Everything about our stay and parking was amazing we will back to stay again

I had higher expectations based on the photos online, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match up. The armchairs in the room looked worn and a bit dirty, which was a far cry from the clean, modern furniture shown in the pictures. The bathroom was missing the little amenities like toiletries that were promised in the photos, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the TV didn’t work at all - none of the channels would come through, which was disappointing. If the photos had accurately reflected the room’s condition, I likely wouldn’t have booked here. The parking was horrendous, I would suggest only taking small cars there as the parking was full and we had a ute and found it extremely hard to get out of. The only positive experience was the man who greeted us when we arrived. Very lovely staff member. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but I do wish the hotel had been more honest with its presentation. Wouldn’t choose it again unless I knew there had been some updates.

This place was amazing, would highly recommend it in a heartbeat. The couple who owns it was super friendly. The room was super spacious. Lots of parking and free of charge. Within easy walking distance to town.

It’s tired, but is good value for $. Owners/managers are active during day on outside of property and keen to help, but the rooms need some TLC. Chairs feel greasy and are stained, spring broken on bed but I would still say we would stay again, so not as bad as it sounds. Great location for town and river

We arrived very early in old cars and asked if we could leave them and go for a walk. The staff found us two rooms that were ready and swapped our booking. They were so accomodating it was great.

I couldn't stay at Tuscany Villas Boutique Motel due to circumstances out of my control. However the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. They went over and beyond and for that reason I would recommend their Motel to anyone who is visiting Whakatane. Thank you so much M/s Rita. Excellent AAA

Smoke detector placement in rooms too close to bathroom, too easy set off fire alarm.

It was okay

Overall it was great! The only couple of downsides were that the kitchen light blew when i switched it on, and the fridge froze everything so i had to thaw the milk before enjoying a morning coffee. But other than that, the staff were great and everything else was great. Thank you!

I was upgraded to a spa suite and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't have been more helpful.

The place was lovely clean, bed was comfortable, coffee delicious, just had a problem with ants around the kitchenette and carpet by the spa. Couldnt find the spa controls till later. Gave all the plants on the balcony a good watering. Receptionist was great.

For a first time in Whakatane, Tuscany villas were perfect. I was offered a choice between two rooms which was a nice touch. Very close to all Whakatane has to offer and hosts were always helpful to suggest things to do and places to eat. Fish and chips overlooking river was great. A very enjoyable stay

This place was great to stay, super close to town where you could walk to dinner and home. Very clean, very quiet. Hosts were super lovely.
