Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Zürichsee. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, alles top sauber. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal, Tiefgaragenplatz, tolles Frühstück in entspannter Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Bad mit einem Waschbecken, war aber bei Buchung schon bekannt

Unser Aufenthalt im Yarn war sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Zürich und hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, für ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und diese gehen zum Bahnhof raus. Ja, es liegt am Bahnhof und bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man die Züge und S-Bahnen, aber das weiß man bei Buchung und da das Hotel über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, ist es kein Problem zum Schlafen die Fenster zu schließen. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da, was man möchte und braucht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich, zugewandt und zuvorkommend. Auch für unseren mitgereisten Hund wurde gleich bei Anreise an der Rezeption gefragt, ob wir Wasser brauchen. Ebenso ist das angeschlossene Restaurant Florya zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist für einen Aufenthalt in Zürich und Umgebung uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Da kann ich nichts zu sagen, denn für uns gab es nichts zu kritisieren oder anzumerken.

Horgen est une ville de taille moyenne sympa. Hotel en bordure du lac, face à la gare, à 400 m du ferry vers Meilen. Seeweg le long du lac. Restaurant turc servant des plats turcs variés authentiques, A côté restaurant italien idem.

Gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtete Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

J’aime la déco de l’hôtel. Les aménagements des chambres sont très bien étudiés. La situation de l’hôtel est idéale pour moi. Le confort de la literie parfait. Le petit déjeuner du matin est varié.

There was one dour young lady at reception, but otherwise all the staff were amazing. The bits for sale, the bar and breakfast, parking, all great. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Great coffee in the room, most appreciated.

Clean modern and friendly hotel, exactly what we were looking for

La posizione a pochi metri dalla stazione ferroviaria ed il lungolago è ottima ! La camera è davvero molto piccola e quello che ci ha disturbato era l'assenza di un frigorifero (con o senza Mini-Bar). Impossibile avere una bevanda fresca in camera (con 36° all'esterno davvero difficile!). La colazione era ricca e buona !

Modern und stilvoll, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze auch super. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Frühstück war reichhaltig.

WLAN im Zimmer war Medium, aber das war wohl etwas Pech. Im kompletten restlichen Gebäude war es super.

Locatie is erg centraal gelegen, voldoende restaurants om de hoek en de Zürichsee zeer nabij. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid maar wel tegen extra betaling.

Door de centrale ligging, bus- en treinstation, is het wel rumoerig.

checkin 15:00, wir kamen um 15:30 und mussten noch warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war.

Es war sauber u ruhig, super Frühstück Personal sehr nett.

Der TV funktionierte die ganze Zeit nicht, auch nachdem MA da waren, um ihn zu flicken. Das Nachtischlämpli war auch kaputt.

One of the best breakfasts I have had staying at hotels, I don't usually add a breakfast but was included. The bread was very good (and the butter) fresh and much better than the UK but we never seem to do it better than Europe but having stayed in the USA at least we don't turn it into cake. One of the few stays where I seem to have had no drama's there is usually something that causes an issue but all good here. Also if need anything from the shops there is a coop literally a stones throw away that is open till 10 and a spar express next to bus stop also a stones throw away and open until 11. Your also pretty much next the train station and a short walk to the ferries.

would be nice if there as somewhere to just pick up coffee pods for the room, I don't need the room cleaned everyday that is a waste but I tend to use up my tea/coffee items and not bothered enough to ask but would be nice if they were accessible.

Es war alles wunderbar, Zimmer, Ausstattung und Lage. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht herausragend. Das Parken vor der Tür, ohne Sicherheit eine Parkplatz zu bekommen war allerdings sehr teuer

Frühstück sehr ok, Hotel liegt am Bahnhof, Viele Züge fahren dort. Dank der Schallschutzfenster hört man nichts. Klimaanlage gut aber eben hörbar. Sehr schöner Blick auf den Zürcher See (über Bahnhof und Geleise). Man ist sehr schnell in Zürich oder Luzern.

Bei den gezeigten Bildern in Booking.com sieht man nur auf einem Bild Bahngeleise und dahinter den See. Dass man direkt auf den Bahnhof schaut, das sieht man erst live. Für unsere Zwecke als Ausgangsbasis für Erkundungen war die Lage ok.

Late check-in was no problem at all. The receptionist was incredibly lovely, patient, and welcoming, making the whole arrival process smooth and stress-free, even though we arrived late. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

Det fina och välstädade rummet och läget nära både färja, tåg, badstrand och bergsturer.

Stökig frukostbuffé. Allt var gott men det var ostädat och allt var inte påfyllt. Personalen var anonym och gav inga tips om området eller restauranger i närheten.

It is right infront of the train station and a store which is very convenient. The breakfast is small but good and the staff are kind and very helpful. The rooms are fairly sized and comfortable.

If you come with a car, the parking garage is hard to get out of in my opinion just because of the narrow spiral exit.

El desayuno es espectacular. Lo mismo la ubicacion el hotel, frente a la estacion Horgen y al lago, a pocos metros del centro donde hay comercios muy lindos. Hermoso para caminar toda la zona. La atencion del personal de la recepcion es superlativa.

Nada. Espero volver a Zurich para hospedarme en este hotel.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Wir sind mit zwei Motorrädern angereist und konnten diese in der Tiefgarage sicher abstellen. Ein Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Eigentlich nichts. Der Tiefgaragenplatz kostet 15 CHF pro Tag und sollte am besten vorher reserviert werden.

Dane beim Check- in war etwas unterkühlt. Hier wäre ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit schön gewesen.

This is a very cozy hotel with an extremely convenient location, close to the train station. The lake is also within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a lovely stroll along the waterfront. The hotel itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent, which is especially important for a good night’s sleep. My only regret is that I did not have enough time to stay longer. I would have happily spent several more days there. The breakfasts were also delicious, and having a restaurant in the same building where we could enjoy dinner was another great advantage. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return.

Staff was very helpful. The room is relatively small but modern and well equipeed. Excellent breakfazt buffet.
