The room was small, it was illuminated during the night from over bright, outdoor lights. The room wasn’t very soundproof. The restaurant meals were very poor, seemed like food cooked from packets and frozen produce.

It is pretty far from the city or facilities. However it’s only a short uber to the warehouse DFO. And ordering food in is easy also.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It has a free bus service to and from the airport and it is close to the airport. Staff were friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They provided body wash, shampoo/conditioner, soap and body lotion. They have their own restaurant which is handy after a long flight.
There were 3 adults in the room but they only provided 2 towels, facecloths and cups/glasses. There was no hand towel provided. The room had a queen bed and a single bed so it was set up for 3 people and we booked for 3 adults. We had to ask for a 3rd towel. We were on the second floor and we had been away for a month so had a lot of luggage but there was no elevator, so we had to do muliple trips up stairs with heavy bags.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The location is very close to the airport and shops. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. However, the drain in the shower was very slow to drain so when you are having a bath, the water accummulates, the sink was very low but the vanity cabinet is long where you can separate the things for the husband and wife eventhough the sink is shared between the 2. The staffs are accommodating and polite.
The first room we stayed in has no smoke alarm and no double lock but requested to move to a room that has those and we were moved the following day. The rooms looked old but still clean and comfortable.

Cerca del aeropuerto es economico, y sirve si tienes que volver al aeropuerto al dia siguiente como me paso a mi.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Staff exceptional and so helpful, they went over and above. Room was clean and smelt lovely. Just the TV was freeview only and we had to go downstairs to watch SKY. But, down in the lounge the staff made you feel welcome and always checked in if we needed anything. We didn't have hot chocolate as an alternative hot drink in our room.
The decor is a bit outdated and could be freshened up. The painting is a bit rough and the carpets definitely need replacing. In the shower the tiles were slippery when you enter and leave the cubicle.
