Belmont Residences lakeview in Horgen Zürich Zug Pfäffikon

Excellent

A very modern property with superb views across the lake. Good standard of cleanliness. Its a short distance from the station, but the walk is up a very steep hill, so that should be taken into consideration. I did not have a car, but there was only very limited guest parking which could be improved upon.. I also do not think there was a convenience store that was really walkable so it would have been helpful to have very basic things like milk for the coffee or even the long life creamers that they have in coffee shops. Other than these fairly minor things, it really was a lovely apartment with plenty of space and as previously mentioned the view is spectacular!

Short but steep uphill walk from the station. No convenience stores within a short walkable distance. No guest parking.

View, Bed, TV, Balcony, Very Modern, WiFi,

Bathroom, Kitchen, Self Reservation Parking, Since the house is on a hill, if you don't have a car, you'll have a really hard time dragging your luggage up the hill.

sehr guter Ausblick

Top Lage, unkompliziertes in and out

Perfect location, apartment was lovely and the views across the lake were super. Will stay again

That it didn't have a toaster lol

Schade, was dementsprechend die Bewertung schadet.

Superb views, clean apartment. Communication with Belmont was easy

The view is great!

We couldn't figure out how to turn the heating down so it got quite hot.

The view was great and I liked having cutlery and an oven.

The staff could not help us with parking. The app sucks and did not work several times. I submitted for a parking spot but it never went through. They had no alternative for parking. We are not from the area and did not know where to go. The alternative they gave was to park at a train station very far away. We had to park at a different hotel and taxi to the apartment to ensure the car was in a spot that was safe and wouldn't be towed. The apartment was dirty overall, burnt out candles, sink did not drain. They ask you to clean up after yourself and set the dishwasher also and kick you out at 10 am. For that time they could clean it themselves with plenty of time. Theres no on site staff so no one can help you. You can text them for questions but they either never respond or take a very long time to respond. It ruined our night. Not being able to get help with parking and getting kicked out so early and having to pay extra to check out later than that was terrible. Never staying here again. It was a bad experience overall.

The room was huge with a beautiful view of the river! The bathroom was a pretty good size with a amazing shower. The kitchen and refrigerator held all the food and drinks we needed for our stay. The bed and was very comfortable and fits 2.

If you dont understand the bus schedule or have a rental car, you will be walking a lot down and up a major hill.

Nice view on Lake Zurich

Not enough kitchen appliance (They have non stick pan but did not provide spatula. Got microwave oven but no foil or cooking paper, so dont expect you can cook for yourself here) You have to book parking space separately online, i book indoor parking but they didnt give any access code to the indoor parking lot The linen is rough That blanket is not enough for 2 people, no extra blanket provided. i caught cold the next morning

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with all the amenities you might need. Everything was spotless and well maintained, making it feel immediately welcoming. The highlight was definitely the stunning view – truly breathtaking! The location is also excellent: peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently close to Zurich. Overall, a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, style and a great setting.

-

Tolle Aussicht

Ungenügende Küchenausstattung

The unbeatable lakeview is the only attractiveness to the whole service apartment. The apartment is spacious enough for two, not far from the train station, all you need is to find the shortcut to go up the hill. Friendly and helpful staff through the phone but not to reply to the messages. The other colleague who replied to my messages was not helpful at all.

Cleanliness is still a big thing. It was my second time to stay there but the cleanliness was disappointing and was getting worse. Dust was everywhere and it covered the table and kitchen, stains were found on the carpet. Cooking utensils were dirty and only one kitchen cloth was provided, no sponge, no chopping board and no kitchen towels. The water boiler was full of limescale. The kitchen was partly equipped but was totally not friendly for cooking. It's a shame that the terrace glass door was not cleaned and it blocked some of the beautiful lakeview. Given such wonderful hardware and infrastructure, all the property management needs to do is to keep it clean and reach the hygiene standard, it is not difficult at all. All In all, thanks to the lakeview and the lady who was on the phone to help me to solve some problems, it made the whole stay more comfortable and satisfactory.

Wonderful lake view. To fill the eyes for the future. To be remembered forever. Quite and comfortable

There where few dishes. And there should be some small cups for the coffee

riesige Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht, alles vorhanden was benötigt, sehr schön eingerichtet

The location and apartments looked very nice

The service is terrible and completely irresponsible management which cancelled the confirmed (and fully paid for) reservation 1 days before the arrival. It is unacceptable

Beautiful apartment with most of the facilities you need.

No air conditioning or fan. It was really hot even when we opened the sliding door for fresh air to come in.

The view is unbeatable, the apartment is comfortable, neat and tidy and well-equipped, but it would be better to have a water boiler and dish detergent provided. The area was quiet and safe there. The staff Max was professional , friendly and very helpful. Thanks to his help and quick response, that made our stay a lot better.

However, the apartment was not clean as pictured. I'm with a child with a dust allergy that I had mentioned to the staff that the apartment should be cleaned thoroughly and I had their words to ensure it's cleaned. At the end, we found red spots on carpet, stains on bedsheets and kitchen utensils are unacceptable but fortunately the staff reacted quickly and satisfactorily.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. The apartment itself was spotless, impeccably clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures—no surprises, just perfection. The host was fantastic, providing clear and prompt communication, which made both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless experience. I would definitely stay here again!

that’s so good relax ☺️

Is amazing 🤩

The view is outstanding

Double edge really - the view is too good to cover up but without blinds it gets very light in the mornings.

The view and the comfort!

Separate charge for parking when the location has its own car park. We parked on the street for free. Either include a small amount for the parking or nothing at all but a separate charge does not sit well with me.

The view and location were superb. I will definitely be back in Switzerland to swim in the lakes and hike the mountains.

Mosquitos are bad but that just shows you how natural everything is. green grass and close to water usually means mosquitos but that has nothing to do with the room lol

Lovely view, very clean and modern. Manager was nice but off site I believe

No air conditioning - it got extremely hot even with all windows open. Not easily walkable to the village down the steep hill (with a baby), had an industrial park feel

Absolutely stunning apartment. Everything, including the building is brand new. The view is exceptional, the staff is extremely forthcoming.

The most amazing view, with large spacious apartment. We loved it!!

We had to walk but that was our late arrival. It is very high up, just be aware that if no taxi available, then you will have a climb… but that’s not the fault of this accommodation.

We actually didn’t stay in this property as we were informed the week prior that they had water damage and had transferred our booking to a hotel no far away turns out it was better than expected it was a suite with a kitchen in a brand new hotel across the road from the Horgen train station it was lovely and quiet, clean huge comfortable bed big bathroom and the breakfast downstairs was also included and was fabulous made to order eggs any style you liked and continental buffet and barista coffee. It was called the Yarn and we highly recommend it.

Nothing

Location

Could have included breakfast for the price of the room

Very responsive owner, beautiful view, clean.

Apart from the obvious: it’s nice perch over the lake with lake and mountain views, nice modern apartment, some unexpected things I liked: the digital radio which happened to be tuned to a classical music station, and that it is near a forest. Peaceful and quiet feeling to the area. Bed very comfortable.

One lamp didn’t have a light bulb. The bedroom needs thicker curtains which make it private in the night and block out the sunlight in the day. It would be nice if there was a first aid kit. The fake bamboo tree isn’t the most tasteful decoration in my opinion.

Unfortunately we stay only for 3 hours , but the place is very clean, modern and outstanding view, the sofa and bed are very comfortable. The staff responded quickly and were very respectful. I wish i could stay more time there.

As we reach there at night the road was difficult.

Great view of the lake. Good location of building. Good facilities in the apartment

Extra garbage bags and dish washer liquid were not available.

Lake view, modern style, brand new appliances, cleanliness, spacious living area and terrace

The kitchen was lacking a few items, such as dish soap, dish sponge, tea cups, etc.

The view was perfect, as well the cleanliness in the room.

It would be great to have cups for the tea.

Very nicely furnished and clean. We could imagine ourselves living there and it felt like home right away. Great communication from the host.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!
