas. Na porta do hotel há bicicletas para locação, vale muito ir a Zaanse Schans de bicicleta.

Do fato de não ter uma cozinha completa. Confesso que não dei a devida atenção a esta questão no momento da reserva

Nur die Lage, gleich neben dem Bahnhof, wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einem geschlossenen Raum unterbringen.

Das Frühstück, kein Tisch war sauber als wie Frühstücken wollten, mussten an einem Tisch essen der nicht sauber war.Die Auswahl war nicht besonders.

Ontbijt wasverzachter zwijnenstal. Alle tafels waren onafgeruimd en te smerig om aan te ontbijten. Wat een drama.

Net hotel, schone kamer. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Volgens de WhatsApp AI assistent zouden er ebikes aanwezig zijn maar dit bleek bij navraag niet het geval te zijn. We hebben daarna op andere locatie aan fietsen kunnen komen.

The property was good. Minimally staffed, the check-in was automated. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel parking had a fee which was cheaper than the park & ride adjacent to the property. It's also very close to the Zaandam train and bus stations, which was super convenient. The receptionist was also very pleasant and was always willing to assist. Would definitely recommend.

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in 10 min il centro di Amsterdam con il treno che si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Personale molto cordiale.

La camera matrimoniale era una stanza cieca come anche il bagno. L'unica finestra era nella zona giorno dove erano disposti gli altri due letti

De ontvangst:check in werkte niet, het maken van de kamersleutel werkte niet, de dame was niet erg attent. Overbodige vragen: geboorteplaats??? Zo niet nodig. Gangen , trappen, deuren niet schoon. De kamer: douchecabine schimmel, vieze voegen en kitranden. Afvoerputje stuk en liep slecht door. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet oke. Denk aan kartonnen bekertjes. 1 cupje voor koffie. Geen gebruiksaanwijzing kluis. Behang met scheuren. En de parkeerkosten€16 Al met al voor 1 nacht €134. Terwijl je de indruk krijgt dat je voor een goedkopere kamer boekt. En dan als laatste: we wilde om half 7 in de ochtend uitrijden. Dat lukte niet. Uitrij paal beschadigd met ducktape aanelkaar. Slagboom ging niet open dus toen maar over de stoep gereden. Dus absoluut geen aanrader. Nooit meer voor dat geld.

J'ai bien aimé la propreté de la chambre ainsi que les équipements essentiels présents et la séparation entre les deux pièces

Il y a des détails comme le papier peint qui s'en va à certains endroits, il y avait des différences entre les photos annoncées et la réalité de la chambre

Otelin yeri çok iyiydi, tren garının tam dibinde. Yakında bir Türk fast food restoranı ve market olması da harikaydı. İlk gün bizi karşılayan, check in yaparken yardımcı olan genç bayan çok sıcak ve güler yüzlüydü.

Yerler süpürülmemişti, yataklar içine çöküyordu.İlk gün hiç kullanmadığımız bir yastık kılıfı ile çarşafları geri verdim temiz olmadığı için. Kahvaltı için kişi başı 20 euro çok fazlaydı.Check in günü 18 euro dedikleri kahvaltıya ertesi gün 20 euro istediler.

This location is great. It’s near the train station and a grocery store. Has bikes available to rent and the air conditioning is not locked and works great so you aren’t sweating to death! ( which is a big deal trust me when it was during the heat wave !! )

The luggage storage area is a bit weird given anyone can just go in and look at the bags. They are chained up but someone can just go and unzip and take whatever they want. This part of the experience can be greatly improved.

Sadly do not recommend. Good points are the convenient location, rooms cleaned daily & cheap. Bad points are we appeared to be locked out every night? We came back each night of our stay at 10-11pm (which is not late considering!) and the doors were shut. Had to wait for staff on a few occasions to let us in. 1 night we waited 20 minutes for a member of staff to realise we were waiting to get in. Hotel felt more like a hostel & was like a ghost town most of the time. We were also woken up 3 times out of a 5 night stay, very early in the morning by cleaners coming into our room. Even put the do not disturb on the door & they still entered. We were asleep in bed! Really not acceptable & a massive invasion of privacy. Avoid!

Great Value Near Amsterdam!This hotel is a fantastic, budget-friendly alternative to central Amsterdam, offering helpful staff, a nearby Albert Heijn supermarket, and quick, easy train access from Zaandam Station to Amsterdam Central.

The cleaning staff should pay a bit more attention to room cleanliness.

Great stay just outside Amsterdam. Comfortable rooms with air‑con, supermarket 50m away, and only 20 minutes by train into the city. Quiet area, close to Zaandam centre — perfect for our group of 4 adults.

Not a great hotel at all. Looks run down on the inside so had a real hostel feel at a hotel price. Definitely not worth the price. Only plus is the hotels location to the train station and Zaandam central, which seemed a nice place, was very convenient We were also subject to several data breaches which did not seem to phase the Best Western group

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four with our two children on a bed and breakfast basis and had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and efficient. During the heatwave, the air conditioning in every room was a huge bonus and made our stay so much more comfortable. We had two twin rooms, which were a good size for our needs. Each room was well equipped with a mini fridge, complimentary tea and coffee maker, safe, blinds and blackout curtains, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and a supermarket. Getting into Amsterdam and to the airport was quick and easy, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

O pequeno-almoço no Hotel era excelente, com uma grande variedade de produtos para todos os gostos. A localização é muito boa, junto da estação ferroviária de Zaandam, com ligação direta ao Aeroporto e Centro de Amsterdão, bem como aos Moinhos de Zaanse Schans.

Havia custos ocultos no anúncio e tive de pagar pelo acesso ao chá e café no apartamento, automaticamente incluído no check-in sem aviso prévio. Os quartos tinham a roupa das camas lavada, mas não estava devidamente limpo, com gordura no chão e louça mal lavada.

Habitació amplia, ben equipada. Aire acondicionat perfecte.

Die Lage in der Nähe Bahnhofs war super. Persönlich hat mir Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer gefallen. Ist klar, dass es nicht für alle Hotelzimmer gilt. Oft wird man als alleinreisender in eine unvorteilhafte Ecke gesteckt, hier war es anders. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür. In der Nähe ist zudem ein Supermarkt, was ich toll fand. Auch ein guter Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Eine Kaffeemaschine statt Wasserkocher. Wasser für Tee zu kalt und mit Kaffegeschmack. Sauberkeit ist mittelmäßig.

La struttura è posizionata in un’ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni. Ottimo in tutto e o servizi impeccabili. Qualità/prezzo più che ottimo.

L’unica cosa che non è piaciuta, è la dimensione dei cuscini, troppo piccoli, essendo abituati a cuscini piu grandi.

Bed was extremely comfortable & room was cosy. Very close to train station.

We did not enjoy breakfast at all it was very minimal on what was offered so we did not have it after the first day despite paying for it. Room was quite small and the location outside the property just looked really run down.

It’s super close to the train station and there is an Albert Heijn close for shopping.

Ήταν μακριά από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου όπου μπορούσες να προσεγγίσεις εύκολα το κέντρο.

Δεν ήταν καθόλου καθαρό το δωμάτιο και γενικά η εικόνα του δωματίου διέφερε πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες.

The toilet roll was poor quality and the shower gel was really difficult to use. It was very noisy during the night. Kept being woken by chairs moving around above me
