Shower water flow and heat, an issue with an intermittend flow of hot and cold water, not condusive to a good shower experience. One of the pillow case smelled of milldew, it was cleaned but smelled. Noisy neigbours from above.

L'endroit où se trouve l'hôtel, très pratique et faisant partie de la région d'Amsterdam. Belle chambre pour 1 personne avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Personnel accueillant et répondant volontiers aux demandes

Pas de petit déjeuner inclus Un trou dans mes draps et une poubelle bien trop petite. Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait plus régulièrement hormis le fait de payer pour.

Habitación amplia y limpia. La ubicación cerca de muchas tiendas, nosotros queríamos visitar Zaanse y como íbamos en coche estaba a 10 minutos, no sé en transporte público.

No tiene zonas comunes como tal, está en un edificio muy grande compartido con otras empresas. No dan desayuno.

Very disappointing experience I booked and paid online through Booking.com for a family room, expecting to stay together with my children. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our children had to sleep in a separate room. How can a hotel expect a 7-year-old child to sleep alone in a separate room, especially when the room was far away from ours? This was completely unacceptable for us as parents. I asked if they could give us a larger room, and I was willing to pay the extra cost. They told us that there was no larger room available. I then requested a refund so that we could leave and find another hotel where our family could stay together, but they refused. In the end, we were forced to pay for an additional room that we did not use, simply because the hotel would not provide another solution. We paid for two rooms but could only use one, and the room we were given was also very small. If the hotel does not allow children to stay in the same room as their parents, they should not accept a family-room booking in the first place. This should have been clearly communicated before accepting our reservation and payment. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel that we were treated unfairly and that we were forced to pay extra money for a situation that should never have happened.

La ubicación

Primero nos dieron una habitación la cual estaba muy sucia. Tenía pelos y uñas en el suelo y cama. Le pedimos que nos la cambiaran y lo hicieron, así que por esa parte bien. Aún así se notaba que no habían terminado de limpiar la habitación, pues los botes de champú/gel/jabón de baño estaban vacios. Pero después de ver la primera habitación, la verdad que estaba decente.

Schimmel in de douche, niet goed schoongemaakt. Tv op de kamer maar geen afstandsbediening.

Posizione in centro , parcheggio (a pagamento) davanti all'hotel , stazione dei treni e bus raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti , negozi e market di fronte. Posizione ottima per visitare AMSTERDAM e varie località turistiche stupende in treno in soli 10 / 15 minuti .

Nulla considerando il prezzo .

Struttura comoda vicino alla stazione con tutto ciò che ti serve vicino all’hotel dal supermercato Halbert Heijn a molte caffetterie ecc….

Unica pecca è che la struttura ha solo camere e non si può fare colazione lì ma bisogna uscire e farla in giro ma senza problemi perché vicino ha molte caffetterie.

Really good hotel. The room was clean, the receipt was provided perfectly, and it offered excellent value for money, especially considering the location. I totally recommend this hotel for a short stay and a reasonable budget.

地理位置离火车站很近，所以通勤很方便。性价比还是比较高的，店员服务也比较到位，整体体验是过得去的。

家具偏少，家电也少，甚至没有煮水壶。

Everything was good!

One of the beds was making a lot of sounds when you move and that made it uncomfortable for the other person to sleep. And we wished we had a little refrigerator in the room.

The room was same as seen in pictures. We chose this location because it is neraby the train station and cheaper then city center. Zaandam itself is a nice place to visit with the colorful and interesting houses.

好酒店，位置很好，里车站很近而且在赞丹小镇景点里面，很漂亮，逛街和吃饭都很方便，很安静，酒店的床很舒服。

退房时间是早上十点但入住时前台没有提前告知，我还在睡觉的时候保洁就进来了

La ubicación es ideal

Понравилась высота на которой жили - 9 этаж. Очень крассивый вид города. Рядом все магазины,точки общепита,красивые виды для фото,а так же авто и жд вокзал. Все так сказать в щаговой доступности,поэтому питались в кафе. Ну и недорогой поезд до Амстердама

Доже не знаю...завтрака как такового нету - пожаловаться на него не могу. В номере джентельменский набор всего - шампуньки и полотенц ну и постельное белье. У кровати очень скользкая накрывашки и простыня с нее все время наровила убежать.

A localização é sem dúvida excelente! A estação de metro é perto, tem supermercado em frente, restaurantes e lojinhas. Há ferro e secador de cabelo na recepção! Tranquilo demais! Meu quarto foi triplo e teve mais espaço!

Precisava de um frigobar no quarto já que não há café da manhã! Ruim na cidade de Zaandam porque tudo abre tarde e fecha cedo!

Sicuramente la posizione è buonissima. Il parcheggio al di sotto della struttura è molto comodo, ma al tempo stesso per nulla economico. Accettano i nostri amici a 4 zampe con un supplemento monetario calcolato a giorno. La signora alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Bella la vista, avendo la camera al decimo piano.

Minha estadia no easyHotel Amsterdam Zaandam foi excelente. A hospedagem superou minhas expectativas em diversos aspectos. O quarto estava muito limpo quando cheguei, era amplo, confortável, com uma cama excelente, um bom chuveiro e uma vista incrível para a cidade. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a localização. O acesso ao transporte público é muito prático, seja de trem ou de ônibus, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos para Amsterdam e outras regiões. Isso tornou a viagem muito mais tranquila. Os funcionários foram sempre atenciosos, cordiais e solícitos, transmitindo uma ótima impressão desde o check-in. Também gostei bastante do silêncio do hotel. Como fiquei em um andar mais alto, pude descansar muito bem após os passeios. O grande diferencial, para mim, foi a vista da janela. Era um prazer tomar um café observando a cidade logo pela manhã. A paisagem transmitia uma sensação de paz e tranquilidade que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Não tive nenhum problema durante a estadia e, sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar no easyHotel Amsterdam Zaandam. Recomendo para quem procura um ambiente confortável, bem localizado e ideal tanto para descanso quanto para aproveitar tudo o que a região oferece.

Gostei de tudo, mas um frigobar seria excelente.

La habitación está muy bien, la cama matrimonial es cómoda y grande y la ubicación es perfecta para moverse a pie. El personal es muy amable.

Tener un espacio más cómodo para beber café, por ejemplo un par de mesas.

The room is spacious.

The hotel is far away from Amsterdam. We were given a room with windows that clacking against the window frame all night long, impossible to sleep. The soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. The water from the bathroom was leaking out onto the bedroom. We informed the staff at the desk, who answered "mmhkay"; and didn’t do anything. Cleaning services are only available if you stay more than six nights (a joke).

It’s on the 10th floor and there is not fresh air, the room and the corridor was dusty. The wardrobe is very tiny.

Hotel was in a beautiful setting, so convenient to get off the train and walk just around the corner to the hotel

Rooms were basic, not made up daily, had to request toilet paper and clean towels.

The location is right next to the train station, which was great. The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean.

The windows didn't open, which could be because of regulations because of the high floor, but the air was a bit stuffy.

Not even a cup for you to brush teeth. No kettle to boil water, of course also no tea bags or coffee bag provided. No hair dryer. I paid extra for a bigger superior room, but end up it is as small as standard room which my friend booked next door.
